Earlier in the day, a crooked New York City court slapped President Trump with an $83 million judgment for speaking out against the disgusting lies of a crazed woman who said he lured her into a Bergdorf Goodman store some 25 or maybe 30 years ago and raped her in a dressing room where they were trying on lingerie. The entire story lacks credulity and is like something from a Law and Order sketch.
on Friday the crooked court ordered President Trump to pay E. Jean Carroll $83 million for something he said about this crazy woman back when he was president in 2019. This case also changes law in the US and puts any President in jeopardy of being sued by a US citizen for something they said during their time as president.

DC Police Arrest 9 and 13-Year-Old Children for Attempting to Rob a Woman at Knifepoint in the Middle of the Night

Two children, aged 9 and 13, have been arrested in Washington, DC, after attempting to rob a woman at knifepoint.
The Metropolitan Police Department said the incident occurred Friday, January 26, 2024, at approximately 12:40 a.m.
The suspects have not been publicly named, likely due to their ages.
According to a press release from the department, one of the suspects assaulted the victim and attempted to grab her purse.
The victim, who also has not been publicly named, pepper-sprayed one of the suspects to try and ward them off.

Texas Governor Greg Abbott spoke with Tucker Carlson on Friday, telling him that he’s going to “do as much as possible to put up more border barriers and deny illegal entry,” and that “our head is down we are working regardless of what the Biden Administration is doing.”
Abbott told Carlson that he’s “prepared” in the event that Biden tries to take over the Texas National Guard.
“That would be a boneheaded move on his part, a total disaster,” he said. “We are prepared, in the event that that unlikely event does occur.”
“We do have other armed state employees on the border as we speak right this minute, and that’s the Texas Department of Public Safety, as well as other law enforcement officers, as well as national Guard from other states. And you can be assured there will be more national Guard from other states and more law enforcement officers within the state of Texas and other states.”

Ten retired FBI officials and experts in counterintelligence sent a letter to Congressional leaders warning that the Biden administration’s policies have facilitated a “soft invasion” of military-age men into the United States from terror-linked areas of the world.
The letter, written on Jan. 17, before Texas Gov. Greg Abbott invoked the invasion clause of the US Constitution, suggests that a terrorist attack is likely imminent.
“The threat we call out today is new and unfamiliar. In its modern history the U.S. has never suffered an invasion of the homeland, and, yet, one is unfolding now,” the letter reads.
“Military age men from across the globe, many from countries or regions not friendly to the United States, are landing in waves on our soil by the thousands – not by splashing ashore from a ship or parachuting from a plane bur rather by foot across a border that has been accurately advertised around the world as largely unprotected with ready access granted.”
“It would be difficult to overstate the danger represented by the presence inside our borders of what is comparatively a multi division army of young single adult males from hostile nations and regions whose background, intent, or allegiance is completely unknown. They include individuals encountered by border officials and then possibly released into the country, along with the shockingly high estimate of ‘gotaways,’ meaning those who have entered and evaded apprehension,” the letter continues.
Sen. Ron Johnson (R-WI) called the letter “sobering.”
Earlier this week, Abbott invoked Texas’ right to self-defense, deeming the migrant crisis an ‘invasion.’ In response, a coalition of 25 Republican governors have signed a letter in support of the Texas resistance.
Meanwhile, TX Attorney General Ken Paxton posted a meme on X which reads “COME AND TAKE IT.”
Of the more than 10 million illegal border crossers who have entered the US since Biden took office, more than 1.7 million are “gotaways” – those who have illegally entered and evaded capture since Biden has been in office. The majority of these are reportedly military age men.
“In light of such a daunting, unprecedented penetration by uninvited foreign actors, it is reasonable to assert that the country possesses dramatically diminished national security at this time. The nation’s military and laws and other natural protective barriers that have provided traditional security in the past have been thoroughly circumvented over the past three years,” the former FBI officials wrote.
The letter calls on Congress to secure the border “against these young men and those already here illegally must be identified and removed without delay.”

Our First Gun

It’s a .38 Special revolver. Up until one month ago, I had scant idea what such a gun looked like or could do. My husband eventually made the decision to get a gun, which surprised me a little as he is a very peaceable man. Yet, he is a lover of the U.S. Constitution: peaceable, but no fool. This week is our 30th anniversary. For our anniversary present, we bought the gun together.
We have talked about buying a gun over the past few years. We live in the South in a semi-rural area bordering the Gulf of Mexico. Traditionally, gun ownership is considered mostly normal here. It is by and large a quiet, working-class, family area, and nobody thinks of gun ownership as a threat to anyone but to those with evil intent.
However, the current reasons that many, many more are buying guns are not the past’s ‘regular’ reasons; nor were our own reasons, this week, in any way ‘regular.’ It was a scary decision, but we are not interested in being shot, molested, raped, or carted off from our home. We would rather take a stand for ourselves, for our lives. Our reluctance to submit to the growing tyranny in the United States has reached, if not our doorstep yet, a place in the core of our hearts. This is happening everywhere, to all sorts.
Isn’t it interesting how much firepower the FBI commands, and how they regularly and with impunity break down the doors of the common people now? Isn’t it curious how Joe Biden makes such a big noise about guns, but lives, travels, and sleeps in fortresses of one sort or another — stationary or mobile?
Biden is not interested in everyday people who need to buy guns for ‘personal protection’– not because they are terrorists (he is okay with that — look at the border), criminals (ditto), or whacked out on prescribed psychiatric drugs. Rather, we everyday folks are small to Biden, and he just doesn’t give a damn about us. I won’t cite chapter and verse of his arrogance in the face of serial human tragedies on his watch, as President, because we have all seen and heard enough of that. Joe Biden is not afraid because he has been successfully involved in criminal enterprises throughout his adult life in politics and has not been touched, not by a feather, in reprimand or justice.
The rest of us have been, and are, affected daily by human tragedy; we are in fact living it. We are surrounded by the depressing vestiges of safety, liberty, and abundance enjoyed only a few years ago. We are not walking outside alone as much, getting out as much, or having much public communion. Biden’s first term seems like forever, and it just gets worse day by day.
Almost every gun tragedy in the U.S. in recent memory has been the historical and current responsibility of liberal, Democratic policies. Almost every shooter has been accused of White supremacy by the lying media. Although that narrative has been debunked, time and time again, it is not loudly, ever, corrected in the media. The majority of deaths by gun occur in Black, subsidized neighborhoods, and most of those killings are Black on Black. The sequential fiascoes in Missouri, Virginia, Illinois, D.C., and New York (to name a few state venues) — of laying shooting blame — whether ‘mass’ or individual–on gun rights and/or White supremacy, is an utter, factually proven sham. Communities across the country have been terminally wrecked by the long-term federal ‘presence’ (read: ‘takeover’) subsequent to these shooting events. It is sometimes difficult to distinguish the real gun event from the choreographed.
Joe Biden and his leftist army have got nothing on guns, so they blame everything on race, or on U.S. citizens who have no interest in destroying their own country — Biden’s doing that job himself.
Guns have nothing to do with ‘race.’ Even ‘race,’ now, has nothing to do with race. We are a united, free people, and the Left hates that. They want it all for themselves; haven’t we noticed the common themes of greed, of control?
Americans — Black, White, brown, whatever — have taken note of the hellhole that the Left, led by Obama and Biden, has brought down on us. Patriotic American people are in this together and we’re drawing our own conclusions. Old and young, men and women. And, yes, we are buying more guns.

“A grand jury has indicted Alec Baldwin on an involuntary manslaughter charge in the deadly shooting of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins on the New Mexico set of ‘Rust,’” ABC News reported Friday. “The indictment charges Baldwin, 65, with involuntary manslaughter (negligent use of a firearm) or, in the alternative, involuntary manslaughter (without due caution or circumspection), both fourth-degree felonies.”
X reactions were unsurprisingly celebratory, with an assortment of sentiments expressed from “Karma,” to “It couldn’t happen to a nicer guy,” to what’s become something of a meme:
“I stand behind Alec Baldwin because I wouldn’t want to stand in front of him.”
While irreverence and dark humor is not unexpected for anyone charged with negligently taking a life, there’s a heightened sense of schadenfreude when the target of scorn is a Hollywood celebrity in general and Alec Baldwin in particular, especially among gun owners. And that’s no doubt because of the prevalent entitlement and hypocrisy of an industry that makes billions glorifying phony “action heroes” saving the damsel, the day or the world with guns that then turns around and uses its massive privilege and platform to propagandize for citizen disarmament and promote gun-grabbing Democrat politicians.
Baldwin, through word and deed, has made himself the poster boy for “the enginer Hoist with his own petard,” which as fittingly noted in the quote, “‘tis sport.” He’s earned the ridicule and contempt being sent his way through years of acting like an obnoxious hothead and being a doctrinaire Democrat stooge. Some examples, in no particular order, include:
He compared Joe Biden to “the Democratic Ronald Reagan” (which, in fairness, wasn’t totally off base).

“One storm after another,” he declared, joining other Hollywood elites to demand citizen disarmament in the post-Newtown celebrity blood dance. “#GunControlNow.”
He joined “A coalition of celebrities, activists and policy experts,” including surprisingly famous unfunny comedienne Amy Schumer “to launch NoRA, an initiative hoping to curb the NRA’s influence.”
Noting his hostility to the means of self-defense, he threatened to assault a reporter (understandable enough) using “homophobic” slurs that would get a “conservative” actor canceled for life:
“[I’d] put my foot up your f—ing ass, George Stark, but I’m sure you’d dig it too much,” the actor tweeted shortly after the Daily Mail’s article was published. “I’m gonna find you George Stark, you toxic little queen, and I’m gonna f–k you … up.”
If a prominent Second Amendment advocate had tweeted that, he’d have been booted off the platform and reported to law enforcement. As an aside, it’s interesting how people who seemingly can’t – or won’t – control themselves are so insistent on controlling everyone else.
He campaigned for anti-gun Democrats in Virginia.
He shared a post calling for UK-style gun bans.
“The Second Amendment is not a moral credit card that buys you all the guns you want,” he tweeted in 2018. “That law needs to be rethought.”
With a history of personal nastiness combined with repeated demands to lay claim to the rights of his countrymen, it’s natural that the targets of Baldwin’s obsession would see the humor in his becoming victim of his own hubris. The only ones who don’t appreciate the irony are his fellow gun-grabbers. That was best illustrated by the perennially subversive Los Angeles Times in a 2021 hissy fit by resident snark dispenser Robin Abcarian, who advised anyone witless enough to turn to her for opinions, “Don’t expect the gun-drunk conservatives mocking Alec Baldwin to feel shame. They have none.”
That’s “progressive” entitlement. They can call names and fixate on gun owner endowments, but the minute people they want to disarm (who know better than to point a gun at someone and pull the trigger) beat them at their own ridicule game, they howl with affected indignation and call it “slimy and predictable.”

UK Home Office Shows Us the Ghost of Gun Control Yet to Come

In our current debate around gun control and the Second Amendment, those who support regulation often say they don’t want to take our guns away from us. On the contrary, they just want what they call some “commonsense” regulations.

We on this side of the debate see how that will go in the long term.
It starts with, say, background checks on gun sales, then morphs into red flag laws and assault weapon bans, then into more and more restrictions until, in time, the firearms are essentially gone. No one can have them without so many regulations that they might as well be totally banned.
Some will argue that this will make crime disappear, though we call those people idiots. Gun control won’t stop guns coming up through our borders anymore than drug laws have prevented cocaine and meth from coming up from Mexico.
But even if it did stop guns somehow, it won’t stop violent crime.
In fact, a post from the UK Home Office, which is in charge of things like immigration and security, makes it pretty clear that gun control doesn’t solve violent crime.

Now, “zombie-style machetes” sounds like a made-up term that lacks anything coherent behind it, kind of like “assault weapon” really.
And, in fact, the parallels to “assault weapons” don’t end there. It also seems there’s a set of “evil features” that makes a bladed weapon a “zombie knife.”
The Home Office explains that after 2016 “some retailers continued to sell these kinds of weapons but evaded breaking the law by removing the threatening wording on the blade or handle that incites violence”.
But the new law will mean that blades without images or words will also be recognised as zombie knives if they have other key features, such as a cutting or serrated edge.
Of course, what they mean by a “cutting” edge may be a mystery, since that’s kind of a defining characteristic of, you know, knives.
But let’s remember that the UK didn’t start out like this.
While they may never have been as free with regard to firearms as we were, a lot of people still had them and owned them lawfully. A single instant of someone misusing a firearm triggered a wave of legislation that not only hasn’t stopped mass shootings or so-called gun crime, but also pushed more and more people to use knives instead.

The difference, however, is that a good guy can use a gun to defend themselves and it not matter who’s bigger, stronger, or any of that. Guns are equalizers. Knives, however, aren’t.
Knives will always favor not just those who know how to use them but also favors the bigger and stronger among us.
Gun control didn’t stop the criminals in the UK, it ultimately gave them a more favorable outcome.
Meanwhile, now they’re cracking down on knives because gun control required them to focus on the weapon rather than the individual. They focused on the tool, not the tool using it, and as a result, the tool used changed. The tool using it really hasn’t though.

A trucker convoy of “patriots” is heading to the U.S. border with Mexico next week, as the standoff between Texas and the federal government intensifies.
The organizers of the “Take Our Border Back” convoy have called themselves “God’s army” and say they’re on a mission to stand up against the “globalists” who they claim are conspiring to keep U.S. borders open and destroy the country.

Trump Takes the Gloves Off, Seeks to Disqualify Fani Willis From RICO Case in Blistering Court Filing

President Trump is now seeking to disqualify Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis from the Georgia RICO case.
Trump joined his co-defendant Michael Roman’s effort to disqualify Fani Willis over her illicit affair with a top prosecutor she hired and financially benefitted from.
As previously reported, Fani Willis had an ‘improper’ romantic relationship with Nathan Wade, a top Trump prosecutor in her office.
According to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Fani Willis “financially benefited” from a romantic relationship with Nathan Wade, a top prosecutor she hired to go after President Trump.
The motion was filed in the Superior Court of Fulton County on behalf of defendant Michael Roman, a former Trump campaign official who was hit with counts 1, 9, 11, 13, 15, 17, 19 in Fani Willis’ RICO case.
The motion seeks to have the charges against Michael Roman dismissed and for Fani Willis, Nathan Wade and everyone in the DA’s office to be disqualified from the RICO case against Trump.
The filing claims Nathan Wade, the special prosecutor hired to go after Trump, paid for luxury vacations he took with Fani Willis to Napa Valley and a cruise in the Caribbean – and used money from Fulton County to pay for their out-of-town escapades.
“County records show that Wade, who has played a prominent role in the election interference case, has been paid nearly $654,000 in legal fees since January 2022. The DA authorizes his compensation.” the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported.
Nathan Wade’s Capital One credit card statements provided by his estranged wife Jocelyn Wade were documented in the court filing reviewed by The Gateway Pundit.
Nathan Wade spent money on Fani Willis by buying her flowers, and paying for hotels, air travel, a cruise, and Ubers.
The bank statements prove Nathan Wade bought Fani Willis flights to Miami and San Francisco.
Trump joined Michael Roman’s effort to disqualify Fani Willis from the RICO case in a 6-page court filing reviewed by The Gateway Pundit.
Trump’s attorneys accused Fani Willis of violating Georgia’s ethics rules by publicly accusing the defendants in the RICO case of racism after they called out her illicit affair.
Last week Fani Willis bizarrely defended her improper relationship with Nathan Wade when she addressed churchgoers at Big Bethel AME.
Willis played the race card as she defended her relationship with Nathan Wade.

Trump’s attorneys said the maximum punishment for violating Georgia’s ethics rules in disbarment.

“Specifically, the DA’s extrajudicial comments set out in footnote 1 constitute a glaring, flagrant, and calculated effort to foment racial bias into this case by publicly denouncing the defendants for somehow daring to question her decision to hire a Black man (without also mentioning that she is alleged to have had a workplace affair with the same man) to be a special prosecutor. These assertions by the DA engender a great likelihood of substantial prejudice towards the defendants in the eyes of the public in general, and prospective jurors in Fulton County in particular. Moreover, the DA’s self-serving comments came with the added, sought after, benefit of garnering racially based sympathy for her self-inflicted quagmire. That being so, the DA’s comments directly ran afoul of Georgia Rules of Professional Conduct, Rule 3.8 Special Responsibilities of a Prosecutor, subsection (g): The prosecutor in a criminal case shall “… refrain from making extrajudicial comments that have a substantial likelihood of heightening public condemnation of the accused.”2 The maximum penalty for a violation of Rule 3.8 is disbarment.” Trump’s lawyers wrote in the court filing.

There will be a hearing as early as February to look into Fani Willis’ relationship with Nathan Wade.
