I think I need to add a new category for this one.

The Earth has been getting warmer — but how much of that heat is due to greenhouse gas emissions and how much is due to natural causes?

A leaked report by a United Nations’ group dedicated to climate studies says that heat from the sun may play a larger role than previously thought.

“[Results] do suggest the possibility of a much larger impact of solar variations on the stratosphere than previously thought, and some studies have suggested that this may lead to significant regional impacts on climate,” reads a draft copy of a major, upcoming report from the U.N.’s Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC).

Nah, just file it next to Islam under “Deluded Ideologies”

  2. The left is going to have to find a new potential disaster to scare people into accepting their taking control of all aspects of peoples lives.

  3. I don’t really care what you think about global warming but I think posting stories like this is a bad idea. It might turn away potential new allies – when they come to the site and see a post denying global warming, they might assume that the rest of the stories posted are equally bullshit. Fox news has previously said misleading statements and even outright lies about global warming (as well as a number of other subjects I might add). You have to realize that the right (and their newspapers) represents the upper class and their interests, and limiting industry emissions also limits industrial bosses’ income. And please, do not take this as an attack on your personal values, but as a piece of friendly advice.

P.S. You could also just read the leaked document and see that they still consider humans impact on climate change to be three to four times bigger than natural causes’

Yeah, there must be comments similar to yours on radical leftist blogs, lamenting any criticism of Islam that might turn away potential allies.
