    • Now THAT was funny. In fairness, at least some of them were clearly speaking tongue in cheek, and the interviewer did kind of point the way for them. Also, what’s with Kimmel’s goatee or whatever that thing on his face is? Eww! No accounting for taste, I guess ….

  1. The Jaffari Mosque in Toronto: Strange Events and Police Action
A series of police proceedings, complaints and a vehicle burning at the Jaffari Mosque in Thornhill Ontario have led to considerable speculation as to the source of the perceived problems. Internal sources say muta or ‘temporary marriages’ with single/divorced/widowed women to already married male members of the congregation are at least part of the problem.
The Imam of Jaffari Mosque (a known Khomeneist Islamacist) publically advocates that muta or temporary marriages are permissible. He also openly advocates that sex with nine year old girls is permissible in the context of a ‘temporary marriage’[2] when performed by an Imam such as himself. This information is available in his book Marriages and Morals in Islam which was written while he was here in Canada.[3] The book can be seen HERE.

  2. Cologne police face fresh NYE cover-up claims

Cologne authorities face building pressure over the mass sexual assaults committed against women in the city on New Year’s Eve, with some calling for the police chief to step down after reports he hid asylum seekers’ involvement in the crimes.

Germany’s authorities and media have been tiptoeing around the issue of sexual violence committed by immigrants and refugees for too long…

…In November a club in Bavaria started turning refugees away after a string of complaints of sexual harassment from female clients.

In Baden-Württemberg at least one hospital has hired guards to protect nurses who feel intimidated by the refugees they treat.

The Woman’s Council in Hesse claimed in an open letter to the state parliament in September that they have substantial evidence of sexual abuse, including forced prostitution, in refugee shelters.

In August a regional paper in North Rhine-Westphalia also reported police covering up a serious sexual crime. After hearing about the rape of a 13-year-old girl by a refugee, the paper enquired with police as to what crimes they knew of in the refugee shelters.

    • This is now 4 nations and God knows how many cities reporting either attacks or people arrested for planning the attacks, when is some one in authority going to publicly state the obvious? This was a planned coordinated group of attacks that are part of an invasion designed to conquer Europe and make all European nations colonies of Islamic nations and eventually part of the new Caliphate.

      • I think it was at least 6 nations.

        Austria
        Finland
        Germany
        Norway
        Sweden
        Switzerland

That I can remember off the top of my head.

Was it organized? So much so I can’t help but wonder if this is why Trudeau was so anxious to get 30,000 of these guys into Canada by NYE so they could add a few Canadian cities to the list.

        • I keep forgetting Switzerland thanks for the reminder.

It might have also been why Obama wanted so many “refugees” in the US.

Some of the experts on Fox were talking about how some of the refugees could be bringing the orders to activate some of the sleeper agents and cells in North America.

    • Is Europe Giving Up?

The cathedral opposite the main train station used to be the traditional gathering spot for New Year’s Eve revelers in the German city of Cologne.

This year, Germans who poured out from the train station to celebrate the New Year they were met by a crowd of some 1000 young men. The men, according to German police, seemed to be of Arab or North African origin. They had taken over the entire public square in front of the station, and divided themselves into smaller gangs to surround women who were passing by. They then sexually assaulted them, and stole their wallets, purses and phones.

Police have so far received over 100 criminal complaints; three-quarters of them for sexual assault, and one for rape.

According to the British Telegraph, “Women were robbed, groped, and had their underwear torn from their bodies, while couples had fireworks thrown at them.”

“Shortly after midnight, the first women came to us… Crying and in shock they described how they had been severely sexually harrassed. We went to look for women in the crowd. I picked one up from the ground. She was screaming and crying. Her underwear had been torn from her body,” an unnamed policeman said.

In Hamburg, according to the police, a series of similar incidents took place in the city’s Reeperbahn red-light district. Witnesses described groups of five to fifteen men of who “hunted” women in the streets.”

The Mayor of Cologne, Henriette Reker, suggested in response, a “code of conduct” for German girls and women, as a measure to “prevent such things from ever happening again.” Her proposed code of conduct entails staying at an arm’s length from strangers, remaining within one’s group, and asking bystanders to intervene or help as a witness.

  3. Missing U.S. Missile Shows Up in Cuba
Inert Hellfire missile sent to Europe for a training exercise makes mysterious trip, sparking concerns over loss of military technology

    By Devlin Barrett and
    Gordon Lubold

An inert U.S. Hellfire missile sent to Europe for training purposes was wrongly shipped from there to Cuba in 2014, said people familiar with the matter, a loss of sensitive military technology that ranks among the worst-known incidents of its kind.

The unintended delivery of the missile to Cuba has confounded investigators and experts who work in a regulatory system designed to prevent precisely such equipment from falling into the wrong hands, said those familiar with the matter.

For more than a year, amid a historic thawing of relations between the U.S. and Cuba, American authorities have tried to get the Cuban government to return the missile, said people familiar with the matter. At the same time, federal investigators have been tracing the paper trail of the wayward Hellfire to determine if its arrival in Cuba was the work of criminals or spies, or the result of a series of blunders, these people said.

Hellfires are air-to-ground missiles, often fired from helicopters. They were first designed as antitank weapons decades ago, but have been modernized to become an important part of the U.S. government’s antiterrorism arsenal, often fired from Predator drones to carry out lethal attacks on targets in countries including Yemen and Pakistan, said people familiar with the technology.

  4. slamic State member executes his mother in Syria: monitor
    BEIRUT

An Islamic State militant executed his mother in public in the Syrian city of Raqqa because she had encouraged him to leave the group, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights reported on Friday.

The woman in her 40s had warned her son that a U.S.-backed alliance would wipe out Islamic State and had encouraged him to leave the city with her.

She was detained after he informed the group of her comments, according to the British-based Observatory, which monitors the war through a network of sources on the ground.

Citing local sources, the Observatory said the 20-year-old man executed his mother on Wednesday near the post office building where she worked in front of hundreds of people in Raqqa, a main base of operations for the group in Syria.

The Islamic State group, which controls wide areas of Syria and Iraq, has executed hundreds of people it has accused of working with its enemies or breaching of its ultra-conservative interpretation of Islam.

Hungary’s prime minister says that the flow of migrants entering the European Union must be fully stopped, not just slowed.

Viktor Orban said Friday on state radio that ending the migrant flow would be “the decisive issue of 2016” and called for the construction of a “European defense line” on Greece’s northern borders with Macedonia and Bulgaria.

Orban said on state radio that “since no one except us Hungarians protected their external Schengen borders, defenses, visa systems, border controls and fences are being created inside” Schengen’s visa-free travel zone.

Orban said “we are increasingly losing the possibility of free movement.”

SEOUL/BEIJING (Reuters) – South Korea unleashed a high-decibel propaganda barrage across its border with North Korea on Friday in retaliation for its nuclear test, while the United States called on China to end “business as usual” with its ally.

The broadcasts, in rolling bursts from walls of loudspeakers at 11 locations along the heavily militarized border, blared rhetoric critical of the Pyongyang regime as well as “K-pop” music, ratcheting up tension between the rival Koreas.

North Korea later responded with its own broadcasts.

South Korea, which has grown increasingly close to China in recent years, also said its foreign minister would speak with his Chinese counterpart later on Friday.

  9. U.S. to transfer al Qaeda suspect from Guantanamo to Kuwait

    January 8, 2016

WASHINGTON (Reuters) – The Pentagon on Friday announced the repatriation of a suspected al Qaeda propagandist to Kuwait, leaving 104 inmates at the U.S. naval prison in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba.

Faez Mohammed Ahmed al Kandari, 38, a Kuwaiti who has been held at Guantanamo for 13 years, was suspected of being a propagandist. He also may have served as “spiritual adviser” to al Qaeda leader Osama bin Laden, according to a U.S. Department of Defense profile.

A U.S. national security review found that the detention of Kandari “does not remain necessary to protect against a continuing significant threat to the security of the United States,” the Pentagon said in a statement.

The statement did not say when Kandari would be returned to Kuwait.

  10. Belgium says found possible Paris attacks bomb factory in December raid

    January 8, 2016

    By Philip Blenkinsop

BRUSSELS (Reuters) – Belgian investigators believe explosives used in the attacks in Paris in November may have been made in an apartment in Brussels that was rented under a false name and where a fingerprint of a key fugitive was found.

Police found material that could be used to make explosives, traces of explosive acetone peroxide and handmade belts during a raid on the apartment on Dec. 10, federal prosecutors said in a statement on Friday.

Belgian newspaper De Standaard, which reported the raid in its Friday edition, said the investigators believed the explosives were probably packed into suicide belts in a hotel outside Paris in the lead-up to the Nov. 13 attacks.

Prosecutors investigating Belgian links to the Paris attacks said the apartment in the district of Schaerbeek had been rented under a false name that might have been used by a person already in custody in connection with the Paris attacks.

  11. Greeks protest against pension reform as government seeks support

ATHENS (Reuters) – Hundreds of Greek pensioners and workers marched in central Athens on Friday, protesting against plans to overhaul an ailing pension system as the government sought backing for its proposals at home and in European capitals.

Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras has said the pension system is on the verge of collapse; but reforming it will challenge his resolve to implement measures demanded by Greece’s international creditors, who must sign off on the plan.

About 100 protesters supporting the Communist-affiliated union PAME unfurled a huge banner outside the prime minister’s office, slamming the plan as “a guillotine for the pension system”.

Hundreds more public sector workers and pensioners, worn down by several rounds of wage and pension cuts Greece has imposed over the years in return for rescue funds marched in the city centre.

Tensions flared briefly when the crowd broke past a line of police in riot gear and headed towards Tsipras’s office. Police responded with tear gas.

  16. BREITBART – Philadelphia: Police Shooter Confesses to Attempted ‘Execution’ for Islam

A gunman ambushed 33-year old Philadelphia police officer Jesse Hartnett on Thursday night. His attacker is in custody and claims it was an attempted “execution” in the name of Islam.

CBS News in Philadelphia reports Hartnett was sitting in his patrol car at around 11:30 PM when the attacker fired 13 shots through the driver’s side window at point-blank range. The CBS report describes the shooter as walking toward the police car while he fired. Three of the shots struck Hartnett’s arm. His injuries do not appear to be life-threatening.

“Shots fired! I’m shot! I’m bleeding heavily!” Hartnett called out on police radio, as can be heard in the CBS report

Hartnett was able to return fire, and hit the as-yet unnamed suspect three times. Other offices swiftly caught the wounded assailant while attempting to flee the scene, and he has made a full confession, according to CBS. The confession reportedly describes Islam as part of the motive for the attack.

Police also recovered his weapon. The New York Daily News identifies it as a 9mm handgun.

Commissioner Ross said there is video of the entire attack. “This is absolutely one of the scariest things I’ve ever seen,” he declared. “I mean, this guy tried to execute the police officer. The officer had no idea he was coming. It’s amazing he’s alive.”

The shooter is described as a male in his 30s. According to a news description of the surveillance video, he was wearing a “long white frock and black pants” as he approached the police cruiser with his gun drawn. The current condition of the shooter has not been disclosed at the time of this writing.

Ross said Hartnett suffered “significant damage” to his arm, including nerve damage, but is awake and coherent. According to the New York Daily News, he underwent surgery early Friday at Presbyterian Hospital and is expected to make a full recovery.

NJ.com cites Officer Hartnett’s social media profiles to describe him as a native of East Landsdowne, Pennsylvania, who attended Delaware County Community College, served in the U.S. Coast Guard for over a decade, and then became a four-year veteran of the police force.

CBS News reported late Friday morning that the FBI has become involved in the investigation.

A man using a gun stolen from police said he was acting in the name of Islam when he ambushed an officer sitting in his marked cruiser at an intersection, firing shots at point-blank range, authorities said Friday. Both the officer and suspect were injured during the barrage of gunfire.

The suspect, 30-year-old Edward Archer, also pledged allegiance to the Islamic State in Iraq and the Levant when he was questioned after his arrest in the shooting late Thursday, police said.

Police Commissioner Richard Ross said Archer told police he believed the department defends laws that are contrary to Islam.

Police say man who shot Philadephia cop pledged allegiance to Islamic State

POLICE IN PHILADELPHIA say the 30-year-old suspect in the shooting of a Philadelphia police officer told investigators that he opened fire in the name of Islam.
Police Commissioner Richard Ross says Edward Archer pledged allegiance to the Islamic State group. Ross says Archer also told investigators that he believed police defend laws that are contrary to Islam.
Archer’s mother, Valerie Holliday, told The Philadelphia Inquirer he has been hearing voices recently and that family asked him to get help. She also described him as devout Muslim.

Police also confirmed the man used a stolen police gun in the crime. Officials say the gun was reported stolen from an officer’s home in October 2013 but they don’t know how many hands it passed through before being used in the Thursday night shooting.

The wounded officer has been identified as Officer Jesse Hartnett. He was shot three times in the arm. Hartnett fired back and wounded the suspect.

    • Police: Gunman shot cop ‘in name of Islam’

Edward Archer, told detectives: “I follow Allah. I pledge my allegiance to the Islamic state. That is why I did what I did.”

“He confessed to committing this act in the name of Islam,” Police Commissioner Richard Ross said at a news conference Friday afternoon.

Also at the news conference, Mayor Jim Kenney said the shooting had nothing to do with “being a Muslim or the Islamic faith.”

Last night s shooting had nothing to do with any faith. It was a violent assault by a criminal. I urge all Philadelphians to stand together.

[…]The shooter in the attack is seen wearing a long white robe over dark pants on surveillance video, but Ross said he did not know if it was Muslim garb.

[…] Reached at her home in Lansdowne, his mother, Valerie Holliday, said Archer was the eldest of seven children and suffered head injuries from playing football and a moped accident.

“He’s been acting kind of strange lately. He’s been talking to himself . . . laughing and mumbling,” Holliday said. “He’s been hearing voices in his head. We asked him to get medical help.”

She said her son is devout Muslim who has practiced the faith “for a long time.”

“He’s going through a lot lately,” Holliday said, adding Archer believed he was targeted by police.

“I don’t know how he got the gun,” she said. “I’m still hoping they have the wrong child.”

[…] Archer was scheduled to be sentenced Monday in a Delaware County case, according to court records. He was found guilty in a November nonjury trial of forging documents, careless driving, driving with a suspended or revoked license and other related offenses.

In Philadelphia, he was sentenced in March to nine to 23 months in jail and two years probation in an assault case. He was charged with aggravated assault, conspiracy, firearms offenses and terroristic threats for a January 2012 incident but pleaded guilty to simple assault.

  17. Cologne sexual assaults: Anti-Muslim group Pegida plans to stage rally in city after attacks

News comes after warning against using the attacks to fan the flames of anti-Islamic sentiment

A German anti-Muslim group has announced plans to stage a rally in Cologne following the New Year’s Eve sex attacks on women in the city’s centre.

Pegida said it would hold a demonstration on Saturday night outside Cologne railway station, where many of the reported attacks – which include rape, assault and robbery – took place.

Public anger has grown ever since police described the 1,000 male suspects as being of “north African or Arab appearance”, despite repeated attempts by German authorities to quell anti-immigration sentiment.

Cologne mayor Henriette Reker previously said it was “completely improper” to link the attacks to refugees, while German Chancellor Angela Merkel said the perpetrators should be brought to justice “without regard to their origin or background”.

More than one million refugees fleeing war, poverty and famine arrived in Germany last year.

Germany justice minister Heiko Maas also warned against using the attacks to fan the flames of anti-Islamic sentiment, saying: “It doesn’t matter where someone comes from, it matters what they did and that we can prove it.”

Interiors minister Thomas de Maiziere said that although suspicion should not be cast on refugees without proof, neither should there be a “taboo” if north Africans and Arabs were found to be the perpetrators.

Pegida was founded in Dresden in late 2014 by Lutz Bachmann, initially as a small group protesting against what it perceives to be the growing influence of Islam in Europe.

Just days ago, Mr Bachmann taunted those who welcomed refugees into the country after two of Munich’s railway stations were evacuated following intelligence provided by a foreign country of a “serious” and “imminent threat” to the city.

It comes as former EDL leader Tommy Robinson launched a UK branch of Pegida from a pub in Bedfordshire.

In an interview with the International Business Times, Pegida UK leader Paul Weston said the attacks in Cologne were “helping raise awareness” of the group’s cause.

  18. Amid terrorist threats and NK nuke tests, Marine Corps ordered to… ensure gender neutral job titles

    Priorities in the Obama epoch:

Secretary of the Navy Ray Mabus recently sent a memo to Marine Commandant Gen. Robert Neller directing him to review the Marine Corp’s position titles to ensure their gender neutrality.

Mabus told Neller to drop the term “man” from position titles so that they become gender integrated by the deadline of April 1, according to the Marine Corps Times.

“As we achieve full integration of the force … this is an opportunity to update the position titles and descriptions themselves to demonstrate through this language that women are included in these MOSs,” Mabus wrote in the Jan. 1 memo. “Please review the position titles throughout the Marine Corps and ensure that they are gender-integrated as well, removing ‘man’ from the titles and provide a report to me as soon as is practicable and no later than April 1, 2016.”

  19. Americans: Not just resenting political correctness, but bearing its costs
By J.E. Dyer on January 7, 2016 at 9:30 pm

Daniel Henninger does his usual great job in a 6 January opinion piece for the Wall Street Journal, identifying the features of the “political correctness” voters are revolting against as they flock to non-establishment GOP candidates.
    Being relevant.

    Being relevant.

There’s one thing that’s slightly off, though, and that’s the tone of the piece. Henninger writes as if the voters’ disgust with political correctness is a largely theoretical exercise. People are seeing things they don’t like happening at a great distance, and reacting to them by doing off-the-wall stuff like rallying for Donald Trump and Ben Carson – that’s the sense we’re left with.

But it’s kind of the whole point, that political correctness isn’t a theoretical imposition on the American people. It’s a real and direct attack, and the fed-up voters have been bearing the costs of it for years now.

  20. Hillary Health Horrors
Medical experts raise red flags, question her claimed recovery from brain trauma.
    January 8, 2016
    Matthew Vadum

A traumatic brain injury Hillary Clinton suffered that she apparently never recovered from could render her unfit for the intense daily rigors of the presidency, a new report suggests.

After the former secretary of state returned late to the stage following a commercial break in a Democratic presidential candidates’ debate in New Hampshire last month, many observers picked up on an excuse that there was a long lineup for the bathroom that forced Clinton to return to the stage when the debate had resumed.

But Breitbart News suggests that all-too-convenient explanation may have been a cover story that deflects from what really happened. A law enforcement source told Breitbart that “health issues stemming from a previous brain injury” kept Hillary from the stage and also hindered her ability to walk after the debate. Clinton’s campaign denied their candidate was in poor health and said she quickly recovered from a concussion she suffered but her husband, former President Bill Clinton, is on record as saying that Hillary’s injury “required six months of very serious work to get over.”

“These long-lasting symptoms stemming from a concussion and blood clot, according to a neurologist, suggest Clinton is suffering from post-concussion syndrome, which can severely impact her cognitive abilities,” the Breitbart report states.

  21. Syrian Refugee Busted on Terror Charges
Who is afraid of widows and orphans anyway?

If we don’t want terrorism in our country, we really need to stop bringing in people from countries where terrorism is prevalent. It’s just common sense. If a country has an Ebola problem, you slap a travel ban on it. If a nation has a Jihad problem, you don’t let people from those countries in.

And these boys were twofers, Iraqis and Palestinian Muslims, which means double the risk.

Both men are Palestinians who were born in Iraq. The man arrested in Houston, Omar Faraj Saeed Al-Hardan, entered the United States as a refugee in November 2009, according to a court document.

In Sacramento, the U.S. Department of Justice said Aws Mohammed Younis Al-Jayab, 23, came to the United States in 2012 as a refugee from Syria.

Texas Lieutenant Governor Dan Patrick, a Tea Party Republican, cited the arrest in Houston as a reason why Texas has been seeking to block Syrian refugees from resettling there.

“This is exactly what we have repeatedly told the Obama administration could happen and why we do not want refugees coming to Texas. There are serious questions about who these people really are, as evidenced by today’s events,” Patrick said in a statement.

Republican leaders have been calling on President Barack Obama, a Democrat, to move with caution in allowing refugees from Syria to resettle in the United States.

  22. Bernie Sanders “Redistributed Wealth” to Friends and Family
And isn’t that what “public service is all about”?

What good is being a Socialist if you can’t steal from taxpayers to give to your pals? As this Lachlan Markay report at Free Beacon documents, Bernie Sanders found all sorts of ways to redistribute wealth to friends and family. And isn’t that what “public service is all about”?

According to Jane O’Meara Sanders, the senator’s wife, Sanders’ House campaigns paid her more than $90,000 for consulting and ad placement services from 2002 to 2004. She pocketed about $30,000 of that money.

Her daughter Carina Driscoll, Sanders’ stepdaughter, also drew a salary from the campaign. She was paid more than $65,000 between 2000 and 2004, according to her mother.

After working for the campaign, the senator’s wife would come under scrutiny for expenditures at Burlington College, where she was hired as president in 2004. While she led the school, it paid six-figure sums to her daughter and the son of a family friend.

  23. North Korea and Iran: The Nuclear Duo
Obama administration takes North Korea testing issue to the UN while ignoring Iran link.

North Korea conducted its fourth nuclear test on January 6th, which it claimed was a hydrogen bomb. Despite some skepticism as to North Korea’s claim that it had actually tested a hydrogen bomb, the Obama administration acknowledged that North Korea had indeed tested some sort of nuclear device. The administration condemned North Korea’s latest testing as a violation of a series of past United Nations Security Council resolutions.

“We do not and will not accept North Korea as a nuclear armed state, and actions such as this latest test only strengthen our resolve,” declared Secretary of State John Kerry.

Mr. Kerry is a bit late with his declaration. North Korea has had an active nuclear arms program for nearly a decade and has conducted three of its four nuclear tests during President Obama’s time in office. None of the sanctions contained in the Security Council resolutions have stopped North Korea from thumbing its nose at the so-called “international community” and conducting as many nuclear and missile tests as it wishes. Kerry’s declaration begs the question – “resolve” to do what? Pass yet another Security Council resolution with a few more symbolic sanctions and some additional travel restrictions on senior North Korean officials?

The Obama administration’s claim of “resolve” in dealing effectively with nuclear threats rings hollow. Its idea of what “resolve” means was demonstrated by the loophole-ridden nuclear deal with Iran, which contains no safeguards against Iran’s cooperation with North Korea on nuclear technology and development. No doubt the administration would offer North Korea a similar deal if its leader Kim Jong-un were as crafty as Iranian President Hassan Rouhani in lulling President Obama and Kerry into a false sense of security.

Moreover, rather than work closely with China to maximize its leverage in defusing North Korea’s nuclear threat, the administration chose to prioritize climate change in its relationship with China above all other issue

“From heart disease to diabetes, there are any number of health conditions that can arise from being overweight. With the UAE’s staggering rates of obesity, more people than ever are at risk of developing the degenerative joint disease, osteoarthritis.

Osteoarthritis, the most common form of arthritis, causes the cartilage that lines and cushions joints to become rougher and thinner, as a result of wear and tear.

The symptoms of the condition include pain, stiffness and swelling caused by the bones rubbing or grinding against each other.

Osteoarthritis is relatively common disease that increases in prevalence with age. Before the age of 45, osteoarthritis is more common in men than in women while after age 45, it is more common in women.

According to recent analysis gathered through the Global Burden of Disease Study, more than 66 per cent of men and 60 per cent of women in the UAE are overweight or obese. This means people in the UAE could be more at risk of developing osteoarthritis than their western counterparts…”
