   Lemme get this straight…. so Antifa… the counter-protesters… were marching down the street.. intimidating drivers… had stopped two… this Ohio dude, drives down ( it’s a one-way street ) gets surrounded .. a rock is thrown , they bang on his car… and he floors it into the crowd.

   This had nothing to do with the main rally. The emergency order forced that rally to disperse, right? The media will not draw these distinctions nor the “always violent” left who can’t rally or walk without blocking traffic, destroying property or inciting violence.

   I wasn’t there and have no understanding of what happened beyond what is provided online, however, if one was to consider the established pattern of anti-establishment/anti-social behaviors of antifa protestors during recent events, the above alternate perspective is plausible.

   • And if truth still mattered, any bookie would not take that bet. It is almost certainly what happened. Its what anyone with a modicum of self preservation would do.

      Fields, 20, is reportedly being held with no bail.

      Fields is a resident of Ohio. His last known residence is in Maumee, Ohio, a town southwest of Toledo with a population of 14,286.

      Twitter users have posted images of a man alleged to be the same James Fields who was arrested in Charlottesville on Saturday.

      CNN -The suspect being held in a Virginia jail in connection with a deadly crash near a scheduled rally of white nationalists has been identified as James Alex Fields Jr., 20, of Maumee, Ohio, according to Superintendent Martin Kumer with the Albermarle-Charlottesville County Regional Jail .

      Fields is being held on suspicion of second-degree murder, malicious wounding and failure to stop in an accident that resulted in death.
      One person died and 19 were injured Saturday when a car rammed a crowd of counterprotesters gathered to oppose a “Unite the Right” rally of white nationalist and other right-wing groups.
