Ali Bashir who killed and raped 14 years old Jewish girl in Germany was bragging about raping anf killing Jewish. Assassination was act of jihad.
When crime was commited – he was already under suspect for rape of 11 year old girl and knife attack on a man during robbery.
After the crime whole family of 8 easily received passports on another family name in iraq embassy and left the Germany

    • I don’t know if anyone else has noticed, but the Daily Mail censors any and all comments on articles like this one about the savage Muslim murderer in this story. They only allow limited comments and no reference can be made to the fact that the murderer or criminal was obviously Muslim. I have tried many times to comment, however mildly, on these articles and they simply refuse to post what I write.

I believe that they either have “human” censors or else they have the robots set to flag anything that begins with an “M” or “I” etc.

More Thought Police at work. Sickening.

      • For over a decade has always refused to take my comments although it never says that I am blocked or moderated as do the Indy and the grauniard. It simply ignores them. The miracle is that so many who disagree with their article see light at all. BUT I think that these are mostly one off people who are suddenly disgusted and have no comment track record as it seems regular critics “get the boot”. IIRC In Victoria 60% of crimes now have the name and ideology of the criminal hidden

“At the approach of danger there are always two voices that speak with equal force in the heart of man: one very reasonably tells the man to consider the nature of the danger and the means of avoiding it; the other ever more reasonable says that it is too painful and harassing to think of the danger, since it is not a man’s power to provide for everything and escape from the general march of events; and that it is therefore better to turn aside from the painful subject till it has come, and to think of what os pleasant. In solitude a man generally yields to the first voice; in society to the second.”

    The River War
An Historical Account of the Request of the Soudan
    Churchill, Winston S. – St. Augustine’s Press

    Excerpt:
Originally published in two volumes in 1899, The River War has been out of print in its original, unabridged version since it was shortened to one volume in 1902. Only 3,000 copies were printed, and the first edition costs thousands of dollars today. The original version abounded in colorful stories about Churchill, controversial judgments on his contemporaries (especially his commanding officer, Lord Kitchener), and thoughts on Islamic fundamentalism and British imperialism. Because they were left out of every subsequent edition, they are all but unknown today, even to scholars. The 1899 edition was illustrated with drawings, photogravures, and colored maps that disappeared with the 1902 abridgment.

    Hedy Lamarr – Wiki

    Excerpt:

Lamarr is also credited with being an inventor. At the beginning of World War II, she and composer George Antheil developed a radio guidance system for Allied torpedoes, which used spread spectrum and frequency hopping technology to defeat the threat of jamming by the Axis powers.[5] Although the US Navy did not adopt the technology until the 1960s, the principles of their work are arguably incorporated into Bluetooth technology, and are similar to methods used in legacy versions of CDMA and Wi-Fi.[6][7][8] This work led to their induction into the National Inventors Hall of Fame in 2014.[5][9]

    • I wonder if they have any of the Valentino rubbish that personified the current idiotic view of muslims and most especially in western women.

      • Its about a French jewel thief hiding the the Arab section who falls in love with Hedy Lamarr

        • Thx Richard but I already have it and know it. My grandfather used to imitate Boyer monotonously (“come with me to ze Casbah”) and my grand mother would run for her life : ) I was wondering about the archive and just how deep it is.

          • I was force fed those in childhood but had already read Paul Brickhill’s(?sp) account of the latter and so I was very unhappy at how they bastardized the story to feed US viewers. The DD I have not seen since I was a teen. so I may have a peep at it. I had to endure Death Wish this weekend and it was terrible. Lazy and greedy said Stallone about Willis and IMHO he is not wrong.
Thank you for the Valentino…I do recall everyone (that is female and over 50) saying “ohh how romantic it all was” which makes me now feel like vomiting. I wonder which one it was? Apparently he swept some maiden off her feet and galloped her away on his horse. ? son of the sheikh? Anyway, many thanks!

            • The member of the Great Escape that was hired to be technical advisor for the film was ask (about halfway through filming) how accurate their reprocudtion of the prison camp was. He replied too accurate because he was having nightmares over the camp for the first time since sine 1947.

              • McQueen also did all of his own motorcycle stunts, except for the final 60 foot jump, fence-hopping scene. The producers felt he was too valuable to take such risks.

In the scene where McQueen is being chased by another German soldier, he played both parts.

McQueen even performed some of the stunt men’s stunts.

Incidentally, a TT Special 650 Triumph was repainted drab green, given luggage racks and an older model seat to make it look more like a regulation Germany Army BMW (whose rigid frame could never deliver the maneuverability, nor could the motorcycle deliver the requisite speed for the stunts).

                  • McQ’s characther was probably a combination of several Brits, one Scottish prisoner is sure the goon baiting is based on what he use to do.

While the movie doesn’t stick as close to reality and the British 1950s movies on WWII it is much closer then the other Hollywood. The two that spring to mind that are close to accuracy are “Back to Battan” and “The Great Raid”, although “They were expendable” is more accurate then most.

To do justice to the book it would take a 23 hour mini series and then things would be left out.

But Brinkhills books would need mini series to do justice them

                • McQueen’s char did NOT ride a motor cycle…

He did in the movie and that’s my only point.

                  • I think that it boils down to liking motor cycles. I call such riders “temporary humans” as I have seen so many splattered and it had NOTHING to do with the story. If you like Hollywood bastardization of real events that is your right. I do not.

                    • No big fan of motorcycles, here. I like some of the classic models (HATE Harleys).

Drove one once in my life and decided riding it was even more dangerous than the way I rode my vintage 1961 Campagnolo-equipped Bianchi Specialissima racing bicycle.

            • Paul Brickhill’s WWII books are some of the best military history you can find.

      • I read women writing similar nonsense about MbS – googoo -eyes, Valentino-style fantasies.

  4. Lebanon freezes residency applications for UNHCR staff
    Latest update : 2018-06-08

Lebanon’s Foreign Minister Gebran Bassil has directed authorities to freeze all residency applications submitted by the United Nations’ refugee agency UNHCR, his office said in an emailed statement on Friday.
Lebanon hosts more than a million Syrian refugees who constitute more than a quarter of its population and says their presence has strained public services and suppressed economic growth.

As Syrian forces and their allies retake more territory, Lebanon’s president and other top politicians have increasingly called for refugees to return to “secure areas”.

In an emailed statement, Bassil said he would consider taking further measures against the agency.

On Thursday the mayor of Arsal, a Lebanese border town hosting tens of thousands of refugees, said around 3,000 of them were expected to go back to Syria in the coming week.

Bassil said UNHCR had discouraged refugees in Arsal from returning by asking them questions about conditions they might face in Syria, including the possibility of military conscription, security problems and poor accommodation.

UNHCR officials said Lebanon’s government had not yet formally notified it of the step.

Lebanon’s government is operating on a caretaker basis because prime minister designate Saad al-Hariri has not yet formed a government since parliamentary elections on May 6.

  5. Spain’s Basques form 202-km human chain to call for independence vote

MADRID (Reuters) – Tens of thousands of people from Spain’s Basque Country joined hands to form a human chain running some 202 kilometers (125 miles) on Sunday to call for the right to hold a regional independence vote.

Spain’s Constitution, created in 1978 after the end of dictator Francisco Franco’s regime, states that the country is indivisible and last-year’s attempt by Catalonia to hold a secession referendum was met with a harsh legal crackdown.

Former Prime Minister with the conservative People’s Party (PP) Mariano Rajoy, who has been roundly criticized for his handling of the Catalan crisis, was ousted by Socialist leader Pedro Sanchez in a no confidence vote June 1.

Sanchez, who now heads the government following the vote, has called for renewed talks with the Catalan leadership.

While most from the Basque Country, which already has a high level of self-determination and, like Catalonia, has its own language and culture, do not support independence, many believe the population should be given the right to vote.

    http://www.oann.com/spains-basques-form-202-km-human-chain-to-call-for-independence-vote/

    • Fools!! now is NOT the time as Catalonia if independent will be sharia within 20 years. Spain needs unity.

      • The independence movements in Western Europe were started by the KGB to weaken the West, it is highly unlikely that the leadership has changed from far leftists into people who want to preserve Western Civilization.

The followers are so caught up in the idea of an independent Catalonia or and independent Basque homeland and in multiculturalism that they think once independence comes everything will be all right. They are like the idiots in the US that say if the US pulls our of the Middle East and the Far East all of the worlds wars will stop.

  6. School won’t honor top grad as valedictorian, so proud dad does … by erecting billboard
By Howard Portnoy June 9, 2018

We’ve reported numerous stories over the years about high schools abolishing the practice of naming a valedictorian for the same reason youth sports organizations give out participation trophies. The reasoning, if that is the correct word, goes something like this: By rewarding one student’s excellence, you are denigrating other students’ lack thereof. Arguments that awarding excellence might inspire less stellar students to work harder at future endeavors fall on deaf ears.

One school district that made headlines for its decision to deep-six the valedictorian and salutatorian traditions — Wake County, North Carolina — is in the news again. CBS affiliate WBTV has the details:

In an interview with Tremr, the former Smiths frontman appeared to back Robinson, who risked prejudicing an ongoing trial via a live stream on his Facebook page.

Robinson made clear that he was aware of legal restrictions surrounding the case during the Facebook Live video, as well as the danger of being jailed. The 35-year-old was already subject to a suspended sentence for committing contempt during a rape trial in Canterbury last year, and had been told that if he fell foul of the law again he would go to prison.

“Controversial billionaire George Soros is up in arms about Donald Trump again, claiming the US leader wants to “destroy the world” and needs to be kicked out of office.

Donald Trump is the “ultimate narcissist” who “is willing to destroy the world”, Soros told the Washington Post on Saturday. He added that, if the Democratic Party wins the general election this November in a “landslide” and proceeds with an impeachment, he would support removing the president from office…”

    • Any insult from Soros is a compliment. As for narcissist??? Who boasts about his evil works? No concept of shame this piece of indigestible fibre.

    • This is a very good example of projecting your mental problems and goals onto the person blocking you.

      • Thank you both for the comments. I was tempted to develop the same theme of how Soros, in his shamelessness, is openly projecting personal, philosophical inadequacies upon Trump.

“A man has been convicted of murder after repeatedly stabbing a young father to death in front of his partner for a Rolex watch in a “sustained” and “remorseless” attack in London.

Jordan Bailey-Mascoll, 25, was found guilty of the murder of Danny Pearce after a three-week trial at Woolwich Crown Court, where the jury heard the accused had behaved with such brutality that onlookers feared it was a terror attack.

  10. Erdogan Predicts ‘War Between the Cross and Crescent’ over Austria Mosque Closures (breitbart, Jun 10, 2018)
    http://www.breitbart.com/jerusalem/2018/06/10/erdogan-predicts-war-between-the-cross-and-crescent-over-austria-mosque-closures/

“Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan attacked Austria’s impending closure of mosques and consequent expulsion of Turkish-funded imams, saying the move is anti-Islamic while promising a response.

“These measures taken by the Austrian prime minister are, I fear, leading the world towards a war between the cross and the crescent,” Erdogan said in a speech in Istanbul covered by AFP.

Austria’s populist government made the announcement on Friday morning at a press conference as part of the governing coalition’s campaign against radical Islamic ideology and the influence of countries like Turkey in the Austrian Islamic community, Kronen Zeitung reports.

Media reports that between 40 and 60 imams, including their families, could be expelled in total. The imams all stand accused of receiving funding from abroad. Official investigations have been launched in 11 cases. Two of the imams had already been denied extensions to their residency permits.

Among the mosques facing closure is the Mosque of the Grey Wolves on Antonsplatz, in the working-class Vienna district of Favoriten, where the Gallipoli reenactment took place.

The other six mosques are in Vienna, Upper Austria and Carinthia, in all of which hardline salafist teachings are said to be widespread.

Mr. Erdogan, speaking Saturday, said: “They say they’re going to kick our religious men out of Austria. Do you think we will not react if you do such a thing?”

“That means we’re going to have to do something,” he added without elaborating.

Around 360,000 people of Turkish origin live in Austria, including 117,000 Turkish nationals.

Relations between Ankara and Vienna have been strained since a failed coup against Erdogan in 2016 which was followed by a wave of arrests. Mr. Erdogan’s speech precedes presidential and legislative elections on June 24 in which he faces stiff opposition.

During last year’s Turkish referendum on expanding the president’s powers, tensions ran high between Vienna and Ankara after Austria said it would not allow campaign-related events.

The new policy comes after a number of scandals involving mosques in Austria, including one in which Islamists were plotting to overthrow the government to replace it with an Islamic caliphate. The ATIB association came under fire last week when a Turkish mosque posted images of young children swearing oaths to the Turkish state.”

    • Erdogan warns of ‘crusader-crescent war’ after Austria’s shutting of mosques

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan on June 9 criticized Austrian Prime Minister Sebastian Kurz for his government’s decision to shut down seven mosques and expel 40 imams, warning of a “crusader-crescent war.”

“I am afraid that the steps taken by the Austrian prime minister would bring the world closer to a crusader-crescent war,” said Erdo?an during an iftar fast-breaking meal organized in Istanbul.

He added that Turkey would also “respond” in due course to the decision to expel imams.

Erdogan warns Austria imam crackdown will lead to holy war

Turkish president says Vienna’s decision to shut down mosques, deport religious leaders funded by Turkey necessitates response

ISTANBUL, Turkey — Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan on Saturday strongly criticized Austria’s move to close mosques and expel Turkish-funded imams, slamming the decision as anti-Islamic and promising a response.

“These measures taken by the Austrian prime minister are, I fear, leading the world toward a war between the cross and the crescent,” Erdogan said in a speech in Istanbul.

The crescent is a symbol associated with Islam.

“A group of militants sneaked into the Indian-controlled part of Kashmir from the Pakistani side of the disputed territory on Sunday, sparking a gunbattle that left at least six suspected rebels dead, the Indian military said.

The fighting began early Sunday when soldiers intercepted a group of insurgents along the highly militarized de facto border that divides Kashmir between India and Pakistan, said Col. Rajesh Kalia.

  12. Libyan coast guard intercepts 150 migrants in Mediterranean (abcnews, Jun 10, 2018)
    https://abcnews.go.com/International/wireStory/libyan-coast-guard-intercepts-150-migrants-mediterranean-55783844

“Libya’s coast guard has intercepted more than 150 migrants, including women and children, in the Mediterranean Sea.

It says two boats were stopped Saturday off the coast of the western Zuwara district and the capital, Tripoli. It says the boats were carrying 152 migrants, including 19 women and three children.

The migrants, who were from African and Arab countries, were taken a naval base in Tripoli.

Libya was plunged into chaos following a 2011 uprising and is now split between rival governments in the east and west, each backed by an array of militias.

The chaos has made it a popular route to Europe for migrants fleeing poverty and conflict in Africa and the Middle East.

Libya has worked to stem the flow of migrants, with European assistance.”

  13. Spain rescues 334 migrants from Mediterranean, finds 4 dead (abcnews, Jun 10, 2018)
    https://abcnews.go.com/International/wireStory/spain-rescues-231-migrants-crossing-mediterranean-sea-55784170

“Spain’s maritime rescue service has saved 334 migrants and recovered four bodies from boats it intercepted trying to reach Europe by crossing the Mediterranean Sea.

The rescue service says its patrol craft reached nine different boats carrying migrants that had left from African shores throughout Saturday and early Sunday.

One boat found Sunday was carrying four dead bodies along with 49 migrants. The rescue service said the cause of death has yet to be determined.

Driven by violent conflicts and extreme poverty, tens of thousands of migrants attempt to reach southern Europe each year by crossing the Mediterranean in smugglers’ boats. Most of the boats are unfit for open water, and thousands drown annually.

The U.N. says at least 785 migrants have died crossing the Mediterranean so far this year. Through the first five months of 2018, a total of 27,482 migrants reached European shores, with 7,614 of them arriving in Spain.

Further to the east, Libya’s coast guard intercepted 152 migrants, including women and children, in the Mediterranean Sea, from two boats stopped Saturday off the coast of the western Zuwara district and the capital, Tripoli.

The migrants were taken to a naval base in Tripoli.

Libya was plunged into chaos following a 2011 uprising and is now split between rival governments in the east and west. The lawless in Libya has made it a popular place to head off to Europe for migrants fleeing poverty and conflict.”

  15. ‘Islam Means Submission. Will You Submit, Or Resist?’ – Batten, Waters, Kassam at #FreeTommy Rally (breitbart, Jun 10, 2018)
    http://www.breitbart.com/london/2018/06/10/islam-means-submission-submit-resist-batten-waters-kassam-freetommy-rally/

“UKIP leader Gerard Batten, For Britain leader Anne Marie Waters, and former Breitbart London editor-in-chief Raheem Kassam joined Dutch opposition leader Geert Wilders and members of Tommy Robinson’s family for a massive rally outside Downing Street on June 9th.

Organisers claim around 20,000 people attended the rally, where speakers called on the Government to release the activist reporter and restore freedom of speech — despite allegations attendees were falsely told that the event was cancelled on the London Underground.

“Tommy Robinson is a political prisoner,” Batten told the crowds.

“Whatever the legal technicalities of his alleged contempt of court, he was imprisoned more for who he is and what he says rather than what he is supposed to have done.

“It’s not necessary to agree with everything he says, it’s not necessary to approve of everything he does, but history will judge him as being on the right side of a struggle between good and evil,” he predicted.

The member of the European Parliament described the “widespread, organised, paedophile rape of little girls by organised gangs” and the authorities’ decision to “brush it under the carpet” for years as the worst scandal in England’s history.

“Governments in this country and across Europe are now the enemies of their own people, [and] they promote policies that are against the interests of their own people,” he railed — citing efforts to sabotage Brexit, uncontrolled mass migration, and what he described as “Islamisation” in particular.

“A literalist interpretation of the Mohammedan cult is completely alien to everything our country stands for and our traditional way of life.

“And yet instead of opposing Islamisation, our government is submitting and surrendering to it. They have betrayed the British people,” he declared.

“Now, ‘Islam’ means ‘Submission’. You either submit, or you resist. Are you going to submit?” he asked the crowds.

    “No!” they shouted back.

“Are you going to resist?” he continued,

    “Yes!” they replied.

Kassam, who played a significant role organising the speech and helping to invite European speakers such as Wilders, introduced Sharia Watch founder Anne Marie Waters, a former Labour Party candidate who now leads the For Britain party and is standing in the Lewisham East by-election.

Waters thanked the crowds for showing their “commitment to freedom, to justice, and your opposition to the Islamic tyranny and supremacy that plagues our great country.”

“Our leaders, our media, our police, all prioritise Islam in their decision-making,” she accused.

“Why is it so easy for our state to jail Tommy Robinson, when it is so difficult to jail a group of men found with an underage girl in a bedroom? Why is it so much easier to jail Tommy Robinson?

“Why is it so easy to jail a man for leaving bacon at a mosque, but so difficult to jail jihadis who preach murder and death to the British people?

“Why is it so easy for judges to make rulings that allow known terrorists and jihadists to stay in our country? Why is the British government allowing ISIS fighters to return from Syria and threaten our safety?

“Why do we talk and investigate and get angry about an accidental fire in Grenfell, but are expected to immediately forget — or ‘not look back in anger’ — about the deliberate, ideology-driven murder of British children?

“And why are Muslims allowed to cover their faces with a black sack while the rest of us are subject to strict security? Why are children being mutilated and forcefully raped while the law looks the other way?

“Forcefully married, child married, while the law looks the other way? Why?

“Why are animals slaughtered in agony and terror and Halal imposed on all of us in a country that has legislated against unstunned slaughter? Why?

“Why is it so easy, Theresa May, to jail Tommy Robinson, but so difficult to do anything at all about the monstrous crimes committed in the name of Islam all over this country every day? Why?”

Kassam, who acted as something of a Master of Ceremonies, kept his own remarks relatively brief, but passed on a message from former White House chief strategist and former Breitbart News executive chairman Steve Bannon expressing his support for Tommy Robinson — and offered his own thoughts on the shift in the political mood across the West.

“Look at what’s going on in Italy. Look at what’s going on in Poland. Look at what’s going on in Hungary,” he said.

“The people of these nations are taking their countries back. Are we going to join them?”
    “Yes!” responded the enthusiastic crowd.

“I want to send a message to everybody watching worldwide right now,” he continued.

“You protested in Australia, in Israel, in the United States, in France, all across the world.

“Thank you so much for your support — but keep going! Keep going! Keep going! We do not need people in spirit, we need bodies on the streets!

“And we have. For Sky News, and the BBC, and all these guys, let me reiterate once again: we have over 20,000 people here today!”

“I’m sure we have some American friends in the crowd, on stage, and watching at home,” Kassam concluded.

“You know there was a man called Paul Revere. He rode through the night on his horse. He said, ‘The British are coming, the British are coming!’

“Well, let you tell you something; we’re here today to say a similar thing: The British are coming back!””

In the West, books and documentaries have been cancelled. In France, recently, a group of intellectuals published a manifesto asking the Islamic world to eliminate anti-Semitic verses from the Koran. The initiative followed the murder of an 85-year-old Holocaust survivor, Mireille Knoll. The Turkish Council of Higher Education responded with a moratorium on establishing additional departments of French studies in Turkey. For years, under the presidency of Recep Tayyip Erdogan, Turkish culture has been closing in on itself. “Going into a Turkish bookstore is like walking into a psychiatric ward,” according to the British journalist Gareth Jenkins in The New Yorker. Turkey sentenced journalists and writers to prison, and put publishers of foreign novels, such as its most famous translator, Necmiye Alpay, on trial. The problem, however, may not be just Turkish, but, as the author Robert R. Reilly called it, “the closing of the Muslim mind”.

A new report for the Atlantic Council written by Hossam Abouzahr, the founder of the Living Arabic Project, details the dramatic cultural change in the Arab world:

    • Turks are not Arabs but they both are muslim and all they are doing is further stripping the veneer of civilization from themselves and plunging back into the dark ages. I winder when we will see a chop chop square in turkey?

      • About5 to 10 years before the Europeans return to public executions of criminals and invaders.

      • The Turks are accelerating teaching of Arabic.
Madrassas and Arabic: no more French, no more translations.

        • That is the Islamic goal, everyone speaks Arabic and all other cultures are destroyed.

  17. Putin and Lessons from Lenin and Gromyko

“Consolidation”. In Moscow these days this is the word that most flavors discussions in political circles. The idea is that, thanks to President Vladimir Putin’s bold and risk-taking strategy, Russia has made a number of major gains on the international scene and must now act to consolidate those gains and reduce the diplomatic, economic and political price it has had to pay for them.

The analysis is inspired by Lenin’s famous “Two-steps-forward, one-step back” dictum that saw the founder of the now defunct Soviet Union abandon vast territories under the Brest-Litovsk Treaty in order to consolidate the then fragile Bolshevik hold on power in Russia itself. Later, Lenin used the same dictum to justify his New Economic Policy (NEP), a step back to confuse the growing opposition from the hated “bourgeoisie”.

Putin may appear an unlikely student of Leninism, having obtained his initial political education in the shadier world of the KGB under Yuri Andropov. Nevertheless, the man now cast as the unchallenged master of Russia’s destiny has always shown a talent for adopting a low profile when needed.

He did that as Boris Yeltsin’s right-hand-man, to the point that many regarded him as little more than a bag-carrier for the bombastic president while, all along, he was learning the ropes and preparing to ascend to the top of the greasy pole that is power in Russia.

    • “Quagmire” is the silly oversimplification meant to evoke Vietnam-4-Dummies. I’m disappointed to read such a shallow analysis from Amir Taheri.

Putin’s got to curb Iran in Syria. Otherwise, Israel will do it and Assad will fall. This isn’t the Syria that’s been a Russian protectorate since its origin, nor is it the country that’s held a truce with Israel for four decades.

Iran’s mercs from Pakistan and Afghanistan are wearing Syrian Army uniforms. They’re setting up colonies of Shitte to complete the replacement of population, eliminating Sunnis and minorities.

Among the latter are the Druze, the Golan’s indigenous peoples, on both sides of the border. They trace their descent from Jethro, the father-in-law of Moses. The ones on the Israeli side of the border are highly regarded in Israel, sit on the Supreme Court and serve with exceptional distinction in the IDF.

The Druze on the Syrian side remain loyal to Assad. They’ve been supported by Israel for the past 7 years. They don’t want Paki goat-diddlers replacing them!

Putin’s break-up with Iran is overdue. It’s in the interests of Syria, Israel, the Gulf states, and PTrump’s USA. Let’s hope the mullahs contain their madness within their own ranks.

      • Let’s hope the mullahs contain their madness within their own ranks.

I don’t want to pour cold water on a friend but, when have they ever kept their madness in their own ranks?

Putin needs to break with Iran quickly because not only are they trying to build a naval presence in the Med to oppose all other naval presences so is China. The world is getting more complicated and more dangerous with each passing day.

  18. Richard: Another case of the left wanting special rights and laws for special people. During the Feudal era your rights and the laws that applied to you depended on your ancestry and your skill with weapons. In the neo feudal system the left is working to create your rights and the laws that apply to you depend on 1) your political ideology, 2) your skin color and 3) your sexual orientation. These 3 classification will switch priority depending on who has the most numbers and who is currently needed the most by the leftist politicians.

Do We Need a Special Constitutional Amendment Just For Gays?

LGBT writer Jennifer Finney Boylan was so upset by the Supreme Court’s Masterpiece Cakeshop decision this week that she penned an opinion piece for The New York Times calling for a change to the U.S. Constitution. Yes, Boylan has decided that if there is any business owner in America – any ONE in America, for that matter – that can still refuse to bake a cake for a gay wedding, then we need to pass an amendment specifically for gays, lesbians, genderfluids, and whatever other kinds of sexual classifications they come up with in the future.

As Boylan concedes in her opening, the Masterpiece decision was no great loss for LGBT Americans. In fact, the court’s ruling, while in favor of baker Jack Philipps, pertained more to the wording used by the Colorado Civil Rights Commission than on any material handling of the central question: Whether or not a religious business owner must violate their own beliefs to cater to every gay request that comes in the door. As far as we can know or tell, the question remains unanswered and will certainly be challenged again.

Boylan, perhaps uncomfortable with letting this matter be decided ultimately by a Supreme Court with more conservatives than liberals, thinks we should not wait until a similar case winds its way back to those hallowed halls.

  19. ACLU Sues to Keep Citizenship Question out of the U.S. Census

On Wednesday, the American Civil Liberties Union made good on their threat and filed a lawsuit against the Trump administration over plans to include a new question on the 2020 Census: Specifically, one which would ascertain whether or not the respondent is a U.S. citizen. According to the left, of which the ACLU is an undeniable agent, this question is somehow unconstitutional and unfair and will lead to an unreliable count in the next Census.

“Manipulating the census to discriminate against and disadvantage certain groups violates both the Fifth Amendment right to equal protection and the constitutional obligation that the census counts every living person in the United States, not just every citizen,” writes Ceridwen Cherry, one of the ACLU’s staff attorneys. “Lower response rates will be catastrophic for communities and states with large immigrant populations. As a result of an undercounting of their residents, states may lose seats in Congress and crucial federal funding that is tied to census results.

  20. Italy shuts ports to migrant boat, tells Malta to open its doors

ROME, June 10 (Reuters) – Italy will refuse to let a humanitarian boat carrying more than 600 migrants dock at any of its ports and has asked the Mediterranean island of Malta to open its doors to the vessel, an official said on Sunday.

Malta said it had nothing to do with the rescue operation, opening the prospect of a diplomatic stand-off between the two European Union allies.

The move by Italy’s new Interior Minister Matteo Salvini, who is also head of the far-right League, is part of efforts to make good on his electoral promises to halt the flow of migrants into the country.

More than 600,000 migrants have reached Italy by boat from Africa in the past five years. Numbers have dropped dramatically in recent months, but there has been a rise in rescues in recent days, presenting Salvini with his first test as minister.

The Aquarius is operated by the charity SOS Mediterranee, which said on Twitter earlier on Sunday that it had taken on board 629 migrants, including 123 unaccompanied minors, 11 other children and seven pregnant women.

The charity said the group of mainly sub-Saharan Africans were picked up in six different rescue operations off the coast of Libya and included hundreds who were plucked from the sea by Italian naval units and then transferred to the Aquarius.

“The boat is now heading north towards a secure port,” SOS Mediterranee tweeted on Sunday without specifying its destination, though virtually every such migrant boat over the past five years has ended up in Italy.

Its route north will take it past Malta, and an official said that Salvini had written to the government of the small island state asking it to let the Aquarius dock there.

The official, who asked not to be identified, said that Italy would not open its ports to the Aquarius.

There was no comment from the Italian Interior Ministry or the local coastguard.

Malta said the rescue operations happened in international waters off Libya and were coordinated by Italy.

“Malta is neither the competent nor the coordinating authority in this case. Malta will observe prevailing laws,” its government said in a brief statement.

Italy wants 629 migrants rescued near Libya to disembark in Malta, says its own ports ‘closed’

The Italian government is insisting that Malta takes in 629 migrants that were rescued near Libya on Sunday morning, saying that its ports were closed.

The migrants are currently on board the Gibraltar-registered ship Aquarius, but according to reports most of them had been saved by the Italian navy in the first place.

They were rescued in Libyan territorial waters, in an area that is closer to Tunis and Lampedusa than it is to Malta. The operation was coordinated by the Rome Rescue Coordination Centre (RCC).

This is the second migrant dispute between Italy and Malta in the space of three days.

On Friday, new Italian home affairs Minister Matteo Salvini said Malta could not always say no to migrant rescues. He was speaking after the rescue of 180 migrants which were eventually disembarked in Calabria (photo above).

The Italian government said Malta had refused to take them in but Malta said it was not the closest safe port when the rescue took place.

Malta has hardly taken in any migrants over the past years, with many speculating about a secret agreement, supposedly brokered between Joseph Muscat and former Italian PM Matteo Renzi. The government had at one point admitted that such an agreement existed but backtracked a few hours later. It has denied the existence of such an agreement ever since.

Speaking on Sunday morning, Muscat insisted that Malta always followed international law, adding that the government wanted to clear up any misunderstandings with the newly formed government in Italy.

MSF – the NGO that picked up the migrants in this latest dispute – says the group includes 123 unaccompanied minors, 11 children seven pregnant women. The migrants on board were rescued in six different operations.

Speaking to Malta Today, a government spokesperson said: “The rescue happened in the Libyan search and rescue area and it was coordinated by the rescue coordination centre in Rome. Malta is neither the coordinating authority and has no competence on this case.”

Italy closes its ports, says Malta must take 629 migrants rescued overnight

Second migrants standoff in three days

[…]Médecins Sans Frontières, the NGO which picked up the migrants, said, that after an extremely busy night in the central Mediterranean, the Aquarius had 629 people on board including 123 unaccompanied minors, 11 children seven pregnant women – from six different operations.

Some 400 of the migrants were rescued by Italian navy, Italian coastguard and merchant vessels and transferred to the vessel, which, it said, was now heading north to a port of safety.

The ship was approaching Maltese territorial waters in the mid-afternoon.

    • Why Europe gave Netanyahu the cold shoulder on Iran
Israel proved Iran is lying through its teeth on the deal, but got no reaction in European capitals.
      […]
While Netanyahu sat down with the European leaders, Khamenei furthermore wrote on Twitter that he sticks to his opinion Israel “is a malignant cancerous tumor in the West Asian region that has to be removed and eradicated.”

It is possible and it will happen, the Iranian dictator added.

All this was known to Macron, Merkel and May and there is only one reason why they choose to ignore it: Economic interests.

EU Foreign Policy Chief Frederica Mogherini was very blunt about this when she reacted to the Israeli revelations about Iran’s secret nuclear weapons program archive in Tehran and Trump’s decision to walk out of the JCPOA.

Mogherini said the EU would remain united concerning its commitment to the nuclear deal with Iran.

The European countries would take “the measures and mechanisms to protect the economic investments of European businesses that have legitimately engaged in Iran against potential sanctions from the United States,” Mogherini said last week according to Teletrader.

Trade between Iran and Europe has skyrocketed since the implementation of the JCPOA at the beginning of 2016. EU imports from Iran increased 345% while exports from Europe to the Islamic Republic increased 28%.

After a rescue last night by the Acquarius ship asked to be authorized to dock and is heading towards Europe but Italian ports has been closed to the migrants landing, . If confirmed, it would be an unprecedented action taken by Matteo Salvini.

There were 629 migrants aboard the Aquarius of Sos Mediterranee, with personnel of Doctors without Borders. Among migrants were 123 unaccompanied minors, 11 children and 7 pregnant women. A total of six rescue operations were carried out. Aquarius was heading for an unassigned secure port.

  25. Democratic State Committees Laundered Donations To Hillary Clinton’s 2016 Campaign for President, Federal Lawsuit Says

A federal lawsuit by a pro-Trump politico claims that 33 state Democratic Party committees illegally laundered donations totaling $84 million that ultimately ended up in accounts that directly benefited Hillary Clinton’s 2016 campaign for president.

Donations that on paper were supposed to benefit state Democratic committees actually ended up in large measure being passed through to the Democratic National Committee, which used it to try to get Clinton elected, according to Dan Backer, a lawyer for the Committee to Defend the President.

One example: About $2.4 million raised by the Hillary Victory Fund, a joint fund-raising political action committee, went to the Maine Democratic Party “and then almost immediately” to the Democratic National Committee, according to the Bangor Daily News.

Defenders of the arrangement say it’s not illegal and that state Democratic Party committees benefited by getting to keep a portion of the money raised by the Hillary Victory Fund.

Backer is trying to pressure the Federal Election Commission to investigate.

  26. Oregon: Muslim food truck work calls black woman “n—-r,” throws bottle at her for trying to pay with change

No, this is not a jihad incident. This is an incident that illustrates the mindset of all too many Muslims, including jihadists. We see here the effects of growing up in a culture that sanctifies violence and has contempt for women and blacks. And it is noteworthy that this story has gotten virtually no attention in the establishment media. Why not? We are a nation that is traumatized by and simultaneously fascinated by and fixated upon racism. It is the national sin and the national preoccupation. If Islam El Masry had been a non-Muslim white American, would this story be as buried as it has been? You tell me.

    • Muslim food truck work calls black woman “n—-r,” throws bottle at her for trying to pay with change

Any small businessman worth his Sriracha sauce knows well-enough to accept coins because they help make change from the till. If the woman were attempting to pay in pennies (instead of quarters), that would be another matter. However, as Spencer notes:

No, this is not a jihad incident. This is an incident that illustrates the mindset of all too many Muslims, including jihadists. We see here the effects of growing up in a culture that sanctifies violence and has contempt for women and blacks.

Fortunately, this tale of woe has a happy ending:

After Washington asked that police be called, El Masry was booked into Multnomah County jail on charges of misdemeanor harassment and assault. Bail is set at $4,000.

  27. Report: Tension Building Between Russia, Iran Over Demand for Iranian Army to Withdraw From Syrian Areas

    https://www.algemeiner.com/2018/06/08/russia-demands-iranian-army-withdraw-from-syrian-areas-causing-rift-between-allies/

    well…
Reported by the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, about as “non-partisan, humanitarian” as the White Helmets, Amnesty Internat’l, or any Soros org.

That doesn’t mean they should be ignored.

Their aim is to shape the narrative, tailor it to a specific target audience, and provoke real responses. Sometimes it does. Like getting us to bomb Syria by showing us “victims” of “Assad’s” chemical weapons attack.

Or did we set up that scene because we wanted to justify bombing we had to do for other reasons, tactical reasons?

Trustworthy, or maybe sometimes trustworthy? Hard to tell. The Mideast is still a black box. All the iPhone and satellite coverage in the world doesn’t change that fact.

Omniscient Twitterati devour these “reports”, swallow them whole, then retail the photos and videos in their own voices. They pile on “confirmation” from other interested locals, who are working for who-knows-whom.

Maybe an Arab government or faction. MEK (in or outside Iran). Kurdish fringe terrorists from the PKK. The MB. Some acronym of the USA, State or Deep State.

When I see sources favored by pro-Trump sites cited repeatedly, I take a closer look. I check their bonafides, find work they’ve done in the past. Things are usually more transparent in retrospect: nuclear archives are exfiltrated, forensic anthropologists analyze hidden mass graves.

Massaged reports don’t automatically get labelled “fake news”. They may just trot off into conspiracy wonderland, where proof – !! – is always positive, and always matches your prejudice.

    • OOC do you believe that Assad used chemical weapons at any time? I ask as I do not believe that he did and in fact IMO it was and always has been ISIS as who else sees civilians as expendable?

      • My opinion is that Assad didn’t use chemical weapons for a while, I think he may have done in the time period between Gulf War I and 9/11/2001 but am not sure.

Assad is a lot of things but he isn’t stupid and using chemical weapons on his own people after ISIS had agreed to evacuate a town would be stupid. Most of the people pushing the Assad did it idea are also pushing Russian Collusion and are rooting for the Korean negotiations to fall apart. They are working to their own agenda and as is usual the left is ignoring many things in the real world in favor of their fantasy world. They don’t want the West to survive and if that requires a nuclear war they are willing to accept that price.

      • At any time?

Yes. Of course there were massive stocks of CW in Syria till 2013, at least. Throughout the region, for that matter.

He’s absolutely brutal, no question. He doesn’t identify with much of his population: they’re simply animals.

Indiscriminate killing is a non-issue. Barrel bombs target entire urban neighborhoods. That’s where the enemy lives – the homes serve as bases for those who would overthrow his government and murder his entire clan.

But I don’t believe he’s guilty of the specific attacks claimed. Makes no sense.

A father has admitted cutting his four-year-old daughter’s throat as a sacrificial offering to God during Ramadan, Indian media have reported.

Nawab Ali Qureshi, 26, is said to have murdered young Rizwana on Friday after reciting verses from the Koran.

Police in Jodhpur said he initially denied killing his daughter and instead told his family a cat could have been responsible for her death.
