According to the New York Post, the assassin who tried to kill President Donald J Trump was Thomas Matthew Crooks, age 20 from Bethel Park, Pennsylvania.

The FBI Pittsburg field office is in charge of the investigation.  However, as with all high-profile domestic terror attacks, shootings and killings that directly impact the “peace and tranquility” we can expect the DOJ-CRS to take over the information pipeline.

The FBI is officially calling the shooting an “attempted assassination attempt.  The motive is undetermined.

(New York Post) – The gunman who attempted to assassinate former President Donald Trump Saturday was identified as 20-year-old Thomas Matthew Crooks, sources told The Post.

Crooks, of Bethel Park, Pa., squeezed off shots — one of which grazed Trump in the ear — at an outdoor rally in Butler, just outside Pittsburgh. Sources said Crooks was was planted on a roof of a manufacturing plant more than 130 yards away from the stage at Butler Farm Show grounds. (read more)

I’m a trained sniper as well. I was the sniper on a BOP SORT team for years. Part of your job is looking through your rifle scope for would be threats to your team. How the hell did they not see a perp on a roof that was a few hundred feet away from the venue? I mean supposedly those same snipers were the ones who took him out, so why did he get shots fired off to begin with?!

A comment last night from someone who is known to us, and is a competitive rifle markswoman:

As a person who has recently entered precision shooting, civilians do not understand it looks hours and hours of training, even years and 1000 of rounds down the range to shoot like this to even get close to a human head. There is NO way a commie mentally unstable clown could have done this even with the most expensive equipment out there. This is some type of highly trained person. PERIOD.

Unstable is a questionable attribute in this context. But certainly the person can not be totally undisciplined.

Some of these people do have something in common though. There will be an interview published within the next few days hopefully with an expert on a very specific strategic targeting US patriots to get them to act in a manner that will start a US civil war. And there are several countries that would find that of tremendous value to them. Countries who for example, are currently under fire from US weapons and weapons platforms, if we were to go to motives. It would certainly be a viable theory as to what could be behind this assassination attempt. It was in fact the same philosophy and actors behind the Christchurch Mosque shooting. But it requires a more complete understanding than I can give it here to be even worthy of consideration. So let’s call this foreshadowing rather than explanation. When we add in the contents of this interview with what we know of the Hegelian weaponry of dialectics, it falls together very neatly.

But again, this goes to motive. Who actually did it and their own reasoning we may never know. People’s objections to the handling of this event are noteworthy. Even if they don’t speak to the grand design. And sometimes there isn’t one. But it is difficult to look at an event like that without considering what the obvious and most likely consequences of that event would be one move ahead at least. And I think we all know what that move would be. And it would likely make the riots of 2020 by the Democrat sponsored ANTIFA/BLM revolutionaries seem like nothing in comparison.

This is an interesting photo. It was a very bright day, so the fellow would have used a high shutter speed. Not enough of an expert to say this is real, but I suppose it could be. Within the red oval there is a line which the Tweet claims is the bullet. It would look like a line as it would be a point moving as far as it did from the time the shutter opened to where it closed, which likely was around 1/2500th of a second.

Right after this event, the crowd acted properly towards media present. Because no matter what the back story is on this, deliberately false reporting, or what we call here, a mass line Maoist narrative attack on president Trump is without question an enormous part of the impetus of this attempt on his life, if not the actual motivation of the shooter. The Media itself has become a weapon against our peoples and nations. In Canada, the CBC is a stellar example of that.

The following is the newest photo alleged to be of the shooter at this time. Note this time they didn’t wait for him to go to a movie and get arrested after.

Breitbart appears to have sourced the claim that Biden instructed principle people to “Put Trump in the Bullseye”. Who talks like that? This is not normal political speech.

Dunno about this one. How do we know he was watching the sniper? Top video is interesting though. It appears to be the roof sniper after being shot. The same person many were pointing at and telling authorities he was there and should be dealt with.

    The Woke (Mensheviks) can’t shoot to save their lives so they do not shoot. They’ve got more important things to do, like their hair. And they got this far without such overt violence, haven’t they. So maybe this was the action of frustrated Bolsheviks–a struggle between competing factions. 1917 repeats.

    If this attempt was state-made, did it come from the Biden politburea? Or from deeper within the state. Whatever the case, if you want to kill the King you’d better get it right the first time, or else you’ve created something bigger and meaner.

    I’ve read in Fox comments this was staged. I don’t think so. A head shot is a head shot whether you miss, or not. I mean, if you were really serious about provoking a civil war why not just have Biden announce climate change and the pandemic were Marxist dialectic lines of effort, then let’s get it on.

    Sarcasm aside, an unassigned assassination attempt compels the Left to lose its proverbial shit, and the right goes kinetic, with luck. Or maybe “the lone shooter” had a win-win going on: kill Trump and he’s out of the way. Wing him and we get more civil unrest. It’s orchestral, if we try to think as they think. Deconstruct, deconstruct. Divide, divide. You say you want a revolution…

    • Johnny making a head shot at that range would be easy, deliberately missing the head and hitting the ear is something even the best marksman would find impossible. The people saying it was a set up don’t know anything about firearms.

  4. I disagree with Militant Mom, I have been around firearms all of my life and have taught several people to shoot. It wouldn’t take thousands of rounds sent down range to teach someone to shoot and hit the human head at that range. The retired Israeli Special Operator that FOX uses for opinions agrees with me, anyone with a small amount of training could make the shot.

    The human head is between 6 and 8 inches wide, at 130 yards using bi-pods to stabilize the weapon any person with a couple of hours of training could make the shot. The reason for shooting at the head at that range is that most high value people are wearing soft body armor of level 3 or better and there is too high a risk that the bullet will be stopped of slowed by the vest and not seriously injure the target.

    Another thing that you haven’t been saying but the MSM is saying is that the AR15 chambering the .223/5.56mm isn’t a high powered rifle, the round was designed to shoot coyotes with and the rifle was designed for bank guards and housewives.

    It just came out on FOX news that the current head of the Secret Service was brought in from Pepsi where she had been in charge of protecting Quaker Oats, she has stated that her goal is to insure that more Black Females are brought into the Secret Service. She was a DEI hire and at least one of President Trumps protective detail seem to fit that description, last night I watched her struggle to get her pistol holstered in a Kydex holster, the top of the hard shell holster remains open and anyone with 5 to 10 minutes practice should be able to holster a piece without looking. Another reason to think the Secret Service has gone down is the fact that a roof top within spitting distance of President Trump was left unguarded, if they weren’t going to have someone on the roof why wasn’t one of the counter snipers watching the roof?

    Last night Dan Bongino said that his friends in the Secret Service have been telling him that the Trump Campaign and Detail have been asking for more people (several times) and were always turned down. A few weeks ago one of the Dem Senators filed a bill to strip President Trump of Secret Service protection, and the Biden administration has been refusing to provide Secret Service protection to Robert Kennedy Jr. when you connect the dots a very ugly picture starts to appear.

    I respectfully disagree. Any deer hunter would not have had a difficult time with that shot; besides he practically missed.

    • You got that right, at that range anyone with ordinary shooting skills, or a few hours of intense training would have no difficulty making the shot. Trump survived because he moved his head.

    Another Biden ally said it would reflect poorly on anyone in the Democratic Party who tried to call for a sitting president to step aside while he was in the midst of handling a crisis.

    “It’s likely the effort to dislodge Biden has ended. He’s not going to voluntarily step aside in this moment,” the second ally said. “Biden demonstrated he’s going to fight.”

      Remember, Biden is in fact using US F-16s and technology to actually ATTACK Russia. Fomenting a crippling civil war in the US would be an amazing play by Russia which would not escalate the military aspects of this conflict inUkraine but would greatly reduce US interests in foreign adventures.

      • I disagree. Putin wants to end this war along the lines of the Istanbul meeting. Trump alluded to this as being acceptable with a few changes. Zelensky does not want to see Trump elected.

        I’m following that war very closely. Russia sees everything from high up in the sky, drones also. The USA is in the process of conceiving a replacement for the outdated F16. Zelensky complains only a few are delivered, at times a few missiles while other times, no missiles.

        Russia wants sanctions and seizures lifted. Trump would agree to that.

        Meanwhile, China is building its economy and robots are king.

        Both are BRiCS and they certainly wouldn’t want to displease their member nations of which the high majority respect/favor Trump.

        • Sassy, I agree completely with what you said. “Trump 2024” appears everywhere on Russian social media. A big thumbs-up cue. You can even see it in comments on Dima’s YT channel. Prez Z is legitimate only to the likes of Lindsey Graham and Blackwater, et al. That’s it.

          Just two caveats:
          1) China is in terrible economic straits. They cover bad news with tough Dragon Talk. Their debt-to-GDP ratio is over 300% !!

          Their workforce is aging, pop is way below replacement level. Cheap labor is already moving elsewhere. They’re looking at the biggest demographic collapse since bubonic plague killed off 14th Europe.

          2) BRICS is less than it’s made to appear. Tune-in in a couple of decades, but the global economic recession will throw a spanner in the works.

          The unity projected as the “Global South” is an inflated info-op. English-language reports are masterful Russian propaganda, still the best in the world.. The only genuine harmonious relationship between members is that of Russia and India.

            China, well… nobody trusts China. And they are now reaping the fruits of their one-child policy (The one-child policy was a population planning initiative in China implemented between 1979 and 2015) coupled with an aging population. That’s why they are focusing on robots for manufacturing purposes.

    Speaking to Fox News following the attempted assassination Saturday of former President Donald Trump, Israeli Special Ops veteran Aaron Cohen may have said it best.

    “God must have been watching down on the president,” he said. “Snipers are typically trained to shoot into the cerebral cortex of the cerebellum at the top of the brain stem. It incapacitates you; it keeps your hands from moving… It’s about the distance of the shot. One hundred-thirty yards. That’s a putt. Anyone can put a two, two, three (.223), optic on a target from that distance and hit it. It’s not a difficult shot to make…”

    Thomas Matthew Crooks, 20, of Bethel Park, Pennsylvania, has been identified by law enforcement authoritiesas the attempted assassin. Since last evening, his home has been raided and already federal law enforcement and the media are doing a deep dive on who this misfit is, whose bullets grazed the president’s right ear, killed an innocent rally attendee and wounded two others, before Secret Service snipers took him out with a shot to the head.

    Crooks had apparently crawled on top of a manufacturing plant an estimated 130 yards away from where Trump was speaking, a situation that has many security experts baffled as to how a man with a rifle could have openly crawled atop a building, got in position to shoot, and fired four to five shots at a crowded presidential rally before security neutralized the threat.

    One self-described eyewitness interviewed by the BBC said he and his friends saw the man climb on top of the building, rifle visible, and tried to alert police who seemed “like they didn’t know what was going on” according to the man.

    “We could clearly see the rifle,” the unidentified man said. “I was like, why is Trump still speaking why have they not pulled him off the state, I’m standing there pointing at him for like two or three minutes, Secret Service is looking at us from on top of the barn. I’m pointing at that roof, just standing there like this, and next thing you know, five shots ring out.”

    He suggested Secret Service snipers may not have been able to see the shooter initially from the angle of the roof, but added, “Why is there not Secret Service on all of these roofs here? I mean this is not a big place.”

    That’s a question a lot of people are asking and some important people are going to be asking. Crime scene investigators were still on the ground in Butler, Pennsylvania, where the assassination attempt took place and already a congressional oversight committee was demanding a hearing with Secret Service Director Kimberly Cheatle.

    And already, conspiracy theories were flying on both sides of the political spectrum—left-leaning voices suggesting the assassination attempt was part of a right-wing plot to make Trump a hero, right-leaning voices alleging Biden had Trump’s security detail reduced to allow something like this to happen. None of the allegations have been founded in any way and for his part, President Joe Biden spoke with Trump in a conversation that was said to be one of concern and respect and then publicly decried the violence and said he was glad Trump was okay. World leaders were also quick to denounce the violence and wish Trump well.

    Trump, miraculously, turned his head as he spoke as one of the would-be assassin’s bullets grazed his head when it struck his hear. Trump seemed to swat at his head, note the blood on his hand and dropped to a squat as Secret Service agents swarmed him. Then, in what has already become the most iconic image in election season history, as agents whisked a bloodied Trump off stage, he raised his fist to the crowd and mouthed the words, “fight, fight.” The images captured of the moment have the U.S. flag waving in the background.

    Wall Street already says the incident has raised Trump’s chances of winning the presidency, while entrepreneurs on social media were quick to capitalize on the moment and were already selling t-shirts with the image on various platforms.
