“The lawyer for a doctor accused of helping the US find Osama Bin Laden has told the BBC that he has quit the case after receiving frequent death threats.
Lawyer Samiullah Afridi also cited US pressure on Pakistan for the release of Dr Shakil Afridi as another reason for his decision.
Dr Afridi is accused of using the cover of a door-to-door vaccination campaign to help the US find Bin Laden.
Pakistan was not informed of the 2011 raid which killed the al-Qaeda leader.
Samiullah Afridi told the BBC that his life had been under threat since he took up the case two years ago.
Mr Afridi – who is not related to Dr Afridi – said he had left the country at one point because of safety fears.
He said that militants had now given him a deadline to choose the “right way”, by which they meant to leave the case…”
It’s important that resisting radical islam is not seen as just a conservative issue. So Bill Maher’s dialogue against the radical islamists threat is a good sign.

It’s more important to know why it is prevailing again in Africa, who is doing it, who is profiting from it.
Why do Muslims take slaves?
If no commentator can answer this question, then the subject will never be completely communicated or understood.
Remember that the U.S., the Great Satan of Islam, fought a civil war over slavery, in which 620,000 Americans were killed to free 4 million slaves.
Not one Muslim has given his life to free even one slave.
The contrast is so glaring it needs no more words.

PS: Slavery is also returning to the West – with (mainly) muslim immigration/invasion, I am told.
Heard all those arguments back in the 1950’s and 1960’s – mentioning marital rape makes all husbands sound bad; setting up safe houses for battered women makes all men look bad; cannot upset men by “generallizing”.
Bad people do bad things – they have reasons – pretending they either they (or their reasons) don’t exist is stupid. No excuse for ignorance or stupidity.
Turning people against each other is a tactic in war. Turn allies into enemies and they’ll kill each other off, no sweat for you.
