Yup al Qaeda is growing partially because Obama has shown that he isn’t going to fight them. al Qaeda is on the run all right, they are running to attack us. Wars are ended when one side wins, you can’t just decide to quit the war, the enemy will continue to attack until they defeat you. al Qaeda is one of the action arms of the brotherhood. The war is coming, probably before Obama is out of office, and once it starts it will probably spread all around the word.
