Warner is right, you can’t reform Islam the people who think they can are people who are non religious, in their minds all believers are stupid and thus are too stupid to understand what their attempts are reform is just picking and choosing what to believe from the Holy Writings. These same non religious people are doing the same thing with the Holy Bible, ignoring the sections they don’t like and are trying to use the court system to prevent the rest of us from publicly expressing our belief in the sections they ignore.

    Warner does an excellent job of deconstructing any puerile notions about Islamic reform.

    Islam goes in one direction only: Towards greater fundamentalism and violence.

    These are the two most significant tools for fighting any pacification (or reformation).

    • The thing the people talking about reforming Islam forget is that when Christianity was reformed it was returned to the teachings of the Bible it didn’t change the Bible.
