1. Canada not pretending along with the US that the deal makes anyone more secure
(Canada has a lot to be proud of in the official response from the Harper government over the US-Iran deal which pretty much guarantees a powerful regional hegemony in Iran imminently. The full response I haven’t found yet but did hear on radio, but here is a part of it)
Mr. Nicholson said, “will continue to judge Iran by its actions not its words.” Ottawa will examine the deal more before changing any policy, he said.
But he said Canada will continue to support the efforts of the International Atomic Energy Agency to monitor Iran’s compliance with its commitments.
Iran continues to be a significant threat to international peace and security, he added, saying this is owing to what he says is the regime’s nuclear ambitions, its continuing support for terrorism, its repeated calls for the destruction of Israel, and its disregard for basic human rights.

Once ISIS overran their town last August, the Yazidis were herded into a school and their armpits were inspected.

The last time a feeble leader of a fading nation came bearing “Peace in our time,” a pugnacious controversial right-winger retorted, “You were given the choice between war and dishonor. You chose dishonor, and you will have war.” That right-winger went on to lead the United Kingdom against Hitler.
The latest worthless agreement with a murderous dictatorship is being brandished by John Kerry, a man who instinctively seeks out dishonor the way a pig roots for truffles.
John Kerry betrayed his uniform and his nation so many times that it became his career. He illegally met with the representatives of the North Vietnamese enemy in Paris and then next year headed to Washington, D.C. where he blasted the American soldiers being murdered by his new friends as rapists and murderers “reminiscent of Genghis Khan.”
Even before being elected, Kerry was already spewing Communist propaganda in the Senate.
Once in the Senate, Kerry flew to support the Sandinista Marxist killers in Nicaragua. Just as Iran’s leader calling for “Death to America” didn’t slow down Kerry, neither did the Sandinista cries of “Here or There, Yankees Will Die Everywhere.”
4. France explosions: Device found near Berre-L’Etang plant
An electronic device has been found by investigators near a petrochemical plant in southern France, where two tanks caught fire after explosions on Tuesday, reports say.
A malicious act was already suspected by authorities because the two tanks were 500m (1,600ft) apart.
The fires were visible a long distance from the plant at Berre L’Etang.
Police sources told French media that they were analysing an electronic device that could start a fire.

6. Mouse Causes Panic Among Worshipers in Hassan II Mosque in Casablanca
(If muslims didn’t attack each other’s mosques so much, there wouldn’t have been a stampede at the first scream from the woman’s section)
Rabat – A mouse is said to have caused panic among hundreds of worshippers who were attending Taraweeh (post-Isha) prayers in the Hassan II Mosque in Casablanca on Monday night, causing upheaval among those in attendance.
Hundreds of worshippers began shouting and screaming as they rushed outside the mosque after hearing screams from women’s area.
According to eye-witnesses, thousands of worshippers were performing Taraweeh prayers in an extreme reverence when dozens of women began panicking and running out of the mosque.

What most people refuse to believe is that the first Black unit in the US was a regiment of freedmen that was raised in New Orleans, they fought throughout the war for the South. If my memory is correct there were more black soldiers in the Southern Army then in the Northern Army. The left has managed to suppress the fact that the American civil War was not about slavery, just as they have suppressed the fact that many freedmen owned slaves and in some cases blacks that were slaves owned other blacks as slaves.
