1. Canadian Police Investigating Extremists
The head of Canada’s national police force says there are about 63 active security investigations on 90 suspected extremists who intend to join fights abroad or who have returned to Canada.
Bob Paulson, commissioner of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, told a Parliament public safety committee on Wednesday the pace and tempo of police operations is brisk but says it’s nothing that “Canadians need to be alarmed about.”
Anonymous intelligence officials told the American news network “that some of the discussions raise the possibility of attacks on U.S. citizens and other U.S. and Western targets in Canada.”
The sources stressed that the possible attacks were at the “aspirational” stage, NBC reported.
(So, the value of forcibly confining a 9 year old and forcing her to perform whatever sex acts for a couple is about $30,000 a year? This couple should get 25 years in prison in a sexual offenders wing of a non-muslim prison as well as a fine equivalent to everything they own)
The couple were also convicted of benefit fraud relating to the girl, who never went to school in Pakistan or Britain, but was taught by the Ashars to sign her name to claim benefits.
The civil hearing at Manchester’s Minshull Street Crown Court, will also be seeking to recover a further £40,000 from the couple in relation to the benefit fraud.
A judge said the girl, who can not be named because she is a victim of sexual offences, had been treated as a ‘sub human’ following the conclusion of their trial in October last year.
4. Ebola outbreak: UK sending 750 troops to Sierra Leone
The UK is sending 750 military personnel to Sierra Leone to help deal with the deadly Ebola outbreak, Foreign Secretary Philip Hammond has confirmed.
The UK will also send medical ship the RFA Argus and three helicopters. The personnel will be deployed next week.
It comes as Health Secretary Jeremy Hunt said it was “now entirely possible that someone with Ebola will come to the UK either by one route or another”.
The latest figures show 3,879 people have died in the West African epidemic.
5. Deadly clashes as Turkey’s Kurds protest Kobane ‘inaction’
Kurdish protesters clashed with police in several Turkish towns and cities late Tuesday, leaving at least a dozen dead as anger over Ankara’s perceived inaction in the fight against jihadists at the Syrian border mounted.
Some of the deadliest demonstrations erupted in Diyarbakir, the largest town in Turkey’s majority-Kurdish southeast region, with Turkey’s private Dogan news agency reporting eight killed and many wounded as police used water cannon and tear gas to disperse protesters who burned cars and damaged businesses.

7. JIHAD IN THE USA: Islamic Organization Wants Holder To Investigate ‘Muslim Free’ Gun Range
CAIR, (which has documented ties with the terrorist organization, HAMAS), has sent a letter asking Eric Holder and the Justice Department to do something about me. Read CAIR’s post about me on their website at this link.
Imagine that. Of course CAIR has its own history of problems with the federal government.. even the FBI had issues with CAIR over its terrorist ties.. (read about that here)I knew that was coming. I expected them to make such a request.
Of course, their letter seeking the investigation, contains one lie after another..
Lets dissect it. By the way, isn’t falsifying information to a law enforcement agency, illegal? (I’ll deal with CAIR on that one later)..
(For those who have not read my article which apparently provoked this outrage by Islamists, read it at this link.)
Thank you Wrath of Khan, UK Pete, M., Yucki and all. Apologies to anyone I lost track of. Its been a busy day.
Islamic terrorist cells in the West have come about, because we are persecuting innocent Muslims in the West. The only solution available is the ones liberals/leftists have proposed – import more moderate muslims into the West, to counter the radical ones already in the West.
Should work.
3/ There is a single mention of the oppression of women in a non-Western culture in Frankfurters Horkheimer and Adorno’s seminal 1944 ‘Dialectic of Enlightenment.’ But credit where credit is due:
‘Fully in keeping with India’s brutal patriarchalism, women were admitted only reluctantly to the original Buddhist order. They had to subjugate themselves to the men and remained in effect minors.’
This might be counted as well:
‘Among cannibal peoples like those of West Africa, “neither women nor adolescents … were allowed to taste the delicacy.”’
That’s it, though. The Frankfurt School’s subject is not the oppression of women in Buddhism or Hinduism or Islam, or in India or Africa or China, but in the West, where:
‘The bourgeoisie reaped the benefit of feminine virtue and modesty as reaction formations of the matriarchal rebellion. Woman gained admission to the world of mastery on behalf of the whole of exploited nature, but in a broken form. Subjugated, she mirrors her conqueror’s victory in her spontaneous submission, reflecting defeat back to him as devotion, despair as the beautiful soul, the violated heart as the loving breast.’
Which arguably is not as bad as being locked in a cellar from age 9 and raped for 10 years. The authors discern that the fate of Western women is grim, however:
‘They have no autonomous share in the capabilities which gave rise to this civilization. The man must go out into hostile life, must act and strive. The woman is not a subject. She does not produce but looks after the producers, a living monument to the long-vanished time of the self-sufficient household. The division of labor imposed on her by the man was unfavorable. She became an embodiment of biological function, an image of nature, in the suppression of which this civilization’s claim to glory lay. To dominate nature boundlessly, to turn the cosmos into an endless hunting ground, has been the dream of millennia. It shaped the idea of man in a male society. It was the purpose of reason….’
This is fun – with reference to Circe turning Odysseus’ men into swine:
‘In the image of the pig…the joy of scent is distorted into the unfree snuffling of someone who has his nose to the ground and has renounced the upright posture. It is as if, in the ritual to which she subjects the men, the sorceress-courtesan were re-enacting the one to which she herself is repeatedly subjected by patriarchal society.’
Their subjugation makes Western women mean:
‘Jutting into the present like a fossil of the bourgeois esteem for woman is the termagant, the shrew. For measureless ages her nagging has avenged, within her own house, the wretchedness which has befallen her sex… The bloodthirstiness of women in pogroms eclipses that of men… at least the harridan of today has finally discovered a new female profession. As a social hyena she actively pursues cultural goals…’
The modern Western woman ‘feels herself drawn to mischief. The last female opposition to the spirit of male society is degenerating in a morass of trivial rackets, sects, and hobbies, is turning into the perverted aggression of social work and theosophical gossip, venting its petty rancor in good works and Christian Science.’ Also in ‘neo-Buddhism’ and ownership of Pekinese dogs.
That’s a use of ‘muzz’ in the Mail article I haven’t seen before. ‘The girl, pictured with her face muzzed in the court drawing…’ The Urban Dictionary gives a number of definitions for muzz, most of them nasty, none having anything to do with obscuring images. Perhaps it’s a British coinage specific to pictures of Muzz?
Don, a little too heavy for me to digest at the moment, except the Communists champion the noble savages whereas the West once riddicled them, (to their offspring’s eternal guilt and shame); but I do know what Mohammad’s envoy to the UK did was haram – the little Aisha never screamed out in pain to consumate the relationship.
It certainly resists digestion. But the first names that came to my mind reading these sections were Germaine Greer and Kate Millet, and looking around I see that more knowledgeable people have long drawn a direct line.
There is no such thing as inherited guilt.
Haven’t you heard of “Reich Priviledge?”

“The bloodthirstiness of women in pogroms eclipses that of men…”
So I’ve been told that by Holocaust survivors.
In my experience the vicious uber-feminists are worse to work for than any male supervisor.
The ‘female’ mind, that which I have assumed is the right brain hemisphere with the left dead and frozen through resentment and rage, demands all bow down before it so that it’s disturbed nature finds rest. The way to do that is through paralysis of fear, in others, for them to be captivated by the Divine Personality, the Dear Leader, who spend their lives on medication.
So their cruelty is deliberately excruciating, because it is their venom that has to be passed and not the punishment of pain itself; the slow excruitiating agony until submission is complete and they stand back assured the light of God has been seen to act through their hands as His messenger. This bitch can approve and disapprove by the wiggle of her hips and the vanquished will follow. Halal and haram and any other positive-negative bonding she yokes them with to her guise as a man that has the words of God. Paranoid as hell.
The people that heard voices of God: YWH, Yeshua and
Yarhamuallah, became prescriptive, a telling people what they had to do; and women, they dictated, must not be allowed to get the upper-hand in their game of ‘channeling.’ Because whenever women that practice their art of seeking Celestial Instruction, always will win – where their Laws will be written for even more minutiae of offence. Men will have to present their fingernails every morning for inspection.
Love your Gods with all your heart, mind and soul, and love your neighbors who don’t give a fig at all about them; sums up the attitude to have. Your music is not their music. Get over it. No Divine Voice needed to figure that one out then it seems.
Base rule of thumb for being around dangerous animals (this includes more farm animals then people think) the female is always deadlier then the male.
She’s got to bear and care for the young. Whatever it takes.
I don’t know what happened in feminist theorizing, even who the names are after a point. Paglia was the only feminist I read after the 80s. I thought she made more sense than the rest with her premise that if patriarchy really had asserted itself over matriarchy in Western civilization, then that was probably not a bad thing, women as well as men benefiting from technology, and there being no crazy like female crazy. Scanning through her introduction to Sexual Personae this morning, 20 years later, I still think she got a lot right (and I’m pleased to see that I can find it on Pirate Bay, whereas no one is reading Millet and Greer et al.)
Horkheimer and Adorno, by contrast, have much wrong, even though provocative ideas can be pulled from paragraphs like the ones above. They are wrong, for instance, when they write that women in the West *became* embodiments of biological function, images of nature. Paglia argues, correctly I think, that women simply *are* embodiments of biological function, whether they like it not. Society cannot be engineered to change that.
It is nonsense to write than Western women ‘have no autonomous share’ in Western civilization and are not ‘subjects.’ (And to come up with that when and where they did, in L.A. in the 40s!) What Adorno and Horkheimer are doing, of course, is working up a victim narrative for Western women as another angle of attack on the West.
Where is the comparative study with the situation of women in, for example, China in the 1940s? There can’t be one. By any reasonably objective measure, in any area, education, health care, diet, individual liberty etc., and even on the heels of the Depression and in the middle of WW II, the circumstances of life for most women in California (where these two are sitting out the war) had to be vastly better than circumstances for the majority of women in Henan Province. If the authors want to make the case that historically this has not been so, that most women in Ming China were better off than most women in Europe in the same period, then they need to make it.
But there is no attempt, because Adorno and Horkheimer are not trying to investigate the realities of human history, but are working from a political agenda. They might be sincere in their conviction that the rise of Nazi Germany is proof that the West is uniquely awful and needs to be fundamentally changed, but here as elsewhere they are intellectually dishonest.
The writers and thinkers the left praises are never the ones whose works survive the test of history.
Blast kills 47 at Houthi protest in Yemen, officials say (CNN, Oct 9, 2014)
http://edition.cnn.com/2014/10/09/world/meast/yemen-violence/
“At least 47 people were killed by an explosion at an anti-government protest by Houthis in Yemen’s capital on Thursday, the Yemen health ministry said Thursday — marking just the latest violence during weeks of sectarian and political strife in the country.
The explosion at Sanaa’s Tahrir Square, where Houthis — a religious minority in Yemen — were engaged in their latest protest against the government, the health ministry said. Eyewitnesses said the explosion came from a suicide bomber who had been near a bank in the square, but the Interior Ministry did not confirm that account.
Houthis, followers of a sect of Shia Islam in a country where Sunni Muslims are the majority, have been protesting for weeks against the government, prompting the resignations of two prime ministers in two weeks. Among the killed were eight children who participated in the protests, Houthi medical sources said. At least 11 people — all protesters — were taken to hospitals in critical condition, the sources said.
No group immediately announced responsibility for Thursday’s attack, but al Qaeda — the Sunni Muslim terrorist network — has for months threatened to kill Houthis after Houthi fighters defeated Sunni tribes in several Yemeni provinces.”
YEMEN – 2 suicide attacks in Yemen kill nearly 70 people
SANAA, Yemen (AP) — Two suicide bombers struck in Yemen on Thursday — one targeting a gathering of Shiite rebels in the country’s capital and the other hitting a military outpost in the south — in attacks that killed nearly 70 people, officials said.
The bombings underscored Yemen’s highly volatile situation following last month’s takeover of the capital, Sanaa, by the Shiite Houthi rebels whose blitz stunned the impoverished Arab nation on the southern corner of the Arabian Peninsula. The Houthis’ push into Sanaa also prompted threats of retaliation from their Sunni militant foes in al-Qaida’s Yemen branch.
The Health Ministry said at least 47 people died and 75 were wounded when a suicide attacker set off his explosives on Thursday morning in central Sanaa.
The attacker targeted a gathering of Houthis and their supporters, mingling among the protesters as they were getting ready for the rally in the city’s landmark Tahrir Street before he detonated his explosives, according to security and health officials. The officials spoke on condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to talk to media.
The second bombing took place on the outskirts of the southern port city of Mukalla in Hadarmout province when a suicide car bomber rammed his car against a security outpost, killing at least 20 soldiers and wounding 15, the officials said.
Hadarmout is one of several strongholds of al-Qaida’s Yemeni branch, considered by Washington to be the most dangerous offshoot of the terror network.
There was no immediate claim of responsibility for either attack, but both bore the hallmarks of al-Qaida, which has for years staged suicide bombings against army troops, security personnel and government facilities.
In Sanaa, the dead and wounded were taken to three hospitals. At one of them, the Al-Moayed hospital, victims’ body parts were piled up on the hospital floor, and two severed heads were placed next to two headless bodies. The body of a man was placed nearby, one of his legs next to it.
There were at least six children in critical condition and some of the wounded arrived in hospital badly burnt, missing an eye or a limb.
At the scene of the blast in Tahrir Street, one of Sanaa’s busiest, blood pooled on the ground as volunteers scooped up body parts from the pavement. Sandals and other personal belongings of the victims were scattered about.
Last week, al-Qaida in Yemen warned it would target the Houthis and called on the country’s Sunnis to close ranks and fight the Shiite rebels.
The Houthis had called the Sanaa rally to protest President Abed Rabbo Mansour Hadi’s choice for new prime minister, Ahmed Awad bin Mubarak. As the crisis escalated, the prime minister-designate asked Hadi early on Thursday to relieve him of the post.
But despite the suicide bombing and bin Mubarak declining the premiership, the rally went on later Thursday, with some 4,000 Houthis calling on Hadi to step down and chanting slogans against the United States and Saudi Arabia.
Rebel leader Abdel-Malik al-Houthi delivered a televised statement on Wednesday night, calling on supporters to rally Thursday against the choice of bin Mubarak. He said his group was surprised by the nomination, saying it came after Hadi met with the U.S. ambassador to Yemen. Al-Houthi called Hadi a “puppet” in the hands of foreign powers.
“Blatant foreign interference is a form of circumventing the popular revolution,” he said.
The Houthis took control of Sanaa last month but a U.N.-brokered deal subsequently managed to bring an end to the fighting and street battles in the capital. The Houthi takeover of Sanaa followed weeks of protests by their supporters in the capital to press demands for a larger share in power and a change in government.
The Sept. 21 deal called for the appointment of a new head of government, and for armed Houthis to pull out of the city.
Bin Mubarak, 47, was the head of Hadi’s office and had successfully led an effort by various political parties — including longtime rivals — to devise a political map for transition after the 2011 uprising. One of the youngest politicians in Yemen, he emerged on the political scene during the uprising, which eventually forced longtime leader Ali Abdullah Saleh to step down as part of a U.S. and Saudi-backed accord.
Saleh handed over to Hadi but continued to wield significant power behind the scenes, setting the scene for more political instability.
The Houthi offensive has also raised the specter of more divisions along sectarian lines in impoverished Yemen, and compounded the country’s myriad of troubles with the emboldened al-Qaida and a growing secessionist movement in the south.

If/when this crap reaches the US remember the old advice from the pioneers, save your last show for yourself. It will beat the degradation they will put you through, a lot of the old timer chewed tobacco in every fight, if it looked like they were going to be captured they spit in the face of the biggest meanest looking enemy hoping they would get mad and knock there brains out quickly.
It’s so hard to see these young women die. They’re the future, they’re custodians of the family’s past.
And these kids are brave and tough and funny. Many have young children of their own.
The Israeli kids we brought in August have mommies just like that. So sad.
Sounds like really good advice.
Call me old-fashioned, but I would hope – never take it for granted – that the men would be gentlemen & take care of the women and children first.
Some of us will but a lot of the younger generation are are very selfish and don’t know what gentlemen are suppose to do.
We tell them. Sweetly.
I try.

Islamic State jihadists control third of Syria’s Kobane; Australian jets make first strike against in Iraq
Turkey on Thursday said it cannot be expected to lead a ground operation against jihadists in Syria alone, amid growing pressure on Ankara from the West to intervene militarily.
“It’s not realistic to expect that Turkey will lead a ground operation on its own,” Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu said at a news conference with visiting NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg.

I want to watch while Erdogan is dismembered.
Kobane is house-2-house, urban combat. Lot of dying going on right now. Real time.
House to house is the worst kind of fight, it costs a lot of lives to buy a town that way.
No woman of child-bearing age should be there.
No woman of child bearing age should be anywhere near combat.
Whew! Not many would say that outright.

Al Qaeda in Yemen says it executes 14 soldiers
(Reuters) – Al Qaeda in Yemen posted a video online purporting to show the abduction and execution of 14 soldiers the Sunni Muslim militants alleged were Shi’ite Muslim “apostates”.
The reported attack by the hardline Sunni militant group underscores the security vacuum and potential for sectarian violence in unstable Yemen, a country in political turmoil two weeks after the Shi’ite Houthi rebel group took control of the capital Sanaa.
Posted to Twitter on Sunday and reported by the SITE intelligence monitoring group, the video shows masked militants stopping a bus in the eastern city of Shibam and forcing several of its occupants to lie face down outside.
The video did not indicate when the attack happened.
Displaying the captives’ military IDs before the camera, militants waved pistols and knives, shouting, “God is great!”
“God enabled the holy warriors of Ansar al-Sharia to detain 14 Houthi apostate soldiers in Shibam taking part in the military campaign against the Sunnis. Three of them were slaughtered and the rest were shot,” the video said. Al Qaeda’s use of the term “slaughtered” usually indicates being killed by a knife.
