This Muslim Leader’s Goal Is Uniting an ‘Army of Islam’ to Destroy Israel in 10 Days
Translated and posted by MEMRI (Middle East Media Research Institute), the article details how combined ground, air and naval forces could defeat Israel militarily in 10 days and diplomatically in 20 days, thereby liberating “Palestine.”

“Turkey alone is superior (to Israel)” and “will serve as an important headquarters during the operation due to its land, air and naval infrastructures.” And he says, Turkey is actively pursuing and renewing alliances with Muslim countries in the Middle East and Africa.

There isn’t any science in this, what we have here is open mysticism being taught in the schools at the expense of the future generations. The fools who are doing this think they can ride the tiger and take over the world after civilization is destroyed. They can’t the barbarians they have let loose in all Western Nations will destroy civilization and the leftists and useful idiots who are pushing this attack on sanity. In the long run the barbarians will lose but not before civilization is destroyed and tribalism is once again the norm.

France hostage taking: ‘One dead’ in Trèbes supermarket
From the BBC (who actually mentions the word “Islam” in this report:
http://www.bbc.com/news/world-europe-43512791
A gunman has taken at least one person hostage in a supermarket in Trèbes, in the south of France.
Elite police have rushed to the Super U shop, and there are reports that at least one person has been killed.
A prosecutor says the gunman claims to be in the Islamic State group.
Earlier, a policeman was shot while jogging with colleagues in Carcassonne, a 15-minute drive away, but was not critically injured. It is unclear if the incidents are connected.
Prime Minister Édouard Philippe said the situation was “serious”.
The regional police chief said authorities believed one person had been killed at the supermarket but they could not yet confirm it. Other sources put the death toll at two.
Hundreds of police officers have been deployed to the area, and the vicinity has been cordoned off.
France has been hit with several deadly jihadist attacks since 2015 and has been on high alert since. A state of emergency put in place after attacks in Paris in November 2015 that killed 130 people was lifted in October.

Trump Chooses Bolton for 3rd Security Adviser as Shake-Up Continues
WASHINGTON — President Trump named John R. Bolton, a hard-line former American ambassador to the United Nations, as his third national security adviser on Thursday, continuing a shake-up that creates one of the most hawkish national security teams of any White House in recent history.
Mr. Bolton will replace Lt. Gen. H. R. McMaster, the battle-tested Army officer who was tapped last year to stabilize a turbulent foreign policy operation but who never developed a comfortable relationship with the president.
The move, which was sudden but not unexpected, signals a more confrontational approach in American foreign policy at a time when Mr. Trump faces mounting challenges, including from Iran and North Korea.
The president replaced Secretary of State Rex W. Tillerson last week with the C.I.A. director, Mike Pompeo, a former Army officer and Tea Party congressman who has spoken about regime change in Pyongyang and about ripping up the Iran nuclear deal….

There will be a lot to say in the coming days, and no shortage of folks saying it. For now, it’s enough to observe that the timing could not be better, with some of the biggest geopolitical matters in a decade or more coming up in the next 8 to 12 weeks: the deadline for the JCPOA “fix” on 12 May, the proposed summit with North Korea, the U.S. embassy move to Jerusalem.

White farmers flee South Africa in fear of land grab
White farmers in South Africa are planning to emigrate after the government announced plans to take their land without compensation.
This month, MPs from the ruling African National Congress backed a motion calling for white-owned land to be seized, prompting farming unions to warn of a repeat of the land grabs in Zimbabwe, after which agricultural production collapsed.
President Ramaphosa has insisted he will not make the same mistakes as Zimbabwe but farmers are deeply uncertain of their future, prompting the younger generation to either emigrate or leave family farms for jobs in cities.
One specialist at a Johannesburg company arranging emigration to Australia said there had been a surge in inquiries. “We’ve had a huge number of calls,” he

Protest outside Sacramento Kings arena after Stephon Clark shooting delays NBA game
A protest outside the Sacramento Kings’ home arena — Golden 1 Center — kept thousands of fans from entering the building to watch the game against the Atlanta Hawks on Thursday night.
People were protesting Sunday’s police shooting of unarmed Stephon Clark, a 22-year-old black man who was killed in his grandmother’s backyard after a foot pursuit.
Protesters locked arms to form a chain around the arena, holding signs and chanting. They also had rallied outside city hall and the Sacramento Police Station earlier in the day, leading to a march that eventually shut down I-5 at the height of rush hour. Some continued on to Golden 1 Center.
The Hawks and Kings took the court for warm-ups, and a later tip time of 7:23 p.m. was announced. The game tipped off late with a few fans trickling into the arena and sitting in the lower bowl.
The doors to the stadium were locked and the Kings later released a statement that read:

EXCLUSIVE: ‘Lone DNC Hacker’ Guccifer 2.0 Slipped Up and Revealed He Was a Russian Intelligence Officer
Robert Mueller’s team has taken over the investigation of Guccifer 2.0, who communicated with (and was defended by) longtime Trump adviser Roger Stone.
Guccifer 2.0, the “lone hacker” who took credit for providing WikiLeaks with stolen emails from the Democratic National Committee, was in fact an officer of Russia’s military intelligence directorate (GRU), The Daily Beast has learned. It’s an attribution that resulted from a fleeting but critical slip-up in GRU tradecraft.
That forensic determination has substantial implications for the criminal probe into potential collusion between President Donald Trump and Russia. The Daily Beast has learned that the special counsel in that investigation, Robert Mueller, has taken over the probe into Guccifer and brought the FBI agents who worked to track the persona onto his team.

The Clintons have ‘at least a one-way open marriage’, their former veteran pollster claims in his new book – in which he also bashes Hillary’s 2016 presidential campaign.
Mark Penn, who served as a pollster for Bill Clinton in the 1990s and chief strategist for Hillary’s 2008 presidential campaign, says that the political couple’s open marriage was possibly ‘not by choice’.
He even references Kevin Spacey and Robin Wright’s characters on the hit political drama House of Cards, where the fictional first couple, Frank and Claire Underwood, ‘have numerous partners, including one who sleeps at the White House’.
Penn opens up about the Clintons in his upcoming book, Microtrends Squared: The New Small Forces Driving Today’s Big Disruptions.
Hillary fundraiser causes a stink with the DNC
Just as Democratic donors thought they’d finally put away wallets for Hillary Clinton, she’s coming back to NYC for a fund-raiser for her nonprofit — while also creating a party stink by throwing the bash at the exact same time as an event for DNC chairman Tom Perez.
Clinton will be in town on April 30 for her “Onward Together” organization, to support young political leaders.
With great fanfare, Clinton announced in an email to her 2016 supporters that she is launching the Onward Together Leadership Council and that they could become charter members — in return for coughing up at least $10,000.
The email states, “Charter members .?.?. are an esteemed network of supporters who pledge to contribute $10,000 and up. Members will receive updates, briefings and invitations .?.?.”

Europeans to take new steps against Russia over UK spy
BRUSSELS (Reuters) – European Union member states agreed at a summit in Brussels to take further punitive steps against Russia in the coming days for the nerve agent attack in Salisbury, as Moscow accused the bloc of joining a London-driven hate campaign against it.
Late on Thursday, in a boost for British Prime Minister Theresa May, the 28-member EU collectively condemned the attack on a former Russian spy and said it was “highly likely” Moscow was responsible. They also recalled the EU ambassador to Russia.
“Additional steps are expected as early as Monday at the national level,” summit chair Donald Tusk told reporters.
French President Emmanuel Macron said Paris and Berlin would be among countries taking further rapid and coordinated measures which other leaders said would include the expulsion of Russian officials and possible other retaliatory actions.
“We consider this attack a serious challenge to our security and European sovereignty so it calls for a coordinated and determined response from the European Union and its member states,” Macron told a news conference.

Exclusive: U.S. warship sails near disputed islands in South China Sea, officials say
WASHINGTON/BEIJING (Reuters) – A U.S. Navy destroyer carried out a “freedom of navigation” operation on Friday, coming within 12 nautical miles of an artificial island built by China in the South China Sea, U.S. officials told Reuters.
The operation, which infuriated Beijing, was the latest attempt to counter what Washington sees as China’s efforts to limit freedom of navigation in the strategic waters.
The officials, speaking on condition of anonymity, said the destroyer Mustin traveled close to Mischief Reef in the Spratly Islands and carried out maneuvering operations. China has territorial disputes with its neighbors over the area.
The United States has criticized China’s construction of islands and buildup of military facilities in the area, and is concerned they could be used to restrict free nautical movement.

Spain to try Catalan separatist leaders for rebellion
MADRID (Reuters) – Twenty-five Catalan leaders will be tried for rebellion, embezzlement or disobeying the state, Spain’s Supreme Court ruled on Friday, in a sharp escalation of legal action against separatists in the northeastern region.
One of the leaders facing up to 25 years in prison if convicted, Marta Rovira, earlier said she had already fled Spain, joining six others in exile.
The ruling raised the stakes in Madrid’s efforts to contain separatists in Catalonia, where a banned referendum backed independence last year.
The case will be closely watched by separatist groups across Europe and beyond. Rights groups have already criticized the extent of Madrid’s crackdown – though the European Union, wary of any splintering of its member states, has firmly supported the Spanish government’s response.

U.S. charges Iranians for global cyber attacks on behalf of Tehran
WASHINGTON (Reuters) – The United States on Friday charged nine Iranians and an Iranian company with attempting to hack into hundreds of U.S. and international universities, dozens of companies and parts of the U.S. government on behalf of the Tehran government.
The cyber attack pilfered more than 31 terabytes of academic data and intellectual property from 144 U.S. universities and 176 universities in 21 foreign countries, the U.S. Department of Justice said in a statement.
The U.S. Treasury Department said on its website that it was placing sanctions on those accused and the Mabna Institute, a company described by U.S. prosecutors as designed to help Iranian research organizations steal information.
“These defendants are now fugitives of justice,” U.S. Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein said at a press conference, warning that they may face extradition in more than 100 countries if they travel outside of Iran.
The action is the fourth time in the past few months that the administration of U.S. President Donald Trump has blamed a foreign government for major cyber attacks, a practice that was relatively rare under the Obama administration.
The campaign targeted the email accounts of more than 100,000 professors worldwide and compromised about 8,000 of them, the Justice Department said, describing the conspiracy as one of the largest state-sponsored hacking sprees prosecuted.

John Bolton named to replace H.R. McMaster as National Security Adviser
By J.E. Dyer March 22, 2018
It’s been a quizzical afternoon watching a Sudden Theme develop on Twitter that Ambassador John Bolton is basically a Russian bot.
The idea is so preposterous it’s not even worth refuting, given Bolton’s long history of toughness on Russia, the numerous times he has called Russian behavior out, his reputation in some quarters as a “neo-con” (carrying the connotation, among others, of being tough on Russia), and his frequent criticisms of Obama for being weak and appeasing toward Russia.
https://libertyunyielding.com/2018/03/22/john-bolton-named-replace-h-r-mcmaster-national-security-adviser/
Richard: Selected gems from the article.
I’ve heard through the grapevine that the McMaster move wasn’t supposed to be for another few months, and that this is happening early. If so, my guess would be it’s related mainly to the timing of the foreign policy agenda. There are things that can’t wait another few months, and the Iran JCPOA and North Korea are big ones.
There will be other important aspects of this swap. The vestiges of staff-level continuity on the NSC will fade rapidly once Bolton is in. It looks to me like Trump judges the tipping point to be at hand. He can finally gain control of his own NSC staff, and sees no reason to wait any longer.
That may have some interesting implications about what’s going on in the background. At any rate, this is good news. I don’t think Trump was really ready to move on some of the big things, at this time last year. He hadn’t solidified in his own mind what he wanted to do about them. He came in very certain about trade policy, but less so about alliances, balance of power, and regional geopolitical tensions. Now he’s more certain where his footing is. Should be an interesting ride.
It is crunch time, we either do something about several of the many pressing issues or we surrender to Islam, China and Russia. Not necessarily in that order.
We no longer have any road to kick cans down, if we don’t move on Korea and Iran every petty dictator on earth will work to get nukes. Some of them will purchase them from Kim, others from Iran who will give other nukes to various jihadi groups to use on the people the Imams have declared enemies of Islam.
The real reason John Brennan ripped Trump over McCabe firing
By Jeff Dunetz March 23, 2018
Former CIA Director John Brennan issued a tweet on Sunday, prophesying against the President that when the full extent of his “venality, moral turpitude, and political corruption” was known, Trump would take his “rightful place as a disgraced demagogue in the dustbin of history.” Brennan probably took those words from his autobiography, because, while they do not apply to the President, a corrupt lack of morality is a fitting description for John Brennan’s tenure in the Obama administration.
The FBI’s Office of Professional Responsibility (OPR) accused Andrew McCabe of not being honest and for leaking information. A bit of research proves that when working for Obama, Brennan wasn’t honest and leaked information. It’s no wonder Brennan freaked.
For example, in March 2014, then-chairman of the Senate Intelligence Committee Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-CA) tore into Brennan on the Senate floor for spying on her fellow senators.

Collusion: Why it took the whole Obama administration to put Team Trump under surveillance
By J.E. Dyer March 23, 2018
It’s a lot easier to pull teeth than it has been to extract sense and meaning from the parade of data points we’ve been treated to in the last 15 months on Whatever We’re Calling This Thing. (Russiagate, Muh Trump, Deep State Attacks – pick your cultural pop-reference of choice.)
But we’ve reached the point at which two threads I’ve been presenting converge. It’s time to lay out why they do, and what it means.
The latest evidence of a leak from inside the White House clarifies the moment. What’s important about the leak is that it happened. After all these months of vigilance, it still happened.
If you simply assume that that’s because neither Trump nor John Kelly is competent to run a staff, there’s not much I can do for you. The media have been doing their best to promote that as a theme, after all.
But if you’re willing to consider that the leak problem in fact originates with people who were there before Trump took office, and that the “leaks” may not be occurring the way most of us mentally imagine them, the whole picture looks different in a very significant way. It looks coherent.
https://libertyunyielding.com/2018/03/23/collusion-took-whole-obama-administration-put-team-trump-surveillance/
Selected gems from the article:
Trump had to starve the State Department into a condition of de-staffed paralysis to make it incapable of sabotaging him that way. If we recognize, as I believe we can, that Trump has all along regarded H.R. McMaster as a place-holder at the National Security Council, and that he’s been waiting to gain control of it himself, instead of having it snuggled under his arm as an adversarially-staffed viper waiting to bite, the timing of his change of national security advisers makes perfect sense.
Trump feels ready now to take the initiative and get control of his NSC staff. I think it is accurate to say he understands that’s where the “leaks” problem is.
From a larger perspective, one of the most significant aspects of this change wasn’t even specifically about the White House Office and its IT arrangements. It related instead to the Office of Management and Budget’s supervision of IT strategy for the federal government as a whole. By giving his White House IT team a charter embedded in that OMB role, Obama was able in the last two years of his administration to deploy the IT team, on a basis of agile ad hockery, and implement rapid IT transformations in several agency cases (including immigration documentation, refugee vetting, a VA application process, and borrower information for student loans).
https://libertyunyielding.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/03/Collusion-pull-1.jpg
But for our purposes here, the important point is one you probably wouldn’t think of, unless you were thinking about leaks. The automation and digitization of the White House Office systems didn’t make it harder to leak information from the White House. It made it easier.
Upgrading the infrastructure to 2016 standards made it compatible with automated means of transferring information, in ways it had not been before. Where once it might have literally required being in the presence of outdated recording equipment and locally stored records to get hold of leak-worthy information, it could now be done through modernized, connected systems. Digital telephony alone made a watershed difference in that equation.
By 2016, the new WHO infrastructure had knocked the obstacles down. It was no longer literal air gaps and analog equipment that stood in the way of moving information on the sly. It now required proactive attention to security, to prevent the possibility of information being moved on the sly.
In the absence of automation and widespread availability of a common IT environment, there’s no way the level of unmasking could have increased as it did. The intel agencies literally couldn’t have processed so many unmaskings on a multiple-humans-in-the-loop basis. Automation was essential to the morally meaningful development: the dramatic increase in unmaskings, without apparently commensurate justification.
More gems and a few Oh Shit items:
hat’s one thread. The other is the collaboration thread, embodied and symbolized in the special “Russia” task force that was set up by Obama at the highest level of government in August of 2016. Although that task force ostensibly had a legitimate purpose, its own members have expressed great disappointment that it never really did anything – at least not in the service of its official reason for being.
But there are two key reasons we need to focus on that task force. One reason functions as a pivot point from the technology thread, because the two major effects we are ultimately talking about – surveillance of the Trump team, and leaking – depend on data-sharing and collaboration.
They depend on data-sharing and collaboration within a group, certainly, but those functions also have to be arranged, on the leaks side, with persons outside the group. In either case, the cloud is the ideal mechanism for the transactions involved.
What makes it ideal for either purpose is that you can drop things in it, and someone else can come along and pick them up, without ever having to “meet” you detectably in any sense. Inside the cycle of auditability – if there even is one – the cloud can function as a virtual and unwatched dead drop for the exchange of information.
The task force was, apparently, under orders to hide its activities from other people, even in the Obama White House, who were not “read in.”
But facilitating leaks to the outside – ultimately to the media, although not necessarily to them alone – could also be a function of the cloud.
Remember, the IC cloud is hosted and managed at an AWS facility miles away. The question is not whether we know for sure that no information was ever dead-dropped to an outside party this way. The question is whether we can guarantee that it couldn’t possibly be.
And that cannot be guaranteed. Only a fool would say it couldn’t happen, and that it needs no looking into. Don’t forget that the same man who owns Amazon Web Services owns the Washington Post.
The task force is so significant because its creation demonstrates something crucial about arranging surveillance of Team Trump – and using it for political rather than legitimate national security purposes.
The crucial reality is this. To do that without leaving a flashing neon trail of wrongdoing, it would take the collaboration of multiple agencies.
This is something that has been visible to me almost from the beginning (call it February of 2017). Initially, in fact, although I knew the FBI had to be involved to some extent, I was inclined to be more suspicious about the NSC and ODNI staffs. (I have never thought it likely that there was complicit involvement by people from NSA.) I thought, at the beginning, that any FBI or DOJ role was probably minimal.
In the year since, we have learned that DOJ and FBI personnel appear to have been right in the middle of it. But we are in some danger now of over-focusing on their participation, and forgetting the extensive roles played by others: John Brennan and the CIA, James Clapper of ODNI, Susan Rice and the NSC staff, and even the State Department, including John Kerry and Samantha Power, the latter of whom was the ambassador to the UN at the time her credentials were used to authorize hundreds of unmaskings of USPI.
We can speculate in each of these cases about political motivation and level of enthusiasm for the collaborative effort of spying on Trump. But the actual bottom line is that it wasn’t possible to do it, and keep it effectively under wraps, without the involvement of all of these parties.
The reason is simple. It takes such collaboration to circumvent the safeguards built into our surveillance laws. Each party has functions it can properly perform, but which it is not supposed to go beyond. And only one party, out of all the ones named above, can actually evade a true, meaningful audit of its activities, for long enough to keep this kind of enterprise going. That party is the one at the pinnacle: the NSC (and implicitly, the Executive Office of the President itself).
Read the entire article, if it doesn’t scare you nothing will, it is an indictment of the entire Obama administration and their actions. Obama (possibly deliberately) put our entire national security archive at risk of being hacked by our enemies (both foreign and domestic) and made it easier for an infiltrator (both foreign and domestic) to remove information and leak it to either other enemies or to the media (in some cases they are the same).
The article shows how the very large group of Obama appointees colluded/conspired to spy on Donald Trump and his campaign and once he took office on his administration. These facts are coming out and the swamp critters/sewer rats are screaming because every time one of them is fired more info about their crimes comes out. Crimes that (so far) haven’t risen to the capital punishment level but have passed the level where they could be assured of spending their prison time in a country club prison.
It has taken time to reach this position because President Trump had to work with members of the Deep State in order to identify who they were and who was not a member of the Deep State but wasn’t on his side either. He is replacing the weaker links in his team with people he has identified as being stronger, people who will take charge of their departments and remove all of the weak links that can be discovered. He is doing this as the time for talking with North Korea is running out, he needs a team in place that will help once we are forced to move into North Korea. A team that will watch what our other large external enemies (Russia, China and Iran) are doing and who will work to ensure that our internal enemies won’t sabotage our efforts to prevent a nuclear war.
After 8 years of Obama it may be impossible to prevent a nuclear exchange but hopefully we will be able to prevent nuclear warheads from landing on the US and our allies.

As forces in Britain declare tackling so-called hate crime a “priority”, the police watchdog has released a report revealing officers are taking days to respond to emergency calls.
Her Majesty’s Inspectorate of Constabulary and Fire & Rescue Services (HMICFRS) asserted that “the system is under severe strain and in some forces the cracks are showing” in its annual review of policing in England and Wales, which found that there were “considerable delays” in response to 999 calls for assistance in two forces.

The latest attempt to secure the UK’s first prosecution for female genital mutilation (FGM) has failed, with a West African father cleared of using the practice to “punish” his young daughter.
The prosecution was only the second brought under FGM legislation since it was introduced 33 years ago, in 1985. Not a single person has been found guilty of the crime in Britain, despite thousands of cases logged annually, and hundreds of successful prosecutions in France.
The man, 50, was alleged during a nine-day trial to have twice recruited someone to cut the girl with a razor blade at their home in south London between 2010 and 2013. The identity of the cutter had been forgotten, but the prosecution said the father had overseen and “egg[ed] on” the abuse.

Christian church attacked in Quetta, Pakistan
At least nine die as police shoot dead two suicide gunmen with explosive vests before they enter packed church.…
This is the shocking moment a woman was flogged 100 times by her husband as punishment for adultery before collapsing in front of a mob – who then sexually assaulted her.
The terrified woman, tied by her hands to a rope hanging from a tree, can be heard screaming in pain as her husband repeatedly whipped her with a leather belt in northern India.
A group of men and boys standing around in a circle watched as she collapsed unconscious after the frenzied beating yesterday in Bulandshahr, Uttar Pradesh.
But her ordeal did not end there with reports claiming some of the villagers then sexually assaulted and tried to rape her. When she regained her senses, they warned her against telling the police before running off.

Tables turned: Global waming alarmists now ‘deny’ climate science while Big Oil defends it
By LU Staff March 22, 2018
Something bizarre happened Wednesday after the U.S. District Court for the District Northern California held a “tutorial” hearing on global warming science.
Chevron agreed with the latest scientific assessment from the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change’s (IPCC), which was released in 2013 and 2014, the oil company’s lawyer said.
California cities, environmentalists, and some scientists argued that Chevron’s use of the IPCC’s latest assessment was misleading since it was outdated. Effectively, those seeking to punish oil companies are throwing aside the oft touted “consensus” on climate science.
The irony was not lost on University of Colorado Professor Roger Pielke, Jr., who has published peer-reviewed studies on climate science and policies.

Investigate Broward County Sheriff’s ‘Deputy Hamas,’ Too
This is Frank Gaffney with the Secure Freedom Minute.
Broward County Sheriff Scott Israel’s performance is under scrutiny after his deputies failed to prevent, or at least limit the damage of, the murderous rampage at Parkland High School. Florida Governor Rick Scott has launched an investigation of the Sheriff’s Office amid calls for the resignation of its boss.
While the Governor’s investigators are at it, they should look into another of Sheriff Israel’s deputies, Nezar Hamze. He is a top official of the Council on American Islamic Relations – a group founded by the designated terrorist organization Hamas and better known by its acronym, CAIR.
For years, Deputy Hamze has been allowed to provide weapons training to Sharia-supremacists like him at Florida mosques. Had Sheriff’s Office resources been applied instead to training law enforcement or school personnel, an actual threat to public safety might have been mitigated, rather than potentially creating new ones.

reuters –U.S. charges, sanctions Iranians for global cyber attacks on behalf of Tehran
WASHINGTON (Reuters) – The United States on Friday announced criminal charges and sanctions against nine Iranians and an Iranian company for attempting to hack into hundreds of universities worldwide, dozens of companies and parts of the U.S. government, including its main energy regulator, on behalf of Tehran’s government.
The cyber attacks, beginning in at least 2013, pilfered more than 31 terabytes of academic data and intellectual property from 144 U.S. universities and 176 universities in 21 other countries, the U.S. Department of Justice said, describing the conspiracy as one of the largest state-sponsored hacking sprees prosecuted.
The U.S. Treasury Department said that it was placing sanctions on the nine accused individuals and the Mabna Institute, a company described by U.S. prosecutors as designed to help Iranian research organizations steal information.
“These defendants are now fugitives of justice,” U.S. Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein said at a press conference. Rosenstein said they may face extradition in more than 100 countries if they travel outside of Iran.
The hackers were not accused of being directly employed by Iran’s government. They were instead charged with criminal conduct waged primarily through the Mabna Institute on behalf of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, the elite military force assigned to defend Iran’s Shi’ite theocracy from internal and external threats.
There was no immediate response to the charges and sanctions in Iran’s state-run media.
Hackers targeted email accounts of more than 100,000 professors worldwide and compromised about 8,000 of them, prosecutors said. Hackers also targeted the U.S. Labor Department, the U.S. Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, the United Nations and the computer systems of the U.S. states Hawaii and Indiana, prosecutors said.
Friday’s actions are part of an effort by senior cyber security officials at the White House and across the U.S. government to blame foreign countries for malicious hacks.

I don’t know if it is wishful thinking on my part but… It seems Prince Salman is on the right track. To read the comments to this essay though is depressing.
But I say, what have we got to lose? Go ahead Salman. Try to bring your kingdom into the 21st century, we’ll back you.
From what I have heard he has already made some sweeping changes; the religious police have been sharply demoted, women can now open businesses without male approval, they don’t have to wear the hijab and will be allowed to drive come this summer!
I keep meaning to look up where he was educated. If he was educated in the west, a likely guess, and considering his age, 34?, he must realize that the current KSA is recipe for disaster. You cannot run a modern economy with 50% of the work force unable to participate and… the oil will not last forever.
When KSA was first put together it was a coalition of the Wahhabi tribe and the power brokers. It is pretty obvious the destruction that has ensued world wide from Wahhabi Islam not only to KSA but to the rest of the world.
I also find it interesting that the current King has given this young man such wide latitude. Never mind that the demographics of KSA skew sharply to people under 30 staring into their smart phones and saying WTF? This trajectory that KSA has been on has run its course. They no longer have western economies by the balls and their situation is laid bare. I think one of the “new initiatives” to build some kind of futuristic tech city is part of the realization that KSA MUST diversify or perish.
Trump’s Choice of Bolton Reflects American Greatness
The political warriors from the Freedom Center’s events are Trump’s newest fighters.
March 23, 2018
Daniel Greenfield
Fifteen years ago, North Korea banned John Bolton from the useless nuclear talks. “Such human scum and bloodsucker is not entitled to take part in the talks,” its foreign ministry declared.
North Korea had freaked out because then Undersecretary of State Bolton had called Kim Jong Il, a “tyrannical dictator” and life in the socialist hellhole, a “hellish nightmare”.
Bolton would later describe that as one of his proudest moments.
Back then, North Korea had defended the move by pointing out that Bolton’s views differed “from the recent remarks of the U.S. president”. And so it could claim that he didn’t represent the United States.
Fifteen years later the game has changed. Kim Jong Il is dead and the President of the United States has called his successor, “little rocket man”, a “madman” and “short and fat”.
John Bolton very definitely does represent the views of this president.
And to prove it, President Trump has appointed him as his new National Security Adviser.

The Bolton-for-McMaster Change
Why our success — and survival — will benefit.
March 23, 2018
Michael Ledeen
Anyone who has held as many hard jobs in Washington as has John Bolton, will have made numerous enemies, whatever his personality. John has plenty of critics, and in this dramatic Bolton-for-McMaster change, there are lots of unhappy officials, not even including the McMaster loyalists at the National Security Council who are surely slated for an early exit.
As the Los Angeles Times puts it succinctly in a headline, “Bolton’s not nice, but he’s good.”
Actually, those of us who have known him for a long time would differ on the “not nice” bit. I think he’s very nice. I met him when we were both at the American Enterprise Institute, and truth be told I was not at all enthusiastic about his arrival there. I wasn’t a fan of Jim Baker, for whom John had worked at the State Department, and I wondered why AEI wanted a “Baker person.” But I changed my mind as I read the many articles, essays, and even books that John produced. And he was willing to debate issues on which we disagreed, or seemed to disagree. Over the years, we’ve both changed our minds on several policy issues. His Cabinet colleagues will find him thoughtful, a rare quality in any bureaucracy, and even rarer when it comes to foreign policy debates in Washington.
Not that he brooks silliness. He has real convictions, as you’d want and expect. I hope and expect that he finally imposes real personnel change at the NSC. His predecessor had a baffling sympathy for NSC staffers who had faithfully served in the Obama Administration, and actually told his employees that there was no such thing as a “holdover,” only loyal staffers. John Bolton knows better, as any grownup should. We’ll see soon enough. Personnel is policy, and to date the greatest failure of the Trumpists is an ongoing failure to staff out the government with their own people. The Bolton move suggests that the president is at least beginning to recognize this, and it would be confirmed by a substantial facelift to the NSC staff. Perhaps even including the hapless head of White House personnel, Gianni di Stefano. Apparently Trump and Bolton have had many discussions about this operation, so the new national security adviser will no doubt have a very clear picture of his powers, as well as the policies the president wants articulated and executed.

Texas SJP and MSA Activists Revealed as Neo-Nazis in Poster Campaign
Students advocate violence against Jews, praise Adolf Hitler.

Continuing its campaign to expose the campus organization Students for Justice in Palestine as neo-Nazis, the David Horowitz Freedom Center placed posters this week on the campuses of the University of Texas-San Antonio and the University of Texas-Arlington. The posters document comments that student activists affiliated with SJP have made on social media praising Nazi leader Adolf Hitler and calling for the extermination of the Jews. The posters also expose Berkeley Professor Hatem Bazian, a co-founder of SJP, as an anti-Semite and supporter of the anti-Israel terror group Hamas.
Statements shared by SJP activists on social media, which are documented on the posters include:
“How many Jews died in the Holocaust? Not enough”
“Wow White Jews are so entitled LMFAOOO Please die.”
“Had to write about a leader for DCL class. Wrote about Hitler. Cuz he’s a boss.”

Border Patrol Fights Back
U.S. officials are refusing to hand over criminal aliens to California.
March 23, 2018
Matthew Vadum
The U.S. Border Patrol is reportedly fighting back against California’s openly seditious statewide sanctuary laws by refusing to hand over illegal aliens with felony warrants to police in California.
This makes perfect sense, according to the law of unintended consequences. It is an appropriate, tactically innovative way to counter California’s ridiculous laws that seek to nullify federal immigration legislation.
Rodney Scott, the chief patrol agent in the Border Patrol’s San Diego sector, previously said that the Golden State’s sanctuary laws were making normal cooperation between his agency and local law enforcement difficult.
This is because California now largely forbids cooperation with federal immigration authorities, a violation of the U.S. Constitution’s Supremacy Clause. State law there now imposes draconian restrictions on communication between local police and federal immigration enforcement, including information regarding when criminal aliens are scheduled to be released from local jails.
According to the Daily Caller, Scott recently entered into evidence a declaration in support of the U.S. Department of Justice’s lawsuit aimed at California’s reckless sanctuary state laws.
In the declaration Scott recounted several instances in which San Diego sector border agents determined that they could not hand over custody of a criminal alien to local law enforcement because local officials could not be trusted to return the alien to federal custody after processing by the courts.
According to the news report:
Kate Steinle’s Killer Alleges “Collusion” Between Feds and Local Cops
Sanctuary policies embolden aspiring illegal aliens and criminals.
March 23, 2018
Michael Cutler
For decades politicians, from both political parties, have amped up statements that laud law violators while ridiculing hard-working Americans.
Consider the rhetoric of self-hating American politicians who frequently talk about the “jobs Americans won’t do” or how, in order to continue to lead, America must import foreign workers whom they described as the “world’s best and brightest,” thereby deprecating highly educated, highly experienced and highly successful and innovative American high-tech workers.
Now a team of criminal defense attorneys have alleged that the coordination of various law enforcement agencies to discharge their lawful duties constitutes collusion. This claim is, of itself, insane. However, the trip “over the edge” has only begun when you consider who these attorneys represent — none other than Jose Ines Garcia-Zarate, the illegal alien from Mexico who admitted to having shot and killed Kate Steinle in San Francisco as she strolled with her father.
In the parallel universe these lawyers inhabit, their client, a criminal who shot a young woman to death, is himself the victim of law enforcement officers.

House Report: Clapper Lied to Congress About Media Leaks
March 23, 2018
Daniel Greenfield
The media has a double standard when it comes to Republicans and Democrats. Anything the former do is a scandal. Hours of outrage, calls for impeachment and indictments quickly follow. But anything the latter do is quickly spun as, “Everyone does it.”
Obama lied to the public about ObamaCare? Everyone does it. Bill Clinton raped and groped his way around America? Everyone does it. Obama illegally started a war? Everyone does it.
Ted Kennedy drowned a woman? Everyone does it.
Expect that to be the Clapper defense. Even if he did lie, everyone does it.
