1. I have no idea what this really is, but this is what the google translate says. Whoever sent him to do this should use this video though as an add for whatever kind of camera he used cause WOW

The Google translate on the title of the video at YT says this:

The moment of the suicide bombing yesterday Cultural Center in Ibb

Here is a gruesome RT Video of the aftermath of this attack

Yemen: Suicide bomber kills 23 Houthis in Ibb

A suicide bomber detonated himself inside a cultural centre located in Ibb on Wednesday, targeting Houthis celebrating the Prophet Mohammad’s birthday and killing at least 33. Another 48 people, including children, were seriously injured from the attack.

Swedish police are hunting for at least one suspect following what is believed to be the third arson attack on a mosque in a week.

Police in Sweden’s fourth largest city, Uppsala, were alerted by passers-by who reportedly saw a man throw a burning object at the mosque.

“Someone threw a firebomb, a Molotov cocktail at the building,” said Torsten Hemlin a spokesman for Uppsala police.

“They also wrote some vulgar racist words,” he said.

No one was in the building at the time of the attack and the bomb did not set the mosque alight.

(One has to wonder if they were Shiia mosques and attacked by a Sunni who thought they were Synagogues)

3. Nicolai Sennels: Why We Fight Islam

I was recently asked: Why fight Islam? The short answer is because Islam fights us and since it knows no borders and it knows no mercy, it will keep fighting us until we are defeated or we – hopefully – stop them forever.

The goal in Islam is world domination and a central part of every Muslim’s religious practise is to spread his faith with all possible means until it covers the Earth completely.

(I would make one tiny change personally. I don’t think Muslims want to spread their faith. I think they want to make their religion and those who represent it the dominant people everywhere. Its no good being a slave master with no slaves. Ideally they want people to refuse their faith so they can be forced into submission by Muslims)

Turkish police said Thursday a suspected “terrorist” armed with grenades and old guns was arrested after a failed attack near the office in Istanbul of President Recep Tayyip Erdogan.

Police chief Selami Altinok said the “attack” was launched by a man suspected of being “a member of a terrorist organisation” and targeted police outside the Ottoman palace where the presidential offices are located.

“Two hand grenades that he hurled against the police on duty did not explode. He was quickly overpowered,” Altinok told reporters at the scene, adding that no one was injured.

(This was your grandfathers kind of terrorist. More here)

5. 2 suicide bombers attempt New Year attacks in Nigerian city of Gombe, witnesses say

Kano, Nigeria (CNN) — Several people were injured when a suicide bomber blew himself up outside a church in the northeastern Nigerian city of Gombe on New Year’s Day, residents and a rescue worker said Thursday.

It came only hours after a female suicide bomber was killed outside the Bolari military barracks, also in Gombe, on New Year’s Eve, witnesses said.

The male bomber, who was on a motorcycle, struck outside an evangelical church in the Tudun Wada area of the city around 9 a.m. local time, as worshipers attended a New Year service.

The explosives strapped to his body detonated as he was having a heated argument with church volunteers who had set up a barricade some distance from the church to screen people and prevent any attack by the Islamist militant group Boko Haram, according to Samson Luka, an eyewitness.

(Apparently the roadblocks worked)

Thank you M., Wrath of Khan, and all. More to come shortly.

  1. ‘We could be killed,’ young Italian captives say in video from Syria (CNN, Jan 1, 2015)
    http://edition.cnn.com/2015/01/01/world/meast/syria-italian-hostages/index.html

“The two young women are seen in Islamic garb with only their faces showing. One delivers a message to the camera: “We are in big danger and we could be killed.” Greta Ramelli, 20, and Vanessa Marzullo, 21, both Italian, were believed kidnapped in Syria in July. And although there was no immediate official confirmation that they are the two in the video, Vanessa’s father Salvatore Marzullo told CNN, “I have no doubt that it’s them.” Some online postings indicate the video is from al Qaeda affiliate Jabhat al-Nusra.

In their message, the young women plead for their government “and its mediators to bring us back home before Christmas.” One is holding a paper suggesting that the video was shot on December 17. Italian intelligence sources consider the video to be authentic, according to Italy’s state-run ANSA news agency. The two Italian women worked for the Italian aid group, Horryaty, the group says.”

  2. 3/ Strong article.

My quibbles with it are here:

‘Risking a few Facebook friends or a promotion at work by joining a demonstration or even speaking out publicly is a small price compared to how grave the danger is and what will be lost forever if we remain passive in these crucial years.’

    And here:

‘Muslims are the real islamophobes: only fear can explain peoples’ submission to such a joyless, unfree and painful system, forcing them to think and behave in ways that creates ever more suffering in their own lives.’

In the first instance, the price for publicly speaking out against Islam is for many, maybe most people potentially much higher than the loss of a few Facebook friends.

In the second case, that is only part of the truth about Muslims, and risks underestimating the difficulty of dealing with Islam. It isn’t only fear that keeps Muslims in Islam, they are also drawn positively toward it. And if they experience pain in personal sacrifices or in the system of Shariah, they see gain in that. I don’t think it is possible to convince most Muslims to leave Islam.

So following from this, I’m skeptical whether humanity in general can be saved from Islam. Too many Muslims are too stuck in it. And paying them not to have children won’t work any better than paying them to have children has. However, Denmark might be saved, and Canada, and Danes and Canadians could concentrate on doing that.

    • If they fight back most if not all of Europe can be saved but the fight will take a Century or better before the war will end.

    • He has to stay so carefully within the constraints on free speech, he concludes by pulling the punch. It’s going to take a lot more than martial arts to fight this opponent, but if he says it, he’s a war-monger.

If he didn’t stress “through democratic means” and the non-threatening sounding* Facebook and Twitter, he’d lose his platform. And maybe his personal security.

*I’m not so sure about Facebook and Twitter. Instinct keeps me away.

      • I agree about twitter and facebook, those are places where you can get in trouble real fast.

    • A commenter on the Fjordman blog of 10 years ago that DP111 linked to earlier today argued that the Muslim invasion isn’t comparable to earlier Eurasian migrations because those were land grabs, and the current Muslim mass immigration is not. If it wasn’t clear at the time that contemporary Muslim migration into Europe certainly is about staking out (or reclaiming) territory for Islam, it’s unmistakable now. Even if we start winning the war of ideas, there will still be the matter of those sensitive urban zones. It’s hard to see how this doesn’t get bloody (bloodier).
