    John Kerry’s leaked conversation and Why Russia came in?!

    “The reason Russia came in was because ISIL was getting stronger, DAESH was threatening the possibility of going to Damascus, and that’s why Russia came in because they didn’t want a DAESH government and they supported Assad.. and we know that this was growing, we were watching, we saw that DAESH was growing in strength, and we thought Assad was threatened….ahhhhh we thought however we could probably manage that Assad might then negotiate, but instead of negotiating he got Putin to support him.”

    So the US was watching DAESH, knowing they were growing and, despite having their ‘coalition’ in place not doing anything? This is born out by statements from Bouthiana Shabaan last year, who said that the US was ‘Not serious’ about takling ISIS in Syria.

    I have transcribed Kerry’s statement from the recording which I have listened to in full as Kerry talks to Syrian dissidents and ex-pats who, like those of Iraqi and Libya before them, are prepared to do deals with the devil to get the regime change they desire.

    “RIOT police fought running battles with a mob of more than a thousand migrants who tried to storm Europe’s borders and force their way into the Spanish enclave of Ceuta today.

    At least 1,100 asylum seekers rushed the barbed wire fence protecting the tiny north African enclave, which is surrounded on all sides by Morocco, in a desperate bid to reach the EU.

    Spanish and Moroccan authorities desperately fought to restore order as the migrants, most from sub-Saharan Africa, scaled the border barrier and brawled with police.

    Once inside the miniscule Spanish territory they would be able to claim asylum in Spain or travel onwards towards the promised lands of Germany and Sweden.

    The migrants used rocks and metal bars as they battled with police officers from Spain and Morocco, who joined forces to defend the border.

    Television footage showed migrants perched on the top of the fence as they tried to get over. Around 55 police officers were injured in the chaos – 50 from Morocco and five from Spain.

    Moroccan authorities said 10 of their security personnel had been serious wounded during the fighting.

    Dozens of migrants made it to the top of the six-metre barbed wire fence early on Sunday before being lifted down by cranes, footage from local TV station Faro TV showed.

    The Spanish government later insisted all the assailants had been turned back except two, who were allowed into Ceuta for medical treatment…”

    “SWEDEN’S Interior Minister has called for stricter age tests after five Afghan teenagers who gang-raped a boy escaped deportation.

    Fury erupted in the Scandinavian country after it emerged the gang, who filmed themselves assaulting the minor for over an hour, had only been sentenced to juvenile detention, in addition to being ordered to pay damage of £27,000 (250,000 Swedish kronor) to their victim.

    The apparent leniency of the sentence for the five migrants was due to their claimed age as it was argued they were too young and would be put at risk by being deported.

    However, like thousands of migrants, the gang arrived in Europe with no formal documents. People traffickers advise illegal migrants to destroy formal papers to make it more difficult for the authorities to assess their age.

    The district court in Uppsala, north of Stockholm, sparked outrage with the decision and interior minister Anders Ygeman said a new law on age assessment was required.

    Mr Ygeman said there was widespread support for the crackdown, after one of the rapists, who claimed to be 17-years-old, was assessed to be 18 by the Swedish Migrant Board.

    Minors have greater protection under the law than adult asylum-seekers in Sweden.

    And as under-aged asylum-seekers are less likely to be deported, it has sparked concerns migrants will exploit the legal system.

    The leading politician said: “The risk is that you do not get the right punishment to the right person, and that people claim to be younger than they are.

    “A legal support to make age estimates is important so individuals can’t claim a false age and also to prove protection for juvenile delinquents so that they do not get the wrong penalty.”

    A new law could be in place by July 1, however former prosecutor Sven-Erik Alhem said migrants escaping justice would be a persistent problem in the future…”

    US coalition officials on Sunday defended striking near empty school buildings to destroy a mortar tube being used by IS militants to attack Iraqi security forces.

      A suicide car bomb exploded at a checkpoint outside the main African peacekeepers (AMISOM) base in the capital, police said.

      The car exploded as it was being searched by security personnel at the airport.

      It was meters away from the AMISOM main base, the United Nations offices and the Peace Hotel, which is often frequented by foreigners and officials.

      Police officer Abdikadir Hussein said: “A suicide car bomb rammed into the checkpoint outside the AMISOM base.”

      A second blast and gunfire was heard after the attack, but there have been no further details and there has been no immediate claim of responsibility.

      However, Islamist al-Shabaab militants, who are linked to al-Qaeda and are trying to topple the Western-backed government, have carried out similar attacks in the past.

      Officer Mohamed Ahmed said: ”So far we know three of the security forces died. We believe al-Shabaab is behind the attack.”

      He said the death toll was likely to increase because the bomb was powerful and it had caused damage even to nearby residential buildings.

      The power of the blast reportedly blew off the roofs of nearby houses while pictures posted on social media show plumes of white smoke billowing into the air.

      And foreigners staying at the hotel have been evacuated to Halane Amison basecamp, according to unconfirmed reports…”

    “We also want to have a government that would stand up for domestic producers. They are now working flat out to sell Rafale fighters and warships, but they also need to work equally hard to sell our agricultural produce abroad and, most importantly, here in France.”

      • Not just “awful” but an issue that deeply regards France’s own national “food security”.

        This is no small matter, in that, for many years, France has been one of the only countries on earth that can feed itself (i.e., 100% food security). For the nonce, we’ll overlook how France is the world’s epicenter of food culture and cuisine.

        How to do this without counterproductive tariffs and import barriers, I do not know. There may be NO WAY! This may be a lesson for the entire world.

        Food security, along with adequate water access—la même chose—, will prove to be the principal drivers of international (if not GLOBAL) conflict in this new century.

      • It is a result of Keynesian economics and the planned inflation, the same thing has been done here with the small farmers driven off the land or having to have some good paying job and farming after work and on weekends.

        In the 50s when I was a kid a good farmer that owned 100 acres could make a real good living and save up money to pay cash for new machinery and more land. Now it takes between 1,000 and 2,000 acres (depending on how good the land is) and the in a lot of cases the farmer still has to have another source of income. The left likes to rail against the corporate farms but those are the farms that feed us.

        The left is working to reduce the amount of farm land that is in production, they are doing this by turning good farm land into national prairies, forests, monuments or national parks. A lot of land in Montana that use to grow a lot of winter wheat and cattle has been taken out of production by the Feds using the death tax to force the sale of the ranches. Look up how much of the North West is owned by the Federal Government. The vast majority of those purchases were illegal because the Constitution says that once a territory becomes a state the state legislature has to approve of all land purchases by the Federal Government.

FYI the three actors who play Franklin, Adams and Jefferson do the job so well because they had played those roles for several years on Broadway before the movie was made.

    BEIJING (Reuters) – China will not allow anyone to use Hong Kong as a base for subversion against mainland China or to damage its political stability, Beijing’s top official in the territory told state television.

    Chinese leaders are increasingly concerned about a fledgling independence movement in Hong Kong, which returned to mainland rule in 1997 with a promise of autonomy known as “one country, two systems”, and recent protests in the city.

    In an interview with state television broadcast late on Sunday, Zhang Xiaoming, the head of China’s Liaison Office in Hong Kong, said Beijing will not interfere in matters that purely affect Hong Kong’s autonomy.

    “As far as Hong Kong is concerned, nobody is permitted do anything in any form that damage the country’s sovereignty and security, they are not allowed to challenge the central government’s authority or that of Hong Kong’s Basic Law, they are not allowed to use Hong Kong for infiltration subversion activities against the mainland to damage its social and political stability,” Zhang said.

    China’s parliament last month staged a rare interpretation of the Basic Law, Hong Kong’s mini-constitution, to effectively bar pro-independence city lawmakers from taking office there.

    Mr Soros, once a self-proclaimed “avid supporter” of the European Union, has now turned his back on the bloc saying that after the financial crash of 2008 what was once seen as a relationship of equals as been turned into one of “creditors and debtors” which is “neither voluntary nor equal”.

    Germany was the main cause of the crash, according to Soros, for only serving its “narrow self-interest” to the detriment of those who rely on it.

    Mr Soros also blamed Angela Merkel as she failed to take a European-wide perspective after the financial meltdown and insisting that each member state should look after its own institutions.

    Seattle-based victim Caitlin described the horrific experience she endured as she was groped under her jacket, between her legs, and pulled back by her hair.

    The woman said she begged two policemen for help after escaping the gang at around 11pm.

    Women’s rights activist Alice Schwarzer said: “The perpetrators have been doing this since 6 pm, but were not put in their place.

    “They apparently wanted to show the ‘sluts’ that they should not be on the streets at night.”

    Experts accused the police of the biggest failings.

    Even psychologist Stephan Grünewald said “integration is difficult” suggesting law enforcement failed to correct the behaviour of those doing wrong, allowing it to escalate.

    Henriette Reker, the mayor of Cologne, said she was “happy and relieved” that the night had not seen a repeat of the mass attacks of a year ago.

    In October last year, eight men were found guilty of sexually exploiting three teenage girls as a result of the Rotherham child abuse investigation.

    Think of other words from the same root: resolve – to decide firmly on a course of action; and resolute – admirably purposeful, determined and unwavering.

  33. On Israel, a Resolution to Repudiate

    On Dec. 23, 2016, the U.S. abstained and allowed the Security Council to adopt Resolution 2334 demanding that Israel stop all settlement activity. This resolution provides legal authority under Chapter VI of the UN Charter for the Security Council or individual states to take Israel to the International Court of Justice, and sets the basis for the Council to enforce its commands by imposing sanctions under Chapter VII – including even the use of force.

    The resolution will be invoked by states, the Palestinian Authority, Hamas and every anti-Israel public and private group in the world to justify lawsuits, boycotts, trade restrictions and outright acts of terror.

    Mr. Trump will hear from diplomats and foreign ambassadors that he cannot undo a Security Council resolution. That is nonsense. He can, as president, repudiate any international agreement. A vehicle for President Trump’s action in this regard is operative paragraph 12, requesting the Secretary-General to report to the Council “every three months on the implementation of the provisions of the present resolution.”

    President Trump should inform the Secretary-General before his first report on March 23, 2017, that the U.S. repudiates Resolution 2334 – that the U.S. will veto any effort to enforce its conclusions. He should also seek legislation imposing trade sanctions on states that rely on the resolution to discriminate against Israel, as the U.S. did successfully against the Arab boycott.

    The Obama administration has preached about what it insists must be done regardless of what is possible in light of Palestinian hostility and the fact that Gaza is in terrorist hands. President Reagan regarded the settlements as “legal,” and most other presidents have refrained from such ineffective hectoring. Mr. Obama also ignored the Bush letter of April 14, 2004, that recognized Israeli control of the major Jerusalem settlements as the likely outcome.

    The abstention, in short, was a shameful act openly touted as punishment for Israel’s failure to abide by a U.S. policy that set back the prospects of peace. The Trump administration must repudiate Resolution 2334 in order to preserve the possibility of a two-state solution, by recognizing that Israel’s settlements are not an obstacle to peace if peace were genuinely pursued.

    Germany’s Muslim population surpassed six million in 2016 for the first time ever. Germany now vies with France for the highest Muslim population in Western Europe.

    The increase in Germany’s Muslim population is being fueled by mass migration. An estimated 300,000 migrants arrived in Germany in 2016, in addition to the more than one million who arrived in 2015. At least 80% (or 800,000 in 2015 and 240,000 in 2016) of the newcomers were Muslim, according to the Central Council of Muslims in Germany.

    In addition to the newcomers, the rate of population increase of the Muslim community already living in Germany is around 1.6% per year (or 77,000), according to data extrapolated from a Pew Research Center study on the growth of the Muslim population in Europe.

    Based on Pew projections, which were proffered before the current migration crisis, the Muslim population of Germany was to have reached an estimated 5,145,000 by the end of 2015.

    Adding the 800,000 Muslim migrants who arrived in Germany in 2015, and the 240,000 who arrived in 2016, combined with the 77,000 natural increase, the Muslim population of Germany jumped by 1,117,000, to reach an estimated 6,262,000 by the end of 2016. This amounts to approximately 7.5% of Germany’s overall population of 82 million.

    Mass migration from the Muslim world is fast-tracking the Islamization of Germany, as evidenced by the proliferation of no-go zones, Sharia courts, polygamy and child marriages. Mass migration has also been responsible for a host of social disruptions, including jihadist attacks, a migrant rape epidemic, a public health crisis, rising crime and a rush by German citizens to purchase weapons for self-defense — and even to abandon Germany altogether.

    Although Western media regularly find no “motive” for many of the Islamic attacks on non-Muslims, many are by now at least vaguely aware that the Muslim perpetrators rely on generic Islamic teachings that foster hostility for “infidels.”

    Yet often overlooked are the very stringent and detailed Islamic rulings behind many terror attacks.

    Take the recent attack on St. Peter’s Cathedral in Egypt, which left at least 25 Christian worshippers—the majority of whom were women and children—dead and which ISIS claimed. While many might write it off as just a generic attack targeting Coptic Christian “infidels,” the reality is that ISIS and other Islamic groups and individuals regularly find arcane and little known Islamic rulings to justify their violence.

    For instance, why was St. Peter’s specifically targeted? The obvious answer is that it holds a prestigious place among the Coptic Orthodox community, as it stands within the St. Mark complex, the seat of the Coptic Pope in Cairo, Egypt’s capital. Yet there is another reason. In November 2014, ISIS called on its Muslim followers and sympathizers to attack all churches in Cairo.

    Then, one Abu Mus‘ab al-Maqdisi, an ISIS leader, said in a statement titled “Advice to Egypt’s Mujahidin [jihadis]” and published on websites linked to the “caliphate,” that “It is necessary to take the battle to Cairo,” and for jihadis to target the Copts: “For targeting them, following them, and killing them is one of the main ways to serve the cause of our virtuous male and female hostages of the tyrants.”

    On Wednesday, U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry explained that American abstention from a vote to condemn Israel was “about preserving the two-state solution.” On the other hand, as Carol Morello of the Washington Post noted, “the United Nations has a history of considering resolutions critical of Israel, even more than have been applied to rogue states like North Korea.” Indeed, any international body concerned with democracy and human rights would be all over North Korea around the clock.

    As Washington Post writer Blaine Harden explained in Escape from Camp 14, North Korea’s forced labor camps “have now existed twice as long as the Soviet Gulag and about twelve times longer than the Nazi concentration camps.” In the view of Kim Il Sung, who with Stalin’s blessing invaded South Korea in 1950, those designated class enemies must be eliminated through three generations. The policy continued under Kim Jong Il, who deployed the camps to eliminate the evil seed.

    Little if anything has changed under Kim Jong-un, whose regime deploys nuclear weapons and has recently threatened to turn South Korea, a key U.S. ally, into “ashes.” The regime also aids terrorist groups and kidnaps foreign nationals. Even so, the UN appears unable to distinguish between free but imperfect democracies and a Communist regime of fathomless depravity. On that score, North Korea is hardly alone.

    • Lets take a look at the advantages and disadvantages of defunding and withdrawing from the UN and kicking them out of the US.

      Disadvantage: the US loses the ability to gather intel from the UN delegates and staff.

      Advantage: This action will take away the illusion if legality to the dictators on the nations making up the majority of the members.

      Advantage: Many billions of dollars will become available to spend on other things like helping to rebuild the US military, helping to rebuild the VA so we(the vets) get much better care.

      Advantage: New York City will be able to collect real estate tax on the buildings that replace the UN. Not that they are smart enough to reduce taxes to increase revenue and then spend the tax revenue wisely.

      Advantage: The various diplomatic enclaves in the surrounding states will no longer be needed and when sold the States will collect more tax revenue.

      Advantage: Less petty crime committed by the Diplomats and their families.

      Disadvantage: Loss of revenue to the outfits that supply the UN. Of course this one would probably be offset by the revenue from the people who bought and moved into the Condo’s that have been suggested.

      Advantage: Leaving the UN would make the alt lefts job of turning us into another peg in the globalist game board more difficult.
      Do the advantages outweigh the disadvantages?

Even if the party raises the 350,000 signatures needed, legal rules require a 50 percent turnout for the vote to be valid.

    More than 90 percent of Slovak voters on a turnout of 52 percent voted for the country to join the EU in a 2003 referendum. Slovakia joined the bloc in 2004 along with the Czech Republic and eight other, mostly eastern European nations.”

    “AN EGYPTIAN man was captured on CCTV wandering down a corridor half naked after trying to rape a tourist in the hotel he worked in.

    The 36-year-old man was working as a night watchman at the hotel in Rome when the incident occurred.

    It is believed his 30-year old victim, who was from Sweden, was only saved by her screams which alerted her friends.

    According to police, a group of Swedish tourists approached a patrol in the street at around 4.30am to report the attack.

    Officers returned to the hotel on Via del Corso, a main street in the Italian city, where they reviewed CCTV footage – which captured the suspect wandering out of the hotel room and down the corridor still half naked.

    He was later arrested for attempted rape.

Any concerns about the right of Muslim women and girls not to wear this instrument of bondage are mocked and dismissed. But here’s the reality of life for women in a “Hijabi” culture.

    Lying on the floor of a cold, crowded, dirty prison wasn’t how I’d pictured turning 16. It was the day that changed my life forever.

    Growing up in post-revolution Iran was tough as a young girl. The government had been overthrown in 1979 and the country became completely Islamic. With that came a new set of rules.

    Alcohol was banned, clubs were shut down and women had to be covered head-to-toe in public.

    We had parties where we were surrounded by boys and alcohol. Yes, we’d heard stories of friends who had been arrested for underage drinking and partying, but they seemed far-fetched. So to celebrate me and my friends all turning 16, my friend Neda threw a little party.

    There were about 30 of us, a mix of boys and girls, and once at Neda’s I headed to her room to remove my hijab and change into my short skirt and high heels. Honestly, the party was tame – no booze, no drugs, just a load of kids listening to Mariah Carey.

    And then the Islamic religious police showed up to enforce the law of Islam.

    What does Venezuela President Nicolás Maduro have in common with history’s worst leftist monsters? Like many narcissistic socialists before him – from Hitler and Stalin and Mao to Pol Pot and Castro and Kim Jong-un – Maduro is aloof to the suffering around him. He blames imagined enemies and ideological foes in Venezuela and abroad for severe food shortages, hyperinflation, and out-of-control crime. Above all, he pontificates about marching toward a socialist ideal, even as oil-rich yet impoverished Venezuela slides toward failed-nation status. He is a True Believer. The fantasy land Maduro inhabits has been especially evident over the Christmas holidays – holidays that never arrived because nobody could afford to buy the ingredients for traditional holiday meals.

    That the holiday spirit eluded Venezuelans was utterly lost on Maduro, a former bus driver-turned politician. This was underscored by a government-sponsored television spot that ran over the holidays, and that featured Maduro and wife Cilia Flores together with dozens of happy, well-dressed and well-fed Venezuelan adults and children. Maduro, incidentally, does not call his wife First Lady but prefers a title for her in line with his revolutionary ideology: “First Combatant.”
