President Trump “Guilty” of THIRTY FOUR CRIMINAL counts

Just in now

Alex Berenson:

In the least surprising verdict ever, 12 Manhattanites just found Donald Trump guilty

I thought they’d wait for Friday and wrap it up before the weekend, but apparently they couldn’t be bothered to come in tomorrow.

My piece from earlier today predicting a guilty verdict (and explaining why it won’t matter, except to further undermine confidence in the legal system) is here:

  1. We all knew this was coming, the crooked Judge hand picked the jury to get this verdict, the next move in the Kabuki dance is for an appeal to the State Appeals Court, this will be a lengthy process that won’t be near finished before the election. It will take an honest Federal Judge or panel of honest Federal Judges to reverse this planned verdict, it will be appealed to the Federal Supreme Court where it will be reversed.

Between now and when SCOTUS acts the Justices of the Supreme Court need good protective details to prevent radical left from vacating several seats to get a verdict they desire. We are also going to see a lot of violence by the radical left as they try to shift the Dems further left and force them to stop supporting Israel and allow Hamas to destroy Israel.

I don’t know how much of the violence that is coming will be from the Terrorists that have been crossing the Southern Border at will thanks to the policies of the Obiden regime. The radical left may have already started their terror campaign, the Youngstown explosion is touching off all sorts of warning bells.

More on all of the above when I have more info.

  2. Just heard the news down here in Mexico. We now have our first political prisoner. Whatever happened to our justice system that was once the greatest in the world? I worked in that system for almost 30 years. I don’t recognize it any more.

    • FAR FAR from the first,

US Alphabet agencies stacked up on the front lawns of Trump supporters and had them arrested and jailed, often very early in the morning, and with sympathetic, in other words, GOVERNMENT news services conveniently in waiting to broadcast the raids.

The US has had political prisoners since Obama at the least.

      • You are right, the big difference is that Trump has money enough to fight in court and Charisma enough to ensure that the alternative press will be able to get his story out. This is why I am predicting violence, they want to have things to take the attention away from Trump and the election. They won’t succeed, this guilty verdict has elected him President.

        • Yesterday, I checked out MSNBC Rachel Maddow on YouTube. The comments are so hateful, so much spite for Trump, it was sickening.
          TV is our worst enemy.

UPDATE: I composed this Wednesday evening and am going to simply post it now, as is, after the absurd verdict just reported out from the jury in New York. The “conviction” on misdemeanors attested to by Michael Cohen, of all unreliable witnesses, and that are past their statute of limitations toll, as well as a fake state “crime” that is also past the toll and can’t even be defined in the language of an actual statute, but instead is predicated on an implied federal campaign violation that the feds declined to call a violation – this is a vicious beclowning of the American judicial system. Pray for our country.

The jury is deliberating now in Trump’s New York trial over a series of alleged misdemeanors having to do with bookkeeping for campaign funding – a transparently absurd basis for prosecution, as the accusation is that Trump didn’t count hush-money payments as campaign donations – and a felony-to-be-named-later. The alleged felony, never articulated in the charging documents until just before the end of the prosecution and defense presentations, turned out to be a “scheme” to tamper with the election by not counting the hush-money payments as campaign donations.

The whole thing is farcical. The Federal Election Commission actually looked at the hush-money payments years ago and declined to do anything with them. The FEC didn’t find a crime in the Trump campaign’s choice to not count the hush-money payments as campaign donations.

  4. This verdict proves that Julian Assange would be in mortal danger if he is ever extradited to the US.
What disgusts me equally is that our judicial system here in the UK has kept him in a high security prison in solitary confinement for about 5 years. That is inhumane treatment that even the worst criminals aren’t subjected to.
The rule of law doesn’t exist in the West these days.

    • Up until one week ago, I was confined in one hospital room for 14.5 days. A major surgery followed by a severe complication that lasted two weeks. I wasn’t sick, the confinement was to avoid infections.

The room had only one window and the view was the side of a brick building and downtown skyscrapers. I refused to pay for Wifi TV and I have no mobile device.

Alone with my thoughts for 14.5 days. I wanted so bad to see and feel the sun. Freedom has no price.

    • No it doesn’t, the radical left has seized control of most of our governments and schools, it will be a long hard and nasty fight to restore the rights we are use to.

  5. As a form of protest, I suggest that New Yorkers who have ever falsified business records turn themselves in and submit to trial by their peers. I’m thinking of divorce cases where a husband or wife conspires to hids assets with the help of a another person. I’m also thinking of the cash payments that foodtrucks make to locals for protecting their parking spot. There are also the cash payments made to food inspectors prior to an unannounced visit. Lotsa cash, losta falsified records.

Who is going to take Ms Daniels to court for violating her non-disclosure agreement? Paying hush money is a stupid ass idea. I wonder if she kicked back part of it to someone.
