“At least 38 loyalists of the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) terrorist group were killed during the newly-launched Shaheen-25 military operations in eastern Nangarhar province of Afghanistan, the Ministry of Interior said Wednesday.
The Nangarhar police however said at least 22 militants were killed in the past 24 hours in Haska Mina and Kot districts.
At least 9 militants were also wounded and another militant was arrested alive by the security forces.
According to Nangarhar police, at least 11 of the militants were killed in Haska Mina district after they were targeted in Gorgori and Payeen areas.
The nine militants were also wounded in the same areas and one of their fighters was arrested.
The remaining 11 militants were killed during the clearance operations in Kot district as the Afghan forces targeted the militants in Sepai and Patadari areas.
The Nangarhar police commandment said huge caches of explosives, weapons, and ammunition were seized during the operations.
The security forces and local residents did not suffer any casualties during the operations, the police commandment added.
The anti-government armed militant groups including the loyalists of ISIS terrorist group have not commented regarding the report so far.”

“The anti-government armed militants have abducted at least 52 militants in northern Jawzjan province of Afghanistan.
According to the local government officials, the incident took place earlier today in Darzab district.
It is yet not if the militants were abducted by the Taliban insurgents or militants belonging to any other insurgent group.
Both the Taliban insurgents and militants loyal to the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) terrorist group are active in some parts of Jawzjan province.
This comes as at least six employees of the International Committee of Red Cross were shot dead by militants in this province last week.
Local officials said the ICRC employees were shot dead by ISIS loyalists and at least two of them were kidnapped.”

Iran Warns Trump Against Disclosing Secret Iran Deal Documents
Iran claims disclosure threatens deal
Senior Iranian officials are warning the Trump administration about disclosing secret deals related to the nuclear deal that have long been hidden from the public by the Obama administration, according to recent comments that prompted pushback from senior sources on Capitol Hill.
Iran’s warning comes on the heels of a Washington Free Beacon report disclosing that former national security adviser Michael Flynn had been pushed out of office partly due to his intention to release these sensitive documents to the American public.
Leading lawmakers in Congress launched multiple investigations last year into the Obama administration’s efforts to keep these documents secret and out of public view. Sources who spoke to the Free Beacon about the matter said that the Trump White House is working on ways to publicize this information despite warnings from Iran.
Secret side deals related to the nuclear agreement remain unclassified but have been stashed in a secure location on Capitol Hill, making it difficult for staffers and lawmakers to view them. Individuals seeking to view these documents must have security clearance and are barred from taking notes or speaking about what they see.
Multiple senior congressional sources familiar with the nature of the documents told the Free Beacon that lawmakers and the Trump administration would not be intimidated by Iranian threats.
Alaeddin Boroujerdi, a senior Iranian lawmaker and head of country’s foreign policy committee, warned the Trump administration against making these documents public in recent remarks.
“If Trump wants to publish confidential documents exchanged between Iran and the International Atomic Energy Agency, it will in fact constitute a violation of the agency’s obligations, because the agency has been committed not to make Iran’s confidential nuclear information and documents available to any country, including the U.S.,” Boroujerdi was quoted as saying in Iran’s state-run media.
Some of these documents surround side deals struck between Iran and the IAEA regarding the Islamic Republic’s ability to enrich uranium. They also include deals about how much information Iran must disclose to international inspectors about the country’s contested nuclear program.
As part of the nuclear deal, U.S. inspectors are not permitted to take part in the review of any Iranian sites.
Rep. Peter Roskam (R., Ill.), a vocal opponent of the Iran deal who has long been fighting for the full disclosure of the Iran deal documents, told the Free Beacon that the Obama administration hid these documents in order to mislead Americans about the true nature of the agreement.
“The administration is under no obligation to conceal information about secret side deals, nor should they feel obligated to protect the anonymity of individuals or institutions who misbehaved at the behest of the Obama administration,” Roskam said.
Included in these documents are details of multiple, secret payments to Iran that totaled close to $2 billion. The money is believed to have been part of an incentive package aimed at securing the release last year of several American hostages in Iran.
None of this information is technically classified, yet it remains hidden from the American public and a large portion of Congress.
“The deal has only survived this long because the Obama administration gave Iran secret exemptions to cheat,” said one veteran congressional adviser familiar with the documents. “The Iranians know that if people found out about those exemptions, it would be obvious that the deal was always a bad, unsustainable deal, and they couldn’t blame Trump. That’s why they’re making up reasons why parts of the deal should be kept secret.”
Iran is expressing opposition to the disclosure of the information in order to force the Trump administration into a corner, the source maintained.
A senior congressional aide familiar with the situation further told the Free Beacon that U.S. lawmakers would not be instructed by Iran about what can and cannot be made public.
“Our declassification procedures are not subject to the whims of Iranian officials,” the source said. “Unclassified documents should be released so the American public can see just how bad of a deal the previous administration negotiated on its behalf.”
A second congressional source explained that federal law mandates these documents be released to lawmakers. This includes side deals and other materials related to the future of Iran’s nuclear program.
“The American public has a right to know what’s really going on behind the scenes with the nuclear agreement. At the very least, Congress is entitled to all relevant documents—including side arrangements or any other related materials—as mandated by federal law under Corker-Cardin,” the source said. “We won’t be intimidated by these empty threats from Iran or any international body. It’s time to make these secret documents public so everyone can for themselves what this deal is really all about.”

As I had said privately, Flynn was not long for remaining as NSA. Another pearl in the long, long, string of media pearls relating to Europe’s Muslim population, which just can’t seem to shake the false narrative of victimhood. Yesterday the Dutch Public Broadcasting Company (NOS) allowed Dutch Muslims to point their finger at the Dutch and shout ‘discrimination!’ again. One of the stories about how badly Muslims are treated and how difficult a life they have, came from Rachid el Hajoui.
Rachid said that he “is really quite afraid of an attack on the mosque.” Of course, Rachid isn’t really questioned on this remark. Nor, apparently, was he vetted. Because when the Internet took to his Twitter account, this ‘successful Moroccan‘, was found to hold some rather questionable ideas.
In tweets (since removed), he claims that, without American backing, “Nazi Israel” would be a “worthless power“, and that “Nazi-Germany also thought it could do what it wanted.” That it is “Nazi Israel” that obstructs peace in the Middle East and that for an evil state like Israel, “rockets aren’t enough“, with “Israel” being “the Nazi’s of the Middle East.” Culminating in a tweet that says that “the only answer to Israel is total destruction, exterminate the cockroaches #1945 #wehateisrael”

On Valentine’s Day 2017, Demos, self-proclaimed “leading cross-party think-tank in Britain, which produces original research, publish innovative thinkers and host thought-provoking events,” published a study into the love European citizens feel for its politicians. The title is both long and revealing (PDF): “Mapping and responding to the rising culture and politics of fear in the European Union; Nothing to fear but fear itself?” But while Demos might ‘feel the love’, European citizens do not. When holding a survey on levels of trust in political institutions, Demos found “strikingly low levels of trust.” When asked to mark their level of trust on a scale from 0 to 10, more than half of respondents from all over Europe reported having low levels of trust (0-4) in the European Commission.

Migrant kills 22-year-old German woman volunteering at refugee centre

Swiss police have yesterday arrested a 27-year-old Nigerian asylum seeker who is suspected of stabbing a young woman to death in the German town of Ahaus. Following the brutal murder this weekend, the refugee had fled to Switzerland.
The fatal knife attack took place on Sunday night when the 22-year-old victim, named as Soopika P., was stabbed several times in the head, chest, and neck. Shortly after, she died in the hospital.
After the killing, the Germans put out a Europe-wide arrest warrant, leading to the capture of the Nigerian national in the city of Basel. “Today’s arrest of the suspect in Switzerland is a quick success,” the German Justice Ministry commented. Germany has asked Switzerland to extradite the 27-year-old, who will be interrogated following his return.
Victim volunteered in refugee relief
According to Bild, Soopika P. comes from an Indian background, although earlier reports mention her family originating in Sri Lanka. The woman was voluntarily working with asylum seekers in a center in her hometown of Ahaus where she may have met the attacker. The prosecutor confirmed that the Nigerian “had been trying to contact the woman” in the weeks preceding the stabbing.

New footage has emerged showing ‘French’ youths rampaging through a neighbourhood in the Paris district of Seine-Saint-Denis. The footage also shows youths throwing bricks through the window of what seems to be one of the district’s City Council buildings. One of the young men at 02:20 is also clearly carrying a (fake?) handgun.
The riots started last week after the alleged sodomization by the police of a French 22-year-old known only as ‘Theo‘. So far in Paris, 245 people have been arrested and elsewhere in France, 71 people were detained on charges of: “ambushing, voluntary acts of violence against public officials and law enforcers, voluntary degradation or participation in an armed assembly“.

With the advent of President Trump’s administration, massive changes are expected, not just on the domestic front, but internationally. One of the first regions that will require immediate attention is the Middle East, where the policies of the Obama administration have led to a diminished role for the United States and therefore for global freedom.
If the Trump administration is to make rapid progress in the peace process (to the extent there is one), their first priority must be to demolish the Palestinian narrative. It is a false narrative from beginning to end. It tells historical falsehoods about the origins of the “Palestinian” people, the precedence of Jews in the land, the Jewish and Christian identity of holy sites, and the self-inflicted “Nakba” of 1947-48. But a purely historical approach is unlikely to appeal on the political or emotional level. Something more has to be addressed. That something more must, it would seem, be a hard-headed dismissal of the narrative of Palestinian victimhood. It is this perception of Palestinians as the constant victims of an aggressive Israel that drives pro-Palestinian Christians, human rights activists, moral campaigners, socialists, and many others.
The importance of a shift in narratives cannot be overemphasized. It is the key to peace. “Just as real peace could come to Europe after World War II only after Germans abandoned the ‘German narrative’ and accepted the true history of the war that Germany started, so only abandonment of the ‘Palestinian narrative’ and acceptance of the true sequence of the events of 1947-48 can serve as a basis for reconciliation between Jews and Arabs,” wrote Moshe Arens, former Defence Minister of the State of Israel.
