Each day at just after midnight Eastern, a post like this one is created for contributors and readers of this site to upload news links and video links on the issues that concern this site. Most notably, Islam and its effects on Classical Civilization, and various forms of leftism from Soviet era communism, to postmodernism and all the flavours of galloping statism and totalitarianism such as Nazism and Fascism which are increasingly snuffing out the classical liberalism which created our near, miraculous civilization the West has been building since the time of Socrates.
This document was written around the time this site was created, for those who wish to understand what this site is about. And while our understanding of the world and events has grown since then, the basic ideas remain sound and true to the purpose.
So please post all links, thoughts and ideas that you feel will benefit the readers of this site to the comments under this post each day. And thank you all for your contributions.

I don’t get it, we’re willing to give $2b to Iran yet we’re suddenly worried about the expense of printing cash over CBDC? Really? It offers so much more convenience to pay your bills that WE HAVE TO HAVE IT!
Bring on the critics and roll out the flaws on a red carpet. THE FED MUST BE KEPT AWAY FROM PRIVATE IDENTITY INFORMATION! Or so they say.
Does anyone really believe private info will be protected when the whole damned thing is about control? And this business that CBDCs will somehow displace the dollar is nonsense because they are a dollar derivative. All fiat currencies are. The only thing not a derivative of the dollar is precious metals, from which the dollar was derived.

When they jammed NAFTA down our throats I saw some guy on TV, addressing the nation. He said
We know NAFTA is unpopular, but we are going to pass it anyway. One day you will thank us.
That day has yet to arrive. Inside that bill were agreements that injured Americans and the Mexican people, too. It forced Mexico to allow American food crops to be sold in Mexico. Subsidies to our farmers assured enough cheap food to compete against the generations old farming communities and bankrupt them, driving all the workers into poverty and hunger, creating a wave of needy immigrants for America.

Obama Snubs Biden at 15th Anniversary of His Presidential Victory: ‘Tensions Were Evident’
by Bryan Chai, The Western Journal Nov. 20, 2023 9:40 pm689 Comments
The relationship between the POTUS and the VPOTUS can be a fickle thing.
Sometimes things start out well enough but end badly, as they did with former President Donald Trump and former Vice President Mike Pence.
Other times, things sputter and struggle to even start out well, as with President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris.
And then there’s whatever is going on between former President Barack Obama and Biden, who served as the former’s VP in both presidential terms.
The two-term Democrat ticket of Obama-Biden has always seemed like an odd fit from the outset — far more a marriage of convenience than anything else.
How To Join The “Secret Boycott” Patriots Are Using To Crush Woke Corporations
Biden, very much a swampy, career politician, never quite felt like a natural extension of Obama, very much part of the new breed of far leftism infesting the Democratic Party (think the “squad.”)
It doesn’t help dispel the odd couple vibe that Obama, for the many, many, many faults he has, at least has some semblance of a human personality — whereas Biden has all the charisma of a comatose wildebeest.
Obama’s personality largely stems from his speaking ability, and it’s an ability the man clearly puts time and effort into. Whatever you may think of the man, when Obama speaks, it’s very deliberate, crafted and curated.
So when Obama mentions — or doesn’t mention — something when speaking publicly, people take notice.
In a less-than-glowing Sunday article from The Washington Post, the outlet that threatens democracy with darkness (or something to that effect) chronicled the way in which Democrats are furiously working to overturn the less-than-stellar image of the incumbent president — except for Obama.

Eighth Circuit ruling limits enforcement of Voting Rights Act
Only the U.S. Attorney General can bring an action under Section 2 of the Voting Rights Act, a federal appeals court ruled Monday.
(CN) — A divided three-judge panel of the Eighth Circuit Monday ruled private plaintiffs do not have the ability to sue under Section 2 of the Voting Rights Act.
After reviewing the landmark voting law, the panel concluded that only the attorney general of the United States has the power to enforce Section 2 of the act, which prohibits states from enacting any voting standard, including maps, that would deny or limit any citizen’s right to vote based on their race or color.
“Many statutes simply say when a private right of action is available,” U.S. Circuit Judge Stras, a Donald Trump appointee, wrote in the new opinion.
He noted that the Civil Rights Act of 1964, passed one year before the Voting Rights Act, specifies who can sue — a “person” — if unlawful discrimination exists or there are grounds to believe someone is about to engage in unlawful discrimination.
“When those details are missing, it is not our place to fill in the gaps, except when ‘text and structure’ require it,” Stras wrote. “Under the modern test for implied rights of action, Congress must have both created an individual right and given private plaintiffs the ability to enforce it.”
The decision upholds a lower court’s dismissal of the case brought by the Arkansas State Conference NAACP and the Arkansas Public Policy Panel, which challenged a new voting map that took effect in December 2021.
In their complaint, the plaintiffs said the reapportionment of Arkansas House of Representatives’ seats diluted the strength of Black voters. They sought a declaration from the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Arkansas that the redistricting plan violated Section 2 of the Voting Rights Act.
In his order dismissing the case in February 2022, U.S. District Judge Lee Rudofsky — also a Trump appointee — said there was a “strong merits case” that some of the voting districts the plaintiffs challenged were unlawful under Section 2, but that he was unable to decide on the merits, because Congress had not expressly provided a private right of action to enforce the law.
“After a thorough analysis of the text and structure of the Voting Rights Act, and a painstaking journey through relevant case law, the court has concluded that this case may be brought only by the attorney general of the United States,” Rudofsky wrote in his 42-page opinion, in which he gave the federal government five days to join the case as a plaintiff and continue the litigation before dismissal.
The plaintiffs said in an appellate brief that every court that has addressed the issue of the existence of the private right of action under Section 2, including the U.S. Supreme Court and other federal appeals courts, has recognized it.
“And for good reason,” the plaintiffs said in the brief. “That conclusion follows from the VRA’s plain text and structure. And it is consistent with the VRA’s legislative history and decades-long congressional understanding. Indeed, when Congress last amended Section 2 by explicitly expanding its reach to voting laws that have racially discriminatory results, it expressly ‘reiterat[ed] the existence of the private right of action under Section 2.’”
They added that the district court’s decision “disregards and effectively encourages other courts to ignore binding vertical precedent.”
In a dissent from the Eighth Circuit panel’s majority ruling Monday, Chief U.S. District Judge Lavenski Smith, a George W. Bush appointee, said he would have followed existing precedent until Congress amends the statute or the Supreme Court directly rules on the existence of a private right of action under Section 2.
“Rights so foundational to self government and citizenship should not depend solely on the discretion or availability of the government’s agents for protection,” Smith wrote. “Resolution of whether [Section 2] affords private plaintiffs the ability to challenge state action is best left to the Supreme Court in the first instance.”
U.S. Circuit Judge Raymond Gruneder, also a George W. Bush appointee, sided with Stras in the 2-1 opinion that modified the lower court’s dismissal only to make it a dismissal with prejudice.
“By failing to reverse the district court’s radical decision, the Eighth Circuit has put the Voting Rights Act in jeopardy, tossing aside critical protections that voters fought and died for,” ACLU Voting Rights Project Director Sophia Lin Lakin said in a statement.

Secretive White House Surveillance Program Gives Cops Access to Trillions of US Phone Records
A WIRED analysis of leaked police documents verifies that a secretive government program is allowing federal, state, and local law enforcement to access phone records of Americans who are not suspected of a crime.
A little-known surveillance program tracks more than a trillion domestic phone records within the United States each year, according to a letter WIRED obtained that was sent by US senator Ron Wyden to the Department of Justice (DOJ) on Sunday, challenging the program’s legality.
According to the letter, a surveillance program now known as Data Analytical Services (DAS) has for more than a decade allowed federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies to mine the details of Americans’ calls, analyzing the phone records of countless people who are not suspected of any crime, including victims. Using a technique known as chain analysis, the program targets not only those in direct phone contact with a criminal suspect but anyone with whom those individuals have been in contact as well.
The DAS program, formerly known as Hemisphere, is run in coordination with the telecom giant AT&T, which captures and conducts analysis of US call records for law enforcement agencies, from local police and sheriffs’ departments to US customs offices and postal inspectors across the country, according to a White House memo reviewed by WIRED. Records show that the White House has, for the past decade, provided more than $6 million to the program, which allows the targeting of the records of any calls that use AT&T’s infrastructure—a maze of routers and switches that crisscross the United States.
In a letter to US attorney general Merrick Garland on Sunday, Wyden wrote that he had “serious concerns about the legality” of the DAS program, adding that “troubling information” he’d received “would justifiably outrage many Americans and other members of Congress.” That information, which Wyden says the DOJ confidentially provided to him, is considered “sensitive but unclassified” by the US government, meaning that while it poses no risk to national security, federal officials, like Wyden, are forbidden from disclosing it to the public, according to the senator’s letter.
AT&T spokesperson Kim Hart Jonson declined WIRED’s request to comment on the DAS program, saying only that the company is required by law to comply with a lawful subpoena.
There is no law requiring AT&T to store decades’ worth of Americans’ call records for law enforcement purposes. Documents reviewed by WIRED show that AT&T officials have attended law enforcement conferences in Texas as recently as 2018 to train police officials on how best to utilize AT&T’s voluntary, albeit revenue-generating, assistance.

Black NY Rep GOES OFF! “People Are Walking Away from the Democratic Plantation Once and For All!” (VIDEO)
by Jim Hoft Nov. 21, 2023 9:15 am101 Comments
New York Rep. Madeline Brame says blacks are moving away from the Democrat plantation.
Lawrence Jones from FOX News led a panel of voters in a discussion on the current state of the country under Joe Biden.
Rep. Madeline Brame (Dem-NY state) told the FOX audience that blacks are ready to walk away from the Democrat plantation once and for all.
Rep. Madeline Brame: The illegals that are being pushed into these communities, sucking up the resources from the longtime residents that live there. All right, taxpayers, poor taxpayers, are now going to have to foot the bill for these people. And we can’t even afford to pay our own rent. All right? Now we have PACs coming down to programs and different things that are going to be cut directly from our community to pay for illegals. All right?
There’s a problem with that. There’s a huge problem with it. And, you know, minorities may be silent as far as being vocal. But I believe that in ’24, this new election, the next cycle, we’re going to see an overwhelmingly amount of people that we have not seen in 30 years come out to vote. All right?
People are being educated on the voter registration piece, how to change their party affiliation, question number 14 on their voter registration form. And people are walking away from the plantation of the Democratic Party once and for all.
They may want to make sure Democrats haven’t stolen their vote before they go out on Election Day.
The Great (Freedom) Reset Has Begun
Argentina isn’t going to drive global change via monetary brute force. Instead, it’s going to be an ideological example that the rest of the world can watch unfold successfully.
Quoth the Raven
Nov 21, 2023
The global economy, and more importantly, the entire world as we know it, is about to undergo a seismic shift toward freedom. In this article, I wanted to lay out why I believe this to be, how it will happen, and why I think this week may have marked step one of a long journey in the right direction.
That journey eventually ends in the dethroning of the likes of globalists, with the head of that snake represented by the likes of Klaus Schwab, central banks, and the lobotomized far left maniacs that have lobbied for “Great Reset” that eventually results in the loss of one or more (read: all) of our civil liberties and our current quality of life.
By now you probably know that Javier Milei, an outspoken and eccentric libertarian, has won Argentina’s presidency after promising to aggressively tackle inflation, shutter the country’s central bank, end woke culture and significantly reduce government.
Garnering 55.69% of the vote he crushed the center-left candidate Sergio Massa. Milei’s victory signals a bold new direction for South America’s second-largest economy that Milei has called Argentina’s “reconstruction”.
Most important and least mentioned this week is that under the wild exterior, Milei has it where it counts: he has two masters degrees and has “been a professor of macroeconomics, economics of growth, microeconomics, and mathematics for economists” with specializations in economic growth. He has held prominent roles in various financial and government sectors, too. He was the chief economist at Máxima AFJP, a private pension firm, and at Estudio Broda, a financial advisory. He also consulted for the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes and was a senior economist at HSBC Argentina.
In other words, the “bold” financial ideas aren’t just bluster. They just seem like that to the rest of the world because Milei knows the actual solution to his nation’s problem just happens to be starkly different from the path it (and many other nations) have gone down.
The event was covered heavily in the news because of Milei’s outspoken demeanor and explosive personality, but something far more meaningful is taking place under the surface. In my opinion, Argentina is the first of many dominoes that will fall, leading the world toward a new “Great Reset”—one that prioritizes liberty and freedom instead of big governments and collectivism.
Some people I have spoken with this week believe that Argentina is too small of a country to make a global difference. They believe that the country’s government will gridlock with Milei in office, and that even if the country finds success from smaller government, pro-liberty policies, and a focus on Austrian economics, it won’t be meaningful enough to move the needle on a global scale.
While these people are probably right regarding the dollar amount that Argentina contributes to global GDP, they are wrong from a philosophical perspective. Argentina isn’t going to drive global change via monetary brute force. Instead, it’s going to be an ideological example that the rest of the world can watch unfold successfully, in turn becoming a beacon of the prosperous path for the rest of the world to follow.
QTR’s Fringe Finance is a reader-supported publication. To receive new posts and support my work, consider becoming a free or paid subscriber.
Argentina is in a unique position because it is essentially having a great reset of its own. The country is in the midst of overhauling its entire financial system and adopting the US dollar, and it is considering stripping its government down to the studs. Furthermore, its new president is one of the very few Austrian economists in recent history to take the reins of a major country in the world’s purview.
In other words, Argentina is literally going to put libertarian principles—small government, sound money, economic fundamentals, and personal freedom—into practice. It’s the world libertarian petri dish for the next few years and the rest of us can, and will, watch very closely. We’re all about to get some real-world, tangible clinical study results about the right versus left debate we’ve been having for decades. If Argentina fails spectacularly, it will be a warning to the rest of the world about these policies. But if Argentina becomes a raging success, it should serve as a lesson on which policies function best in practice.
All I can say is I hope 2024 voters in the U.S. are watching closely. The Argentina stock market soared on Monday after Milei was elected, already lending optimism to the notion that libertarian principles stoke a vibrant, free market economy.
In the United States, less regulation and less taxation would likely stoke the same type of response. In fact, we saw it with the Trump tax cuts years ago: the market rallied what felt like every single day of the beginning of Trump’s presidency, due to the expectation of the economic benefit of these policies. Now, at a time when most Americans are struggling financially, this lesson needs to be paid attention to more now than ever.
In short, if you want the stock market to go up, vote for less regulation and less taxation. While the Republican party has played along with the central banks’ charade just as much as the Democrats, it is certainly the better of the two parties when it comes to eliminating red tape and unleashing the nation’s economy.
The timing of Argentina’s election is tough to ignore. In some respects, it feels like they are just several more years down the road than the US is. If you look at what I believe to be the biggest problems with the United States economy—namely, that it is bloated, spending is beyond repair, and we are abusing our privileges as the world’s reserve currency and overclocking the fiat currency machine —it seems pretty simple to draw a straight line to a financial disaster similar to the inflationary one that Argentina has suffered. Everybody knows what the fixes for the problem are—less spending and conservative monetary and fiscal policy—but nobody has the balls to implement it.
Argentina is about to give us a lesson on what libertarian courage can do for an economy.
And it isn’t just the economy in the United States that feels like it’s on the verge of breaking. Society feels more precarious now than it has ever been. The divide between parties, and the polarization in the United States, feels like it is at all-time highs.
I had poignant conversation with a gentleman in his 60s at a bar I went to over the weekend. After exchanging pleasantries, our conversation turned to a breezy chat about the state of our nation. The man immediately stopped and looked at me, his tone and demeanor changing starkly just seconds after the topic came up. He looked me in the eye and said that he feels as though, in our lifetime, we are going to see another major terrorist attack on our nation. But, he said, the only difference between such attacks in the past and today is that he was certain there would be an entire faction of Americans that would actually celebrate an attack on their own home country.
In other words, a large portion of the nation has simply lost its love and its reverence for what the United States stands for.
And it isn’t just the economy in the United States that feels like it’s on the verge of breaking. Society feels more precarious now than it has ever been— the divide between parties, and the polarization in the United States, feels like it is at all-time highs.
I had an appointment conversation with a gentleman in his 60s at a bar I went to over the weekend. After exchanging pleasantries, our conversation turned to a breezy chat about the state of our nation. The man stopped and looked at me, his tone changing and demeanor changing starkly just seconds later. He looked me in the eye and said that he feels as though in our lifetime, we are still going to see a major terrorist attack on our nation. He said the only difference between attacks that happened years ago and today is that he was certain there would be an entire faction of Americans that would actually celebrate an attack on their own home country. In other words, a large portion of the nation has simply lost its love, and its reverence for what the United States stands for.
Sadly, I almost instantly agreed with him. After watching the bizarre left-wing reaction to the October 7 attacks in Israel, I can’t help but believe that he’s right. The left has gone so far left, they don’t even know what they are fighting for anymore.
Like a dog chasing its tail, they have wound themselves up and become so dizzy and drunk on the narcissism of virtue signaling and “social activism”, they have completely lost their compass. All they know is that they will protest the country and capitalism during the day, and then go out and enjoy the spoils of both by night. It is an unrelenting, crystal clear exercise in hypocrisy that we see every day just by turning on social media or the news.
In any relationship, there has to be a baseline level of respect and courtesy.
Friendships and intimate relationships are constantly tested but the ones that last survive because they have a baseline level of respect that allows for the space to work through complex problems using critical thinking and dialogue. The far left has lost that baseline of basic respect and gratitude for what the nation has provided them. They are disgusted by the flag, they don’t stand for the national anthem, and they are actively working to unwind the basic functions our founders built the nation on that made it such a success story to begin with.
That type of wanton disrespect elicits a response in kind not just from Republicans, but also from people that are left-leaning centrists.
Milei got the votes of his country’s centrists running on that basic level of courtesy and respect for moral laws, the laws of his nation, human rights, and freedom. When the center-left pushes against the far left, the result is libertarianism or conservatives getting elected.
And our center-left in the United States is already pushing against our far left. Many lifetime Jewish Democrats are rethinking their relationship with the party after many of its members chose to back Palestine and tacitly stick up for Hamas after October 7. Even Senator John Fetterman, who is one of my least favorite politicians and is hardly a centrist in my opinion, has pushed back against his own party for their radical views on the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. Chuck Schumer and House Speaker Mike Johnson were part of a bipartisan committee that came together in a show of support for Israel. The house officially censured Representative Rashida Tlaib for her remarks about Palestine. And finally, the proof is in the pudding: new polling shows Donald Trump pulling ahead of Joe Biden in the race for office in 2024.
Argentina feels like it is a country that has hit the same inflection points, both socially and economically, that the United States is heading for. Their solution was to elect a man that would, as I mentioned above, “strip the country back down to the studs”. That expression is important because it doesn’t mean demolish the whole house, which is what the far left wants to do. It is instead analogous to stripping down a house to the bare foundation that can still hold it up structurally.
Our nation’s structure is our constitution, which ensures our freedom and liberty. Libertarians and conservatives are the two parties that generally want to do away with any gratuitous and unnecessary additions to our nation’s founding principles. Ergo, it is easy to make a case for why our nation may elect a conservative president in 2024. If they don’t, it just means our nation hasn’t learned its lesson yet, and it may take four more years and more social and economic austerity to get that point across. But at some point in time, our nation will have a “straw that breaks the camel’s back” moment and we will wind up with a political reset the likes of which Argentina just put into place.
If Argentina thrives in coming years, it’ll be easier to make the case that it has arrived at the right decision, the best practices for a nation are the ones that we put into place in 1776 and that mostly everything else has been counterintuitive, inefficient, wasteful, or pointless.
The important thing is that with the bifurcation of the world and many individual nations at the widest it’s ever been, if Argentina winds up a success, it will serve to be an example for everyone else looking to change the path their respective nation is heading down.
And in a world that left-wing lunatics would happily turn over to a globalist government, the IMF, the World Bank, the United Nations, and the World Economic Forum, Milei’s forthcoming marks as president of Argentina may wind up going down in history as the proverbial silver bullet that frees the world from the tyrannical grasp of collectivism.

Poking Preemption? Mayor & Police Chief Want Tougher Gun Laws

Lansing, MI, Mayor Andy Schor reportedly wants more gun control from the recently adjourned legislature. Michigan Gun Flag iStock-884193816
The mayor of Lansing, Michigan, and the city’s police chief want tougher gun control laws from the state legislature, which only recently wrapped up its business for the year, setting in motion a time clock that will allow new gun restrictions to become effective in mid-February.
According to WLNS News, Mayor Andy Schor—a Democrat first elected to the office in 2017—and Chief Ellery Sosebee want to crack down on alleged “careless” gun owners.
But a flyer illustrated in the WLNS story suggests this may actually be an effort to erode Michigan’s three-decades-old preemption statute. The flyer says both officials are asking lawmakers to “Change Michigan Law to Allow Local Governments to,” and it is followed by a wish list.
The flyer also suggests “Other Changes to Michigan Law,” such as “Allow for local control regarding guns & ammunition.”
There are calls for “increased penalties for failing to keep or secure a firearm from someone prohibited from possessing a gun” and “limiting magazine capacity to original manufacturer specifications.”
The Lansing City Pulse reported, “at a news conference they released a list of measures that could be taken to curb a rising trend of lost or stolen guns ending up in the hands of criminals.”

It’s not the first time Schor has gone after guns. In 2021, WKAR News reported how Schor had called for an ordinance requiring lost or stolen guns to be reported to the police. By then, Schor was in his second term.
The timing is interesting, as just a few days ago, the Holton Township Board of Trustees adopted a resolution declaring the community—located in Muskegon County—to be a “Second Amendment Sanctuary.” According to the Midwesterner News, this resolution contains a militia addendum that says township residents “are eligible to join the militia and may make their intentions known by acknowledging their intent on social media, explicitly telling friends or family members they wish to join or stating their intent by letter to the Township Militia.”
This is not the first time, or the first state, where local municipalities have wanted to erode state preemption statutes or outright challenge such laws.
The City of San Francisco has tried twice in the past to enact local gun restrictions, but both times, intervention by gun rights organizations—specifically the Second Amendment Foundation and National Rifle Association—thwarted the efforts.
The City of Edmonds, Washington, tried to adopt a so-called “safe storage” ordinance, only to be similarly challenged by SAF and NRA in a case known as Bass v. City of Edmonds, which went all the way to the state Supreme Court, where the state’s preemption law was unanimously upheld in 2022.
Possibly one of the best examinations of Michigan’s preemption law can be found on the website for the Giffords gun control group. The language of Michigan’s statute is easily understood:
“A local unit of government shall not impose special taxation on, enact or enforce any ordinance or regulation pertaining to, or regulate in any other manner the ownership, registration, purchase, sale, transfer, transportation, or possession of pistols, other firearms, or pneumatic guns, ammunition for pistols or other firearms, or components of pistols or other firearms, except as otherwise provided by federal law or a law of this state.”
The law was originally passed in 1990 (Act 319) and amended in 2015 (Act 29), so it is one of the earliest of the preemption laws, many of which were patterned after the statute passed in Washington, first in 1983 and strengthened in 1985.
The question that must be answered is whether eroding Michigan’s preemption law will accomplish what mayors like Schor envision. Probably not.
As Ammoland News has reported earlier, a good example would be the City of Seattle, which has gotten away with adopting a gun control “sales tax” on firearms and ammunition, adopted in the summer of 2015 and enforced starting in 2016. In the years since enactment, the number of homicides in the city has more than doubled, the tax has never come close to reaching its originally projected annual revenue ($30,000 to $500,000), and one of the city’s busiest gun retailers moved to a different city in a neighboring county. This year, Seattle is expected to set a new record for the number of murders in the city, and the Citizens Committee for the Right to Keep and Bear Arms has called the law a “total failure.”

U.S. Army Soldier Blasts Biden Regime After Being Charged for Equipment He was Ordered to Leave During Biden’s Disastrous Afghanistan Withdrawal
by Jim H?ft Nov. 21, 2023 12:00 pm136 Comments
In a poignant and critical statement, “Brock Michael,” a former soldier of the U.S. Army’s 82nd Airborne Division, has expressed his profound disappointment and frustration with the Biden regime.
Michael, who recently concluded his four-year active duty, shared his grievances in a now-deleted video during his gear turn-in day, a standard procedure for departing military personnel.
Michael’s primary contention revolves around being charged an exorbitant amount for military equipment he was ordered to abandon during the tumultuous withdrawal of U.S. forces from Afghanistan. The charges, totaling $3,561, come as a shock to the soldier, especially considering the circumstances under which the gear was left behind.
During the chaotic last moments of the Afghanistan withdrawal, Michael and his fellow soldiers were instructed to leave behind their equipment. This directive, given amidst the pandemonium of the withdrawal, now seems to have financial repercussions for the soldiers involved.
Joe Biden armed the Taliban terrorists with $85 Billion in US weapons and supplies when he surrendered to the Taliban and fled Afghanistan in 2021.
As The Gateway Pundit previously reported, Joe Biden supplied the Taliban terrorist organization and their Islamist accomplices with billions of dollars worth of US weapons, armed vehicles, helicopters, ammunition, and piles of cash.
According to FOX News, over 75,000 vehicles, more than 600,000 weapons, and 200 aircraft were left behind for the Taliban terrorists by the Biden regime.

Michael conveyed his anger in an impassioned speech detailing the financial burden he faced upon leaving the service. The soldier described the withdrawal from Afghanistan as “hectic, chaotic, and disgusting,” pointing out the profound disappointment he felt with the government’s actions both during and following the operation.
“I want to holler, I want to scream, I want to yell, but it won’t do any good. Today is gear turn-in day for me. Turn in all the gear that I’ve collected over the last four years of being active duty with the army, with the 82nd Airborne Division,” Michael stated in his video. “Two years ago, my unit deployed to Afghanistan for the Afghanistan withdrawal. We spent a few weeks over there. It was hectic, it was chaotic, it was disgusting, and it made me very disappointed in our government.”
According to Michael, in the frantic final moments of the withdrawal, U.S. forces were ordered to leave behind their gear because the aircraft meant to carry them home could not accommodate the additional weight. Despite concerns expressed by Michael and his comrades about the cost of the abandoned equipment, they were reassured that these issues would be resolved favorably.
“Today, I’m reminded of how disappointed I am in our government. Go to turn in my gear. They want to charge me $500 to $1,000 for gear that I was ordered to leave in Afghanistan two years ago. Because, as the last two birds were sitting on the tarmac ready to leave, there wasn’t any room for extra gear, extra weight. Therefore, we were told to leave it. Some lower enlisted dudes, including myself, were like, ‘No, this stuff is expensive. I’m not leaving this. I’m going to get charged for this,’” Michael said.
“When it comes time to leave, don’t worry; we’re going to catch you on the back end,” Michael recalled being told.
However, during his gear turn-in, Michael was confronted with a harsh reality. The reassurances provided seemed empty, as he was presented with a bill of $3,561 for equipment he was ordered to leave behind in Afghanistan.

Michael’s situation highlights a broader issue faced by many veterans and active-duty personnel, bringing into question the support and treatment they receive from the government they serve, especially under the Biden regime.
“We can continue to give millions of dollars to the Taliban. We can give billions of dollars to Ukraine. We can give billions of dollars to student debt relief. We can give a bunch of stupid stimulus checks. We can cut those to the American people, but we can’t cover $500 to $1,000 for a dude that left gear in Afghanistan, for a dude that left gear in a place that you put me to begin with,” Michaels said.
“The government is so stinking backward right now, man. This administration’s last priority is the American people -and inside of the American people, their last priority is their soldiers, their Marines, their airmen, their Navy. So messed up, man. I thought today was going to be bittersweet getting out, but I’m just so happy to separate. I’m very, very excited to stop serving my government and just getting started serving my country. Sad.”

BBC Says *ONLY* 46% Of Pakistani Newborns in UK City Are Inbred. Only.
A staggering 46 percent of Pakistani newborns in the “English” city of Bradford are the direct product of cousin marriages, falling from over 60 percent over the past decade, according to the BBC, which has attempted to contextualize inbreeding amongst minority communities.
The BBC drew on a recent study entitled “Born in Bradford,” which recruited 2,317 pregnant women from “inner city wards” without regard for their ethnicity between 2007 and 2010 and then another 2,378 mothers between 2016 and 2019. They found that 62 percent of the Pakistani women involved married either their first or second cousin in the first cohort and 46 percent in the second cohort.
The BBC even interviewed several women who did not approve of the trend, including one woman called Aysha, who married her cousin from Pakistan, and thinks “cousin marriage is a valuable tradition” and “regrets that it appears to be in decline.”
“I don’t think my children will marry cousins. They will lose that connection with Pakistan and I feel sad about that,” Aysha lamented.
The article similarly makes light of forced marriages in the Pakistani community; quoting a 52-year-old teacher, who said, “My parents took me to Pakistan and my dad said you’re going to marry this person. And I sort of knew who he was, but the first time I met him properly was at the wedding.”
The BBC attempted to explain away the trend by referring to Charles Darwin marrying his first cousin nearly 200 years ago, in 1839. Even in the early 19th century, however, cousin marriage accounted for no more than 4.5 percent of aristocratic marriages and 2.5 percent among the lower classes in the UK – far below the current rate in the Pakistani community.
The BBC also scrubbed a quote from a male teenager who explained in the original article: “If you’re really romantically into your first cousin, you can go for it, but now there isn’t as much pushing of cousin marriage.” Despite being removed, the quote was captured by archived versions of the site.

As carjackings spike, police need to be able to chase vehicles again

Stephanie Traub was robbed and carjacked at gunpoint near her home in the Hill East neighborhood of D.C. on Oct. 2 (Lexey Swall for The Washington Post)
When a robber pointed a gun at Stephanie Traub’s forehead and demanded her purse and car keys, she didn’t know a U.S. congressman had been carjacked at gunpoint an hour earlier. While many were focused on Rep. Henry Cuellar (D-Tex.) on Oct. 2 — a Monday night — Ms. Traub was driving home from a pinball league. She parked a block from her home about a mile east of the U.S. Capitol. She had never feared for her safety before, but something felt off when she exited her vehicle and heard another car door slam nearby. Then the gun was in her face.
Ms. Traub handed over her belongings. The gunman ran to her car and sped away. She called 911, and D.C. police arrived swiftly. Ms. Traub had an Apple device in her 2008 Honda SUV that enabled her to track it. She sat on her front stoop with her laptop and three D.C. police officers looking over her shoulder as she watched the carjacker’s location around the city. “Aren’t you going to go get him?” Ms. Traub asked. “We can’t pursue,” she recalls an officer saying.
Carjacking, when a robber demands a vehicle from someone, in-person, is a national problem. While many cities have seen a decline in violent crime this year, motor vehicle theft doubled in the first half of the year compared with the same period in 2022. The crime has become common in D.C. There have been 827 carjackings in the city so far this year (through Oct. 29). At this point of the year, the District has doubled last year’s number and has six times as many as in 2019. The worst place in the city for carjackings is the D.C. police department’s 6th District, east of the Anacostia River. The second-worst is the 1st District, around the Capitol, where the carjackings against both Ms. Traub and Mr. Cuellar occurred.

Chicago Company Pushes “Micro Homes” for Migrants and the “Unhoused”
by Brian Lupo Nov. 21, 2023 2:20 pm41 Comments
Chicago’s mayor, Brandon Johnson, and other local officials have come under immense scrutiny over the city’s disastrous “sanctuary city” status in the wake of Joe Biden’s reversal of successful Trump policies on the border, such as “remain in Mexico.”
The Biden regime’s failure has resulted in over 5.8 million illegal crossings thus far, including hundreds of suspected terrorists. And those are only the ones we know about.
The virtue-signaling of these “sanctuary cities” over the years, such as Chicago and New York, have now begun to draw massive blowback from constituents who are outraged over services being rolled out for illegal migrants, the displacement of homeless American citizens and veterans to make way for the migrants, and the budget cuts being proposed in order to sustain the cities through the crisis. This “sanctuary city” policy has been heralded by the Mockingbird Media for years now when there was little relevance to the major Democrat strongholds other than to gaslight the public in an election year.
That sentiment has begun to change drastically.
Even rapper Cardi B has expressed her disgust:
New York City has said the migrant crisis will cost the city $12 billion over the next two years, and Chicago expects to spend $302 million before the year-end. It is so bad in the Windy City that some migrants are actually fleeing back to Communist Venezuela!
Now, a Chicago company is offering a “solution”: micro homes. The 80sq ft homes could house up to six people with no kitchen appliances, no running water, a fresh air system, and a composting toilet.
Ex. of a Composting Toilet courtesy of tumbleweedhouses.com
According to Axios Chicago:
Their new MicroHomes are 80 square feet and can house up to six people, Inherent CEO Tim Swanson tells Axios. They include a lofted bed, over 5 feet in headspace and a composting toilet.
The home also has a heating system and a system for fresh air.
There’s no running water or kitchen appliances.
One unit costs $20,000. For the prototype, they’ve relied on philanthropic funding, but the hope is they could sell them to the city.
Swanson believes the micro homes could eventually be used in the over 30,000 vacant lots spread across the city.
If the city wanted these houses, Swanson said it would take less than a month for production to ramp up and they could produce several units per month.
Alderman Walter Burnett (27th Ward) told WGNTV:
“If there’s a will, there’s a way. If we want to make this happen, we can make it happen. We’re making it happen with tents.”
According to the Chicago Coalition for the Homeless, cited by the Chicago Tribune, there were approximately 68,440 homeless in Chicago in 2021 prior to the migrant crisis making its way to the streets of Chicago. Of those, 7,985 were staying on the street or in shelters. Those numbers alone would require over $26,000,000 to house the homeless if each unit was filled to the 6-person capacity. The current number of homeless people is likely much higher today considering the migration to the Windy City.
While the pressing question is “Why now?” Why now is it being proposed to fund these micro homes for illegal immigrants while US citizens, especially veterans, have suffered immensely from homelessness in Chicago and other major metropolitan areas? And, if it is considered and adopted, would the money be as opaque as the contracts for migrant healthcare that saw two individuals make $14,000 and $20,000 in just one week?

Here We Go: Marxist Governor Hochul Announces New York’s ‘Ministry of Truth’ Initiative for K-12 Students to Combat “Conspiracy Theories, Misinformation, Disinformation and Online Hate” (VIDEO)
by Jim H?ft Nov. 21, 2023 1:40 pm285 Comments
Marxist Democrat Governor Kathy Hochul of New York has ramped up efforts to combat online hate speech, criticized as a state-sponsored ‘Ministry of Truth,’ an uncomfortable echo of Orwell’s dystopian surveillance apparatus where the government controls and manipulates information.
At the core of Governor Hochul’s plan is a $3 million allocation to expand the Domestic Terrorism Prevention Unit’s Threat Assessment and Management training to colleges and universities.
“I’m announcing $3 million in additional investment to ensure that every single college campus now has these in the State of New York. So let me be clear. These teams are working to identify violent threats. They’re not looking at your Instagram sunset post or your tweets about your favorite football team. And they’re not here to penalize anyone for their political views,” said Hochul during the press conference.
“They have a simple goal, to find out what’s driving hateful behavior and intervene early before harm is done. And to give people who are being radicalized online an off ramp. They work with mental health professionals, establish reporting systems, so classmates and others can raise red flags and train adults on how to spot the warning signs.”

“We have 36 county-based [threat assessment and management] TAM teams right now. Again, these are the threat assessment and management teams. They’re already tackling over 50 cases now as we speak. But that’s just one strategy to help protect New Yorkers online. We’re building off the success of other initiatives. We already use targeted ads to encourage people to anonymously seek help from trained counselors. We have that going on as we speak,” she added.
Additionally, there’s a push for developing a media literacy toolkit for K-12 public schools to help students and teachers discern misinformation and hate speech online.
“Today I’m directing the Director of the Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Services to develop media literacy tools for K-12 in our public schools. This will teach students, and even teachers, to help understand how to spot conspiracy theories and misinformation, disinformation, and online hate. Start talking about what we’re seeing out there. Give the teachers the tools they need to help these conversations in school,” Hochul announced.
“And by teaching younger New Yorkers about how to discern between digital fact and digital fiction, we can better inoculate them from hatred and the spread of it and help prepare them for a very fast moving and often confusing world,” she added.
WATCH:
While the Democrat Governor has emphasized that these measures do not infringe on First Amendment rights, critics argue that the line between hate speech and free speech is often blurry. The concern is that such initiatives can lead to overreach and stifle legitimate expressions of opinion or political dissent.
Hochul took additional steps in her campaign against online hate by addressing major social media corporations “calling for increased monitoring of content that could incite violence, and released an informational guide for parents to help start conversations around the destructive impacts of hate and hate speech with young adults upon their returns home during the holiday season.”

Trillion Dollar Bailout: What Xi Really Wants From Biden
By Gregory R. Copley – Nov 21, 2023, 9:00 AM CST
Despite a significant economic crisis in mainland China since 2015, Xi has taken minimal steps to address it.
During his visit to San Francisco, Xi, seemingly desperate, requested a substantial $900-billion bailout for the Chinese economy from President Biden.
The leak came from within the CCP, indicating a faction eager to bring down Xi.
Communist Party of China (CCP) General Secretary Xi Jinping is now starkly aware that he is facing the end of his rule, and has turned to US Pres. Joe Biden to save him.
Specific reports are emerging as to the driving forces which made Xi act, in seeming desperation, to kowtow to US Pres. Joe Biden at the summit held on the sidelines of the Asia-Pacific Economic Conference (APEC) in San Francisco between November 13 and 17,2023.
Xi’s Government of the People’s Republic of China (PRC) had, for at least two weeks before the summit, started a charm offensive aimed at the US. Until that time, Beijing had claimed to have been hesitant about whether the summit would take place, but the start of the charm offensive was a significant pointer to the depth of General Secretary Xi’s desperation and his increasingly mercurial behavior.
Despite the fact that the mainland China economic crisis had become significant and intense from at least 2015, Xi had taken virtually no steps to contain or correct it. Then, almost simultaneously with the charm offensive toward the US, the Xi Administration began some timid steps toward reversing its anti-private sector policies and promised unspecified support for private business in mainland China. This followed a xenophobically maoist policy, over the past decade, of containing private enterprise and attempting to push the economy under the domination of the state-owned enterprises (SOEs). The sudden volte-face by Xi, typical of his behavior since the October 2022 Party Congress at which he disposed of almost all of his visible opponents, highlighted more than ever his instability and, now, his increasing desperation as it has become clear that the People’s Liberation Army (PLA) was patently unready and unprepared to execute Xi’s proposed military takeover of the Republic of China (ROC) on Taiwan
Without being able to deliver on his “promise” to capture Taiwan, Xi was now left isolated within the Party as to why he had dissipated so much of communist China’s — and the CCP’s — treasure, and left the country on the verge of a new revolution. Unless he could pull a last-minute coup de main from his bag, he was facing imminent removal by the Par ty — anxious to save itself, as well — and the PLA.
That was at the core of his visit to San Francisco to literally plead with US Pres. Biden, and why he greeted with a sardonic smile Biden’s second naming of Xi as a “dictator”, a slip of the tongue of the less-than-disciplined President.
A significant source in the PRC has reported that Xi formally asked the US President to arrange an urgent $900-billion bailout for the communist Chinese economy. This specific detail could not be confirmed, but it fitted with the sudden and urgent campaign to stop Beijing’s bellicosity toward the US and to insist that the two could be friends and partners.
The leak of this information came from within the CCP, from elements anxious to bring down Xi Jinping, and they confirmed that the effort to remove Xi was now reaching a level of imminent action.
Without that injection of almost a trillion US dollars, the Chinese property market, among other things, will complete its collapse. Indeed, even with such an investment, it is probable that the mainland Chinese property market and overall economy would continue its slide. The scale of private sector bankruptcies and the interruption and closure of so many factories cannot be reversed overnight, and foreign trust in the PRC cannot be rebuilt overnight.
Would such a bailout save Xi? Perhaps not, but it would the perhaps the only opportunity open to him.
He was even forced, in San Francisco, to abandon the pretense that the PLA was ready to conquer Taiwan. These events represent a seismic shift in Xi’s policies, even though he publicly said that he could not renounce his intention to bring Taiwan into the communist fold.
Nor, indeed, is there any reason to believe that this is anything but a fairly cynical attempt to have the US bail out the political career of the man who, in 2018, said that he had specifically declared war on the United States, a war, he said, which would be the “new 30 Year War” (mirroring the European war which ended in 1648 with the Peace of Westphalia”. And Xi said that his new 30 Year War would result in a new “Peace of Westphalia” which would bring about a new “rules-based world order” under the CCP.
Our PRC source did not indicate whether Xi had received a response from Pres. Biden to the blunt and desperate request. There was no evidence that Mr Biden had received any advance warning of the request, but there were certainly expressions of concern when Beijing had, before the summit, embarked on the charm offensive.
That there is no substance to the charm offensive, however, was demonstrated by the continued antagonism toward the US and its allies in their actual practices on the military lines of confrontation.

Funny how Argentina managed to count all 30 million of its ballots by midnight…
By Monica Showalter
One thing Argentina did right during its election Sunday which saw the election of Javier Milei to the presidency was to get all its ballots counted by midnight.
That’s the sort of thing we don’t see in the U.S. anymore, now that election night has become election month, raising very valid suspicions among voters about fraud.
Here’s a tweet illustrating just how impressive that was — and a sad comparison to shambles seen in certain blue counties of the U.S.

Huge: Fourth Circuit Declares Maryland’s ‘Handgun Qualification License’ Unconstitutional

Huge: Fourth Circuit Declares Maryland’s ‘Handgun Qualification License’ Unconstitutional

A decade ago, Maryland lawmakers imposed a new burden on residents hoping to exercise their Second Amendment right to keep and bear a handgun by creating a “Handgun Qualification License.” Before any would-be gun owner can take possession of a pistol, they must first jump through several state-mandated hoops, from submitting fingerprints as part of a background check investigation to taking a four-hour-long “firearms safety training course” that includes the firing of at least one live round of ammunition. After waiting 30 days or more for approval, the would-be gun owner then has to go through another background check and an arbitrary seven-day waiting period before they can take possession of their pistol, though they must run another bureaucratic gauntlet before they’re actually allowed to carry the sidearm in self-defense.
On Monday a three-judge panel of the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals concluded what Second Amendment activists have been arguing for years; the Handgun Qualification License is an unconstitutional barrier to exercising a fundamental right. In a 2-1 decision, the majority declared that the “plaintiffs challenge must succeed”; reversing a district court opinion and delivering an important victory to the Firearms Policy Coalition, Maryland Shall Issue, the Independence Institute, Atlantic Guns, and several individual residents who’d sued over the permit requirement.
Applying the Supreme Court’s “history, text, and tradition” test to the Maryland statute, the Fourth Circuit panel determined that there are no historical analogues to the modern-day gun control law. Importantly, the panel ruled that while the HQL doesn’t directly deal with either keeping or bearing arms, but rather their acquisition, the gun control law still directly implicates and imposes on the Second Amendment rights of residents.

Dead Last: Cato Ranks New York the Least Free State in America for the 23rd Straight Year
By
TTAG Contributor –
November 21, 2023 6
By Joe Bartozzi
New York has gone and done it again. The Empire State is considered the “least free” state in the Union. That’s not much of a surprise to those in the firearm industry or gun owners who call New York home.
Cato Institute released “An Index of Personal and Economic Freedom” ranking all 50 states on 14 categories of freedom, from economic freedoms (relating to tax policies) to personal freedoms, which included gun rights. Overall, New York ranked dead last.
That wasn’t just this year, though. New York has taken the dubious distinction every year since 2000. That’s 23 years straight. New York is good at being bad at freedom. They’ve got good – or bad – company. Hawaii, California, New Jersey, Oregon and Maryland took the next five spots at the bottom of the list.
When it comes strictly to gun rights, Hawaii was listed as the worst. Connecticut, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Delaware and Rhode Island rounded out the next bottom five spots. New York and California were 42 and 44 respectively.
On the opposite end, New Hampshire – the Live Free or Die State – was listed as the overall most free state in the Union. Florida, South Dakota, Nevada, Arizona and Tennessee were the next five spots. On gun rights, Kansas came out on top, with New Hampshire next, followed by a three-way tie for third between Arizona, Idaho and Utah.
New York
Those findings aren’t a big surprise for those who pay attention to the battle of gun rights versus gun control. The legal landscape for gun rights in New York is dismal. The state is fighting to preserve a law to allow unconstitutional lawsuits against gun manufacturers for crimes committed by remote third parties. Put another way, the state wants to let families of victims of the criminal misuse of firearms to bypass Congress and the Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act (PLCAA). They want to use the families to sue gun makers for the crimes committed by criminals – but not for anything that the manufacturer did wrong.
That’s not all. New York passed a sweeping law restricting places where law-abiding concealed carry permit holders could actually carry a gun. That law initially put Times Square off limits. Criminals didn’t seem bothered. A court, however, reigned in the law.
A traffic sign on the corner of 42nd Street and 6th Avenue announces Times Square as a gun free zone. (AP Photo/Mary Altaffer)
New York also now requires background checks for ammunition purchases. That new law is causing logistical nightmares. The FBI’s National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS) doesn’t run checks for ammunition purchases, so those must all be performed by New York State Police. That was so inefficient, a county sheriff attempted to buy shotgun shells for a sporting clays fundraiser and wasn’t approved until a full day after the event was over.
New York’s got a bevy of other problems. Residents have been giving up their New York citizenship for those of other states with lower taxes, few restrictions, lower cost of living, less crime and – yes – greater gun rights. More than half a million left in 2022 and the majority ended up in Florida – a state that was ranked second overall as most free.
New York City Mayor Eric Adams doesn’t seem to get it. He just announced that instead of calling on the Biden administration to enforce the law and protect the U.S. border, he’s going to eat into the city’s police budget and reduce the number of officers on the street. The NYPD will have less than 30,000 police on the job for the first time in decades, even as crime plagues New Yorkers.
New Hampshire is a different story entirely. The state passed a Constitutional Carry law in 2017, which made it even more of an anomaly among its Northeast neighbors. Even before that, New Hampshire stood out from the rest of New England. While Massachusetts lost firearm manufacturing jobs to other states over onerous gun control, New Hampshire is home to SIG SAUER, as well as some manufacturing for Sturm, Ruger & Co.
Gov. Chris Sununu has rejected numerous gun control attempts during his three terms as the state’s governor, writing in a veto message, “New Hampshire is one of the safest states in the nation, and we have a long and proud tradition of responsible firearm ownership. Our laws are well-crafted and fit our culture of responsible gun ownership and individual freedom.”
There’s not a causal link, but there is a correlational link to be made. The states with the most freedom are also states that welcome the firearm industry and trust citizens to exercise their rights. Lawmakers in those states understand that taking away the rights of those who obey the law doesn’t correct the actions of criminals that ignore the law.
Florida’s Gov. Ron DeSantis signed two pro-firearm industry laws in quick succession this year. Gov. DeSantis signed a law to prevent “woke” corporations with discriminatory policies against firearm industry members and other businesses from collecting taxpayer dollars through state contracts and pensions. Just days later, he signed another law that bars credit card companies from implementing a special Merchant Category Code (MCC) for credit card purchases at firearm retailers.
South Dakota’s Gov. Kristi Noem’s first act was to sign a Constitutional Carry law and later signed another law wiping out fees for those who wanted a concealed carry permit. She also signed an Executive Order prohibiting state agencies from entering into contracts with corporate banks that discriminate against the firearm industry. She’s been to NSSF’s SHOT Show to invite firearm and ammunition businesses to move to South Dakota, a pitch she continues to reiterate.
Cato’s Freedom Index underscores what the firearm industry has seen from years of business realignments. States that respect personal freedoms also tend to respect economic freedoms. Those states grow and prosper. States like New York cling to excuses to rachet down on rights, only to see their citizens and rights wither away.

BREAKING: Israel Agrees to 4 Day Ceasefire with Hamas – Deal Includes Release of 50 Israeli Hostages and May Extend Extra Days for Each 10 Hostages Released
The Gateway Pundit’s Richard Abelson reported earlier Israel has reached a deal with Hamas for a temporary cease-fire in return for the release of some of the hostages, Arutz Sheva reports. The deal is expected to go into effect Thursday, with 12 Israelis being freed every day. All the children and 13 moms are said to be involved in the deal. The right-wing parties oppose the deal, but Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu will go ahead and pass it with the votes of the left-wing parties.
“A political official presented this evening (Tuesday) the outline for the deal to release dozens of hostages from Hamas captivity and emphasizes that “all the security forces, the Shin Bet and the Mossad are in favor of the outline and also the entire war cabinet is united in favor of the proposal, ” Arutz Sheva writes.
“As part of the deal, which is expected to go into effect on Thursday, 12 Israeli hostages will be released every day during the four days of the agreed-upon truce. In the event that Hamas agrees to additional truces – for each day of the truce, ten additional hostages will be released.”
The deal would include the release of 40 children and 13 women in exchange for a five-day ceasefire, JNS reports. The Cabinet will meet at 8 p.m. local time (1 p.m. Eastern) to approve the agreement with Hamas.

Former Troops Punished over Biden’s Vaccine Mandate Sue for Billions in Lost Wages
Former troops are suing the U.S. government for lost pay and benefits due to the Biden administration’s military vaccine mandate, one of the lawyers who successfully brought down the Anthrax vaccine told Breitbart News.
Attorney Dale Saran, a retired Marine, and fellow attorneys Andy Meyer and Brandon Johnson are representing the former troops in three separate lawsuits they plan to turn into a class action lawsuit on behalf of all service members who were either kicked out or illegally ordered to stop drilling, resulting in loss of pay or benefits.
Saran said the amount is in the “billions.”
“It’s worth billions. That’s just flat-out. That’s what it is in backpay. It’s billions of dollars,” he said.
The lawsuits were filed in the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, which Saran said is a specialized court where illegal discharges are heard.
“The Court of Claims has been around since the Reconstruction Era. It’s a very old court and kind of a weird one. But in any event, you can go there if you’ve got a claim and say, ‘Hey, I was illegally discharged, or the military did something to impede my pay,’ or whatever. The Court of Claims is where you go,” Saran said.
Saran estimates there are 80,000 to 100,000 service members — both active-duty and reservists — who were impacted by the mandate. While more than 8,000 active-duty troops were kicked out, tens of thousands of reservists were told not to drill anymore or were moved to inactive status, he said.
“They were basically [without] the benefit of any due process. No boards were held. They didn’t hold any administrative separation boards; they didn’t hold any hearings. They didn’t do any federal recognition boards; none of the administrative or judicial procedures were used. They just flat-out did it. And then…they got the Coast Guard to follow along, and they got a bunch of Coasties too,” Saran said.
One of the former Coasties suing for damages is Zach Loesch, whom President Joe Biden had called personally to thank for saving people’s lives during Hurricane Ian, as previously reported by Breitbart News. At the time, Loesch was two weeks away from being kicked out of the Coast Guard for not taking the vaccine.
Saran said the monetary damages were not only from lost backpay but also from repayment of enlistment bonuses. He explained, “Say you enlisted for five years, you got a bonus and $50,000…And then, now, they’re like, ‘Hey, we’re gonna inject you with this.’ You’re like, ‘Yo, that’s experimental. Like, that’s not actually licensed. And the defense secretary’s order was we’d only have to take licensed vaccines — that says experimental.’”
He added, “And they throw you out. Now it’s like, ‘Well…now you didn’t fulfill your obligation; give us back the grant.’”
“We got a bunch of those clients, too, guys getting money taken back. So not only did they throw them out — unceremoniously [and] wrongfully — now they’re…without a job instantly, no separation pay, none of that. And instead, they’re standing out in the cold, and worse yet, here comes the government…here comes the debt collectors. Now you owe us money,” Saran added.
Saran said the Pentagon already has the money to award backpay for those who lost active-duty or drill time since that pay is factored into the Pentagon’s budget allocated by Congress annually.
“That’s money we’re saying was illegally kept,” Saran said. “That’s money that’s fundamentally — as far as I can tell — has been stolen by the DOD [Department of Defense].”
Saran reflected on his experience with the Anthrax vaccine and called it deja vu.
“I defended people who refused the Anthrax vaccine back in ’99 and 2000 when I was a young judge advocate,” he said. “I did some work on the lawsuit Doe v. Rumsfeld that shut down the anthrax vaccine. And so…here we are, second go around again, 15 years in, and we’re right back at the mass vaccination of unlicensed vaccines like the government didn’t learn last time. So, nothing new under the sun.”
The cases are Bassen v. USA, No. 23-211C, Botello v. USA, No. 23-174C, and Harkins v. USA, No. 23-1238C, in the U.S. Court of Federal Claims.

Migrants Get Free Turkeys for Thanksgiving Ahead of Low-Income New Yorkers
November 22, 2023
US
Low-income New Yorkers living in public housing say newly arrived migrants have been first in line for free turkeys ahead of the Thanksgiving holiday, as public resources are strained from illegal immigration.
According to local reports and interviews, New Yorkers living in public housing are competing against tens of thousands of newly arrived migrants to New York City when it comes to meals this Thanksgiving.
“Why do we have to take the butt of everything,” New Yorker Georgia Butler told FOX5 New York in an interview. “This community is already suffering.”
“[The migrants] were first in line for the turkeys this morning,” Butler continued. “They tell you to be there at 11 o’clock. You get there at like 10:30, 10:45, but they are already out there. The line is from over there to over here.”

Former Green Beret Gives Scathing Response to ?Biden Regime for Trying to Bring Back ABUSED Unvaxxed Soldiers (VIDEO)
by Jim H?ft Nov. 21, 2023 8:10 pm
The U.S. Army sent a letter to former service members dismissed for refusing the COVID-19 vaccine, stating that they can request corrections to their discharge records. This comes as the military continues to grapple with recruitment challenges, with numbers falling short of expectations.
Recruiting has been hampered by the unconstitutional COVID-19 vaccine mandate as well as an increasingly woke military atmosphere where trans soldiers are give special privileges while Christian soldiers are persecuted, bases host drag shows, and leaders with a history of anti-white statements are hired.
The letter, which gained attention on social media, addresses former service members and informs them of “new Army guidance regarding the correction of military records” following the rescission of the COVID-19 vaccination requirement. It states that former soldiers who were involuntarily separated for refusing the vaccine can request a correction of their military records from the Army Discharge Review Board (ADRB) or the Army Board for Correction of Military Records (ABCMR).
