Most notably, Islam and its effects on Classical Civilization, and various forms of leftism from Soviet era communism, to postmodernism and all the flavours of galloping statism and totalitarianism such as Nazism and Fascism which are increasingly snuffing out the classical liberalism which created our near, miraculous civilization the West has been building since the time of Socrates.

This document was written around the time this site was created, for those who wish to understand what this site is about. And while our understanding of the world and events has grown since then, the basic ideas remain sound and true to the purpose.

So please post all links, thoughts and ideas that you feel will benefit the readers of this site to the comments under this post each day. And thank you all for your contributions.

  11. A bill allowing the government to deport relatives of convicted terrorists passes a preliminary reading 17-6 in the Knesset plenum.

    The bill, sponsored by MK Almog Cohen of the far-right Otzma Yehudit party, allows the interior minister to order the deportation of family members who either had advance knowledge of a planned attack or subsequently expressed their support for their relative’s actions.

    “The only concern of suicide terrorists is what would happen to their families after the attack,” the bill’s explanatory notes read, asserting that “deporting the families of the terrorists will save the lives of Israeli citizens.”

  14. A San Francisco Bay-area elementary school was trained by an organization called “Woke Kindergarten,” whose leader wants to see America and Israel destroyed as countries, according to posts on social media.

    According to the website, the head of the organization is “Akiea ‘Ki’ Gross (they/them)” who “is an abolitionist early educator, cultural organizer and creator currently innovating ways to resist, heal, liberate and create with their pedagogy, Woke Kindergarten.”

    “I believe the United States has no right to exist. I believe every settler colony who has committed genocide against native peoples, against Indigenous people, has no right to exist,” Gross said in a recent Instagram post. “Y’all the demons. Y’all are the villains. We’ve been trying to end y’all. Get free of y’all.”

    Canceled Hollywood star Gina Carano, the actress known for her role in the Disney+ Star Wars show, “The Mandalorian,” has filed a lawsuit against The Walt Disney Co. and Lucasfilm.

    The lawsuit, lodged in federal court in California this Tuesday, alleges that Carano was unjustly dismissed from her role as the rebel warrior Cara Dune due to her expression of right-wing opinions on social media platforms.

    “A short time ago in a galaxy not so far away, Defendants made it clear that only one orthodoxy in thought, speech, or action was acceptable in their empire, and that those who dared to question or failed to fully comply would not be tolerated,” the lawsuit says. “And so it was with Carano.”

    Carano is seeking justice through a court mandate for either reinstatement in the series or compensation amounting to at least $75,000. The actress claims the firing has not only caused her emotional turmoil but also resulted in the loss of millions in potential income.

  16. Two blasts took place near electoral candidates’ offices in Pakistan’s southwestern province of Balochistan, local officials said on Wednesday, killing 22 people and raising concerns over security in the lead-up to Thursday’s polls.

    Pakistan goes to the polls amid rising militant attacks in recent months and the jailing of Imran Khan, the winner of the last national election, who has been dominating the headlines despite an economic crisis and other woes threatening the nuclear-armed country.

    In an unexpected twist to the Biden regime’s environmental policy, affluent areas, including Martha’s Vineyard, Montauk, and parts of Nantucket, have been designated as “low-income” communities, making them eligible for federal tax credits for electric vehicle (EV) charger installations, Daily Caller reported.

    As part of its efforts to encourage the adoption of EVs, the administration has extended a subsidy program, which was initially targeted at increasing access to EV chargers in underserved communities.

    The White House recently announced the initiative, promising “up to 30% off the cost of the charger to individuals and businesses in low-income communities and non-urban areas.”

    “The Department of Treasury and the Department of Energy are releasing intended definitions for eligible census tracts that will confirm that the Inflation Reduction Act’s 30C EV charging tax credit is available to approximately two-thirds of Americans. This tax credit provides up to 30% off the cost of the charger to individuals and businesses in low-income communities and non-urban areas, making it more affordable to install EV charging infrastructure and increasing access to EV charging in underserved communities,” the White House announced last month.

    In today’s academic environment, there often seems a race to racialize common practices or terminology. Publications clamor for such articles and discovering another hidden racist element in society can bring academic accolades. However, others have already staked out many such areas such as mathematics, astrophysics, statistics, meritocracy, climate change, dieting, tipping, skiing, chess, and organized pantries. Most recently, the American Psychological Association declared that merit-based hiring may be racist. However, University of Pittsburgh sociology professor Mark Paterson has raised the alarm over robotic racism due to the fact that many robots are white.Dr. Paterson teaches in the College of General Studies (CGS), Gender, Sexuality and Women’s Studies (GSWS), Urban Studies, and Center for Bioethics and Health Law.In The Conversation, Paterson noted the rise in “socially assistive robotics” and the dominance of robots with white “skin” made of “shiny white plastic.” As a result, he frets that black children (particularly those requiring assistance) “could end up interacting with white robots.”It is all part of the “poverty of the engineered imaginary”:

    4 coaches, 2 players, 1 referee.

    All 7 deaths appear to be cardiac related and unexpected, and three deaths occurred on the basketball Court.

    If even one of these deaths is due to COVID-19 mRNA Vaccine Induced Cardiac Injury such as myocarditis (which we know occurs as often as 1 in 30 vaccinations), that’s one death far too many.

    We URGENTLY need cardiac screening for every COVID-19 mRNA Vaccinated person involved in athletics in any way (players, coaches, referees)

    A recent story from America’s largest outdoor shooting range shows us not only the futility of gun control, but also that the whole “ITS THE GUNS ITS THE GUNS ITS THE GUNS” argument doesn’t hold any water. Why? Because Chicago is far from the only place where this is happening.

    Let’s start with what’s going on in Chicago these days:

    In short, Glock switches are showing up everywhere. But, instead of having to risk buying them from the feds or from Wish, the gangs are now using 3D printers and other parts to build them. So, now, instead of indiscriminate fire from idiots who don’t use sights and need their other hand to keep their pants up, the volume has gone up while there’s even less control.

    The local media and the feds they interview for this assume from the get go that the audience will blame the guns for it all. The availability of switches, like the availability of the guns themselves, is assumed to be the problem that needs to be solved.

    But, there’s one big problem: Chicago isn’t the only place where 3D-printed guns and gun parts are popping up.

    It doesn’t take a major gun nerd with decades of computer and design skills to build firearms at home from unregulated parts now. You also don’t need big bucks from a job that required years of experience. Even an 18-year-old girl from Belgium got in on the action, and managed to get herself caught. So, if she could do it, it’s likely that almost anybody can do it if they have a little bit of spare time and a few hundred spare bucks (or Euros).

    If just about anybody can do it, this means that there must be hundreds or even thousands of other people in Belgium building guns.

    But, hey, some parts can come from nearby Germany, so maybe we need an island with strict gun control to compare this to.

    Nope, they’re popping up there, too. And again a month ago.

    But, hey, Taiwan is too democratic and respects too many other rights to keep this from happening. Maybe what we really need is a military dictatorship. That’ll stop all guns from being built, right?

    Oh, wait, no. That doesn’t stop guns from being made in 2024. So, there is no amount of government control that can stop this. You can’t stop the signal, Mal.
    Where’s The Global Wave Of Mass Shootings?

    But, if the “ITS THE GUNS” theory was true, where are all of the mass shootings? After all, the shootings are driven by the “easy availability of guns”, so now that this happens globally, there should be a new Uvalde shooting in every country practically every month, right?

    But, we’re not seeing Chicago-style gang violence in Belgium. We’re not seeing elementary schools being shot up in Chiayi. Even in Myanmar/Burma where there’s a war going on, we’re not seeing any of the rebels take their new guns to go shoot up a shopping mall.

    So, we have to ask ourselves why these other places that now have readily available guns aren’t seeing mass shootings and major gang violence.

    The answer isn’t good for the United States. While we’d like to think of ourselves as the best people in the world sometimes, we obviously have some much deeper problems that need to be resolved. People in the U.S. join gangs and shoot at each other in the streets over drugs and stolen property when they get guns in Chicago. People in random places, big and small, sometimes go out and murder school children when people who get guns in other countries don’t do that.

    So, we’d better get the big political parties to agree that guns are not the problem and start looking for ways to tackle the real problems that drive this violence in the United States.

      Oh, sure they do.
      Ethiopia and Haiti, for example, have catastrophic gang violence. Right now. Yes, the most efficient weapon is a gun. Sometimes they use explosives, sometimes fire.

      People there most certainly murder anybody and everybody – including school children.

          But he’s making an inversion that seems to trash Americans. It’s best to avoid generalizations that would be circled in red in a high school essay.

          “Gun Violence” – hah! – is becoming a thing in enriched parts of Europe too. That is, like in the USA, unless the shooter is a farrr-rrright, white Christian male. Then it’s the individual AND his whole tribe.

  23. Without Mass Deportations, America’s Demographics Shift Will Result In Radical Politics

    Democrats understand that the short-term backlash for our open borders is just the cost for a long-term payoff in maintaining power.

    The much-anticipated Senate border bill unveiled this week is another example of the destructive and unserious people who lead this nation. President Biden and Democrats are now blaming Republicans for failing to pass the bill, but the reality is that for the “open borders” Democrat Party, everything is going according to plan.

    The Democrat Party is well on its way to fundamentally changing America’s demographics, all to secure what they believe will eventually become an unbeatable coalition of new voters. To understand the progress they’ve made, consider that in 2018, research conducted at MIT and Yale determined that the most accurate population estimate of illegal aliens residing in the U.S. was 22.1 million. Given the staggering surge of illegal aliens under the Biden administration, that estimate would now be in the range of 30-plus million. To put that into perspective, if we created a 51st state comprised entirely of illegal aliens, its population would be larger than every state except California, and it would be 77 percent of the entire population of Canada.

    Former top Baltimore prosecutor Marilyn Mosby was found guilty on Tuesday on one count of mortgage fraud.

    Mosby, who previously served two terms as the State’s Attorney for Baltimore, was found guilty of mortgage fraud after testifying that she made false statements on loan applications in order to buy two vacation homes in Florida.

    In November, Mosby was found guilty of two federal counts of perjury after falsely claiming she had financial hardship during the COVID-19 pandemic in order to access funds from the city’s retirement fund.

    Mosby has yet to be sentenced in either case.

    The former Baltimore prosecutor made national headlines in 2020 after she called President Trump a “Clown” and threatened to arrest any federal agents sent by the Trump administration attempting to quell the BLM riots in Baltimore.

    Her story was dramatized in the movie “Soul Surfer,” and she is the author of several inspiring books.

    But for the sin of speaking out against men in women’s sports, transactivists cruelly mocked Hamilton at a recent appearance.

    In 2023, Hamilton spoke out against the World Surf League, allowing ‘male-bodied’ individuals, transgender women, to compete against women in professional surfing and vowed to refrain from competing in or supporting the World Surf League if this rule remains.

  30. Open Border Allows Chinese Special Operators to Infiltrate America

    Across the open Southern Border, a mass of humanity is flooding America. The new phenomenon is large groups of Chinese Nationals. Even legacy media is now acknowledging the Chinese invasion across the Southern Border. They land in Ecuador by air from China, then move on bus, foot through the Darian Gap in Panama, and back onto buses after a quick stay at Department of Homeland Security Camps in Panama. 5,000 a day total migrants, equating to more than 100 buses northbound daily.

    Some are fleeing the Chinese Communist Party, some are escaping the collapsing economy, but some are very different. Watch for the younger-ish males with good teeth, flat stomachs, military haircuts, and the avoidance of eye contact. Those are the initial discriminators that begin to indicate a military connection. Teeth? Yes, one of the major reasons for non-deploy-ability of U.S. soldiers is dental issues. China mimics everything American Military, and that likely includes deployment standards. Michael Yon, former Special Forces Operator has documented the Chinese invasion at length. I spent some time with him and Ann Vandersteel and others documenting this in Panama.

    Where do these incoming Chinese Special Operators trace to? Most likely, it is the mundane-sounding Strategic Support Force (SSF). This is the Chinese equivalent of Special Operations Command, only much bigger, much more unconstrained by the Constitutional rule of law and that kind of silliness. Distributing a mass, lethal pesticide such as Fentanyl and up-gunned cannabis as an attractant that kills 10,000 a month is easy without these moral and legal guardrails. It’s all in a day’s job for the men and women of the PLA SSF.

    They are gravitating toward Bio Labs, Fentanyl, Gun Ranges, and Cannabis Operations

    Where are they going? A few stay in Panama to build the capacity and capability of traditional Chinese enclaves, and take them over. Most continue north. Some stay in Mexico to oversee the production and distribution of Fentanyl, as an April 2023 Department of Justice indictment shows. Once in the U.S., there is definitely an interest in gun ranges and tactical training of some of these Chinese nationals, training that is hard to get in China. Like many other things, this training is likely duplicated back in China once enough is learned about the training. Some actually obtain citizenship and then penetrate U.S. Government Departments and Agencies.

    In Reedleyville, California, we now have a dangerous bio-lab run by illegal Chinese Nationals. Not too far away is Lemoore Naval Air Station, where all the West Coast Navy Fighter-Attack Squadrons are located. It would be awful to have all the crews infected with a bioweapon. The Chinese have also muscled in on “legal” Cannabis operations. Any high cash operation is a wonderful opportunity for skimming off the proceeds and paying the latest street agitators. Or incidents of Chinese on Chinese violence can be dismissed away in Las Vegas Sniper Investigation style as “workplace” violence like a recent event in California. Academic disagreements are also another scenario.

    Intimidation, coercion, and threats of rendition back to China are becoming common, as a Department of Justice indictment revealed in 2022. In 2023, the Chinese Special Operators doubled down and were exposed for running a broad intimidation campaign. Forty were indicted this time. Some of them might not be in America, but when their names are exposed, a funny thing happens to them in China. They go missing. Chinese “Police Stations” are foundational for the SSF-overseen Special Operator program inside of America.

    In the absence of Federal Action, State level action to detain and intern the worst of the worst

    In the stages of insurgency, the question is, are these Chinese Special Operators now transitioning from individuals and small groups into larger organized units? Once organized, could these units be used to foment violence and carry out attacks on a larger scale when directed to? I would say it is likely and probable. What should be done about it? In a functional model of American Federal Governance what should happen is that a working group at the White House would be spun up to determine roles and missions of the different Departments and Agencies. A determination is then made on a “Lead Federal Official” by name and then all other Departments and Agencies become supporting units to that lead.

    That’s the way it should work and exactly what the Biden Team should be doing. It’s not clear in public that this is happening, so what should be done? Two things. First – the House should force action and has been discussing an Authorization to use Military Force (AUMF) against the Chinese-led Cartels in Mexico. There is now law to start assembling the U.S. Government on this topic. This AUMF should be front and center, along with closing the Southern Border and impeaching Department of Homeland Security Secretary Mayorkas. Another action is for States and Counties, including Constitutional Sheriffs, to start exercising their Constitutional authorities, which is also happening with the developing border situation with Texas. It may take States and Counties to lead by example on a few micro-applications of Constitutional authority.

    China replaces head of securities regulator amid market turmoil

    Removal comes as investors scramble to cut losses

    BEIJING (Reuters) — China has replaced the head of its securities regulator, the official Xinhua news agency said on Wednesday, as policymakers struggle to stabilize the country’s main stock indexes after a plunge to five-year lows.

    The cabinet removed Yi Huiman as chairman of the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC), replacing him with Wu Qing, a veteran securities regulator who had led the Shanghai Stock Exchange and served as a key deputy in Shanghai’s municipal government, Xinhua said.

    Yi’s removal comes as Chinese markets are on a knife-edge as institutional and retail investors scramble to cut their losses, with the sputtering economy and a lack of forceful government stimulus measures weighing heavily on confidence.

    Numerous market-focused support moves such as restrictions on short-selling or reductions in trading duties have failed to staunch the selloff, as have a number of government statements promising support but lacking details.

    “As a knee-jerk reaction, I can see how this would be viewed as positive. But in addressing the well understood issues of the Chinese economy, it doesn’t address anything at all,” said Tim Graf, the head of EMEA macro strategy at State Street.

    The FTSE China A50 Index Futures edged up after the announcement, with a gain of 0.2%. Hong Kong’s Hang Seng futures were little changed on Wednesday evening.

    Foreign investors sold a net 18.2 billion yuan ($2.5 billion) in Chinese equities last month to notch a sixth straight month of outflows, and the central bank has been persistently supporting the yuan currency.

    World stocks went up 20% last year, gold rose 13% and bitcoin 155%. China’s blue-chip CSI300 fell 11% and collapsed to a five-year low in recent sessions.

    Fresh vows of support by state-linked buyers and a Bloomberg report that President Xi Jinping would meet market regulators drove a sharp rally on Wednesday, but the mood remains fragile and investors skeptical.
