The Federal Police (Bundespolizei) was formerly known as the Bundesgrenzschutz (BGS) (“Federal Border Guard”) (…) prior to 1994 BGS members also had military combatant status due to their historical foundation and border-guard role in West Germany. In July 2005 the law renaming the BGS as the BPOL was enacted.

        If it is clear to Merkel does she want to save Germany or is she like Obama and working to destroy the nation she was elected to lead?

        • Merkel’s “FRANKENSTEIN’s monster ” has escaped. She will look back, with nostalgia, to the times when she let them lose to do her dirty work on decent German Citizens !

          • whoops, forgot that “rhetorical question” I announced, which went something like this:

            “Does such a woman want to save Germany?” (one that despises the German flag as Merkel does ?)

        • I have made up my mind about Frau Merkel. I think she is a dedicated, fanatical Marxist. She considers herself a revolutionary. Marxist revolutionaries seek to destroy existing civilization. They hold the West in contempt. She and her Marxist cohorts are “ideological suicide bombers”, and do not care if they go down with the ship, as long as the ship is destroyed. So her inviting in all the muslims is like pulling the cord on the suicide vest. It is not intended to end well.

          What is particularly cunning about Merkel, is that she has been able to hide her death wish for the culture around her by appearing to be an orderly, pragmatic, moderate centrist, the hope of a new Europe. But really she has the heart of a Fidel Castro. I would not be surprised at all if she turns more and more dictatorial in the near future.

    I know the plan was to get the military deployed (they succeeded) the question is are the planning on provoking the military into using lethal force against the rebels?

    How many of the protesters know that the goal was to get the military deployed?

    If they are trying for the use of lethal force at this riot how many protesters know this?

    Where and when is the next riot going to occur?

    Why haven’t some “Lone Wolves” taken advantage of the shortage of police in the other big cities in Germany?

    • I think that for many young men this is just an adrenaline rush they might be missing elsewhere in their life. A silly person yesterday said to me “they are just playing with the police”.
      So, in reply to your question, I think that only the smallest fraction of them have a clue, and realize how serious all this actually is.

These Antifa/Nazifa/etc. are the very thugs, Mother Terrorista Merkel has if not “deployed” so at least “used” against decent, courageous German Patriots like PEGIDA, AfD, Identitaires, when her systematic Rufmord (Character Assassination) of these REAL Germans did not stop them coming out into the streets, and marching PEACEFULLY.

    Now, that this vulgar and hypocritical Vulgarian (apparently, Helmut Kohl had to show her how to use Fork and Knive correctly when he brought her into German politics) wanted to impress all those foreign leaders, the thugs – so far a Merkel-protected species – have gone astray and have become the proverbial Frankenstein Monster.

    • IF Merkel didn’t order this Soros did, open rebellion on the streets that the police can’t handle is an old, very old tactic to create enthusiasm for the more kinetic revolution to follow. Right now the rioters are the first of the rebels but they are also the first on the kill list once the revolution is over. After all they have proven they know how to bring down a government.

      While I may make rhetorical questions about Merkel and the other European politicians I firmly believe that this is a well planned revolution being fomented by Soros and the far left. I do have some questions about how much the politicians know at any given moment but do believe that this is being orchestrated by someone who knows what they are doing and who will not hesitate to order the deaths of many of his followers including the politicians if he/she thinks it will further the revolution. Liberal/left wing revolutions always eat the ones who carry out the revolution. Look at what Lenin did to the revolutionary groups that decided he wasn’t living up to their ideals, and what Stalin did to anyone who was remotely considered a threat to his rule.
