1: Passenger on European train shows how Americans truss up a terrorist like a Christmas Turkey. (And he wasn’t even Turkish)
2. Mauritania court upholds conviction of anti-slavery activists
(Mauritania, under pressure from Western nations to pretend they had abandoned slavery, passed ‘laws’ against it in 1981. Open slave markets have existed there continuously however and generations of people are born into slavery)
How inconvenient. Just as Islamic apologists are assuring us that slavery as practiced by the Islamic State has nothing — nothing! — to do with Islam, Muslim Mauritania strikes a blow against…anti-slavery activists. Has Mauritania been taken over by “Islamophobes” bent on making Islam look bad by linking it with slavery? Or does such a link actually exist, despite the best efforts of the apologists to obscure it?

4. Noted Black Activists Issue a Statement of Solidarity With the Palestinian Struggle
“Black solidarity” activists, artists and scholars signed onto a statement noting a parallel between the Israeli occupation and confrontations in U.S. streets between the police and young blacks.
More than 1,000 black activists, artists, scholars and organizations released a statement that expresses “black solidarity” with the Palestinian struggle against Israel, Salon reports.
Some of the high-profile signatories include Angela Davis, Cornel West, death row inmate and journalist Mumia Abu-Jamal, and hip-hop artist Talib Kweli.
The statement draws a connection between the Palestinian struggle for liberation from Israel and young African Americans’ facing off against well-armed police in the streets of Ferguson, Mo., and Baltimore.
Thank you all who sent in materials today.
We are experiencing technical nightmares with email and servers. I am basically not getting email at all which includes comments. This should be fixed soon though.
3) The whole premise seems to be wrong here. This is not about a weapon but rather a radiation therapy device. This way it would make quite some sense in actual application and eventual defense in the courts… 😉
