Poisonous gas sprayed in Homs leaves seven people dead and scores affected, activists say

Will this be Obama’s Casus Belli? There is something really wrong with all of this.

Seven people have died in Homs after they inhaled a poisonous gas sprayed by government forces in a rebel-held neighbourhood, activists said.

Activists also told Al Jazeera that scores of others were affected in al-Bayyada neighbourhood. Side effects reported include nausea, relaxed muscles, blurred vision, and breathing difficulties.

Residents said they did not know the nature of the gas sprayed.

“The situation is very difficult. We do not have enough facemasks. We don’t know what this gas is but medics are saying it’s something similar to Sarin gas,” Raji Rahmet Rabbou, an activist in Homs, told Al Jazeera.

  1. I dont know, but I dont trust Al Jazeera’s “objectivity” I think they are automatically on the so-called “rebel” side. Al Jazeera (their Paris office) incidentally received the ghastly “snuff” movie, turned by Mohamed Merah in Toulouse in March this year, when he killed that little beautiful girl.
    She had seen her little camerades massacred and when her turn came, this muslim’s pistol jammed, so he took another one, ran after the little girl who tried to escape, pulled her to him and her little face towards the camera and filmed as he shot her right in the face. Al Jazeera’s bosses wanted to publish it while the little bodies were still warm and only some “secret” persuation by Sarkozy made them desist.

    I add to that all the usual suspects – like Obama and the rest of the “Left” who are on the side of the so-called “rebels” – they all seem to have a vested interest in wanting to install the Muslim Brotherhood (I dont believe in so much naivity that they do not know what they are doing), and I automatically dont believe a word that comes out about the “victimhood” of the so-called rebels.

    So, who is doing the gassing, if gassing there is? The so-called “rebels” themselves?

    Or am I too cynical?

  3. I am wondering just who sprayed the gas? After all Obama drew a red line over Assad using chemical or bio weapons, so we have to ask was this done to give Obama an excuse to intervene?

  4. After getting out of the Military and then following Islamists evil behavior has a study in history after I got out of the Service I have grown jaded.
    There is not much one can do to supurise me, shock me, or make me care about this stuff.
    Rebels Huh? They look like terrorist scum in my eyes. They can get gassed, they can gas their own people, or they could even gas the Syrian Government for all I care.
    Islamists and their Muslim victims can in no way pull my heart strings. IMO they are just enemies of America, and enemies of the secular I live in and want to live in. So my enemies are killed. Cool with me.

    In case you want to call me heartless, I am not. I love my family, I love my girlfriend, and I love my sweet little Jack Russell Terrier. I love all of the good life has to offer.
