  1. BRITAIN TERROR WARNING: ISIS jihadis ‘WILL unleash attacks on Europe as payback for Mosul’

EUROPE should brace itself for more terror attacks once the Islamic State has been crushed in Mosul, a counter-terrorism expert has told Express.co.uk.

    By CHARLIE BAYLISS EXCLUSIVE
    03:02, Wed, Oct 26, 2016

Karin von Hippel – who served under US General John Allen as part of a special envoy to counter ISIS – claimed as many as 30,000 foreign Daesh fighters from around 100 different countries could spread across the continent once the terror group is crushed in its Iraqi stronghold.

Dr von Hippel warned: “I don’t think it will be the beginning of the end. I think once they lose territory in Iraq and Syria and probably Libya… they will likely go back to a more insurgent style operation versus a terrorist group that wants to try and hold onto territory.

“There has been about 30,000 foreign fighters that have gone in from about 100 countries to join. Not all of them have joined ISIS, some have joined al-Qaeda and Kurds and other groups, but the vast majority have gone to join ISIS.

“These people will disperse. Some of them have already been captured or killed but many will disperse and they’ll go to European countries.

“They may not go back to where they came from and that is definitely keeping security forces up at night in many, many countries.”

Dr von Hippel – who has also worked for the UN and EU in Kosovo and Somalia – added it was just a matter of time before Daesh is defeated in Iraq’s second city, but warned the twisted killers will not go down without a fight.

She added: “They will start to leave as they’re outnumbered but they will leave IEDs, they will probably take civilians with them as human shields. So the question in the immediate aftermath is what is the state of the city.
“They’re going to be significantly outgunned, and the Iraqis were only ever going to move on Mosul when they are ready.

“There has been talks to re-take Mosul for over a year and so Iraqis really were in charge and wanted to do it when they felt they were ready and got some successes under their belt.”
The director-general of military think tank Royal United Services Institute (RUSI) added that the next step after Mosul would be to crush any hope militants have of fleeing to the Syrian city of Raqqa.

Dr von Hippel added: “My understanding is there are Iraqi forces and Shia militias trying to prevent ISIL fleeing into Syria and Raqqa.
“There are plans to take Raqqa back, but the plans are more complicated with the Russians and Syrian regime. You can’t just squeeze on one part and not expect them to pop up elsewhere if you don’t have adequate offences set up.”

    • “BRITAIN TERROR WARNING: ISIS jihadis ‘WILL unleash attacks on Europe as payback for Mosul’”

Please pardon me but, even if Mosul had NEVER existed throughout all of earth’s history, ISIS would still “unleash attacks on Europe”. If only because NO ONE in the EU has the slightest testicular (or ovarian) endowment to ensure that whatever city ISIS occupies is leveled flat (with multiple return bombing runs just to bounce the rubble).

Dare I speak of something so utterly despicable as [GASP!] Collective Punishment?

Dare anyone in their right mind argue how Islamic terrorism has (always, always, always) been a pluperfect example of the aforementioned, “Collective Punishment?” Horreurs!!!

By now, it can only be flagrantly apparent that, so-called “moderate Muslims” are the sea in which all jihadist fish swim. For those who demand further clarification, please view:

      https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K51CMZuNqzs

All that Islam has ever responded to is opposition in equal, if not vastly disproportionate measure. Who in their right mind can possibly think that a “measured response” will be at all persuasive to Muslims, especially their jihadist brethren?

With respect to Islamic terrorism, there is little else that will ever be even fractionally as persuasive as these terrorist clans seeing their entire gene-pools being shock chlorinated in SECONDS.

Horrible? Of course. I ask, was the 9-11 Atrocity horrible beyond all imagination? Who among us is willing to dispute that?

Reciprocity (at a minimum) is the only answer. Battlefield restraint will forever be interpreted by Muslims as both weakness and an open invitation to further jihadist depredation.

Overwhelmingly Disproportionate Response is all that will ever extract the most remote display of reliable cooperation from Islam. Detestable? Yes. What about the alternatives?

      • Exactly right. Moderate petrie dishes of mad-dog jihadi murderers. Weaponized wombs of polygamous primitives.

Besides, “disproportionate” war is nonsense. Many of us owe our lives to the nuking of Japan. We’re grandchildren of the Greatest Generation, offspring of a million American soldiers spared by “disproportionate” and “atrocity”.

And these increasingly frantic warnings are becoming tedious. Retailing nightmare scenarios is easy. From the Von Hipples creeping out of the woodwork to our closet Muslim CIA Director, they’re all shrieking alarms.

Why speak up now, and not before?
        - yer not exactly Sherlock, fella -
Do you have any concrete suggestions, other than “be vigilant”? Or are you just telling us to give up, and accept the new normal?

It may play in France, possibly in the UK, but not in the USA. Americans are not going to take that cowardly defeatist submission to the umma without a fight. To the finish.

      • Every bad idea deserves ridicle.
Socialism is the glorification of the bountifulness of Gaia as Islam the gorification of the Mercy of Allah.
Fear of poverty or fear of calamity. What a way to rule a nation these sick narcissists are. Stealing from the wealthy and those not following the rituals while their untouchable overlords do what the hell they like.

Shock and awe certainly will get Islam’s attention and save millions of lives, but like Emporer Hirohito confessed; Muslims, and Socialist must too to sit at the table of civilization.

  2. Hillary’s New Constitution
Clinton explains how she’ll gut the First and Second Amendments.
    http://www.wsj.com/articles/hillarys-new-constitution-1477005997

From the Wall Street Journal –

“Donald Trump is no legal scholar, but at Wednesday’s presidential debate he showed a superior grasp of the U.S. Constitution than did Hillary Clinton. Amid the overwrought liberal fainting about Mr. Trump’s bluster over accepting the election result (see below), Mrs. Clinton revealed a view of the Supreme Court that is far more threatening to American liberty.

Start with her answer to moderator Chris Wallace’s question about the role of the courts. “The Supreme Court should represent all of us. That’s how I see the Court,” she said. “And the kind of people that I would be looking to nominate to the court would be in the great tradition of standing up to the powerful, standing up on our behalf of our rights as Americans.”

Mrs. Clinton is suggesting that the Court should be a super-legislature that vindicates the will of what she calls “the American people,” which apparently excludes “the powerful.” But last we checked, the Constitution protects everyone, even the powerful. The law is supposed to protect individual rights, not an abstraction called “the people.”

The Democrat went downhill from there, promising to appoint judges who would essentially rewrite the First and Second Amendments. Asked about the 2008 Heller decision that upheld an individual right to bear arms, Mrs. Clinton claimed to support “reasonable regulation.” She said she criticized Heller because it overturned a District of Columbia law intended merely “to protect toddlers from guns and so they wanted people with guns to safely store them.”

Toddlers had nothing to do with it. What Mrs. Clinton calls “reasonable” was an outright ban on handguns. The D.C. law allowed the city’s police chief to award some temporary licenses—but not even the police officer plaintiff in the case could persuade the District to let him register a handgun to be kept at his home.”

Be sure to read through a few dozen of the comments. Some are very pertinent.

    • The next President will get to appoint 2 to 4 Judges to the Supreme Court and many more to the lower courts. This is of more importance then people think, Trump has promised to appoint only people who will look at what the original intent of the laws was and to rule according to that intent. By extension they would “repeal” the illegally written laws put on the books by Judaical decisions. This will go a long way to undo a lot of the damage the activist Judges have done to the rule of law. Another think that should be done is to find some way to get Congress to pass each budget item as a separate bill, this will require that all spending items are debated in Congress and the members of Congress will be required to go on the record on who supports and who opposes the bills.

Plus this will take up a lot of time and that will limit the number of other bills they will pass.

      • Back to my obsession. Once the Judiciary is gone, we’re sunk.

They had to get rid of Scalia before the election. Couldn’t risk throwing it to a relatively balanced Supreme Court. Couldn’t depend on a hanging chad somewhere, count or re-count. Even using Soros-manufactured voting machines.

The media has gone beyond even my most cynical suppositions. As Israel is to the media, Trump has become to politics. All Der Stürmer, all the time.

Given the scale of manifest voter fraud, she’ll win no matter what. The corrupt unions, aliens, felons – we’ve a long row to hoe. It’s Trump or bust.

        • We will have to see what happens on election day, there are a lot of people who are planning on being observers to stop a lot of the fraud. We may be (hopefully will) surprised at the size of the turnout for Trump.

If the election is challenged and the court is tied then it will be thrown to Congress with every member of Congress (the new Congress) getting one vote.

There are a lot of probabilities on what will happen on election day so remember General Patton’s saying “Don’t take counsel of your fears.”

  4. Abnormal’ Ties: France Seduced by Wealth of Saudi Arabia, Persian Gulf States (sputniknews, Oct 26, 2016)
    https://sputniknews.com/world/201610261046735942-france-saudi-arabia-relations-money/

“Paris should tread carefully when developing its relations with the Gulf nations, including Saudi Arabia, investigative journalist Christian Chesnot told Sputnik France.

In an interview with Sputnik France, investigative journalist Christian Chesnot urged Paris to show more transparency and responsibility concerning its ties with the Gulf States, including Saudi Arabia.

Chesnot is the author of an investigative book titled Nos très chers émirs, sont-ils vraiment nos amis? (Are we friends with our allied emirs?), released by the publishing house Michel Lafon earlier this year.

Touching upon France’s ties with Gulf nations and apparently referring to the country’s MPs, Chesnot said that “these elected representatives prefer to see the oil monarchies as cash cows, while the princes of these monarchies, in turn, perceive the French as people who can be easily bought.” “A few gifts, watches, several fistfuls of euros…

One person close to the Father Emir of Qatar told us that the French are cheaper than all the others. Perhaps it was a joke, but still abnormal things did happen. The period between 2007 and 2012 saw a kind of honeymoon and almost a merger between Qatar and Paris,” he said.

He recalled that Paris continues to pursue a policy aimed at making the Gulf nations, including Saudi Arabia, France’s strategic partners and “the most important customers.”

“This creates very strong ties that benefit France with regards to revenues and jobs, but that recently put us in a difficult situation because we earlier saw the reality through the glasses given to us by the Emirs of the Persian Gulf,” Chesnot said.

In this vein, he referred to the United States, which he said continues to call the shots in the Gulf, while France is seen as a dispensable regional partner. He recalled that a whopping 50 billion dollars was expected to be invested in France, something that never took place.

“The result is ambiguous for President Hollande because there is a close cooperation [between Paris and the Gulf nations], but it is not as great as politicians assure,” according to Chesnot.

“What’s more, we are drawn into cases where we should be more careful, especially in Yemen.

8,000 people have already been killed there, but we have been supplying arms and providing satellite images. And we do not talk about the massacres which killed 140 people and injured 500 more in Sanaa,” he said. On the Syrian issue, Chesnot said that “some things went wrong,” citing issues related to the Al-Nusra Front, a terrorist group. He drew attention to the fact that Saudi Arabia and Qatar helped arm movements, “some of which were close to Al-Qaeda.”

He also pointed to Qatar supporting the Muslim Brotherhood and the Salafists rather than “secular movements, liberals and young bloggers.” “It is Qatar, Saudia Arabia and Turkey which are to blame for this jihadization of the war in Syria. The French turned a blind eye to it, allowing our friends from Qatar and Saudi Arabia to do what they want. We did not wish to see the Syrian opposition put on the path of jihad,” Chesnot said.

He also pointed out that it is irrelevant to speak of Qatar buying France.

“In fact, if there was a rating, it would first of all mentioned the United Arab Emirates which invested 3.7 billion dollars [in France],” Chesnot said. The second and third positions went to Qatar and Saudia Arabia which invested 1.7 billion dollars and 830 million dollars, respectively. Chesnot concluded by saying that Paris needs more transparency, clarity, determination and responsibility when maintaining relations with the Gulf nations.”

    • Despite his Russian paymasters, the author makes an important point. Everyone can see how the French government is functioning with one hand tied behind its back.

  5. Spain: Suspected Pro-Islamic State Supporter Arrested (abcnews, Oct 26, 2016)
    http://abcnews.go.com/International/wireStory/spain-suspected-pro-islamic-state-supporter-arrested-43064762

“Spain’s Interior Ministry says police have arrested a Moroccan man suspected of spreading propaganda for the Islamic State armed group.

A ministry statement said the man, identified only by the initials A.B., was arrested Wednesday in the northern town of Calahorra. It said he helped promote the Islamic group by praising its attacks and those who traveled to fight for it.

It said he was linked to another Moroccan, Salim Aghmir, who was arrested in Pamplona city last December.

Police arrested two Moroccan-born imams in the Mediterranean island of Ibiza on Tuesday on similar suspicions.

The ministry says Spanish police have arrested 157 suspected pro-jihad activists since Spain raised its national security alert to one step below maximum following attacks in France and elsewhere last year.”

    http://abcnews.go.com/International/wireStory/afghan-official-taliban-insurgents-abduct-kill-20-people-43063895

“Taliban insurgents have killed at least 20 Afghan civilians after abducting them in the remote central province of Ghor the previous day, officials said Wednesday.

The slain civilians were from a group of 33 taken by the militants near the provincial capital of Ferozkoh, according to Ziauddin Saqib, the deputy provincial police chief.

The abductions took place while battles were underway between the Taliban and Afghan security forces on Tuesday that saw two militant commanders killed, he added.

Both commanders were infamous figures in Ghor and were involved in many anti-government activities, Saqib also said, adding that the “cowardly insurgents killed innocent civilians in revenge for their commanders killed by security forces.”

There was no immediate statement from the Taliban on the incident in the largely lawless Ghor…”

  12. judicialo watch – U.S. Spends Millions on “Green Bus Corridor” in Mexico, “Bicycle Highway” in Colombia

Surprise, surprise the U.S. is the first to donate millions of dollars to yet another global warming experiment—run by the famously corrupt United Nations—that aims to forge “climate resilient infrastructure” in third-world countries. The money will help build a bicycle highway in Colombia and bring electric buses and a “green bus corridor” to Mexico, issues that are unlikely to keep most American taxpayers up at night.

It’s part of an initiative called C40 Cities Finance Facility, launched at the UN Climate Change Conference in Paris last year. The global warming powwow in France has already cost American taxpayers a chunk of change and Judicial Watch made the numbers public over the summer after obtaining records from the U.S. Secret Service and the Department of the Air Force. The documents offer a detailed breakdown of the cost but the total expenditure to have President Obama attend the ludicrous Paris shindig was an eye-popping $4,165,068l. Judicial Watch had to file a lawsuit to get the information because the administration refused to provide it under the federal public-records law that was enacted to keep government in check.

During the Paris conference the C40 Cities Finance Facility was launched to provide much-needed cash for a 10-year-old program called C40 that claims to be a “network of the world’s megacities committed to addressing climate change.” The conglomerate specializes in tackling climate change in developing countries by driving urban action that reduces greenhouse gas emissions and climate risks. Evidently, it’s come up with some brilliant ideas in the last decade to accomplish its mission but not enough money to implement them. As is the case in many of these global, feel-good initiatives, Uncle Sam has generously opened his checkbook for this important cause. Germany is the other “funding partner” listed along with the U.S.

The first $2 million, doled out this month by the U.S., will fund two urban pilot projects in Latin America that are expected to bring “climate change adaptation and mitigation benefits.” The first project is a 25-kilometer bicycle highway in Bogota, Colombia that will connect citizens from low, middle and high-income neighborhoods to work education and recreation opportunities. An announcement published by the U.S. government calls the project a “first-of-its-kind” traversing the Colombian city from south to north. The rest of the money will buy a fleet of at least 100 electric buses for Mexico City and install a “green bus corridor” in one of its major thoroughfares. It’s expected to serve an estimated 133,400 Mexicans daily, providing connections to metro lines. This is an important investment for the U.S., a government official says in the announcement, because the impacts of climate change are impeding cities from delivering reliable services, “especially to the poorest.”

Years ago, the Obama administration determined that the poor will feel the brunt of climate change and it has cost American taxpayers monstrous sums. In the last few years the U.S. government has funded a number of programs, both domestic and international, to prepare those communities for the impact. Back in 2012 the administration asked Congress for a whopping $770 million to help developing countries with climate change initiatives after it had already spent $323 million on a project called Global Climate Change Initiative that helps “meet the adaptation and mitigation needs of developing countries, including deploying clean energy technologies.” Earlier this year, a federal audit revealed that a $25 million project to help Guatemala combat the ills of climate change is rife with problems that include data errors and discrepancies. The program is officially known as Climate Nature and Communities in Guatemala (CNCG).

  13. BREITBART – Hillary Clinton: ‘I Think We Need a Big National Dance’ to Heal the Nation

Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton returned to The Breakfast Club morning show to call for a national dance party to heal the nation.

“I think we need a big national dance,” she said during an appearance on the show, calling for America to “close the fun deficit.”

“I’m sick of all this meanness,” she continued. “Why don’t these people who support my opponent go out and have fun dancing? You think they dance.”

Clinton recalled fondly the White House dance parties when Bill Clinton was president.

“I love to dance,” she said. “And when we were at the White House and in years since, we’ve had a lot of dance parties just because I love the way people kind of lose themselves, right?”

    • This is merely Hillary Clinton finally coming to grips (more like being dragged kicking and screaming by her worried campaign staff) with the fact that she has all the personality of a sack full of doorknobs. The word “fun” enters into her vocabulary about as often as “marital fidelity” enters into Bill Clinton’s.

    http://abcnews.go.com/International/images-starving-people-yemen-show-horrors-war/story?id=43073216

“The emaciated frame of 18-year-old Saida Ahmad Baghili lies on a hospital bed in the red sea port city of Hodaida, her suffering stark evidence of the malnutrition spread by Yemen’s 19-month civil war.

Baghili arrived at the al-Thawra hospital on Saturday. She is bed-ridden and unable to eat, surviving on a diet of juice, milk and tea, medical staff and a relative said.

“The problem is malnutrition due to [her] financial situation and the current (war) situation at this time,” Asma Al Bhaiji, a nurse at the hospital, said.

The 18-year-old is one of more than 14 million people, over half of Yemen’s population, who are short of food, with much of the country on the brink of famine, according to the United Nations.

The U.N.’s World Food Programme notes that the conflict in Yemen “has left thousands of civilians dead and 2.5 million internally displaced” over the past year.

President Obama has received criticism for not cutting back on America’s support for the government of Saudi Arabia, who has been bombing Houthi rebels in Yemen since March 2015 in an effort to strengthen their foothold in the region…”

    Anti-Trump Violence Sweeps the Nation
Media pays little attention to escalating attacks, thousands of threats against Trump supporters

by Matthew Vadum | Updated 26 Oct 2016 at 9:55 AM

While the mainstream media has been working day and night promoting Hillary Clinton’s candidacy, it has largely ignored or downplayed violent attacks against supporters of Donald Trump.

But assaults on Trump supporters appear to be growing increasingly common as Election Day approaches and tensions intensify. Reports of Trump lawn signs and banners being stolen and defaced are everywhere on social media.

No doubt there will be plenty more such assaults in the final two weeks as Americans head to the polls.

Making matters worse, undercover video evidence emerged showing senior Democrat operatives Robert Creamer and Scott Foval acknowledging using dirty, likely illegal tricks against the Trump campaign. Their goal was to generate negative media coverage

I told you once about the yearly cycle of Bible. If you’re interested, it’s an easy and fun way of doing it. This Sabbath it starts again – In the beginning – just a little bite of Genesis. I only know the division scheme in Hebrew, but I’m looking for a translation of the agenda.

      • I will be glad to read that.

  18. Former Clinton Foundation CEO begging Russia for ‘urgent and immediate’ asylum?
By Thomas Madison October 26, 2016

Some of the emails that have come to the public’s attention via WikiLeaks are out-and-out bombshells, while other chains are so fragmented and enigmatic that an understanding of what they portend requires reconstruction and some guesswork.

One that fits the latter category centers on an exchange between Clinton Campaign Chairman John Podesta and Neera Tanden, of the hard-left Center for American Progress, concerning an apparent leak that needed — shall we say? — plugging?

The original email was from Tanden to Podesta, dated March 8, 2015 and time-stamped 4:49 p.m. Here’s the message:

    http://libertyunyielding.com/2016/10/26/former-clinton-foundation-ceo-begging-russia-for-urgent-and-immediate-asylum/

Richard: In the picture that I can’t copy and paste Podesta names Eric Braverman as a possible mole. There is some posting from Stone Cold Brave that says Braverman has fled the US and is trying for asylum in Russia.

  19. Turkish government supplied arms to Libya rebels to topple Qaddafi in 2011 under NATO cover

A new leaked document from Turkish president Erdogan’s son-in-law Berat Albayrak revealed how Turkey was intimately involved in ousting Libyan str?ongman by arming rebels

    2) The document explains in detail how #Turkey shipped arms from one port in Libya to another using a cargo ship contracted by #IHH.

    6) The IHH’s humanitarian supplies loaded to the ship from Istanbul’s Zeytinburnu port & unloaded at Libya’s Misrata port on 22 April 2011

    8) The original agreed deal covered 16 containers stated to have been loaded with medical supplies.

    12) They said the captain needs to load arms containers, claiming all this shipment authorized by Turkish Prime Ministry led by #Erdogan

18)The ship’s papers were also confiscated to pressure captain. In the end, 26 loads of arms containers were forcibly put on the freighter.

  20. Syria conflict: Helicopter ‘drops bombs on Turkish-backed rebels’ (BBC, Oct 26, 2016)
    http://www.bbc.com/news/world-middle-east-37773726

“Turkey says it believes a Syrian government aircraft has attacked Turkish-backed rebels battling Islamic State militants in northern Syria.

A military statement said a helicopter had dropped barrel bombs on rebels in the village of Tal Nayif, south-east of Dabiq, killing two and wounding five.

Turkey’s Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu said such attacks would not halt its operations against IS.

There was no immediate comment from the Syrian military…”

  21. Brothers From Michigan Arrested in Tunisia in Terrorism Probe (nbcnews, Oct 26, 2016)
    http://www.nbcnews.com/news/world/brothers-michigan-arrested-tunisia-terrorism-probe-n673161

“Two American brothers have been arrested in Tunisia on suspicion of belonging to a terrorist organization, two local sources told NBC News.

A senior police official said the brothers were both aged in their 30s and originally from Michigan. A source in the governor’s office also confirmed the arrests.

Speaking on condition of anonymity, the police source said one of the men was carrying a U.S. passport that identified him as Patrick Alan Lawwill. NBC News has seen a photocopy of the passport, which was apparently issued in July 2015 and lists Lawwill’s place of birth as Michigan.

Police were not able to provide a copy of the second suspect’s documents.

A State Department official said it was aware of reports the pair had been arrested “on suspicion of terrorist activities” but declined to comment further because of “privacy considerations.”

The brothers were arrested in the northwestern city of Jendouba on Tuesday, according to the local police source…”

  22. ‘Five Indian soldiers killed in cross-border fire along LoC’ (express, Oct 26, 2016)
    http://tribune.com.pk/story/1210826/five-civilians-injured-unprovoked-indian-firing-along-working-boundary/

“ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Army soldiers befittingly responded to unprovoked Indian firing along the Line of Control (LoC) overnight Tuesday, leaving five troops dead and destroying four military posts on the other side of the de facto border.

“Five Indian soldiers have been confirmed to have shot and four Indian posts [were] destroyed at Bhimber sector,” sources in the military said.

During the cross-firing, at least two Pakistani civilians were also killed and another eight sustained injuries by the Indian shelling in Harpal and Chuprar sectors along the Working Boundary (WB), the military’s media wing ISPR said.

At least six civilians have been killed, and 21 injured as a result of Indian violations in less than a week. “Another civilian Sikander from Sona valley who was injured at LoC yesterday succumbed to his injuries at CMH Kharian today,” said the statement…”

  23. Germany’s Maas threatens social media firms with sanctions over hate speech (DW, Oct 26, 2016)
    http://www.dw.com/en/germanys-maas-threatens-social-media-firms-with-sanctions-over-hate-speech/a-36157430

“Social media firms who purvey hate speech will be targeted in the EU’s revised audio-visual directive, Germany’s justice minister has warned. Heiko Maas said Facebook and Twitter post deletions are still too slow.

German Justice Minister Heiko Maas said Wednesday social media operators must “significantly” cut down on xenophobic postings by March 2017 as Chancellor Angela Merkel’s cabinet examined a report showing a 77 percent surge in hate crimes in Germany last year.

Simultaneously, veteran German criminologist Christian Pfeiffer said Germany’s Telemedia Law should be amended to compel social media operators to reveal online perpetrators.

Prosecutors currently have little chance of obtaining data on perpetrators, Pfeifer said. Hate speech postings would drop, he forecast, when individuals were put on trial.

Last December, Facebook, Twitter and Google pledged to remove offensive posts in Germany within 24 hours. Users say their requests to take down hate speech often go unheeded.

    EU directive pending

Maas (pictured above) told the German media outlet “Redaktionsnetzwerk Deutschland” (RND) that his ministry was seeking sanctions within the Audiovisual Media Services Directive being revised by the EU to fit digital trends of the 21st century.

Deletions of hateful content by social media firms were still “too few and too slow,” said Mass, who is among numerous members of Merkel’s cabinet who have made appeals to operators to enact voluntary controls.

“In Europe we’re currently discussing the audiovisual directive,” Maas said in a veiled warning.

It would regulate media providers’ material, including social media outlets that were currently “privileged” in not paying for such content, he said.

    ‘Spectacular’ trials needed

Criminologist Pfeiffer told German public radio Deutschlandfunk on Wednesday that Germany’s Telemedia Act should be amended, resulting in a few “spectacular” criminal trials to set examples.

“Our justice minister Maas has tried for over a year to stem it on a voluntary basis. The Bundestag [parliament] has done its part by sharpening penalties for those who perpetrate hate offences.

“But the flow is not declining because no chance exists for state attorneys to trace the perpetrators, although Facebook and the others know exactly who they are, but they don’t disclose this,” Pfeiffer said.

All international firms active on the Internet in Germany should be required to name representatives so they can be made liable, said Pfeifer. He added that by not naming representatives, the firms currently “evade every responsibility.”

    Hate crimes outweigh privacy

Perpetrators of hate speech were not entitled to data privacy protections contained in Germany’s Telemedia Law, Pfeiffer said, adding that Germany’s federal and regional state justice ministers should amend that legislation.

“So that we at last get a foot in the door so that these people who produce murder threats and hate mail are brought before court.”

“The Internet is an asset,” he said, “but we have a right in this country, first, to ensure that hate mail is deleted and, second, that the perpetrators are detected.”

One week or a hefty fine

Two weeks ago, Volker Kauder, the leader of Merkel’s parliamentary faction warned that he had “run out of patience.”

He suggested a fine of 50,000 euros ($55,000) if Internet companies failed to take down hate posts within a week.

    Punishment and fines

The Brussel’s draft audiovisual directive already includes a passage entitled “prohibition of hate speech” that refers to a 2008 EU “framework decision” to tackle racism and xenophobia via criminal law proceedings.

Its first two articles urge the bloc’s 28 member nations to punish persons who publicly incite or aid and abet violence and hatred with prison terms of up to three years. Liable legal entities can be fined or lose subsidies.”

  24. The Year of the Nasty Woman

    George Neumayr

Hillary’s surrogates embrace the label for good reason.

Elizabeth Warren, campaigning for Hillary Clinton on Monday, promised that this election belonged to “nasty women.” Appropriating Trump’s phrase from the third debate, Warren said, “Get this Donald: Nasty women are tough, nasty women are smart and nasty women vote. And on November 8th, we nasty women are gonna march our nasty feet to cast our nasty votes to get you out of our lives forever.”

Should Hillary win, historians will surely note the richly grim, amazingly cynical irony of her victory: that she and her surrogates, holding tightly to the coattails of a credibly accused rapist, Bill Clinton, made the basis of their victory the unacceptability of a “pig” in the White House.

Warren ripped into Trump for his caddish behavior. “Donald Trump aggressively disrespects more than half the human beings in this country. He thinks that because he has money, that he can call women fat pigs and bimbos,” she said. “He thinks that because he is a celebrity that he can rate women’s bodies from one to 10. He thinks that because he has a mouth full of Tic-Tacs, he can force himself on any women within groping distance. Well I’ve got news for you, Donald Trump. Women have had it with guys like you. And nasty women have really had it with guys like you.”

It was quite a jeremiad against rakes, especially coming from a woman who

  25. ‘We’ve had ENOUGH!’ Fuming Italy PM vows to CRIPPLE Brussels unless it sorts out migration (express, Oct 26, 2016)
    http://www.express.co.uk/news/politics/725540/Migrant-crisis-Italy-PM-Matteo-Renzi-veto-EU-budget-refugee-chaos

“FURIOUS Italian leader Matteo Renzi today threatened to fatally cripple the entire European project unless Brussels bureaucrats do more to sort out the migrant crisis.

In an extraordinary threat the apoplectic PM vowed to veto the EU budget and starve Brussels of taxpayers’ cash, inducing complete paralysis, if the refugee chaos is not fixed by the end of this year.

A visibly angry Mr Renzi warned that Italy “cannot survive” another influx of migrants in 2017 similar to the one it faced this year and blasted Europe’s “inability to show solidarity” on the issue.

His remarkable threat marks another ratcheting up of the growing tensions between Rome and Brussels, whose friendship has been stretched to breaking point by the migration crisis…”

  26. Syrian boys BANNED from swimming pool after girls as young as NINE sexually assaulted (express, Oct 26, 2016)
    http://www.express.co.uk/news/world/725458/Germany-migrants-sex-attack-syrian-boys-swimming-pool-police

“POLICE have launched an investigation after a gang of young Syrian asylum-seekers sexually harassed three schoolgirls at their local swimming pool.

The girls – sisters aged 9, 11 and 14 – were surrounded and molested by seven migrants, the youngest of whom was just seven.

The father of the schoolgirls said he had dropped them off at the swimming pool as a treat for the older girl’s 14th birthday.

He said as soon as they started swimming they were harassed by the boys who surrounded them in the pool…”

  27. Sweden arsonist attacks: Masked thugs set police car on FIRE after faking 999 call (express, Oct 26, 2016)
    http://www.express.co.uk/news/world/725382/Sweden-arsonist-Masked-thugs-police-car-fire-faking-999-call

“SHOCKING footage of two thugs setting a police car on fire after faking an emergency call has emerged online.

In the video, which was posted on Snapchat, the two men can be seen approaching the vehicle after police rushed to the scene after someone called in a domestic violence incident at the address.

As the attending officers are inside the property, the masked thugs throw a burning object under the parked police car and within moments the vehicle is engulfed by flames.

Realising the phone call had been a hoax, the officers returned to find their patrol car engulfed in flames.

Police have now arrested two people in connection with the blaze, one 17-year-old boy and a 21-year-old man.

The pair were detained and charged with arson and false alarm after the footage of the fire emerged on mobile app Snapchat.

Prosecutor Caroline Carl Quist said the minimum sentencing for arson is two years.

The teenager’s lawyer, Jan-Anders Hybelius, said his client denies any involvement in the incident.

Mr Hybelius said his client insists someone had posted the video on his Snapchat against his will.

The arrests come as Sweden has been plagued with uncontrolled car fires with more than 70 cars being set alight since July.

Swedish police have listed more than 50 areas as “no-go zone” as the country has seen a huge surge in crime since the start of the migrant crisis in Europe with a rise in sex assaults, drug dealing and children carrying weapons.

Three police officers are handing in their notices daily in Sweden following the increased violence and the arsonist thugs’ assaults, and it is feared the attacks are spreading throughout Scandinavia.

Police in Denmark are also struggling to stop the car fire attacks with more than 200 vehicles burning out in less than nine months.”

  28. Fury as German primary school ‘forced’ children to chant ‘Allahu Akbar’ in Muslim prayer (express, Oct 27, 2016)
    http://www.express.co.uk/news/world/725651/germany-migrants-allahu-akbar-muslim-christmas-islam-primary-school-pupils-angela-merkel

“PUPILS at a primary school were forced to chant “Allahu Akhbar” and “there is no God but Allah”, an appalled father has claimed.

The father of the pupil at the girl’s primary school in German ski resort Garmisch-Partenkirchen discovered that his daughter had been forced to learn the Islamic prayer when he discovered a handout she had been given.

He claimed she had been “forced” by teachers to memorise the Islamic chants and forwarded the handout to Austrian news service unsertirol24.

The handout read: “Oh Allah, how perfect you are and praise be to you. Blessed is your name, and exalted is your majesty. There is no God but you.”

It had been given to the girl during a lesson in “ethics” at the Bavarian school.

Headteacher Gisela Herl did not confirm the incident when questioned, but said the school would issue a written statement detailing its position in the coming week.

The incident comes just weeks after parents complained to German newspaper Hessian Niedersächsische Allgemeine (HNA) that their children’s nursery was refusing to acknowledge “Christmas rituals” to accommodate the “diverse cultures” of other pupils.

The Sara Nussbaum House daycare centre in Kassel refused to put up a Christmas tree, tell Christmas stories or celebrate Christmas in general because it said only a minority of pupils were Christian.

A spokesman for Kassel explained: “There will be no Christmas celebrations, in the strictest sense. Because the majority of children at this kindergarten are not Christian the festival will not be celebrated in the way that it is at other schools.”

Migrants now outnumber native children at many schools in Germany as the country has been inundated with migrants in recent years.

More than one million migrants are estimated to have arrived in Germany during the last year alone.

The Federal Office for Migration and Refugees estimates that another 200,000 people will apply for asylum in 2017.”

  29. Former Intel Officer: Hillary’s Compromise Worse than Adrich Ames, Robert Hanssen

I was an intelligence officer with the Central Intelligence Agency for 12 years, working a number of issues counter intelligence, counternarctics, counter terrorism and others. I worked operations overseas but also, as an engineer, managed technical development when I was not traveling. I helped design a number of collection and analytical systems, and I knew well the goals and requirements of the Agency.

I chased Pablo Escobar in Colombia, ran flight missions over Somalia and Liberia, and even traveled to Turkey with notorious spy Aldrich Ames for a “motherhood and apple pie” meeting with former Soviet nations. I worked in more than 25 countries in all.

I remember vividly the day it was announced that Ames had been arrested, the devastated look in my boss’s eyes and the shock throughout the Crime and Narcotics Center where a suspected Ames had been moved while the FBI closed in. The Ames compromise was so bad that (several years earlier) I was asked to take my shoes off before walking into the CIA station in Moscow – they had no idea how our agents were being compromised.

    http://punchingbagpost.com/former-intel-officer-hillary-compromise-worse-than-adrich-ames-robert-hanssen

Richard: Be sure and read the article, it provides a lot of backing for the theory that it is the FBI and NSA that are leaking the info about Hillary’s emails.

  30. Anti-Trump Violence Sweeps the Nation

Media pays little attention to escalating attacks, thousands of threats against Trump supporters

(Lifezette) – While the mainstream media has been working day and night promoting Hillary Clinton’s candidacy, it has largely ignored or downplayed violent attacks against supporters of Donald Trump.

But assaults on Trump supporters appear to be growing increasingly common as Election Day approaches and tensions intensify. Reports of Trump lawn signs and banners being stolen and defaced are everywhere on social media.

Making matters worse, undercover video evidence emerged showing senior Democrat operatives Robert Creamer and Scott Foval acknowledging using dirty, likely illegal tricks against the Trump campaign. Their goal was to generate negative media coverage of Trump rallies by fomenting violence at them. The media eagerly used the various fisticuffs and melees the Democrats created to attempt to discredit Trump by depicting his supporters as violent, knuckle-dragging crazies.

The videos, shot by ACORN slayer James O’Keefe’s group Project Veritas Action, show Foval on camera saying his agents “infiltrate” Trump events. “It doesn’t matter what the friggin’ legal and ethics people say, we need to win this motherf****er.” He adds, “we’re starting anarchy here.”

  31. Leaked: How Hillary Pandered to the Press

The WikiLeaks email trove is revealing more than the servility of “objective” reporters trying to please Hillary Clinton and her aides. It’s revealing the press strategy of Clinton and her aides — how they seek to praise reporters, even as they arrogantly stonewall them.

One internal campaign email exchange is salient. It discusses Clinton speaking at a Syracuse University event for the Toner Prize for Excellence in Political Reporting, which is so named for the deceased liberal New York Times political correspondent Robin Toner. Clinton had been invited as a keynote speaker.

Her aides discuss how she should try to please the journalists she’d been ignoring by mocking her tendency to avoid journalistic scrutiny. Press secretary Nick Merrill liked the draft of jokes that was sent around as a strategy that never surrenders, saying, “What I liked about it is that it provided a rare opportunity for her to show some contrition and self-awareness but do it under the guise of humor so as not to cede any ground.”

The Clintons never cede any ground and never relinquish their kung-fu grip on their own narrative and imagery. “Guise of humor?” Their contempt for (SET ITAL) their friends (END ITAL) is astounding. The media may not like this, but it doesn’t stop their never-ending cooperation, hence the contempt.

Clinton Communications Director Jennifer Palmieri proposed that they “pretend everyone in the audience is a serious, on the level journalist trying to get the story right and cover serious issues in an absurdly difficult environment where speed and mass appeal are over valued.”

  32. The Clinton/Vatican/Tehran Axis
The Obama/Hillary plan to sell the Iran deal through…the Catholic Church.

Breitbart reported Saturday that among the many revealing and damning emails that WikiLeaks has revealed from Clinton campaign chairman John Podesta, one has “White House chief of staff Denis McDonough responding favorably to an email forwarded to him by Podesta from a leftwing ‘Catholic’ organization that said it was arranging meetings with Catholic prelates to urge them to press U.S. senators to vote for the Iran Treaty.”

This plan was apparently hatched by Fred Rotondaro, chairman of the far-Left and Catholic-in-name-only Catholics in Alliance for the Common Good (CACG), as well as a senior fellow with Podesta’s Soros-funded “Islamophobia” propaganda organ, the Center for American Progress.

Rotondaro wrote to Podesta and others in the Clinton camp:

  33. Hillary Staffer Warned Obama Lie About Email Server Would Be Exposed
    October 26, 2016
    Daniel Greenfield

Which indeed it was. But the media has largely been going to bat for her. Hillary’s own cover up squad were warning that Obama’s lie about her rogue email server operation was going to collapse.

In a March 2015 email chain, Cheryl Mills, a top legal adviser and longtime member of Clinton’s inner circle, told campaign Chairman John Podesta of an interview in which Obama said he learned about Clinton’s private email setup from news reports.

“We need to clean this up — he has emails from her — they do not say state.gov,” Mills wrote to Podesta.

And they didn’t. But no one has really asked him about it. Obviously conservative sources called him out on it, but even Hillary’s people were calling him a liar.

  34. FBI Agents Didn’t Want to Indict Obama Target, Obama Just Replaced Them

This is what justice looks like in the age of Obama. Lynch makes sure that Hillary Clinton won’t be indicted. And that the FBI will even take part in the cover up. But when the FBI refuses to help Obama’s Black Lives Matter’s thugs lynch a police officer… he just replaces them.

Washington-based federal prosecutors plan to aggressively pursue charges against NYPD cop Daniel Pantaleo for the chokehold death of Eric Garner on Staten Island, a law enforcement source told The Post on Tuesday.

“It’s going to happen sooner than later,” the source said of an indictment. “Washington wants to indict him.”

Federal investigators in Brooklyn were replaced by DC counterparts because of their reluctance to bring charges, the source said.

The New York feds are privately seething. They accused their Beltway colleagues of trying to “make an example out of Pantaleo” at any cost, said one source familiar with the case.

“We already … came to a conclusion which they didn’t like. It’s truly disgraceful what they’re doing,” the source said.

It’s disgraceful what Obama is doing. When the FBI agents didn’t

    http://www.frontpagemag.com/point/264617/fbi-agents-didnt-want-indict-obama-target-obama-daniel-greenfield

    • Obama doesn’t openly take as much money as Hillary but he is as bad as her in breaking the law and trying to frame people.
