1. Afghan conflict: 15 killed in ‘Taliban attack’ on buses

Suspected Taliban gunmen have killed 15 people who were travelling by road in the central Afghan province of Ghor.

The attackers stopped two minibuses overnight, ordered the passengers out and shot them dead, according to the province’s police chief.

The victims – including three women and a child – were from the minority Hazara community, which has been targeted by the Taliban in the past.

3. Foreign journalists receive death threats for ‘fabricating information for Israel,’ accused of informing on terrorists. 

Several journalists from around the world reported seeing rockets fired from civilian areas in Gaza in recent days, and received threatening tweets in return accusing them of “informing” the IDF.

On Wednesday, Peter Stefanovic of Australia’s Channel Nine News tweeted: “Hamas rockets just launched over our hotel from a site about two hundred metres away. So a missile launch site is basically next door.”

An account called @ThisIsGaza said this was Stefanovic’s fourth time “passing and fabricating information to Israel… from GAZA” and threatened to sue him.

    Why are all British “journalists” such lying cowards? Has he been told by his bosses that he’d better slant the story against Israel or he’ll lose his job and be put on a blacklist? Is his boss a Muslim, perhaps, or a Marxist, or a recipient of bribes, perhaps? The reason that ambulance couldn’t get past that crowd of “Palestinians” is because “Palestinians” are insane – he got that right. But they’re not insane because the evil Israelis have “traumatized” them, as the lying Brit implies, but because the Arab states have purposely driven them nuts with their various propaganda instruments from the PLO, to Hamas, to ISIS, to The Muslim Brotherhood, to Fatah, to Hezbollah, to the “Palestinian” school system, to the Unholy Quran, to MSNBC.

    Modern “journalists” belong in very small, damp prison cells for very long periods of time. Every day, they should get 1/2-hour of naked jumping jacks and cold showers, followed by a nice, small, unheated bowl of heart-healthy, sodium free brown rice. Oh, and all blankets and sheets should be half-a-foot shorter than a “journalist”…

    After they are paroled, the “journalists” should be forced to clean fish at minimum wage for the rest of their lives. Yes!!!

    • Modern journalist are trained in collages that are almost totally leftist controlled, they are taught to hate the west and Israel.

      • They are supposed to be observing events and then serving as the public’s eyes and ears, not serving as employees of the Labour Party Propaganda Wing. May the fish they have to clean be ice-cold and spiney…

      • They stopped trying to report the facts a long time ago, for the past 4 decades they have been trying to shape the news.

    • They’ve gotten serious threats in tweets, in person. At the very least they could be thrown out and miss the Big Story. So cowardly, craven running dogs keep licking feet of murderous thugs.

    An Iraqi human rights organization said Friday that the al-Qaeda-inspired Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) will likely implement a religious edict (Fatwa) that all females aged 11-46 in and around the northern city of Mosul undergo genital mutilation (FGM).

    • I have a hard time believing that the IS would be so stupid as to order this non-Quranic procedure be implemented. If you mentioned FGM to Muhammad, he would say, “I’ve never heard of it”. Why would the IS court the rage of every woman in the Middle East for a thing that isn’t even required by the Sharia? If it’s true, on the other hand, then good, because not one married Muslim man in the entire Middle East is going to get laid again until Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi is dead.

      • Yes Chris, Martin’s correct, as usual. Most indigenous girls have already been “altered”. The western converts there for sex jihad will have to be first in line for FGM. That may deter their “sisters” in the west from making the journey.

  9. FRANCE – July 26 2014 – Hundreds ignore ban in Paris to protest Israeli offensive in Gaza

    Pro-Palestinian protesters clashed with police in central Paris on Saturday when hundreds of marchers defied a ban by French authorities to rally against Israel’s offensive in the Gaza Strip.

    French interior minister Bernard Cazeneuve warned organizers in a television address that they would be held responsible for any clashes and could be prosecuted for ignoring a ban that was confirmed by the country’s top administrative court.

    TV footage showed a minority of demonstrators wearing balaclavas and traditional Arab keffiyeh headdresses throwing projectiles at riot officers. Paris police said they had made 40 arrests.

    French authorities have refused to permit several pro-Palestinian protests because they feared violence. Marchers clashed with riot police in and around Paris in recent weeks, with some targeting synagogues and Jewish shops.

    “Anti-Semitic violence exists: we must face it head on,” Cazeneuve said.

  11. Al-Qaeda releases video of US suicide bomber in Syria

    Syria’s Al-Qaeda affiliate has released a video of a young US suicide bomber from Florida who blew himself up at an army post in the northwest of the country.

    Moner Mohammad Abu Salha, alias Abu Hurayra al-Amriki, was believed to be the first American national to carry out such an attack in Syria’s more than three-year-old war.

    “I want to rest in the afterlife, not in this world… My heart is not at peace here. Hopefully it will be in heaven,” Abu Hurayra says in broken Arabic in the 17-minute video posted on YouTube on Friday by Al-Nusra Front.

    The footage, released via Al-Nusra’s official channel Al-Manara Al-Baydaa, also shows Abu Hurayra saying: “I came to Syria without money to buy a rifle or a pouch.

    “God gave me a rifle and a pouch and everything, and… (then) he gave me even more,” says the bearded man in his early 20s.

    The American jihadist carried out a May 25 truck bomb attack on an army base in Jabal al-Arbaeen area of northwest Syria’s Idlib province.

  14. You could almost see the dissonance flying across that journalists face. First the terrible contradiction between what he was seeing with his own eyes, and what was actually happening, then the rationalization, then the fleeting alarm, that he was going to have to explain this to the unenlightened.
    Their behaviour didn’t fit with the narrative, he’s probably already to old to realise it never does.
