1. San Francisco sees the rise of the new Luddites. The use of the skateboard as a weapon could indicate ANTIFA though. And frankly its possible none of these people have heard of the original Luddites from England. But the current use of technology by aiuthoritarian governments has created an even more organic form of luddites in a sense. The people who took down some new form of surveailiance cameras in the UK last year was definitely one such group. But this is interesting. A few times on this site we have quipped: “The enemy of the Muslim is not the infidel. The enemy of the Muslim is the self-driving cab”.
One might almost consider this a safety feature, since assuming these are electric cars, they tend to self ignite unpredictably in people’s basement parking or garages, sometimes taking whole ferries or buildings down with them. At least this way you know where it is going to ignite and no one gets hurt. Sort of like a bomb disposal robot.
2. An interesting combination of dialectics. Fusing men with women, and the living with the dead. I’m certain we will see more of that. Perhaps in a way, that was an aspect of the dead people voting. A question of rights for the metabolically challenged.
