I’m confident that there are a couple-of-three-dozen other participants at this website that are more well-versed in electoral machinations than I am. So, would someone, anyone, please consider laying out the trail of breadcrumbs necessary to navigate the labyrinth of Premier Election Solutions (formerly Diebold Election Systems, Inc.), Election Systems & Software (ES&S), GEMS (Global Election Management System) central tabulator, and their implications for this coming election.
