1. Basij Commander: Millions of Iranians Ready for Deployment in Gaza

“Millions of Basijis (volunteer forces) are ready in Iran to be dispatched to Syria and Gaza and they have come to us (for registration),” Naqdi said in a press conference in Tehran on Monday.

He had also earlier stated the same, but underlined that “there is no need to dispatch troops to Gaza” as Palestinian youth are enough to battle the Israelis.

Also in an interview on Sunday, he elaborated on Iran’s plans to arm the West Bank like the Gaza Strip to defend itself against the Israeli attacks, and said, “The most serious job is that they need to receive the necessary trainings and skills, as today, Gaza has its own defensive industry and they have stood on their feet, we also try to implement the same plan in the West Bank, God willing.”

2. ‘Saudi prince paid for 9/11 pilots to learn to fly’: Incredible claims of ’20th hijacker’ serving life in prison for terrorism as he asks to testify again in court and reveal all

Zacarias Moussaoui, 46, says an unnamed Saudi Prince paid for flying lessons for him and the 19 terrorists who hijacked planes in the September 11 attacks in the run-up to the atrocities.

The incredible claims were made in documents filed to a federal court in Oklahoma, in which Moussaoui says a prince ‘was assisting me in my Islamic terrorist activities… and was doing so knowingly for Osama bin Laden’.

He also said that bin Laden provided assistance from Saudi leaders in planning the attacks, and that he was involved in a plot to shoot down Air Force One with President Bill Clinton on board.

(Since about a third of the country are Saudi royalty it shouldn’t be a shock to anyone that one of them financed terrorism)

6. Obama Insists on calling Peter Kassig, “Abdul Rahman Kassig”

(While this simple observation should be obvious to us all, its importance is none the lesser for it. I find it despicable that Obama refers to voluntary converts who commit atrocities for Islam by their born American names, while referring to those who forcibly are converted under torture, fear and intimidation by their Muslim names to suit the victim narrative. This is the act of an America hating coward and charlatan)

7. Tor Sapienza residents ask politicians to stay away

“We call on politicians, in this case the M5S, not to come here because we want to take charge of our lives without any political label,” said Sandra Zammataro, spokeswoman for Via Giorgio Morandi residents.
Her street is where a gang of 80 masked locals last week attacked a migrant reception center housing teenaged refugees with sticks, stones and flares, setting cars and dustbins on fire and injuring policemen.
“The M5S, like the others, is part of a State that does not represent us,” Zammataro said.

Thank you GoV., M., Maria J., and all who sent in material. Its going to be a long day. There is much being discovered in Canada for example. Keep your eyes peeled on Point De Bascule.

  1. UK – Four jailed for throwing pig’s head into mosque two days after Lee Rigby murder

The friends dumped a carrier bag containing the severed pork head in the car park of Blackpool Central Mosque in Lancashire, in front of shocked women and children

Thomas Ashton, 21, Andrew Warner, 31, Travis Crabtree, 25, and Steven White, 28, all from Blackpool or Lytham-St-Annes, were locked up today for a total of just over three years.

An imam, a leader of the mosque, had pleaded for clemency for the men, asking for them not to be jailed, but Judge Graham Knowles QC said only jail was appropriate.

Clare Thomas, prosecuting, said a volunteer discovered the pig’s head in a carrier bag outside the mosque, after receiving a Facebook message that an unpleasant package had been sent there.

[…]”Sticking of the bag was a pig’s ear and he realised it was attached to a pig’s head. He described himself as being totally shocked.

“It sent a shiver down his spine. Pigs and items relating to them are forbidden for Muslims to touch or have contact with.

“It’s presence at a place of worship was highly insulting. Parents and children had started to arrive at the mosque. Some of them saw the head and felt offended and angry.”

Ashton was given ten months prison, Warner seven months, Crabtree 14 months and White was given eight months.

  2. KENYA MOMBASA – Kenya police shoot dead man, arrest 250 during mosque raids

Kenyan police shot dead a man and arrested about 250 others when they searched two mosques in this port city that they said were used to recruit militants and stash weapons, senior officials said on Monday.

Kenya has been trying to break up militant networks it blames for a series of attacks on the coast, saying many recruits were inspired by Somalia’s Islamist group al Shabaab.

“These mosques have been notorious for radicalizing our youth and recruiting them into al Shabaab,” Nelson Marwa, the commissioner responsible for administering Mombasa County, told Reuters after Monday’s police raids.

[…]Some 251 youths, who had been camping in Mussa and Sakina mosques and receiving militant training, were arrested, police said. They added that one man was shot dead at the Mussa mosque when he tried to throw a grenade at officers.

Geoffrey Mayek, Mombasa police chief, told reporters that eight grenades, a pistol, six bullets, machetes, daggers and literature on warfare were found at the two mosques.

Police seized mobiles and laptops, alongside literature and videos that they said referred to former al Qaeda leader Osama bin Laden and Kenyan preachers accused of promoting militancy.

Civil rights group condemned the raids, saying the security agents were targeting Muslims unfairly[…]

  3. CANADA – QUEBEC – Couillard meets with Muslim community

Premier Philippe Couillard met with members of Quebec’s Muslim community this morning and noted that his government will be rolling out jobs and education programs meant to steer young Muslims away from religious radicalization.

In the wake of last month’s murders of two Canadian soldiers in St-Jean-sur-Richelieu and Ottawa, the meeting revolved around ways to fight extemism and improve relations between the community and the greater population.

Couillard said jobs and education are the best tools to fight religious extremism.

His government will be releasing programs in the near future addressing ways to reach out to youth believed to be considered at risk of falling under the influence of religious extremists.

And although the two men who carried out the attacks last month were relatively recent converts to Islam, he says the government has to use every tool at its disposal to nip radicalization in the bud.

The attacks didn’t “happen out of the blue,” he said. “Vulnerable people fall prey to… radicalization.”

Couillard said law enforcement and security issues were not touched on, but added that he’s confident Muslim leaders will play a real role in fighting extremism within their communities.

“They said very frankly this morning they do recognize that they have some internal issues to work on – distorted doctrinal interpretations of Islam, for example,” he said.

  5. Egypt Will Expand Its Security Zone Near Gaza Strip

CAIRO — Egypt’s military said on Monday that it intended to double the size of a secured buffer zone in a town bordering the Gaza Strip after discovering smuggling tunnels across the frontier that were longer than expected, according to state news media.

Last month, with little warning, the military began destroying hundreds of houses and other dwellings in the border town, Rafah, displacing more than a thousand families in a security zone that stretched almost 1,650 feet, or 500 meters, from the border. The extension announced on Monday was an additional 500 meters, <b<to allow the military to secure tunnels that reached 2,600 feet or more into Egypt, according to a military statement quoted in Al Ahram, the flagship state newspaper.

<b<Sinai buffer zone width increased to 1km: Egypt army

The width of a new military buffer zone established along Sinai’s border with Gaza this month has been increased another 500 metres, making it now span 1 kilometre, in an effort by the Egyptian army to take out tunnels used by militants to infiltrate the peninsula.

The Egyptian army said in a statement on Monday that the decision comes after the discovery of tunnels spanning between 800 and 1000 metres under the Sinai border, reported Al-Ahram’s Arabic news website.

The army’s decision to create a buffer zone on the border – 500 metres wide and 14 kilometres long – came following one of the deadliest attacks on its personnel last month, when 30 soldiers were killed in a daylight assault by militants.

By early December, a total of 1156 families will have been evacuated from their homes in the Rafah area when Egypt’s army completes the buffer zone with the aim of fighting terrorism on the North Sinai-Gaza border.

Only 93 houses are remaining and are to be demolished within two days, the military said.

Egypt’s Information and Decision Support Centre (IDSC) said a total of 802 houses hosting a total of 1156 families will be removed in the initial 500 metre evacuation.

The evacuees have been promised swift compensation, but some residents have complained the evacuation notice was too short and the compensation too little.

The Egyptian army has been facing a decade-long jihadist militant insurgency in the Sinai Peninsula, with militant attacks increasing over the past year since the ouster of Islamist president Mohamed Morsi.
