The deputy chief commander of Iran’s Revolutionary Guards warned this past week that any aggression against Iran will expand warfare onto the turf of its enemies.
“Our nation is ready to rub the enemies’ snout into dust and send thousands of coffins to their cities,” Gen. Hossein Salami told Fars News Agency
“Any aggression against Iran will expand the war into the borders of the enemies,” he warned. “They know our power, and we won’t allow any aggression against our land.”
The general cited two reasons for what he called the greatness of the Islamic regime: “One is that the supreme leader, who is the deputy of the Hidden Imam [the Shiites’ 12th Imam], rules with power, knowledge, penetrating the hearts; the other is the martyrs who shed their blood for the greatness of the country.”
In praising those martyrs, he said, “God states in the Quran that martyrs are alive and not to consider them as dead, as they had the art to exchange death to life and reach eternal life.”
Does he mean by the many Moslems in the US, by missiles from Venezuela, or is he going to fire missiles from the Iranian navel ships that are supposedly planning on cruising in the Gulf of Mexico? I think that the latter two possibilities will be stopped, before any missile hits US soil, the first is what I am worried about, I doubt that there are 10,000 agents in place as has been claimed. However there are enough to do a lot of damage.
So leave Iran the fuck alone. Problem solved.
They’d better be careful with their words, I would think. Barrack Obama can hit when he wants to, and if the Iranians were to push the wrong button, they could find themselves in an actual fight with the USA.
Without a shadow of a doubt, the collective Iranian regime can be defined as the biggest bunch of certifiable lunatics on God’s Earth. Anyone, surely anyone, with the remotest concept of reality must see that Ahmedinejad and his mad Mullahs are each and all deluded psychopaths that in a sane world would have been banged-up and straitjacketed years ago.

In my opinion the coming battle between Iran and the west will be the turning point in the clash of civilizations we are experiencing today. The destruction of Iran’s regime should show the rest of the Islamic world that there is something fundamentally wrong with their dogma. Any irrational regime that sincerely believes in myth, hidden Imams, fairy stories and invincibility are surely doomed.
I just hope, once the dust is settled, we can get rid of pernicious Islam from our own countries once and for all.
I think it is ok for Iran to huff and puff. They usually do. However, it is important that we do not crush them like the ants they are. What is needed is for them to destroy themselves. It is better and less costly that way. They will and puff themselves out of existence. The amount of poverty and drug addiction in Iran is sky high. And with the oil running out well……
Bob you are right, it is simply a matter of time before Iran has the ability to build nuclear weapons, once they do the lunatics in charge there will use them on Israel and the US. Probably but not necessarily in that order, leaving them alone is the path to suicide, something that doesn’t bother Obama but it does me.
