The abortion statistics for 2023 are in, and they make for grim reading.
The Christian Post reported that abortion was the leading cause of death worldwide in 2023, topping infectious diseases and cancer.
Approximately 44.6 million babies were murdered in the womb over the course of 2023, marking the fifth consecutive year in which abortion was the world’s leading cause of death.
Other significant causes of death included infectious diseases (12.9 million), cancer (8.2 million), smoking (4.9 million), alcohol abuse (2.4 million), HIV and AIDS (1.6 million), traffic accidents (1.3 million) and suicide (over 1 million).

Old James Bond Movies Slapped With Trigger Warning Because Society Is Very Dumb

The James Bond film franchise is one of the entertainment industry’s longest lasting and most valuable properties.
The combination of the always enjoyable spy genre, globe-trotting, male wish fulfillment and style made them dominant box office performers and timeless properties. Well, they used to be timeless, before puritanical progressives took over Hollywood.
The British Film Institute (BFI) is set to release a retrospective on composer John Barry, who was a frequent contributor to the James Bond franchise. BFI’s series on Barry includes two films from the Bond franchise, which, apparently to the BFI, needs a trigger warning because of “outdated” “language and stereotypes,” according to The Independent.
The warning, says that the films “contain language, images or other content that reflect views prevalent in its time, but will cause offence today (as they did then).”
The BFI also goes out of its way to ensure that viewers know that they would never endorse the views shared in the Bond franchise, “The titles are included here for historical, cultural or aesthetic reasons and these views are in no way endorsed by the BFI or its partners,” the website reads.

Roya Heshmati, 33, was told she had violated public morals
An Iranian woman received 74 lashes for refusing to wear the hijab, defying the strict dress code even as she was taken to be whipped.
Roya Heshmati, 33, was charged with “encouraging permissiveness” after appearing unveiled on several occasions in the capital, Tehran.
“Her penalty of 74 strokes of the lash was carried out in accordance with the law and with sharia,” and “for violating public morals,” the judiciary’s Mizan Online website said late on Saturday.
Ms Heshmati was also reportedly ordered to pay a fine of 12 million rials (£225).
“The convicted … encouraged permissiveness [by appearing] disgracefully in busy public places in Tehran,” Mizan reported.
All women in Iran have been required by law to cover their neck and head since shortly after the 1979 Islamic Revolution.

The Gateway Pundit obtained the 17 new documents on Monday and they are explosive!
Judge Loretta Preska on Wednesday unsealed the first cache of documents from lawsuits related to Jeffrey Epstein’s abuse which potentially included names of over 150 people.
The first set of documents detailed Ghislaine Maxwell’s recruiting techniques, Prince Andrew’s abuse of the trafficked victims, and Bill Clinton’s fondness for “young” girls.
A second cache of Epstein docs was unsealed on Thursday.
According to the second tranche of documents obtained by The Gateway Pundit and reviewed by this reporter, one Epstein victim, a minor teen dubbed “Jane Doe 3,” said she was trafficked to “prominent American politicians” to “obtain potential blackmail information.”

According to the witness, Sarah Ransome, Hillary Clinton sent her henchmen to intimidate her friend after she went to the police in 2008 to report she was forced to have sex with Bill Clinton, Richard Branson and Prince Andrew on video.
“She was made to feel like a dirty whore and liar and wasn’t taken seriously,” Sarah Ransome said of her friend.
“A couple months later, she was then approached, by Special Agents Forces Men sent directly by Hillary Clinton herself, in order to protect her presidential campaign in 2008. The heavily intimidated her, ruffled her up (luckily she took photos as evidence) and was then forced to sign a confidentiality agreement which ensures that she can never come forward publicly implicating her husband,” the witness said.
Also according to the witness, her friend was given a “substantial payout directly from the Clinton Foundation to keep her quiet.”
“She was then given a substantial payout, directly from the Clinton Foundation to keep her quiet. She is 1000% certain that the FBI did a cover up and she has the individual names of Hillary’s Special Agent Officers involved in intimidating her. She was then forced against her will to sign a legally binding confidentially (sic) agreement on Hillary’s behalf for her eternal silence. If she breaks this agreement, she is dead,” the witness said.
The witness alleged she has footage of the Clinton, Branson, Prince Andrew sex tapes “backed up” on “several USB sticks” and said she has a kill switch just in case something happens to her.
“Unfortunately, I cannot send you the footage without her consent due to massive consequences to her safety but I can confirm that I do have footage in my possession. I have backed up the footage on several USB sticks and have securely sent them to various difference locations throughout Europe with only one other person close to me, knowing where their locations are, just in case anything happens to me before the footage is released,” the witness said.

Nadia Marcinko, the elusive former associate of the disgraced financier Jeffrey Epstein, has vanished from her Upper East Side home following the release of court documents related to Epstein’s scandalous activities, according to The New York Post’s recent report.
Nadia Marcinko, also known as Nada Marcinkova, is a former commercial pilot and Gulfstream Girl. Marcinko is a Slovakian-born pilot, flight instructor, and the CEO of Aviloop, an aviation website. She has three rating certificates, including various Gulfstream business jets.
Marcinko was brought to the United States from Slovakia by Epstein when she was fifteen years old.
Jeffrey Epstein had reportedly referred to Marcinko as his “sex slave.” She had spent years by his side and even traveled on his private plane, known as “The Lolita Express,” which was notorious for transporting young girls.

Michelle Obama recently went on Jay Shetty’s “On Purpose” podcast for an interview, which was released Monday, where she made some comments that will likely create speculation about whether she will launch a belated challenge for the most powerful office in the world.
The former First Lady revealed that she is “terrified” about the 2024 election, which will hopefully see Joe Biden removed from power. Should this occur, his almost-certain replacement will be Donald Trump, the 45th president.
She goes on to lament the American people seem to take those who hold power in the country for granted.
Obama went on to mention artificial intelligence, war, education, and voter engagement as other things that keep her up at night, as the Hill notes.
These comments come amid reports that her husband Barack is alarmed about Biden’s campaign and is demanded changes. With both Obamas now weighing in, Biden should tread carefully or even make plans to exit the presidential race.

Pittsburgh Police Union Warns the Public is ‘At Risk’ Due to Staffing Shortage

The Fraternal Order of Police is warning that the public is at risk in Pittsburgh due to staffing shortages in the city.
Former Pittsburgh Mayor Bill Peduto froze police hiring in response to the Black Lives Matter riots in 2020.
CBS News reports, “In 2023, 102 officers left the bureau: 46 resigned, 55 retired, and one died of natural causes. That leaves the bureau with 735 sworn officers and 12 command staff, which the union calls the lowest staffing levels anyone can remember.”
The situation is so dire that Robert Swartzwelder, president of the Fraternal Order of Police, has issued a warning to residents.
“Citizens of the City of Pittsburgh and its visitors should be alarmed at these numbers,” Swartzwelder wrote in the statement. “Citizens should be concerned for being overcharged on their taxes regarding police services they are not receiving and general public safety reasons.”

Like the hundreds of thousands of people around them who have also trekked weeks to reach the US, they’re driven by a desperation to escape and make a new life, despite the uncertainty of what’s on the other side.
But these migrants are fleeing the world’s second largest economy and an emerging superpower.
On a recent winter day, dozens of Chinese nationals waited in different makeshift camps scattered outside San Diego, California, just north of the Mexican border.
A group of Chinese migrants gathered at a temporary camp near the US-Mexican border after illegally crossing into the US.
Bundled in hoodies and jackets, they huddled around fires as they, and others there, counted the time before US border control agents would take them away for processing – and what they hoped would be the start to their lives in America.
These arrivals are part of a staggering new trend. In the first 11 months of 2023, more than 31,000 Chinese citizens were picked up by law enforcement crossing illegally into the US from Mexico, government data shows – compared with an average of roughly 1,500 per year over the preceding decade.
Their numbers are still dwarfed by those from regional neighbors like Mexico, Venezuela, and Guatemala, and they are not alone in coming from other parts of the world. But the influx of people from China making that crossing spotlights the urgency many now feel to leave their native country, even in the midst of what leader Xi Jinping has claimed is a “national rejuvenation.”
Many who left point to a struggle to survive.
Three years of Covid-19 lockdowns and restrictions left people across China out of work – and disillusioned with the ruling Communist Party’s increasingly tight grip on all aspects of life under Xi. Now, hope that business would fully rebound once restrictions ended a year ago has vanished, with China’s once envious economic growth stuttering.
Others nod to restrictions on personal life in China, where Xi has overseen a sweeping crackdown on free speech, civil society and religion in the country of 1.4 billion.

Explosion at Fort Worth hotel injures at least 20
FORT WORTH – At least 20 people were injured Monday as a result of a gas explosion at a downtown Fort Worth hotel, according to the fire department.
The first call came in at 3:32 p.m., followed by multiple calls reporting a “type of explosion” at the Sandman Hotel, located at 810 Houston St., according to the Fort Worth Fire Department.
At least 20 people were injured as a result of the explosion.
The Public Information Officer for the Fort Worth Police Department, J. Pollozani said 21 people were injured. Pollozani said one patient is critical and four were seriously injured.
According to FWFD, 19 patients were treated on the scene, one took themselves to a hospital and there are not any deceased officials are aware of at this time.

Illegal Levels Of Whale-Killing Pile-Driving Noise By Wind Industry Documented
New documentary, “Thrown To The Wind, Part 2,” provides more hard evidence that the wind industry is harming whales
The wind industry is not killing endangered whales off the East Coast, say government agencies and the news media.
But it is. Before 2016, when the wind industry’s increased boat traffic, sonar mapping, and construction began, eight humpback whales were found dead per year between Virginia and Maine. Since 2016, an average of 25 humpbacks were found dead annually. And last year, there were a record 83 whales found dead.
And yet the Associated Press insisted last month that “there’s no evidence that limited wind farm construction on the Atlantic Coast has directly resulted in any whale deaths.” [Emphasis added.]
That’s true. But there’s also no evidence that smoking directly causes cancer. Nor is there evidence that more carbon dioxide directly warms the planet. AP is playing the exact same, deliberately misleading, game that it accuses the tobacco and fossil fuels industries of playing.
This is disturbing because the US government and media are blaming the spike in whale deaths on climate change, which is far less direct than the wind industry’s huge increase in boat traffic in previously untrafficked sea lanes, its high-decibel sonar, and its high-decibel pile driving.
Last year, the most thorough investigation to date of whale deaths found a strong correlation with wind industry activity. Lisa Linowes of Save the Right Whales Coalition did the study.
Linowes tracked whale deaths within the same timeframe and location as offshore wind sonar surveys. “As the amount of offshore wind activity increased within an area,” she notes, “so did whale deaths.”
In last year’s “Thrown To The Wind” documentary, Rand documented illegally high levels of whale-harming sonar noise by the wind industry.
And now, in a sequel, “Thrown To the Wind, Part 2,” filmmaker Jonah Markowitz documents Rand measuring illegal levels of noise from pile-driving by the wind industry off of Martha’s Vineyard.
The boat crew can hear the noise through the air. “That’s loud to hear from here,” says one of the men. “And I got my ear muffs on and everything.”
It’s so loud that Rand has to adjust his equipment. “I am overloading,” he says. “I need to change my gain.”
Says one sailor, “Sounds like a noise from a horror movie.”
“Sounds like thunder coming in,” says another. “It’s insane.”
The sound is equivalent to the blast from a 155-millimeter Howitzer.
The environmental groups and Democratic governors championing the illegal pile-driving off the East Coast are the same groups that fought oil drilling there just a few years ago, claiming it would be too noisy.
It is illegal to harm or kill endangered species. The North Atlantic right whale is critically endangered, with fewer than 400 individuals in the species left.
The push by the US government, the wind industry, and the news media to build industrial wind projects proven to kill whales is the biggest environmental scandal in the world.
A handful of honest conservationists are fighting billions in wind industry/taxpayer money. That money has financially corrupted the politicians, the regulatory agencies, and the news media through political donations and advertisements.
The money has even corrupted the people who do the autopsies of the whales.
We won a big victory last year, in helping to halt a wind project off the coast of New Jersey.
Unfortunately, the US government and wind industry are moving forward with plans to build wind projects along the rest of the East Coast. If they go forward, they will make the North Atlantic right whale extinct.
