Best line in the article was:
Crown prosecutors noted, however, that Khairi disapproved of his children’s behaviour as they integrated into Canadian society, but his wife defended them.
“The appellant was verbally abusive,” the Crown’s reply factum said. “By March 2008 the deceased was fed up…she knew her rights and he resented it.”
“Until the President gets serious about fighting the fight, until he has a strategy that makes sense, there’s no reason for us to give him less authority than what he has today. Which is what he’s asking for,” Boehner told a small group of reporters on Tuesday, according to reports by The Washington Post and Associated Press. […] Boehner criticized the Obama administration for putting “”artificial constraints” on military leaders overseeing the 4,500 U.S. forces in the region, according to The New York Times. These troops are tasked with “training and equipping” allies who can directly fight ISIS forces.
(At last. Some reason from the US government. Like Afghanistan, the fight made no sense. The ROE were clearly designed to lose the fight)
The United Nations High Commission for Refugees has three months to close a refugee camp in eastern Kenya and send the more than 400,000 Somalis living there back to their country or else the Kenyan government will relocate them, Kenya’s Deputy President William Ruto has said.
The Kenyan government says the Dadaab refugee camp in eastern Kenya has become a recruitment center for the extremist group al-Shabaab whose gunmen last week killed 148 people at the country’s Garissa College University. Ruto said in a rally on Saturday that Kenya must be secured at all costs.
“We have asked the UNHCR to relocate the refugees in three months, failure to which we shall relocate them ourselves. The way America changed after 9/11 is the way Kenya will change after Garissa,” Ruto said in a statement distributed by his press office.
(When Kenya has had it with the UN, That should tell us something)
(Since ‘faith groups’ in the area felt compelled to instruct the regional police how to deal with this crime, I feel I should offer some advice of my own before the world goes completely mad.
This man did not write a threat of any kind real or implied. He did not say anything about muslims. He said something about a fictional character. It is no different than if he had said something like, “Hey Daffy. Bl** me”. This should be treated as vandalism and do whatever they do to ‘graffiti artists’ which at this stage of post modern deconstruction of our laws, is probably give a government grant. Much as the people who made the Piss Christ and the variations thereof enjoy and if they themselves did not get government grants their products have been on display in government facilities. But if they treat this as a hate crime based on his reference to allah, it will be a highly significant example of selective enforcement for the USA and a precedent for sharia like blasphemy laws like nothing before it. It simply must not be handled that way. No one has the right to not be offended. Least of all the people who’s ideology, dogma and doctrine are fine tuned to destroy us.)
Other faith groups urged authorities to treat the crime seriously.
“It is important that our entire community, no matter what our faith may be, rejects in the strongest terms bigotry directed against any faith or people,” said a statement issued by the Jewish Community Alliance. “We encourage the Portland police and the Maine Attorney General to vigorously investigate and prosecute those responsible for this shameful act.”
(The Jewish community alliance needs a colonoscopy to make sure their brains are working properly)
(Keep an eye on Judicial Watch. They are doing great things)
ISIS is operating a camp just a few miles from El Paso, Texas, according to Judicial Watch sources that include a Mexican Army field grade officer and a Mexican Federal Police Inspector.
The exact location where the terrorist group has established its base is around eight miles from the U.S. border in an area known as “Anapra” situated just west of Ciudad Juárez in the Mexican state of Chihuahua. Another ISIS cell to the west of Ciudad Juárez, in Puerto Palomas, targets the New Mexico towns of Columbus and Deming for easy access to the United States, the same knowledgeable sources confirm.
During the course of a joint operation last week, Mexican Army and federal law enforcement officials discovered documents in Arabic and Urdu, as well as “plans” of Fort Bliss – the sprawling military installation that houses the US Army’s 1st Armored Division. Muslim prayer rugs were recovered with the documents during the operation.
(I suspect the Obama line of ‘do not cross’ color is top secret. But inside sources say its a kind of fuchsia-coral. And if you cross that line, woh, you better watch it buster. Red lines are OK though. Walk at will)
Russia’s announcement on Monday that it will proceed with the sale of advanced missile systems to Iran crosses a so-called “red line” established by the Obama administration in 2010, according to comments by senior administration officials.
Following years of dissent from the United States, Russia announced on Monday that it would proceed with the sale of the advanced S-300 air defense missile system to Iran, which has been vying to purchase the hardware for years.
(They should put that on the town limit sign. Would attract a lot more cultural enrichment and employees of the BBC)
Shadow home secretary Yvette Cooper has helpfully revealed with an FOI request that South Yorkshire is the child rape capital of Britain.
South Yorkshire’s local police authority saw a 577 per cent rise in reported child sexual exploitation cases between 2011 and 2014. Since its beat includes Rotherham – where at least 1400 girls were groomed and raped by Muslim gangs – perhaps we shouldn’t be so surprised by this.
What should surprise us even less is the use – or rather misuse – that Cooper and her fellow travellers on the left are making of this information.
