Waiting the clock out to war for some reason: Links 2 Sept 28 – 2014

1. Oklahoma beheader’s mosque taught caliphate, destruction of US and Israel

(This is very important. We all need to be familiar with the story in the above link)

The Islamic Society of Greater Oklahoma City is in full damage-control and victimhood mode, saying they hardly knew Oklahoma beheader Jah’Keem Yisrael, and asking for protection against “backlash.” But here is a look inside that mosque, courtesy an ex-Muslim who attended there and still lives nearby, and who sent me this information directly:

I went to the same mosque the Oklahoma Muslim who beheaded his co-worker today. I live ten minutes away!

The Imam was Imad Enchassi the last I heard. He was a friend of mine. He is a Lebanese-born Sunni who hates Israel. He once gave a sermon that the Israelis were trying to collapse al-Aqsa mosque by digging tunnels underneath it. They have no issue with Palestinian suicide bombings because, as it was explained to me, that is the only weapon the Palestinians have.

2. How the Arabic letter “N” went from symbol of terror to sign of solidarity via social media

( I ordered my button from CSP in DC last week. Ill post pics of it when I get it)

3. U.S. GUN RANGE BANS MUSLIMS: ‘My Business is a Muslim Free Zone’

(Point 5 of her 5 points: 5) My range rents and sells guns to my patrons. Why would I want to rent or sell a gun and hand ammunition to someone who aligns himself with a religion that commands him to kill me?)

4. Syria Daily: Jabhat al-Nusra’s Insurgents Warn US Over Airstrikes

5. Some photos from an Islamic State school.

6. Montreal Que: Rosemont rocked by explosion, 5 injured

Firefighters are working to determine whether a building in Montreal’s Rosemont borough is structurally sound after an explosion and fire tore through the building Sunday afternoon, leaving five people injured.

Many thanks to M., Maria J., Wrath of Khan and all who sent in material. This one in Montreal, I think it bears watching. M.?

  1. re: #1 The mosque behind the beheading in Oklahoma . . .this is a comment by Hugh Fitzgerald, posted on November 2, 2004 at 4:43 pm in response to a thread at JihadWatch.org discussing the jihad assassination of Theo Van Gogh in broad daylight. Note the timelessness of Hugh’s response to Van Gogh’s decapitation in relation to this Oklahoma event . . .

One begins to feel, at this thread, the whiff of the 1930s. Perhaps it is the anguished report sent a few minutes after the murder Jihadwatch by “Martin from Amsterdam.” One involuntarily is reminded of “Address Unknown”(Adressat Unbekannt) by Kressmann Taylor, a short but important book in shaping American public opinion before and during the war, like John Roy Carlson’s “Under Cover.” Though in “Address Unknown” the name “Martin” is not that of the avenging hero (“Max”), but of the Nazi villain upon whom vengeance is wreaked, I am sure the involuntarily evocation will be understood, not least by “Martin from Amsterdam” in Holland, now under steady siege.

In all of this, the Nazis and the Communists, the street violence, and the agitation, the Brownshirts of Roehm, the Balilla of Mussolini, the agitated and crazed atmosphere, from the kidnapping of General Miller by the Reds, to Willi Munzenberg and the Comintern, to Ernst Roehm, and the Night of the Long Knives, and all the propaganda put out by Goebbels, including the Prussian Junkers sent abroad to allay any fears of their fellow classmates in pre-war Oxford or Harvard — all of this is somehow summoned up.

But there are major differences. First, this time the carriers of the crazed belief-system, can hide behind its shapeshifting qualty — and call it merely a “religion” and pretend that it is only a “handful of extremists” who are the problem. And second, and still more unfortunate, is the failure to maintain standards in the teaching of history and literature in the Western world, which in turn means that few young people possess the knowledge, or have had training in the use of words, or in the exercise of their imagination, that close study of literary texts can sometimes provide, and that would do much to help in the right formulation of policy. Third, and most worrisome, is that many Believers in this hostile belief-system have alreeady been admitted, to live, deep behind our own, our Infidel lines — and we, the Infidels, and those whose duty it is to instruct us, mostly refuse to see things as they are and to grasp at straws, and substitute wishes for reality. It is not the likes of Gilles Kepel who can help us, but Ali Sina, Ibn Warraq, Bat Ye’or, and some of those right here at Jihadwatch.

*****This November will be the ten year anniversary of the death of Theo Van Gogh

  2. #2 I have deep resevations about purchasing the Arabic Christian Symbol, and beyond that of wearing white ribbons for Peace, Solidarity and Promising never to commit an act of violence against anyone… And it is the nagging question of how the Christians of the oldest and best teaching of wisdom and insight, for generation after generation, could possibly be so easily overcome by half-wits.

It would be like the Muslims taking over the United Kingdom and the Socialists with their politicians fleeing to other countries crying of persecution and being asked to wear the hammer and sickle with pride. I just couldn’t do it, and I’d have the Muslims look at me with contempt noting down who I am – for any wearer is exactly on the same path of dhimmitude as those they back.

The badge I would wear therefore would not be of the many Millions of Hindus killed but the Hindus who grew a pair. With pride I’d wear the Khanda, the symbol of the Sikhs, and every Muslim would quake knowing the path I was on.

If the teaching of Jesus is to protect all the children without discrimination then the symbol would have three swords, one for the fascists, the communists and sodomites. For their harvests have come to fruition and they do not bring peace.

Maybe we can have a competition to design a logo and raise money for this blog to join the noble around the world, those of the resistance from ‘don’t tread on me’ to ‘I am not a number or object in your eye’.

    • I would be all for a symbol that means resistance to Islam by any and all means and I believe there actually is one, and I am in the process of trying to make a large number in brass and silver.

      More on that soon.

    • “The right edge of the Khanda symbolises freedom and authority governed by moral and spiritual values.
This is set against Communism, the prisoner of the body.
” The left edge of the double-edged sword symbolises divine justice which chastises and punishes wicked oppressors.”
This is towards fascism, the prisoner of the soul.

” The two-edged sword at the centre of the Khanda also symbolises disintegration of false pride and vanity and demolition of the barriers of caste and other inequalities.
This is against Socialism, the prisoner of the spirit.

I’m looking forward to your design, Eeyor. The Star of David represents a jewel in a cess-pit of misery.

The American Eagle… I only hope it can survive these three lobbyists who have paid their way into the White House.

The AMRIT which is used at the time of BAPTISM is stirred with the Khanda. The original Khanda with which Guru GOBIND SINGH stirred the baptismal waters on March 30, A.D. 1699 is now preserved at Anandpur.
