Each day at just after midnight Eastern, a post like this one is created for contributors and readers of this site to upload news links and video links on the issues that concern this site. Most notably, Islam and its effects on Classical Civilization, and various forms of leftism from Soviet era communism, to postmodernism and all the flavours of galloping statism and totalitarianism such as Nazism and Fascism which are increasingly snuffing out the classical liberalism which created our near, miraculous civilization the West has been building since the time of Socrates.

This document was written around the time this site was created, for those who wish to understand what this site is about. And while our understanding of the world and events has grown since then, the basic ideas remain sound and true to the purpose.

So please post all links, thoughts and ideas that you feel will benefit the readers of this site to the comments under this post each day. And thank you all for your contributions.

    • What you are really asking is “What are the Rules of Engagement”? I doubt if the border is currently a free fire zone they are probably allowed to use their weapons in self defense. What I am waiting for is for the Mexican Army Units the Cartels use to protect shipments to meet either the 101 or the Marines and discover our people aren’t impressed with their show of force. Our personal engaging in a firefight with the Mexican Army in the US would be grounds for PT to turn the military loose on both the cartels and the Mexican Army.

      • Yes. I wouldn’t be too surprised if it came to that. PT has destroyed their business model overnight.

        • If you have listened to some of Col. Douglas Macgregor interviews on Judging Freedom , he points out that there is a very high probability to drug cartels will resort to military like violence in the US in order to preserve their drug empire. He has repeatedly said that if that happens the US will be involved in a war inside the US for which they are not prepared as the drug cartels are very well armed and organized.

          • I don’t know who that Colonel is but we have been fighting asymmetric wars since the 1960s, winning them and then watching the politicians throw the victory away. Given this history I question the intelligence of anyone who says we aren’t prepared to fight on in the US. Well Armed and organized is what most of our opponents have been.

  5. New York Lawmakers Weigh Background Checks, Waiting Periods on 3D Printers

    It’s already illegal under New York law to possess or build an unregistered firearm, but one lawmaker in Albany wants to take things a step further by essentially treating 3D printers as if they’re firearms.

    New York state senator Jenifer Rajkumar is the author of the bill that is drawing the ire of Second Amendment supporters and 3D printer hobbyists.

    As Fast Company first reported on January 24, the proposal would require FBI-reviewed fingerprinting and criminal background checks for anyone seeking to purchase a 3D printer “capable of printing a firearm, or any component of a firearm.” The wording is particularly important here, since it greatly widens the law’s scope to include many of the cheaper, more accessible printers. Manufacturing an entirely 3D-printed gun still requires specialized equipment, but even the most common printers now available in public libraries and schools can create most parts. The materials and machines are so widespread that many serialized and regulated firearms already utilize printers to mass produce plastic gun frames.

    Bill A2228 would allow up to 15 days for New York’s Division of Criminal Justices to review an applicant’s information. Anyone previously convicted of a felony or “serious offense,” or subject to an outstanding warrant, would then be flagged and prohibited from purchasing the 3D printer.

    This is utterly insane, especially considering what happens in New York when someone is caught making a 3D printed gun… at least if they’re a juvenile. A 16-year-old in Syracuse, New York was recently arrested and charged with second-degree criminal possession of a weapon and criminal possession of a firearm, and a 14-year-old who allegedly obtained a 3D-printed gun from the older teen is facing charges of second-degree criminal possession of a weapon, criminal possession of a firearm, and first-degree reckless endangerment after he allegedly fired shots that hit a house and a vehicle. Both teens, however were released to guardians and told to show up for a hearing in Family Court at some point in the future.

    Once again, instead of dealing with the human beings who are breaking the law (and aiding and abetting violent crime), Democrats are wholly invested in the idea of banning their way to safety. Never mind that 3D printers have a host of applications outside of building guns, much less that we have a long national tradition of privately manufactured firearms in this country. Rajkumar and her cosponsors want to treat virtually every 3D printer as a dangerous device subject to background checks and waiting periods. How long before registration of 3D printers would be required as well?

    There’s always a possibility that A2228 won’t find much traction in Albany this year, but New York has adopted so many screwy anti-gun laws over the past few years that it wouldn’t come a shock or surprise to see this bill get to Kathy Hochul’s desk in the coming months. The good news is that gun owners won’t be the only ones speaking out against her proposal. We know that the Democrat majority doesn’t really care what we think, but if the opposition is more widespread then we might still be able to prevent this bad idea from becoming a terrible law.

  6. Yeah, Those UK Gun Law Are Really Working Out Well

    The United Kingdom has some of the toughest gun control laws out there. Really, though, it’s not just guns. They’re even considering some ridiculous extremes with their knife control efforts. That’s right, gun control did so well stopping violent crime that they’re having to try and control knives and are having to step up those efforts because their previous laws worked so well.

    But gun control, though? Well, the fact that they’re pushing knife control might suggest to some that at least the gun control worked.

    Of course, a guy out of Leeds kind of dispels that with his recent court case.

    Kane Clarke was arrested at his home on Kelsall Road in Hyde Park on November 20 last year and the property routinely searched.

    Officers were shocked to find the machine gun in a rifle bag in the cellar.

    The stock / shoulder butt had been removed and there was a magazine that was fully loaded with live bullets, along with a black balaclava. The judge at Leeds Leeds Crown Court called it an “assassin’s kit bag”.

    The weapon was examined and found to be capable of firing semi-automatic and fully automatic, prosecutor Oliver Connor told the court.

    Clarke, 27, later said he was holding the gun on behalf of drug dealers who had threatened him but he would not provide further details for fear of reprisals. He has only one previous conviction for criminal damage.

    That has got to be the most ridiculous excuse ever.

    “No, really, these drug dealers threatened me and gave me a machine gun I could use to kill them all. I’m just such a good British subject that I’d never shoot anyone who threatened to hurt or kill me.”

    Is anyone buying that?

    OK, maybe that last part is believable enough.

    Now, note that this is a select-fire AK we’re talking about here. This is something that I can’t readily get here in the United States and we tend to respect gun rights in ways that the UK would hyperventilate over. I can’t get a gun like this at any of the gun stores here in my town, but this guy was caught with a select-fire AK in the United freaking Kingdom.

    Why, it’s almost like criminals don’t follow gun laws or something.

    How many other actual machine guns are running around the British Isles, supposedly being handed to people threatened by drug dealers to hold onto it for them without a care if the guy they just threatened is going to mow them down or not?

    (Seriously, this is like “the dog ate my homework” level of unbelievable here.)

    British gun control laws clearly don’t work. They were never going to work. These guns haven’t really been legal in the UK in, like, forever, yet here it is, just sitting in some dude’s home in Leeds. If they worked, this wouldn’t have happened. He’d never have had the weapon in his possession. He’d have never had the ammunition in his possession.

    He had both and so do a lot of other people in the UK, regardless of the laws.

    • “The majority population of the United States has nothing whatsoever to gain from “AI”. The large “stakeholders” of the US corporate-government partnership are its sole beneficiaries, and if there’s one thing we know for sure, the fatter these “stakeholders” get, the faster everyone else wastes away to skin and bones. The US hit its economic peak in the early 1970s, and since then, we’ve been fed upon by oligarchic banksters and the rest of the world like human blood bags.

      The main applications of AI are surveilling and controlling the population. AI has already been thoroughly weaponized against majority Americans, and Americans cannot benefit from jobs given to foreigners or raise families on the associated income.

      The notion that Indian AI is “the best” is nonsense, not least because “artificial intelligence” is an oxymoron. What techies euphemistically call “AI” is glorified high-power data crunching. There will be no “conscious AI” in the foreseeable future. The industry is up against a theoretical brick wall.”

  8. Trump’s New Executive Order Could Lead to Deportation of Pro-Terror Foreign Students

    In a recent executive order, President Trump made good on a campaign promise to deport terrorist sympathizers in college campuses.

    According to Campus Reform’s Elad Vaida, Professor Giordano told Campus Reform that “[t]heoretically, under the EO, the Department of Homeland Security can investigate those [foreign] students who express anti-American sentiment and engage in hostile rhetoric against the United States, and if those students are deemed a threat, they can be removed from the United States.”

    The new executive order from President Trump specifies that the United States “must ensure that admitted aliens and aliens otherwise already present in the United States do not bear hostile attitudes toward its citizens, culture, government, institutions, or founding principles, and do not advocate for, aid, or support designated foreign terrorists and other threats to our national security.”

    This means Hamas and Hizballah supporters in Columbia and other universities who are not citizens may be sent back to their home countries.

    Foreign nationals who promote jihad and jihadist groups will no longer be able to promote violence with impunity.

    As previously reported by The Gateway Pundit, jihad was celebrated in our so-called academic institutions.

    Now, thanks to President Trump, foreigners who support and encourage murder in the name of jihad will be sent back to their home countries.

    Calls for intifada or violent uprising can now be treated the same way those who support the KKK are treated.

    The era of double standards is over. So is the era of jihad.
