Information warfare. It would be fascinating to know, that should the same thing happen in Canada, what the Trudeau government plans for the public. Although it would be difficult to imagine anything worse than what they say openly. Like eating bugs, freezing in the winter, staying within a 15 minute bike ride of your home (which will be what they decide it is) and CBDC instead of money so you will have no choices whatsoever as to what you will eat, do etc.
