1. Leftists Call for Killing of Right-Wing Voters at ‘Anti-Extremism’ Protest in Germany
Left-wing protesters in Germany called for supporters of the populist Alternative for Germany (AfD) party to be killed during a rally against political extremism.
Amid nationwide protests over the weekend, in which organisers claimed over a million people rallied against the right-wing AfD party, it was ironically the left which seemingly exposed itself as harbouring extremists.
A report from the left-liberal Aachener Zeitung newspaperon Sunday hailed the local demonstration in the North Rhine-Westphalian city of Aachen against the AfD, which it claimed saw around 10,000 people attend.
The celebratory article, headlined: “Aachen mobilises against right-wing hate” featured a lead image of the report showed protesters holding a banner reading “Afdler Toten”, which has been translated to “Kill AfD supporters”. The image also showed masked protesters dressed in the familiar black bloc uniform waving the flag of the radical leftist Antifa group.

The Economist: Could Mark Carney lead Canada?
The eyes of every diner seem to follow Mark Carney, the dapper two-time former central-bank governor, as he bounds into a busy Sri Lankan restaurant in Ottawa, the capital of Canada. He sits down at the table with a smile, which vanishes when he realises he will be asked what he calls “that awful question”: will he run to be the country’s next prime minister?
Canada must hold a general election within the next two years. Justin Trudeau, the prime minister since 2015, is unpopular and leads a minority government. A recent poll by Ipsos suggested that fully 72% of Canadians feel that Mr Trudeau should step down as the leader of the Liberal Party before the vote. Mr Carney is among a handful of potential candidates to replace him, including Chrystia Freeland, the current finance minister, and Mélanie Joly,..
The rest is behind a paywall. But it wouldn’t stretch the imagination anymore to see the Liberals appoint Carney to a cabinet position, probably finance since its weird that Freeland is Deputy PM, Finance Minister AND on the Board of Directors of the WEF. Once he has a position like that, it would be easy to get low information voters to mark an X for him, At least ones who haven’t read this article on his book from the National Post.
As an aside, “Man of destiny” has a pretty specific meaning in commuism and it isn’t a good one from the point of view of the millions killed by the people who manage to get that title.
Governor Greg Abbott today issued a statement on Texas’ constitutional right to defend and protect itself as President Joe Biden continues to attack Texas and refuse to perform his duties to secure the border.
“The Executive Branch of the United States has a constitutional duty to enforce federal laws protecting States, including immigration laws on the books right now,” reads the statement. “President Biden has instructed his agencies to ignore federal statutes that mandate the detention of illegal immigrants. The failure of the Biden Administration to fulfill the duties imposed by Article IV, § 4 has triggered Article I, § 10, Clause 3, which reserves to this State the right of self-defense. For these reasons, I have already declared an invasion under Article I, § 10, Clause 3 to invoke Texas’s constitutional authority to defend and protect itself. That authority is the supreme law of the land and supersedes any federal statutes to the contrary.” [Full statement pdf HERE]

Not having read it all yet, it looks like the United State of Texas is actually going to fight back against the disunited Communist Alliance of the Rest of the SA.
