3. ‘Send them all back’: Austrian chancellor demands EU border patrols return every migrant picked up trying to reach Greece to Turkey

The Chancellor of Austria has called for all migrants and refugees trying to reach Europe to be sent back to Turkey.

Chancellor Werner Faymann said border police should save everyone trying to cross the Mediterranean Sea to reach the EU, but then immediately deport them.

He added that  Austria will extend its border controls if Turkey does not take back refugees picked on their way to Greece and returned.

Return policy: Austrian Chancellor Werner Faymann said border police should send all refugees and migrants trying to enter the EU back to Turkey as this is the only measure that would make enough of an impact

Faymann, the leader of Austria’s Social Democratic Party, said in an interview that sending back migrants and refugees to Turkey is the only measure that would make a radical enough impact.

‘Frontex [the EU’s border agency] must pick up the people fleeing to Greece. We have to save all of them, but then these people should be sent directly to Turkey,’ Social Democrat Faymann said.

4. Mother of rape victim wants attacker jailed in Austria

The 20-year-old Iraqi was arrested on December 2nd at the Theresienbad swimming pool in Vienna’s Meidling district – shortly after the sex attack happened. […]

Police investigators say the 20-year-old man entered Austria on September 13th, travelling into the country via the Balkans.

In an interview with the Heute newspaper the boy’s mother, who is a single parent with five children, said she learnt what had happened when a member of the swimming pool’s management team called her on December 2nd to say that her son had been attacked.

She told Heute that her son loves swimming and she would often let him go to the pool after school, which is near to their home. She said that her boy still has psychological scars “which may never heal”, and that he has to take antidepressants and sleeping tablets. […] She said that the Iraqi man’s explanation for why he attacked her son “made her blood boil” and that she hoped he would be given a tough sentence and made to serve it in an Austrian prison, before being deported. “I’ve heard about what happens to child molesters in prisons here,” she said.

5. Dutch step up border controls as migrant flows continue

AMSTERDAM (Reuters) – The Netherlands has stepped up the monitoring of traffic crossing its frontiers, a government minister said on Monday, as countries across Europe move to tighten border controls in response to an unprecedented migration crisis.

The move follows a decision last September to deploy mobile border guard units along roads and railways lines to intercept migrants and separate them from asylum seekers.

“Those measures helped, but we were still seeing a rising number of smugglers being arrested, and you are seeing more people coming from safe countries, who aren’t eligible for asylum,” state secretary Klaas Dijkhoff told reporters.

(OK So we see what the Dutch are doing, and the Austrians took a sharp turn towards reasonable decisions, now what are the Americans doing?)

6. Pentagon orders commanders to prioritize climate change in all military actions

The Pentagon is ordering the top brass to incorporate climate change into virtually everything they do, from testing weapons to training troops to war planning to joint exercises with allies.

A new directive’s theme: The U.S. Armed Forces must show “resilience” and beat back the threat based on “actionable science.”

It says the military will not be able to maintain effectiveness unless the directive is followed. It orders the establishment of a new layer of bureaucracy — a wide array of “climate change boards, councils and working groups” to infuse climate change into “programs, plans and policies.”

(Establishing a new layer of bureaucracy always makes for a better, more effective military every-time!)

7. Satellites Show Mystery Construction at Iran’s Top-Secret Military Site

(I hope they have a ‘Funded by Obama’s America’ sticker on all the heavy equipment)

Newly released satellite images of Iran’s top-secret Parchin military complex reveal that even as Iran was working to negotiate a nuclear deal, it was apparently working to hide its atomic work of the past and hedge its bets for the future.

Forecasting site Stratfor.com says the images published Monday show Iran building a tunnel into a heavily guarded mountain complex inside the Parchin facility, some 20 miles southeast of Tehran, while also working to erase signs of alleged high-explosive testing at another area on the site.

“We’re not saying they’re cheating on the nuclear deal,” Stratfor analyst Sim Tack told The Daily Beast. “The images show Iran was going through the motions to hide what it’s done before, and it is still…developing facilities that the IAEA may or may not have access to,” Tack said, referring to the International Atomic Energy Agency.

The progression of satellite images tracking construction at Parchin from 2012 to 2015 show how Iran’s leaders apparently worked to keep regime hardliners happy by moving forward with weapons programs, even as the leadership worked to erase signs of an illegal nuclear weapons program, Tack said.

(This will not prompt a US change of plans but it is marginally interesting to see if it encourages even a US admin statement with a weak admonition)

8. Twelve men who repeatedly gang-raped and abused white schoolgirl they saw as ‘utterly worthless’ are jailed for 140 YEARS – but alleged ringleader ‘remains on the run after fleeing to Bangladesh’

An arrogant gang of 12 men have been jailed for a total of 140 years for the repeated rape and sexual abuse of a vulnerable schoolgirl they saw as ‘utterly worthless’.

Eleven were jailed for rape and a twelfth man was jailed for sexual activity with a child under 16 today at Bradford Crown Court.

Their white British victim was aged 13 and 14 when she was repeatedly raped and sexually abused and passed around by the men, all of south Asian descent, over a period of 13 months between 2011 and 2012.

9. How terrorist was handed a bomb AFTER clearing customs: Chilling Mogadishu airport CCTV shows moment Somali jet bomber was passed a laptop containing hidden explosives

This is the extraordinary CCTV footage of the suspected bomber of a Somali plane at the exact moment when he is being handed a laptop in which the explosives were concealed.

The video, released by Somali intelligence officials, shows a passenger being given a laptop by two other men, one of whom is wearing a security jacket, after he passed through security.

The National Intelligence and Security Agency (NISA) believes the passenger is the suicide bomber who was blown from the Daallo Airlines jet creating a gaping hole in the fuselage and forcing the plane to make an emergency landing back at the Mogadishu airport.

(I do find the term “Somali Intelligence Officials” somewhat risible however, since they couldn’t actually prevent this)

11. Murdered by African She Sheltered

An American liberal living in Vienna was raped and murdered by the African invader she had deliberately hidden in her apartment to prevent him being deported back to Gambia, the Kronen Zeitung newspaper has revealed.

The American student, identified only as Lauren M., was part of an organized group of liberals dedicated to offering accommodation to nonwhite invaders threatened with deportation.

The African, identified as 24-year-old Abdou I., was already on police records after being arrested for a previous sexual offence. At that time, his DNA had been taken, and this provided the crucial clue in the murder of the American student.

The girl, originally from Colorado, had given the nonwhite shelter in her single room apartment located in Vienna’s Wiedner Main Street after he had been advised at the Erdberg “refugee center” that he was going to be deported.

12. Immigration concerns swell among Swedish voters

Immigration has overtaken education as the single most important issue for voters selecting a political party, a new poll for Swedish newspaper Dagens Nyheter (DN) by Ipsos suggests.

The poll shows that 40 percent of Swedes selected ‘integration and immigration’ as the key political topic when deciding who they would vote for if there was an election. This compares to 20 percent in June 2015 and just five percent in 2010.

It’s the biggest change for an individual issue we’ve ever seen in our measurements,” Johanna Laurin Gulled, a spokesperson for Ipsos, told DN.

  1. #6 Military Climate Change

This is so sinister. I can’t believe it. What dark force is moving these chess pieces so inexorably and so predictably?

What they are doing is forcing the military to serve two masters, and as we all know, serving two masters is pretty much a recipe for disaster. So now, every time a grenade goes off they’ll have to think about how much climate change that’s going to cause? Really? And at what point do they decide that climate change takes priority over, say, rescuing your combat platoon with their smoky, dirty, atmosphere-warming helicopters? Hell! Everything they do in the military causes some kind of smoke or flames or exhaust or something, so they’ll always be doing something “wrong”. This is clearly a hostile maneuver intended to both cripple and dominate the US Military. They’ll have the soldiers tripping over their own shoelaces trying to factor this nonsense in along with their ridiculous rules of engagement. I’ll bet that’s got the enemy rubbing their hands together with glee once again and again and again…

If I was a US General, I’d just drag my feet on this for ten months and then forget all about it when President Republican abruptly rescinds the order, which he most definitely will ’cause he knows climate change is a hoax…

    • Drag their feet yes, but if you study history the historical pattern is to destroy the nations military to open the way for a foreign invasion. Combine this act with the others damaging the military and hampering their ability to defend the US with the thousands of teen to early 20s “refugees” being given free admittance to the western nations. Then add in the way Obama is spreading what is left of our military around the world in penny packers too small to be anything besides expendable early warning alarms.

There are a lot of vets in the US who are thinking this way, and from the vets that are just out of service a lot of active duty people are also.

  2. Poor old German lady was being intimidated by atleast three Muslim men. Why are these people not treated in the same manner by German men, or better thrown out of Germany?

Where have all the German men gone?

  3. 2. The Submitters harassing the “old lady” make her case for her by conflating Muslims with Islam themselves.

  4. 2/ The presence of the young punks during the old lady’s interview only served to demonstrate her frustration. Their arrogance really evoked a desire within me to see their smug little kissers slapped silly.
