In case anyone missed it, I’ve made it my mission to take a far more aggressive stance in exposing, condemning, and shaming Canada’s most notorious anti-Israel, antisemitic elected officials. Let me be crystal clear—this country has no room for hate, and it is our collective duty to destroy it wherever it rears its ugly head. Trudeau may think that throwing millions at ‘Jewish’ advisors will fix this problem, but let’s be real—it won’t. The fight is ours, and we will lead it. We’re not here to play nice; we’re here to crush hate and drive it back into the shadows where it belongs.
One of the most persistent and annoying tactics of the left is what I call, the intellectual sleight of hand of shifting levels of abstraction. They point out what is a real problem, or at least the effect of a real problem, and then propose a solution that is at the wrong level of abstraction in order to achieve the real purpose. Usually more government control. Now I do not know this mayor. So it is possible he is a naive dupe of this process rather than one who is consciously using this strategy. And FWIW this strategy is often referred to as the basic Hegelian Dialectic of: Problem -> reaction -> solution. But I am more focusing on the method of operation of this formula, even if it is misstated and inaccurate as a representation of the Dialectic.
Real problem: People are murdering people. Misrepresentation of the problem: Guns are killing people. Dialectical Solution: Let’s remove guns from anyone except state agencies, bound to obey the diktats of the state irrespective of the actual law. Hey presto! The state has a total monopoly on force.
Let’s call this the Gun Control dialectic.
In the following case, we see a greater threat. And it truly hurts me to know how many good people fall for it and assist the communist state to achieve its goals –
Real problem: Muslims are being brought in to Western nations by the tens of millions who have a base hatred of non-Muslims as central dogma, but initial focus on Jews. Misrepresentation of the problem: Hate is anathema and causing death and destruction and misfortune to certain groups. Dialectical solution: There is no room for hate, and we must stamp out hate using the tools and power of the state to do so. Hey presto! The state has total control of how you are allowed to feel about things.
This is far more insidious than the gun example. Hate is a normal human emotion. In fact it’s pretty much right next to love in many ways. Trying to stamp out hate, is no different than Orwell’s 1984 where the focus was in eliminating love. Either way the state determines how you are allowed to feel, irrespective of your own experience. The state will tell you how you must feel, no matter what you know from first hand experience. And frankly, if you can’t hate you also can’t love. Love is a state of total vulnerability. What the love object does affects you viscerally. From time to time it will provoke hate precisely because you love the object.
Also please note that Western nations deliberately imported all these Muslims knowing full well what they believe. Once again, we must remember that those who use Hanlon’s Razor are the enemy. The state knew what it was doing and did it for destructive purposes. The proposed solution is for additional and more complete destruction. Now I don’t remember Obama’s “fast and furious” gun scam that well, but it seems to me to have similarities from what I can remember.
But that is dealing with the issue at a kind of surface level.
The idea is the clever switching levels of abstraction in order to con the general public into accepting a solution to a non-problem like Global Warming from Western humanity converting one form of carbon into another, to creating a real problem and misrepresenting it.
Below, a scene from an old and I think banned episode of South Park which makes the point in the simplest way and for which humanity will be judged for not taking plan B.
You may be right, it looks like the left is trying to start either WWIII or a lot of small wars that will mimic WWIII, they probably would be doing this no matter who won the election but it is possible maybe even probable that they planned this to discredit the Conservatives.
Either way things are going to get real scary and everyone that has the ability and legal right to arm themselves need to do this.
