Germany: Al-Quds Day march met by counter protesters in Berlin
Hundreds of demonstrators took part in the Al-Quds march in central Berlin, Friday, to show solidarity with Palestine.
The big crowd gathered at Adenauerplatz and walked the streets carrying a huge Palestinian flag and numerous signs decrying Israel’s activity in the Gaza Strip.
The demonstration was met by some 200 counter-protesters, who waved Israeli flags and paraded through the streets from George-Grosz-Platz all the way to Wittenbergplatz.
