Please read this thread. The first Tweet is dense but it is explained. It is not likely a hack because it did no damage to any machinery and did not damage either data or machines. It could also be fixed by adjusting one line of code which I think anyone can do with instructions. And it only affected certain editions of Windows.

This story fails to identify the threat. This means it is made by a “protected group”.
If you go to X and put in Ottawa Public Library, you get threats and complaints from the T part of the LGBTQ people. Specifically from Fae Johnstone, who wears a T shirt with an image of a knife on it and a justification to use it on anyone who won’t roll over with that bit of nonsense.
