Study Finds Temperature Adjustments Account For ‘Nearly All Of The Warming’ In Climate Data
A new study found adjustments made to global surface temperature readings by scientists in recent years “are totally inconsistent with published and credible U.S. and other temperature data.”
“Thus, it is impossible to conclude from the three published GAST data sets that recent years have been the warmest ever – despite current claims of record setting warming,” according to a study published June 27 by two scientists and a veteran statistician.
The peer-reviewed study tried to validate current surface temperature datasets managed by NASA, NOAA and the UK’s Met Office, all of which make adjustments to raw thermometer readings. Skeptics of man-made global warming have criticized the adjustments.
Climate scientists often apply adjustments to surface temperature thermometers to account for “biases” in the data. The new study doesn’t question the adjustments themselves but notes nearly all of them increase the warming trend.
Basically, “cyclical pattern in the earlier reported data has very nearly been ‘adjusted’ out” of temperature readings taken from weather stations, buoys, ships and other sources.

Chinese drivers most certainly don’t care where their fuel comes from, but the export of American crude oil to dozens of countries over the last year is the latest chapter in a remarkable turnaround for the American oil and gas industry, about the only good news in three years of plummeting commodity prices, bankruptcies and layoffs.
For 40 years it was virtually impossible to sell American oil to any country except Canada because of an export ban that was a bedrock of United States energy policy. The Obama administration slowly loosened the ban and Congress finally ended it in late 2015 in a compromise that also extended tax credits for renewable energy.

Terror-related acts committed by refugees widespread, according to new report
At least 61 people who came to the United States as refugees engaged in terrorist activities between 2002 and 2016, according to an explosive new report coming on the heels of the Supreme Court’s reinstatement of much of President Trump’s travel ban.
The alarming report by the Heritage Foundation identified scores of refugees, including many who came prior to 2002, as having taken part in activities ranging from lying to investigators about terror plots, to actually taking part in them. The report, aimed at reforming the U.S. Refugee Admissions Program, or USRAP, calls for stricter limits and restrictions on refugees.

Last week, the Democrat-controlled state Senate passed a bill requiring all health insurers in the state to give their customers free access to abortion. Under the Reproductive Health Equity Act, even illegal immigrants will have the right to a free abortion, courtesy of the taxpayers. The bill, if signed into law, will put aside an extra $10.2 million in funding for contraception, STDs, and pregnancy-related services for the upcoming budgetary year.

I hate to say this but he is probably right, automation is replacing manual labor in the factories and most of the people being put out of work are going to have a hard time finding another job. They will be going on the dole under one name of another, to keep them from starving. Some of them will find work as custom craftsmen but there is a limited number of jobs for craftsmen. First, the author of the CNN piece, investigative journalist Andrew Kaczynski, tweeted earlier yesterday evening that he had reached out to the Reddit user before the user apologized. Kaczynski tweeted, “This apology came after CNN identified and reached out to HanA**holeSolo. Story and interview w/him posting soon.” He then followed up, “‘HanA**holeSolo’ posted his apology before we *ever* spoke with him. He called us afterwards to apologize further.” Here’s what this timeline means: CNN tracked down and identified the Reddit user. The Reddit user, before calling CNN back, took down all of his memes and issued a public apology. CNN then issued its public warning — if HanA**holeSolo backtracked on that apology or on further posting of nasty material, they had the right to doxx him.
It’s that public warning that provides the second hole in CNN’s defense. CNN insists that they never “blackmailed or coerced him.” They add, “CNN never made any deal, of any kind, with the user.” But here is their own original report:

The United States confirmed that North Korea successfully test launched an intercontinental ballistic missile for the first time, said to be capable of reaching as far as Alaska. The first instinct of every U.S. administration, including President Trump’s, has been to go to the United Nations for what U.S. Secretary of State Rex Tillerson called “global action” against North Korea. If anyone doubts that patriotism really is the last refuge of a scoundrel, a recent CNN article boasts that liberals are reclaiming patriotism. After going through their musty attics, tossing aside copies of Howard Zinn’s revisionist Marxist history of America and all the “U.S. Out of Everywhere” buttons, they found their patriotism, moth-eaten, covered in dust and a little worse for the wear. But otherwise intact.
That’s right, progressives are patriotic again. Again refers to the brief period between the end of the Hitler-Stalin pact when the Nazi invasion of the Soviet Union necessitated a sudden outburst of pro-war sentiment and the beginning of the Cold War when the Communists became the enemy again.
When the left acts as if WW2 was the only good war, it’s because it was the only war that didn’t force them to choose between their sympathies for Communism and their United States citizenship.
Every time they did have to make that choice, history records their duplicity and sordid treason.

MONTREAL — A Quebec safari park that welcomed a Muslim community group Sunday and allowed afternoon prayers to be held on its site has become the target of “racist and hateful” comments after a short video of the gathering was posted online.
In a message posted on its Facebook page, Parc Safari in Hemmingford, Que. denounced the intolerant response and said it was “sorry if freedom of religion had offended some people.”
Park president and owner Jean-Pierre Ranger said Wednesday that the online abuse is coming from a minority of Quebecers who don’t understand what happened at his facility.
“Intolerance is a factor that occurs, but it’s a small percentage,” he said in an interview. “In some way, education will eventually bring the level of understanding a little higher, and there will be less stress in our society.”

The province’s 2007 debate over reasonable accommodation featured outrage over Muslims being served pork-free meals and given prayer space at a maple sugar shack and Hasidic Jews being provided a kosher refrigerator at a pediatric hospital.
On Sunday, the Centre Communautaire Laurentien, part of the Muslim Association of Canada, organized an outing to the Parc Safari to celebrate the end of Ramadan and Canada’s 150th anniversary. The event had initially been scheduled for July 1 but was postponed because of rain.
About 950 people took part, and they were provided a small roped-off section of the park for a picnic. When the time arrived for afternoon prayers, the group used a loudspeaker.
A user going by the name guindon87 posted a 46-second video to YouTube in which people are seen at a distance gathering for prayer and Arabic words are faintly heard coming over a loudspeaker. The poster, whose YouTube contributions include a video describing Montreal activist Jaggi Singh with a racist slur, wrote that the Hemmingford prayers showed “a serious lack of respect for Quebec and Quebecers.”
The video had attracted 45,000 views Wednesday morning and was picked up by TVA news and other media outlets in the province.
Samer Elniz, manager of the Centre Communautaire Laurentien, said he found the reaction to his group’s visit “ bizarre” and particularly troubling because they were there in part to celebrate Canada.
“Personally, I go into public parks and I see Christians conducting a mass, I see baptisms. That doesn’t bother me, even if I am Muslim,” he said. “I like seeing the diversity, seeing people doing as they wish. There are countries where you don’t have those rights.”
The Parc Safari’s Facebook page continued to draw reaction Wednesday, some applauding its defense of religious freedom while others accused it of being a dupe for a proselytizing religion.
Ranger said people should understand that it was a gathering of families, not a religious event. Even when the brief prayer period was held, most of the Muslim community members were elsewhere in the park, he said.
“We do not invite anybody with a political or religious agenda to the park. We invite parents with children to enjoy a family recreational park based on the presentation of animals from four major continents,” he said. In the past, groups from a variety of religious backgrounds have benefited from the same arrangement, and it never caused a problem.
“I’m very hopeful that this is just an incident that allows people to think and come around to realizing that many are victims of propaganda. Let’s try to learn the real facts and be tolerant towards each other, and we’ll walk away from these traumatic years,” Ranger said

The newly unveiled ‘liberal mosque’ in Berlin was supposed to showcase a ‘gentler’ Islam. An Islam that could be reformed and modernized while it emerges as the dominant demographic force in Europe. German public broadcaster Deutsche Welle touted the opening of the mosque as a “world event in the heart of Berlin.”
“Everyone is welcome at Berlin’s Ibn Rushd-Goethe Mosque,” Deutsche Welle wrote, announcing the grand opening last month. “Women and men shall pray together and preach together at the mosque, while the Koran is to be interpreted ‘historically and critically.'”
German reporters and press photographers, eager to give glowing coverage, thronged to witness the mosque’s opening on June 16 and easily outnumbered the handful of Muslim worshipers. Deutsche Welle reported: “fervent enthusiasm in the media and political realm.”
“For me there is no contradiction in being a Muslim and a feminist at the same time,” Seyran Ates, the mosque’s female imam told the German reporters.
“With Islam against Islamism,” wrote Germany’s leading weekly Der Spiegel. “Society in general will lionize [Imam Ates] as the long-awaited voice of Muslims that speaks clearly against Islamist terror,” prophesied another German weekly, Die Zeit.

“A number of Syrian refugees in Europe are now crossing the Evros River that separates Greece from Turkey to return to Turkey clandestinely. Those attempting the journey find themselves at the mercy of people smugglers – just like their counterparts in Turkey trying to get to Europe.
Since January 2016, Turkey has been implementing new visa requirements for Syrians entering Turkey by air or sea in a bid to stem the flow of migrants to Europe. The new visa restrictions are a reversal of a six-year arrangement that permitted Syrians a visa-free entry into Turkey. Obtaining this document is so difficult that some refugees are taking the dangerous option of attempting to enter Turkish territory illegally.
There is also a reverse trend of Syrian refugees currently in Europe wanting to head back to Turkey. Pay close attention to what she is saying, this is coming to all of our nations in the near future. We saw attacks like this during the Presidential Campaign but it hasn’t happened at the riots yet. The operative word is yet, so far the big violence has been done by BLM and some attacks were planned by BAMN that got disrupted. Remember what has happened and be aware that it can happen to you, you don’t have to be a known member of the resistance to be attacked just be in the wrong place at the wrong time. In the States the violence is still limited to the large cities but it is coming to the small towns. I don’t know if it is in the small towns in Europe yet but if not it is going to come to them also.
It has been a long time since there were no safe spaces but that time is rapidly approaching, the leftist snow flakes are in for a rough time because they are no safer then the rest of us.
