This is for the ‘damned if you do, damned if you don’t file. We can safely assume that had the operator of the go-cart business had refused service to her, he would be sued for religious discrimination, lost, and probably lost his livelihood as we saw with the British Hoteliers. We also can safely guess that had he told her to remove her Muslim head-gear, the same thing would have happened as we saw with the Muslims who worked for UPS in Toronto and won a generous settlement it would appear from the smug looks on their faces. Now we just have to wait and see if they will be sued for allowing the Muslim to ride the go-cart and strangle herself with her scarf.
I guess Ann Coulter was right after all. They should have to take a camel.

A young Muslim woman had died after her burkha became snagged in a go-kart.
The 24-year-old woman, who has not yet been named, died a terrifying death today when a fluttering part of her burkha became caught in the wheels of a go-kart she was driving near the town of Port Stephens, north of Sydney.
The Muslim clothing the woman was wearing flew back as she sped around the track and part of it became entangled in the go-kart’s wheels.
She was strangled in a second and crashed the vehicle.
Despite the efforts of paramedics who rushed to her aid, the neck and throat injuries she suffered were so severe that doctors were unable to revive her when she arrived at the John Hunter Hospital in the New South Wales city of Newcastle.
The young woman was riding the go-kart at a popular recreational area known as Bob’s Farm, which offers rides of up to 15 minutes at a time.
Her death is being likened to that of American dancer Isadora Duncan, acknowledged as being the creator of modern dance, and who was famous for the flowing silk carves she liked to wear.
But while riding in an open-top car in Nice in 1927, her scarf became entangled in one of the vehicle’s spoked wheels and she was strangled.

Go karts have a rule that you can not drive a kart with loose clothing or really long hair.
I am sure CAIR will try to get Go Karts insurance to go up virtually banning go karts.
The business owner is in a corner with this one. He may face a lawsuit from the parents. I hope her parents signed a waiver.
I wonder if go-karts have caught on in Saudi Arabia?

In amusement industry where there is a risk such as horseback riding, go-carting, parachuting, ect. waivers are normally signed even by adults to waive the company any liability incase of injury or death. It was likely the burka clad woman had to sign a waiver releasing the responsiblity of the business owner from liability resulting from death or injury. If I were an owner, I would make them sign a waiver before allowing them to ride the go-cart.

A woman with a headscarf got caught in g0-cart, now she is claiming the amusement-park for €11.000,- I wrote in response that the woman had no faith in Allah, because she did not believe that Allah is almighty and all-knowing, and that nothing happened without the approval of Allah, so she has to claim her money from Allah.

My hubby said when they go Karting they sign a release form saying that theya re not responsable for accident ! So the only responsable to me are the MUSLIMS with their obstinations ! Too bad but she deserved it !
LouLou, I’m sure you really didnt mean that she deserved to die, did you? I dont agree with the whole burkha thing and the way women are treated in certain Muslim cultures, but no one deserves to die. Especially a senseless death that could have been avoided. My sympathies to the family for their loss.

maybe you didn’t see the first sentence, I wrote that something like this happened in Holland aswel, only the woman survived her almost strangulation. And because we can assume that the woman with the headscarf was a moslima, we can assume that everything that has happened to her was the explicit wish of Allah because nothing will happen without the Al-knowing and Almighty Bastard his wish.

to all the pathetic sad comments (above), get a life you losers. The girl was on holidays with her family including 2 sons under the age of 10 who lost their mother. The headlines read woman strangled by her own burka. Thats what they assume but no-one really saw what happend. I also heard that, she was also strangled by the seat belt.
