A sensible start. German people know who took this small freedom away from them and will act accordingly. Denial of the threat will only get some one killed. Those who would prosecute violence on noncombatants, sadly, will find a way. That doesn’t mean these violent perpetrators should be released or even allowed to continue their sad life. To plan a terrorist action, no mater how benign, should be dealt with harshly. Unintentional consequences rain hell on us all.

‘Nuff said.
Funny, but all the people they checked looked like actual German Christians. I didn’t see one person who looked like they might be from the Middle East, Africa or some other hell hole. You know, one of the millions of “Refugees” that the Germans have welcomed with open arms, the ones who are destroying their society and the rest of Europe.
It’s so much easier to enforce the law when the people you’re enforcing it with are law abiding citizens to begin with. Let’s face it, German is finished, over, kaput. It ain’t never coming back to being a civilized Western nation. You can’t un-pickle a pickle. The fact is that they let in way too many of the barbarian savages. There’s nothing that can be done now, except just bend over and assume the position.

Back in the 1980s I read an article some police officer wrote for a gun magazine (I can’t remember which one) who said that the police expect cooperation from the people they stop. 90 to 99% of the time the get this, when they meet someone who is willing to die before they are arrested it is usually the police officer who dies. Yesterday I was taking about this with a friend who is a retired police officer and he agreed with the statement.
Another self defense expert (the late Col. Jeff Cooper) said that there are three levels of awarness conditions green, orange and red. in green you are walking around with no idea of what is going on around you. In orange you are aware of what is going on but don’t expect attack. Red you are expecting an attack at any time. You can’t spend all you time in Red without going crazy, but you can walk around in orange and stay alert, fairly safe and sane. You can switch between orange and red almost instantly but it takes several seconds to several minutes to switch from green to red.
Learn to stay in orange, keep your musket clean and your powder dry.
You can’t un-pickle a pickle.
Exactly right. Tragic.
This damn Buddhist Terrorism !!!
But seriously: it’s just lipstick on a pig. (apologies to real porkers who are often cute and certainly more intelligent than Merkel’s policies – such as they are.).
I have never seen a pig pen that the pigs couldn’t find some way out of, they are the smartest animal on the farms and under the right stimulus the most dangerous.
@Richard
Piggies “dangerous “?
But I do believe that piggies have a higher IQ than the nasty mutations resulting from centuries of inbreeding in the Petri dish of Arabia 😉
Full grown hogs of both sexes are omniverous animals that if there is the scent of blood on you will often attack and try and eat you, at times they succeed. I wish I had a dollar for every time the hogs put me over the fence and up on a trailer parked near the hog lot. Yes they are dangerous. The “domesticated” variety less so then the wild boars but still dangerous, and when the domesticated ones escape into the wild it only takes a couple of generations before they start looking like the wild boars in France.
I can tell from your answer that you are a city girl, trust the old country boy on what animals are dangerous.
What is scary is that this is coming to all Western Nations, the alt radical left has allowed so many terrorists (hiding among the refugees (economic migrants)) that the threat of terror attacks will not go away for many decades.
