  1. Paris Jewish student group office vandalized with anti-Semitic graffiti

‘Zionist racist anti-goy office’ and ‘Death to Israel’ scrawled on walls of French Jewish Students Union at Sorbonne campus

The headquarters of a Jewish student group at a Paris university were ransacked Wednesday, with vandals scrawling anti-Israel and anti-Semitic graffiti on the office’s walls, hours before mass marches were held around France to protest anti-Semitism.

Sacha Ghozlan, president of the French Jewish Students Union, said that the damage was inflicted at the group’s facilities on the Pantheon-Sorbonne campus of the University of Paris.

“A cabinet was thrown on the ground and there were inscriptions such as ‘Death to Israel,’ ‘Viva Arafat’ on the wall,” Gozlan told the Associated Press.

He said it was unclear who was behind the incident but that it took place as “far-left students” were blocking parts of the campus in a protest apparently unconnected with Israel.

A video published on the organization’s Twitter account showed inscriptions, including “Zionist racist anti-goy office,” and “Palestine will prevail.”

Ghozlan said he would be filing a complaint with Paris police, and urged university officials to “act quickly” to identify the perpetrators.

University president Georges Haddad tweeted his condemnation of “this odious act” and said he would seek an investigation. Minister of Higher Education Frédérique Vidal also condemned the anti-Semitic vandalism as “shameful.”

The incident came ahead of marches Wednesday in Paris and other cities to oppose racism and to honor 85-year-old Mireille Knoll, a Jewish Holocaust survivor who was stabbed to death in what authorities are calling an anti-Semitic attack. Thousands, including some French government ministers, attended a march in Paris.

The brutal killing of the frail octogenarian — she was suffering from Parkinson’s disease, one of her sons said — has shocked France’s Jewish community.

Knoll, who escaped the mass deportation of Jews from France during World War II by fleeing abroad, was stabbed 11 times in an attack that the perpetrators apparently tried to conceal by setting fire to the apartment.

She was found dead by firefighters, Friday.

A neighbor in his twenties and a homeless youth have been charged.

  2. Homeless man found beheaded in cemetary in Koblenz, Germany

Last Friday, the body of a homeless person was discovered at the main cemetery in Koblenz. As the police announced on Wednesday, he was beheaded.

The body of the 59-year-old was discovered last Friday at the main cemetery in the area of the “Pulverturm”. As the police said, it is Gerd Michael Straten, who is said to have often been there and also in the city center. In the cemetery he had pitched a Spartan camp daily and stayed there overnight.
Homeless people describe him as a friendly, but closed-off loner. According to the police, he did not drink alcohol or consume drugs. He was about to get his life under control again, according to a police spokesman. To clarify the case, the police Koblenz asks for witness evidence.

  3. To Eeyore

I am sorry but IMHO you have partitally invalidated the value of this site by your rant directed at me.
You jumped in with the sneers and the ad hominems without once looking at what i really did post.

IMO idealism is the MOST dangerous thing that humanity has as it is this alone that drives fanatics, be they political, ideological or religious into acts of violence, usually, in their mind, for the greater good.

Marxist communism was and is idealistic. It is based upon propositions that are an idealistic view of mankind and sadly neglects the fact that we are not all equal clones. However from the POV of ethics it is admirable that is why it attracts so many. But it will never work because man is man. That was what I posted.

Marxist-Leninist communism is a bastardization of that espoused by Marx as it sees violence as acceptable to achieve its aims and has happily killed millions (probably far greater than 100 million if you combine soviet and asian numbers). But I advise you to read some of the autobiographies of communists falsely sent to gulags for crimes they never committed, for which they freely confessed.
These idealistic fools sacrificed themselves for the greater good: they knew that they were innocent yet they still confessed.
So there is a vast difference bewteen the idealism of Marx’s communism and the violent pragmatism of Lenin, Stalin, Mao, Castro etc. But in fact, neither work, as humans are not perfect.

Your comment about how kind mankind is misses the point that this is ONLY because of the effects of Christianity upon mankind and altruism is a western thing not readily understood by many others. (hence the “Good Samaritan” point)
ME oil rich nations give virtually NOTHING for non muslism charities and disasters while muslim ones get only a pittance (Aceh disaster: west 8 billion…ALL ME oil countries 45 million). So your rant about wonderful humanity is naïve at best.

I have multiple scars on my body from my interactions with communists and muslims and I do not need some keyboard warrior telling me about either of these extreme dangers to humanity. But I will post what i see as the truth whether you like it or not.

    • I missed the discussion Michelle, and sadly without a link, will not see the light cast.

      Subtleties. Discernments. Sleight of Hands.

Raising men above women to then turn the men into slaves to a fiction of Allah.

Raising women above men, likewise to a fiction of Community.

And now a whole host of new and diverse elevated Preferentials who will also serve their Creator’s Voice.

The sad thing is, like with Stalin, Hitler and Mao, the tables are instantly turned, and the resentment of the Useful Idiots parading for their March Months, means that they will take on the full force of the enraged Prolotariat. This, in my opinion is what the European governments fear. The Tommy Robinsons they abused.

    • Yes Michelle, I did jump on you harder than it deserved, and perhaps without sufficient understanding and for that I apologize.

From my PoV, I have heard people for decades use the “Communism is awesome its humanity’s greed and selfishness that makes it not work” which you more or less said, and its a personal gripe of mine, so I was, as the kids say, ‘triggered’.

Marx hated people. His whole philosophy was based on destroying humanity and remaking it as a kind of ant people, where people saw the children of strangers as equally important as their own.

Failing to buy into that, is not selfish or greedy or even wrong or bad in any way.

It is being a member of the phylum, ‘mammal’.

And yes I do not have to like a thing you post. In fact there are countless times where i have learned from something i didn’t know or agree with when an argument was presented that made sense.

Anyway there you go. I disagree that there is any altruism in communism or Marx at all. i do not think there are good intentions in it as I do not think there are good intentions for Islam, but that Mohammad created a system that would justify rape and plunder and would make teenage boys fight for his glory, wealth and sexual opportunity.

      So again, apologies for overreacting.

      • “I disagree that there is any altruism in communism or Marx at all. i do not think there are good intentions in it as I do not think there are good intentions for Islam,…”

There’s the light. The person claimed to be helping others serves a beast in themselves. In the Name Of Good, the Trojan Horse is let in. To have people cheering by its side, to call them ‘good company’ in the fight against evil before they are shot in the back and get everyone else killed.

        • So you see, when I debated NorseRadish’s “Put rather plainly … If militant Lesbians like Alice Waters are the only ones with sufficient ovaries to march young Third World women away from the excisor’s knife, then it is they (i.e., both groups) who richly deserve to shrug off any and all blame or feelings of guilt.”

I assert that the lesbian is not doing this for the same alturistic reasons he has.

When the Muslims say peace, they only mean it for themselves.

When the Homosexuals say “Equality,” they are only moving themselves into the center stage as the superior form of humanity.

So when FGM is made black and white. There is Outrage! Blind emotion.

    • Michelle said:

Your comment about how kind mankind is misses the point that this is ONLY because of the effects of Christianity upon mankind and altruism is a western thing not readily understood by many others.
      ………….
That’s a parochial view: Christianity is but one expression of the benevolent Creator. A fine one, yours, but not the only one.

You might find it enlightening to read primary source, sacred texts written BEFORE the Christian Era and OUTSIDE the Western canon.

Review the history and cultural context of the foundational documents. Epic poems tell the story in a different way: what’s noble? what’s despised?

I don’t mean to be patronizing or disputatious. If you were a know-it-all, you wouldn’t bother with this or any other blog.

On the whole I prefer congenial discourse. I reserve belligerence for the appropriate targets: Communists and Moslems.

I have no time whatsoever for malignant conspiracy theorists, in any of their guises.

      • I was told once by a scholar that Jesus never said anything that wasn’t already in the Torah, and Buddhism is a profoundly altruistic cosmology/cognitive tool and predates Christianity by some centuries.

Its also worth noting that this exact kind benevolence is why Tibet lasted about the time it takes to watch a beer commercial, defending itself against China, who’s actions against Tibet and her citizens were nothing short of Nazi like.

        • Its also worth noting that this exact kind benevolence is why Tibet lasted about the time it takes to watch a beer commercial, defending itself against China, who’s actions against Tibet and her citizens were nothing short of Nazi like

You are right in what you are saying about religion and communism, Tibet depended on the terrain to protect them and had nothing to fall back on when that failed.

Yes Christ didn’t say anything that wasn’t in the Torah/Old Testament, but he can to earth (was sent) to bring the Hebrews back to what was taught in the Torah not create something new.

Yes with the exception of Islam all of the great religions of the world preach pretty much the same thing. Also with the exception of Jainism (a branch of the Hindu religion) non of the religions rule out violence in self defense. The people who try to make Christianity as peaceful as Jainism are bastardizing Christianity as much as those who insist Islam is a religion of peace are doing to Islam. I don’t pretend to know as much about religion as Yucki does but I do know this much. Communism hates all religions because they make a religion of the state and all other religions have something greater then the state. They can’t have anything greater then the state or people will stop believing in the almighty state to take care of them.

Having said that, yes you have a temper and when it slips the person you are angry at knows it. I know how that is, I have a very bad temper myself and work hard to keep from letting it control me when I get angry. People trying to make communism out as something other then evil sets me off too, although I try to make my rants to an empty room rather then post them.

  4. Swedish Government Agencies Release Publication “Information for People Who Are Married to Children”

“Child marriages are prohibited in Sweden In Sweden it is forbidden to marry someone under 18 year. There are many reasons for it.

Children have the right to be children and not to have responsibility for that comes from a marriage.

Children should go to school, educate themselves, develop as a personal person, develop your own hobbies. Early marriages often lead to early parenting, which gives increased risks for the child in both the short and the long term.

Marrying early can also lead to both physical and mental ill health, an increased risk of living in poverty or for expulsion taken for oppression and violence.

This is true in Sweden: • All children, girls and boys have the same rights. • All marriages have the right to differentiate, even though The other partner does not want to differ. • Sex is voluntary, even within marriage.

In Sweden it’s criminal to have sex with someone underneath 15 years. This also applies if you are married and even if you have children together. Children under 15 years have an absolute right to protected from sexual acts. The one who has intercourse or Carries out another sexual act with the child guilty to sexual offense. The rules are used to protect the child.
Because children under the age of 15 have an absolute right to protection against sexual acts, it is inappropriate that you live together if the child is under 15 years old. This also applies if you are married and even if you have children together.

Information for you who are married to a child please contact your Migration Board or social services office.

And in Germany and Italy they screw 14 year olds.
      https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ages_of_consent_in_Europe

The trend however in human development is that humans mature more slowly the more north they go into colder climes, So by my reckoning Swedes are just screwing 14 year olds too, but make out they are caring and kind as-a-priest in violating their young. Because all the countries around them make sure they are aged 16.

      • The white girl has a nose ring, put in to allow her master to grab it and twist to gain control when she acts stupid. I assume that is what it is for, the only nose rings I am familiar with are the ones in bad bulls to give you a chance to control them rather then let them damage you.

Since you are a city girl bulls will close their eyes before the hit you to keep from getting blood in them, this is how rodeo clowns/bull fighters keep from getting hurt. For that reason the matadors dependent on that as the last protection if the bulls don’t go for the cape. Cows on the other had keep their eyes open until after they hit you. Yes they do that, if you are agile you can get away from a bad bull, a bad cow is a different matter and you will be lucky to get away unhurt.

FYI: The bulls used in the bull fights in Spain and Mexico (possibly elsewhere and maybe not Spain anymore) are specially bred for the ring. The bulls are very dangerous and want nothing more then to kill man. If they manage to survive the fight they are killed because they have learned they have learned to go for the Matador instead of the cape. The cows aren’t as blood thirsty as the bulls but the hands on the ranches that raise them never go among them on foot and some insist on being either in the cab of bed of a truck.

These aren’t the bulls that are on the meat and dairy farms, they are mobile self triggering weapons, if I were young and agile you couldn’t pay me enough money to get me into a pen with one of them.

  9. FANG stocks’ bite has U.S. fund managers looking for alternatives
    David Randall

    5 Min Read

NEW YORK (Reuters) – Fund managers have begun to ditch so-called FANG stocks that powered the U.S. stock market to record highs in January and are slowly rotating into commodity-related shares and other value stocks which typically outperform in late-cycle recoveries.

Portfolio managers holding shares of Facebook Inc (FB.O), Amazon.com Inc (AMZN.O), Netflix Inc (NFLX.O), and Google-parent Alphabet Inc (GOOGL.O) say they are increasingly concerned that the data scandal that has sent shares of Facebook down nearly 15 percent year-to-date will spill over into all of the FANG stocks, imperiling the broad market’s momentum at a time when there are no clear companies or sectors to take their place.

On Tuesday, an index which tracks the FANG stocks along with six other mega-cap technology stocks tumbled 6.3 percent, the biggest decline since September 2014.

Facebook rose as much as 1.5 percent in early trading Wednesday before falling into the red, one day after sources told Reuters that chief executive Mark Zuckerberg plans to testify before Congress. Amazon.com dropped 4 percent, while Netflix fell 5 percent. Google-parent Alphabet was slightly positive.

  10. Conservatives angry over Netflix hiring Obama security aide

Los Angeles (AFP) – Netflix said on Thursday it had tapped former US national security advisor and United Nations ambassador Susan Rice to join its board of directors — sparking an angry backlash from conservatives.

Rice, a visiting fellow at Harvard and an opinion writer for The New York Times, directed the National Security Council, providing the daily briefing to then-president Barack Obama during his second term.

This put her in charge of foreign and national security policy, intelligence and military efforts in the years following the 2012 attack on the US embassy in Benghazi, Libya, that left four Americans dead.

Rice came under fire from Republican lawmakers who accused her of underplaying the attack as a spontaneous act of violence in response to an anti-Muslim film, while Obama admitted it was a premeditated attack.

  11. ANALYSIS: Constitution Compels Sessions Dismiss Mueller From Non-Campaign Cases
    by Robert Barnes | 7:31 am, March 28th, 2018

Paul Manafort‘s legal team brought a motion to dismiss on Tuesday, noting that Rosenstein could not appoint Mueller to any investigation outside the scope of the 2016 campaign since Sessions did not recuse himself for anything outside the campaign. I agree with this take on Mueller’s authority. If we follow that argument that would mean Sessions himself has exclusive authority to appoint a special counsel for non-collusion charges, and Sessions has taken no such action. Sessions himself should make that clear to Mueller, rather than await court resolution. Doing so would remove three of the four areas of inquiry from Mueller’s requested interview with President Trump.

Sessions formally notifying Mueller that he does not have authority to act outside of campaign-related cases and cases related to obstruction of Mueller’s investigation would be doing what the Constitution compels: enforcing the Appointments Clause of the Constitution. Additionally, Sessions notifying Mueller that he does not have authority to act outside of campaign-related cases would be exercising Sessions’ court-recognized Constitutional obligation to “direct and supervise litigation” conducted by the Department of Justice. Furthermore, Sessions notifying Mueller that he does not have authority to act outside of campaign-related cases protects against the inappropriate use of the federal grand jury that defendant Manafort now rightly complains about.

Sixty years ago, John Leo Brady was tried for murder in a Maryland court. Brady never denied helping to plan a robbery with his accomplice, Donald Boblit, but insisted that Boblit had pulled the trigger when the scheme went awry. Brady’s lawyer argued that his client should therefore be sentenced to life in prison, not death. The jury disagreed and voted to execute him. CARACAS, Venezuela

Sixty-eight people have died in a prison riot in northern Venezuela, Attorney General Tarek William Saab said late Wednesday.

Initial reports had said that five people had died when inmates at a detention center at the regional police headquarters in Carabobo state took a guard hostage and set fire to mattresses.

However, Saab said in a series of tweets that the dead comprised 66 men and two women, who were visiting the prison overnight.

An investigation would be launched immediately to clarify what had happened, he added, saying that four prosecutors had already been assigned to the case.

  17. Trump’s tariff threats are working
By Jeff Dunetz March 29, 2018

They promised it would be the end of the world. When President Trump announced aluminum and steel tariffs, and then followed up with another $50 billion in tariffs on goods from China, he said all he really wanted was fair trade, to close the $300 billion trade gap with the Chinese and save/create jobs here in the United States. After all, this president campaigned on a promise to correct the U.S.’ global trade imbalance, particularly with China, and to revitalize US manufacturing.

But the media went wild. The mainstream media said the President’s tariff move would raise prices, hinder America’s economic growth, jeopardize jobs, burden taxpayers, launch a trade war, and destabilize the system of global trade.

As with any action this president takes, the media told us that thanks to the tariffs the country was headed for a disaster of biblical proportions – you know, Old Testament, real wrath of God type stuff: fire and brimstone coming down from the skies! rivers and seas boiling! Forty years of darkness! Earthquakes, volcanoes…The dead rising from the grave…human sacrifice, dogs, and cats living together, NY Jets winning the Super Bowl… mass hysteria.

Coal-fired power plants kept the lights on for millions of Americans during January’s bomb cyclone, according to an Energy Department report warning future plant retirements could imperil grid security.

Energy analysts at DOE’s National Energy Technology Laboratory found that coal power kept the lights on for millions of Americans during the bomb cyclone that pummeled the eastern U.S. from late December to early January.

NETL analysts found that coal plants made up most of the incremental power utilities relied on to keep electricity flowing during the cold snap. Nuclear and oil power plants played a big role, NETL found, but coal provided 55 percent of extra power across six grid operators.

“During the worst of the storm from January 5-6, 2018, actual U.S. electricity market experience demonstrated that without the resilience of coal- and fuel oil/dual-firing plants … the eastern United States would have suffered severe electricity shortages, likely leading to widespread blackouts,” NETL researchers reported.

  21. Calif. AG says it’s illegal to ask people if they’re citizens on a census; here’s proof he’s wrong
By Howard Portnoy March 28, 2018

California Attorney General Xavier Bacera is busy, busy these days. As noted in a post in today’s LU Web Crawler, he is threatening to arrest the sheriff of Orange County for deciding to cooperate with the federal government and ICE officials at weeding out illegal aliens.

Specifically, the Sheriff’s Department announced Monday that it will publicly post the release dates of all inmates, not just those who are suspected of being in the country illegally. As Undersheriff Don Barnes explained in the announcement:

  22. Mueller’s ‘scalp’ Papadopoulos: The very odd links to Clinton, and Chris Steele’s first big FBI case
    By J.E. Dyer March 28, 2018

It’s early days to draw conclusions from any of this, and I have time today only to lay out the bare bones of it. There are several important links in the text, with superb work done by foreign journalists/bloggers Brian Whitaker (of the Guardian), Jon Worth, and Chris Blackburn, which will allow you to read more at your discretion.

George Papadopoulos is one of Robert Mueller’s big prizes so far: a campaign aide of Donald Trump who entered a plea to a process crime (making false statements), committed in the course of interviews with the FBI. Papadopoulos was never under suspicion of committing any crime related to the Trump campaign or the election.

The central figure in this chapter of the ongoing drama is Joseph Mifsud, the Maltese professor who reportedly told George Papadopoulos in April 2016, in London, that the Russians had obtained thousands of Hillary Clinton’s emails. Papadopoulos later got drunk and passed that tidbit on to Australian diplomat Alexander Downer, who eventually relayed the information to contacts in the U.S., after the DC Leaks/“Guccifer 2.0” leak of the emails from John Podesta and the DCCC began on 22 July 2016.

    • He makes many valid points but the most important is the way the social platforms are becoming the new corporate media, they are reestablishing the monopoly the left had on the news for most of my life. They are once again forcing the dissenting voices out into the wilderness to be held down as small voices who don’t have much power. I I lived through the bad decades and saw our rights slowly eroded in the name of social justice. I witnessed the shift from the schools teaching the facts of history including how freedom is the only path to advancement of the human condition.

During this time the left has had many victories in gaining power over our actions. they have had these victories mainly through the actions of activists Judges who illegally write laws from the bench. With the election of Trump we have a chance to reverse a lot of the damage the left has done to our freedom including reversing the illegal Judge written laws. But at some poilnt during the draining of the Swamp/flushing of the sewer we have to ensure that in the future Judges don’t once again gain the power to write law.

    • How The Left Turned Tech Giants Into Their Speech Police

Peter Hasson on March 27, 2018

The Left has successfully deputized some of the world’s largest corporations into policing the speech of their political opponents.

Liberals have made its corporations’ responsibility to enforce content limits on public speech by leveraging their power into advertisers and as platforms.
Activists pressure advertisers — who often cave

As advertisers, companies are now expected to guarantee they won’t finance speech liberals deem outside of acceptable discourse. In practice, this means blacklisting right-of-center voices ruled to have crossed the line.

Liberal activist groups sought to cut off financial revenue streams to conservative and right-of-center voices — like Fox News host Sean Hannity and Breitbart News — by pressuring advertisers into boycotting them over perceived offensive statements.

Left-wing group Media Matters has been waging boycott wars against Fox News for years. Media Matters led a successful boycott campaign to defund Fox News host Bill O’Reilly in April 2017, following a series of sexual harassment accusations against the longtime host. Fox News fired O’Reilly after his advertisers fled the show in droves.

Similar advertiser boycotts in the past targeted conservative radio host Rush Limbaugh and then-Fox News host Glenn Beck, among others.

Trump’s shocking victory in 2016 energized the left and led to a new round of boycotts.

One group, Sleeping Giants, formed as a direct response to Trump’s election. Sleeping Giants targeted Breitbart News’ advertisers in 2017 with overwhelming success: 90 percent of advertisers fled Breitbart in just two months and Breitbart continued bleeding advertisers since then.

  23. Swedish Education Minister Gustav Fridolin visited Hungary this week telling the Hungarian government and ruling Fidesz party to stop using Sweden as an example of failed mass migration policies.
The Education Minister, who is also a member of the Green party, travelled to Hungary to meet with leaders of Politics Can Be Different (LMP) party to discuss issues of education.

Fridolin said he was also concerned about the rhetoric used by the Fidesz party headed by Prime Minister Viktor Orbán, which has pointed to the negative impacts of mass migration in Sweden ahead of April’s general election, Sveriges Radio reports.

“We have our problems and challenges the same as you probably have in Hungary. At the same time, we now see how people who have come from other countries to Sweden get more work, get involved, and contribute and make Sweden their own. It is obviously a description of reality that is also needed,” Fridolin said.

  24. Italy: Police arrest five Muslims known to 2016 Berlin attack suspect

Italian state police detained five Muslims accused of being in Berlin terrorist attack suspect Anis Amri’s network after they conducted raids in both Latina and Rome.

State police footage shows a raid in Latina related to the investigation, with police entering and searching an apartment.

      https://www.middleeastmonitor.com/20180329-italy-arrests-5-tunisians-in-anti-terrorism-swoop/

“Italian police today arrested five Tunisians as part of what they said was a major operation against suspected supporters of Islamist terrorism in central and southern Italy.

The swoop is the latest in a series of similar raids this month, coming as Italy steps up the number of foreigners it expels.

Yesterday anti-terrorism police arrested an Italian citizen of Moroccan origin who they said was an Daesh sympathiser planning a truck attack.

“A vast anti-terrorism operation” was being carried out by special investigation forces based in Rome and the nearby town of Latina, police said in a statement today.

The five Tunisians detained are suspected of being part of a network connected to Anis Amri, the Tunisian who killed 12 people when he drove a truck into a Christmas market in Berlin in December 2016, judicial sources told Reuters.

Amri was shot dead by Italian police near Milan four days after the Berlin attack.

Prosecutors suspect the arrested Tunisians of crimes including planning international terrorism, falsifying documents and helping illegal immigration of radicalised Tunisians, the sources said.

However, the sources said there was no evidence the suspects participated directly in the Berlin truck attack or that they were preparing any imminent attack in Italy.

As part of their operation, police were carrying out searches in Rome, the southern port city of Naples and the central and southern towns of Latina, Viterbo, Caserta and Matera, the sources said.

So far this year, 29 foreigners, mostly Muslims, have been expelled from Italy as suspected threats to national security.”

    • The first step down this slippery slope was abortion on demand, the second was assisted suicide for those terminally ill, then assisted suicide for those who are depressed and suicidal. The next step will be forced murder of disabled babies and kids, after that the death camps for those who refuse to accept the progressive movement. (can anyone tell me how becoming a slave to a Marxist state is progress?)

The left has worked long and hard to remove the idea of evil from our vocabulary, in the absence of evil all things are good.

Does anyone else see the stupidity of pushing this just as the left in the US is using the idea of protecting the children to try and disarm the citizens?

  25. Newly released crime statistics from the Swedish Crime Prevention Council (Brå) show the number of fatal acts of violence in 2017 to be the highest ever recorded by the agency, while the number of rapes has also continued to rise.
Brå released the crime statistics for 2017 this week through the organisation’s website and while the total number of crimes had remained largely the same, rapes and fatal violence had both increased.

According to the report, the number of fatal violent crimes totalled 113, up from 106 in 2016. “The number of cases 2017 is the highest level of reported cases of fatal violence since 2002 when Brå began to compile statistics,” the organisation wrote.

Cases of fatal violence that included multiple deaths also increased from eight cases of fatal violence in four separate events in 2016 to 16 cases in 2017, including the Stockholm terror attack in which five people were killed by radical Islamic terrorist Rakhmat Akilov.

    • WATCH: Gwinnett minister, wife, sons brawl with police during missing child rescue

An attempt to rescue a missing teenager ended with a Gwinnett County minister and his family fighting with police this weekend.

Wilmer Cruz, 38, his wife Cristina Cruz and their 17-year-old son Wilmer Cruz Jr. each face charges of obstruction, aggravated assault of an officer and interference with custody, according to jail records. A 16-year-old son, who was not identified, was arrested and charged as a juvenile.

The entire fight was caught on police body cameras and cellphones Sunday afternoon in the Iglesia Cristiana Evangelica church parking lot, Channel 2 Action News reported.

“I’ve never seen something that could have been so innocent escalate so quickly because of lack of cooperation,” Lilburn police Lt. Tim Allen told Channel 2.

Authorities said they got a call about a missing girl in the 4800 block of Lawrenceville Highway. They went to rescue the girl, who was in a tan Cadillac Escalade, but things escalated.

“As the officers walked toward the vehicle, several people approached the officers,” Chief Bruce Hedley said in a statement. “Officers repeatedly instructed people to stand back and continued to attempt to speak to the missing juvenile in the parked car.”

Hedley said onlookers didn’t listen, leading to an altercation. Some officers were kicked and choked, he said.

At one point, when an officer put his Taser in Wilmer Cruz’s back, Cristina Cruz grabbed it from the officer’s hand and pointed it at him, video obtained by Channel 2 shows. After Cristina Cruz was arrested, Wilmer Cruz and Wilmer Cruz Jr. were seen pinning an officer against a door. One of the sons was also seen on video taking an officer’s radio.

“At some point during the scuffle, the other officer tried to call for backup but couldn’t because (someone) was on the radio talking on it,” Allen said.

As for the missing girl, she was returned to her mother.

“They had my daughter. They won’t let her have communication with me,” the mother told Channel 2. “The lady at the church was yelling at me. They said they had custody from (the Division of Family and Children Services) but it’s not true.”

  26. The Department of Justice and the FBI is now under a new investigation – here’s why

The Justice Department Inspector General Michael Horowitz announced Wednesday that he opened an investigation into allegations that the FBI’s surveillance capabilities were politicized in advance of the 2016 election.

    Here’s what he said:

In a statement released Wednesday, Horowitz said, “The OIG will initiate a review that will examine the Justice Department’s and the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s compliance with legal requirements, and with applicable DOJ and FBI policies and procedures, in applications filed with the U.S. Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court (FISC) relating to a certain U.S. person.”

“As part of this examination,” he added, “the OIG also will review information that was known to the DOJ and the FBI at the time the applications were filed from or about an alleged FBI confidential source.”

  27. Germany: ‘Hope instead of handcuffs’ – Gambian refugees call for justice in Bavaria

At least 130 Gambian refugees marched through the Bavarian town of Donauworth on Thursday, demanding justice and fair treatment from authorities.

Protesters marched beneath the motto ‘hope instead of handcuffs’, and chanted slogans including, ‘We are here and we will fight, freedom of movement is everybody’s right’ and ‘Freedom for people in prison.’

Police officers were deployed to secure the demonstration.

    No major incidents were reported.

Earlier this month, 30 Gambians were reportedly taken into custody following clashes with police.

Michael Moore: ‘Voting Age Should be Lowered to 16’

Documentary filmmaker and left-wing activist Michael Moore had a revelation about the legal age to vote in America after Nikolas Cruz killed 17 people with a legally purchased AR-15 rifle at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida.

Michael Moore took to Twitter on Monday and shared the “one thing” he says we’ve “learned” since last month’s horrific mass shooting.

When will Republicans stand up to leftist political child abuse?
    March 29, 2018
    Daniel Greenfield

“We’ll get you through your children,” Allen Ginsberg to Norman Podhoretz.

Where did March for Our Lives come from?

We know where the organization, the money and the leadership come from.

But where do the hundreds of thousands of young people massing into crowds and calling for the abolition of the Bill of Rights come from? It’s not just the Right to Bear Arms: Freedom of Speech and of Religion have never been as unpopular among the youngest generation of voters as they are now.

They came out of the classroom. They’re the politically abused children preyed on by mental molesters.

Your local high school has some of the same radical programming as your local college. The toxic radicalism trickles down to elementary schools. And occasionally even begins in kindergarten.
