Hillel isn’t at the council. He is an NGO. U.N Watch. Even the rest of the NGO’s though are in reality, Gongos. Government forgeries of NGO’s whos job it is, is to waste the time available to genuine NGO’s who have actual human rights complaints against tyrants.
In essence, the UN has become so corrupt overall that even the machinery for overseeing it no longer can function as intended.
