Strange as it may sound, the video’s motorcyclist is demonstrating sincere love for his pet by making sure that the animal wears goggles. No, this is not any sort of ridiculous anthropomorphizing. Most of you know me better than that.
Many families bring home their dogs from protracted vacations only to (lamentably) discover that—by letting their critter joyously hang its head out of the car’s window—they’d let its eyes be scratched, dehydrated, and damaged by insect impacts even as the poor animal was having the time of its life.
That “Sidecar Dog” had (relatively) harmless adventures which few animals—or their human owners—could ever have enjoyed so much.
Remember, this is someone who’s a pet owner—yes, I OWN my animals—and not one of those whimpy “animal guardians” that need their mewling @sses kicked up to the back of their necks.

I hate to tell you this but leaving that many solar panels out in the open in an almost totally unprotected state would be an open invitation for “scrappers” to strip them off for scrap or resale. Reinforcing or securing their mountings would zero out any profitability in terms of energy harvested. In this particular case, Trump is blowing smoke.
