Each day at just after midnight Eastern, a post like this one is created for contributors and readers of this site to upload news links and video links on the issues that concern this site. Most notably, Islam and its effects on Classical Civilization, and various forms of leftism from Soviet era communism, to postmodernism and all the flavours of galloping statism and totalitarianism such as Nazism and Fascism which are increasingly snuffing out the classical liberalism which created our near, miraculous civilization the West has been building since the time of Socrates.

This document was written around the time this site was created, for those who wish to understand what this site is about. And while our understanding of the world and events has grown since then, the basic ideas remain sound and true to the purpose.

So please post all links, thoughts and ideas that you feel will benefit the readers of this site to the comments under this post each day. And thank you all for your contributions.

**New intelligence suggests a specific course of action concerning use of Substack. For a variety of reasons, who owns it, and who owns the ONLY company that monetizes authors on Substack, the question for us has always been, ‘Why is Substack allowed to exist?” I believe the answer is now known to us. It collects data on you and who you are connected to. Substack does have the best writers out there for counter-narrative views, and does allow the authors to make money at it. Which is suspicious already. But the reasons were made known to us by a Cyber-security professional. The solution seems to be to use a dedicated browser, ONLY for substack. There are many good ones out there now. So downloading another browser is easy. Get the DuckduckGo go one, or Brave or one of many others and use it ONLY for substack and clear cookies after use. Like washing your plate after you eat.

For those interested, please check out https://vladtepesblog.substack.com/ as an another avenue of expression. The Substack is a different project in a sense. It is older videos that in the light of subsequent events, look different or of increased importance, Check it out now and again if you like. But use it safely.

    • The question is whose boots? Right now the Kurds are sending an armed militia into Iran and there are some indications that the allies are working to establish independent militias in other locals with other ethnic groups. Hopefully we won’t need to send US boots into Iran, local boots can do the job.

        Problem is, if minority populations start fighting each other, the whole thing could crack up. Instability might tempt the Filthy Turk. He’d love another excuse to kill Kurds.

        Prof. Kedar suggests a federation of semi-autonomous states. Like the UAE, for example.

    BREAKING: QatarEnergy just declared Force Majeure.

    Three words that mean: we cannot deliver, and legally, we do not have to.

    This is no longer a supply disruption. This is a contract collapse.
    Force Majeure is not a precaution. It is a formal legal declaration that an unforeseeable event beyond QatarEnergy’s control has made fulfillment impossible. Every affected buyer just had their contract voided. The gas they were counting on is gone, and they have no legal recourse to get it back.

    82% of Qatar’s LNG goes to Asia.

    China relies on Qatar for 30% of its LNG imports. India 42 to 52%. South Korea 14 to 19%. Taiwan 25%. Japan is already rationing to spot markets.

    Asian benchmark prices jumped 39% the day production stopped.

    Force Majeure just made that permanent until further notice….

    There is no security guarantee. There is no restart timeline. There is no floor.

    Every LNG contract in Asia just became a spot market problem. Every spot market problem just became an inflation problem. Every inflation problem just became a central bank problem.
    This started as a war in the Middle East.

    It is now inside every factory, every power plant, and every gas bill across Asia.

      The authorities cautioned that too many elderly are injured scrambling to shelter. They run, they fall. You’re responsible for your neighbors. Watch for heart attack and stroke. Measures have been devised for kids; time to pay attention to seniors.

      A while ago my brother’s non-elderly neighbor broke her leg running to shelter. Evacuation to hospital usually includes somebody suffering severe anxiety attacks. That isn’t reported officially, but it’s always factored in to professional preparedness planning.
