Each day at just after midnight Eastern, a post like this one is created for contributors and readers of this site to upload news links and video links on the issues that concern this site. Most notably, Islam and its effects on Classical Civilization, and various forms of leftism from Soviet era communism, to postmodernism and all the flavours of galloping statism and totalitarianism such as Nazism and Fascism which are increasingly snuffing out the classical liberalism which created our near, miraculous civilization the West has been building since the time of Socrates.

This document was written around the time this site was created, for those who wish to understand what this site is about. And while our understanding of the world and events has grown since then, the basic ideas remain sound and true to the purpose.

So please post all links, thoughts and ideas that you feel will benefit the readers of this site to the comments under this post each day. And thank you all for your contributions.

**New intelligence suggests a specific course of action concerning use of Substack. For a variety of reasons, who owns it, and who owns the ONLY company that monetizes authors on Substack, the question for us has always been, ‘Why is Substack allowed to exist?” I believe the answer is now known to us. It collects data on you and who you are connected to. Substack does have the best writers out there for counter-narrative views, and does allow the authors to make money at it. Which is suspicious already. But the reasons were made known to us by a Cyber-security professional. The solution seems to be to use a dedicated browser, ONLY for substack. There are many good ones out there now. So downloading another browser is easy. Get the DuckduckGo go one, or Brave or one of many others and use it ONLY for substack and clear cookies after use. Like washing your plate after you eat.

For those interested, please check out https://vladtepesblog.substack.com/ as an another avenue of expression. The Substack is a different project in a sense. It is older videos that in the light of subsequent events, look different or of increased importance, Check it out now and again if you like. But use it safely.

    “Doppler hour?”
    “Yeah. Oh, can I have another beer, please?” Joe said to the bartender before continuing. The bartender, lost in his own thoughts nodded almost imperceptibly. Men often say more the less they say. “Yeah, the doppler hour is hearing a car or a bus pass by on the road outside in the middle of the night. You’re in bed. As it approaches it gets louder. The pitch seems to rise. It crescendos, then begins to fall and fade on the distance. In the loneliness of those early-morning hours you wonder about the driver. What is his life? Where is he going? What are his problems? The doppler hour. You’re really just wondering about yourself.”
    “I don’t quite get it, still,” said Bob.
    “Well you said you received an email yesterday from your lawyer saying your divorce is finalized, right? And that it seemed anticlimactic.”
    “Yes.”
    “The whole thing–five years was it? The whole thing just went by like a big bus in the night. Now it’s gonna fade away.”
    “I see.”
    “And then in time it will be like a church bell, or a siren far away. Or a freight train whistle in the distance. That’s the train you were hearing. It was too far away for doppler. It’s part of your history, now. It was calling you away.”
    “How’s that?”
    “No doppler effect. Just a lonely distance.”
    “I guess,” Bob said finishing his beer.
    “I’m getting the same feeling lately.”
    “About what?”
    “This country. ”

    • We have been at war with Iran since 1979, the problem is we haven’t been fighting and the Mullahs think that we won’t fight. Right now we have the chance of destroying the current regime and having the locals replace it with one friendly to the West. We have to fight this war and fight it now while we have a leader that will fight to win or we will be fighting the war in our front lawns in the future.
