    • He is right and if I were President I would have hesitated to order the strike because if my personal doubts about what really happened. The idea that this gives ISIS and other terrorist groups of various types reason for false flag attacks is both right and wrong, they already had the incentive of being able to blame others for the gas attacks so really this attack changes nothing on that front. He is doing what the lace panty brigade almost always does, he is taking counsel from his fears and is thus opposing anything that might upset the bad guys of the world.

Also don’t forget the message this sends to China and North Korea, he has said that he is willing to go head to head with Russia if he thinks it is necessary. What does this say to China and North Korea?

Also why wasn’t the missile attack degraded by the new Russian air defense system in place in Syria? According to all of the experts I have read the system could have degraded the attack even if it couldn’t stop the entire attack. Why wasn’t the runways cratered? This would prevent anyone from using the airport until the runways were repaired. Since the Tomahawks have the capability of flying into tunnels and fortified hangers why weren’t the fortified hangers attacked? These facts are nagging me and causing me to wonder if Russia didn’t give permission for the attack and received permission to talk tough and send out some ships supposedly to chase and harrass our ships.Putin is that Machiavellian but is Trump? Wheels within wheels and questions that are unanswered

  1. For those of us who like thinking for ourselves.
And if you absolutely need to think Trump is a concerned humanist and not a businessman, remember it is the CIA that he relies on for information to base his decisions on.

    • I know that is who he relies on, I also know that the Obama holdovers in the CIA is messing with President Trump so I have questions about the info he has been given. Was it messed with? Probably not. How reliable are the sources the CIA used? I don’t know.

  2. Am I allowed to say that all of these “talking heads” have the combined worth of a dog turd that I scraped off of my muddy shoe (two weeks ago)? Or is that unacceptable?

Like so-called professional “economists”, the predictability of some 99.999% of these pundit mavens has all the reliability of modern prognosticators or (more precisely) a fecking dartboard.

Please read, “The Black Swan: The Impact of the Highly Improbable”, by essayist, scholar, philosopher, and statistician, Nassim Nicholas Taleb. Just to experience his enthusiastically derisive and derogatory attitude towards economists, academics, stockbrokers, and investment bankers is to make this book worth reading TWICE.
