There hasn’t been a lot posted today for a variety of reasons, but one of them is that the post about a Trudeau MP being sent to an OIC meeting deserves all the attention I can possibly give it. So I wanted that to be the only post for the better part of the day.

I’m more than a little upset that the Israeli in this interview is so incredulously sloppy in his choice of words re American meddling in Israeli elections, citing the most recent campaign of Netanyahu.
No. It wasn’t “American meddling.” It was BARAK OBAMA’S MEDDLING.
So, the uninitiated listener goes away thinking that Pres. Trump is to blame and by that implication, totally absolves the nefarious Obama of any wrongdoing.

If these wineries are located in the West Bank they probably employ many Palestinians, possibly even a majority of the workers are Palestinians.
I recall a company called Soda Stream that had its manufacturing facility in the West Bank. They came under boycott attack in Europe and their sales plunged. Scarlet Johansen did commercials for them I think. The owners of the company decided to move their manufacturing out of the West Bank due to the boycott and in the process laid off over 200 Palestinian workers. The owner was interviewed and he claimed the Palestinians were paid the same and had the same health ins. as the Israeli employees.
So… What a great thing for the Palestinians! NOT. Do you think it ever occurs to these self righteous Western pricks that they are putting Palestinians out of work with their virtue signaling???
Israel makes competitive wine. You go ahead and look for it and I will too.
I also buy herbs grown in Israel when I need them. If Israel can grow herbs, ship them half way around the world and sell them fresh at a competitive price in my grocery I say, more power to them!
While I’m on a roll… Every year our local groceries have savings for Passover foods. For the past three years you could buy 5 pounds of matzo for 1 dollar with the coupon. I looked into it and the matzo was made in Israel. I brought this large shrink wrapped load of matzo home and my husband thought I had lost my mind. The matzo was divided into 5 one pound boxes so I took one box out and gave the rest to the food drive. I like a matzo as much as the next guy, but 5 lbs?
My point is that someone in Israel made money off that and I am more than willing to support the matzo industry. I have used the coupon every year. I hope it helps.

Most don’t think about it, just as they don’t think about the collateral damage to any of their actions. They have caused several industries to move their factories and every time people who were working and making a better living then their out of work neighbors are forced to start scrambling for every cent they can find and really don’t get enough money to buy enough to eat anymore.
