Thousands are pledging their support to a German vigilante group which has vowed to protect women from migrants in the wake of the horrendous attacks in Cologne.
A week after thousands of ‘drunk and stoned’ migrants sexually assaulted and robbed 100 women on the streets of Cologne on New Year’s Eve, a group known as ‘Dusseldorf is Watching’ has gained more than 8,000 Facebook members.
The group says it wants to make the streets safer through ‘presence’ alone but police have warned that ‘searching for offenders is not a job for citizens’.
It emerged today that three Syrians were arrested for gang raping two teenage girls in southern Germany on the night of the attacks, as reports of sexual assaults flood in around the country.
Police stand guard outside Cologne Cathedral, where hundreds of women were sexually assaulted and robbed by a mob of migrant and refugee men on New Year’s Eve […] The German police has been plunged into scandal after a report, written by a senior officer, admitted they knew the sex attackers in Cologne on New Year’s Eve were mostly asylum seekers.
(Good to se the Germans aren’t fully demoralized yet)
Cologne authorities face building pressure over the mass sexual assaults committed against women in the city on New Year’s Eve, with some calling for the police chief to step down after reports he hid asylum seekers’ involvement in the crimes.
Die Welt reported interviews with several police officers involved in the action around Cologne’s main train station on New Year’s Eve, where a large crowd of men, reportedly of Arab or north African appearance, gathered to drink and set off fireworks, with some harassing women.
Officers told Die Welt that large numbers of people had had their identities checked, with some taken into temporary custody.
“Among the identity checks that were carried out, the majority of people were only able to produce evidence of registration as an asylum seeker from the Federal Office for Migration and Refugees [BAMF],” a police report dated January 2nd, seen by Die Welt, recorded.
That directly contradicts statements by Cologne police chief Wolfgang Albers in a press conference on Tuesday, when he said that police had little or no information about the background of the attackers.
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Authorities say a Philadelphia police officer is recovering after he was shot several times during an ambush late Thursday night in West Philadelphia.
Philadelphia police commissioner Richard Ross says the officer was sitting in his patrol car around 11:30 p.m. at 60th and Spruce Streets when a gunman fired 13 shots through the driver’s side of the car.
The officer — 33-year-old Jesse Hartnett — was struck three times in his arm, authorities say.
“Shots fired! I’m shot! I’m bleeding heavily!” Hartnett can be heard yelling on police radio. Sources tell Eyewitness News the suspect has given a full confession, saying he did it in the name of Islam.
STOCKHOLM (AP) — Swedish police say at least 15 young women have reported being groped by groups of men on New Year’s Eve in the city of Kalmar.
The Swedish reports follow a string of sex assaults and robberies during New Year’s celebrations in Germany.
Kalmar police spokesman Johan Bruun on Friday said groups of men encircled women on a crowded square and groped them. He said no one was physically injured but that many of those targeted were terrified. He said two men, both asylum-seekers, were informed through interpreters that they’re suspected of sexual assault and that police are trying to identify other suspects.
An Islamic State militant executed his mother in public in the Syrian city of Raqqa because she had encouraged him to leave the group, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights reported on Friday.
The woman in her 40s had warned her son that a U.S.-backed alliance would wipe out Islamic State and had encouraged him to leave the city with her.
She was detained after he informed the group of her comments, according to the British-based Observatory, which monitors the war through a network of sources on the ground.
Citing local sources, the Observatory said the 20-year-old man executed his mother on Wednesday near the post office building where she worked in front of hundreds of people in Raqqa, a main base of operations for the group in Syria.
Asylum seekers who met in central Helsinki to celebrate New Years’s Eve “had similar plans” to commit sexual assault and other crimes as those who targeted women in the Germany city of Cologne, Finnish Police have reported.
Three Iraqi asylum seekers have been arrested for committing sexual assaults during the celebrations in the city’s Senate Square, where some 20,000 had gathered.
Security personnel reported “widespead sexual harrassment” during the celebrations, police added, with women complaining that asylum seekers had groped their breasts and kissed them without permission.
“This phenomenon is new in Finnish sexual crime history,” Ilkka Koskimaki, the deputy chief of police in Helsinki, told the Telegraph. ”We have never before had this kind of sexual harrassment happening at New Year’s Eve.”
He said that the police had received tip-offs from staff at the asylum reception centres.
“Our information from these reception centres were that disturbances or other crimes would happen in the city centre. We were prepared for fights and sexual harrassment and thefts.”

A gunman ambushed 33-year old Philadelphia police officer Jesse Hartnett on Thursday night. His attacker is in custody and claims it was an attempted “execution” in the name of Islam.
CBS News in Philadelphia reports Hartnett was sitting in his patrol car at around 11:30 PM when the attacker fired 13 shots through the driver’s side window at point-blank range. The CBS report describes the shooter as walking toward the police car while he fired. Three of the shots struck Hartnett’s arm. His injuries do not appear to be life-threatening.
“Shots fired! I’m shot! I’m bleeding heavily!” Hartnett called out on police radio, as can be heard in the CBS report:

Yes, it is getting harder to tell fact from fabrication because, as I quipped a few years ago at this site, I no longer make jokes of logical extremes because it just creates data points for the elite to know what they can get away with. In other words, if you look at some woman wearing a dress that shows her ankles in the 1800s and quip, ‘next thing you know women will be going out to nightclubs wearing only lingerie, well you would get a laugh because that took 200 years to come true. But now, if you see a fake non-disclusure at a German hospital, its exactly zero percent more unbelievable than the government of Germany telling Facebook not to allow publication of true events of muslim ‘refugees’ mass raping, groping, and robbing german white girls as Pipes and Levant discuss in item
More to come.
