An Egyptian Foreign Ministry spokesman accused Hezbollah Secretary-General Sheikh Hassan Nasrallah and Iranian Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei of meddling in Egyptian affairs and destabilizing the region, NOW Lebanon reported Feb. 9. Nasrallah has no right to accuse Egypt of submitting to Israel or the United States when he is dividing united fronts in the Palestinian territories in line with Iranian agendas, the spokesman said.
At least this time it isn’t a western diplomat making the statements.
