From Kurier:

Vienna Chechens called their compatriots via Face book to protest at the US Embassy. They demand Solidarity with the Boston Bombers, solidarity for Muslims and for Chechnya. They allege that the FBI had falsified proofs against the brothers. The group “Pro Tsarnaev” has called for a protest via Face book.
The police concluded in the afternoon that the protest would be small. No street closures were planned. Towards 4.30 pm around 40 peaceful protesters faced a significant number of police. Men and women protested separately. Among the female protesters were burka-wearers but also women dressed in western clothing.
“we are convinced of the innocence of our brother. There is no proof of his guilt. America needs a new enemy” – so the Chechnya side.
In Lower Austria, the information sources have become vigilant. After the Boston bomber had been described as “innocent” by a Chechnya child in a school in St. Poelten, a teacher informed the Police. Result: One does not expect any danger coming from this student, however a crisis meeting was held by the school-authorities.

In their minds, of course all muslims are ‘innocent’ – no matter what. They are secretly happy when infidels are killed and maimed – a few less infidels is no great loss for allah.
CNN: Tsarnaev’s mother added to TIDE list, too
Now CNN also reports that Tamerlan wasn’t the only Tsarnaev on Russia’s radar, and that the CIA had added his mother to their Terrorist Identities Datamart Environment (TIDE) database (via JWF):
Zubeidat and Tamerlan Tsarnaev had previously fallen under the suspicion of Russian authorities concerned they were following radical ideologies.
Russian authorities had raised concerns to U.S. authorities about her and her son, sources told CNN. But a U.S. official said that the Russian’s case at the time was “thin.”
Zubeidat Tsarnaev said the FBI had visited her family “several times” in 2011 with questions about her older son’s “Islamic interests.”
U.S. authorities did add Zubeidat Tsarnaev and her older son to the Terrorist Identities Datamart Environment, or TIDE, database in 2011 — a collection of more than a half million names maintained by the National Counterterrorism Center, an intelligence official said.
